This is the best vape store in Charlotte. Jake takes plenty of time to make sure I totally understand my new devices. I always buy speciality liquid and Jake blends it perfectly in a timely manner.

Kayla and Gary were so amazing! They were so helpful! They had amazing customer care and interpersonal skills. By far my favorite Kure location! 10/10

Highly recommend. I was very impressed by my visit to this location. Hands down the best smoke shop to go to in indian trail, both Kure locations have solidly impressed me. Jake and Cristina are phenimenal sells people and very educated on the stuff they sell.

Savannah and Jax were awesome, super helpful and patient! They took the time to run through all the devices and features, and gave great recommendations on juices to try. The return policy is unheard of in the vape industry, and just shows how much kure values the customers having a good experience with the device and juice they carry!!

One of the best customer service for a vape store that Ive been to yet. I went in with my grandson and we both came out liking this store. The young gentleman was the kindest, nicest associate ever. Played a game with my grandson and was so much fun. He definitely aimed to please. Thank you for your good workmanship sir.

I absolutely love this place. The store manager is a delightful young lady that always goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is the best that it can possibly be. That type of customer service is what I appreciate most about this location. I have become a loyal customer because of the wonderful experience I have, every single time I visit. Jake helped me on the Sunday I visited just an hour before they closed! He was so helpful! Went over and beyond my expectations!! Amazing customer service! I’m a manager of a small business and he impressed me with his customer service skills and knowledge!!

This has to be the worst managed vape store ever!!! Everytime they get a decent store manager they fire or replace them!! Im tired as a customer having to train a new manager in how to properly dispense my fluid. There is obviously a problem with their training, and area managers that blame their incompetence on the store managers in my opinion. Ive been going to this store for at least 7 or 8 years. And have heard all the managers vent about not being able to get products or getting stock orders that are missing items.Taking weeks to get needed stock like popular coils,,fluids, or vaping devices.. Upper management needs to clean house on some of their area managers that are obviously totally incompetent!!!!!

I just wanted to say, Becca is the BEST! She is so nice and very knowledgeable. She knew the perfect device, juice and nicotine level. She took the time to explain everything to my wife and myself.We are lifetime customers because of her! I am so glad we came in.

I would like to say that this is the best VAPE SHOP I have ever been in!! The man JAKE was outstanding.He is super knowledgeable and very friendly He made me feel very welcomed and got me out of an old out of date unit into a great new one.His CUSTOMER SERVICE could not have been any better.I will never go anywhere else.

This place is the best! The store manager, Becca, is fantastic. I came in about 20 minutes before closing and she never made me feel rushed. She answered all of my questions and helped decide which product would be best for me. I will definitely be back!

Just moved to Charlotte from Raleigh. Needed a new vape shop, so on a colleagues recommendation, I gave these guys a try. And they blew my expectations away! First class service, lots of great juices, they even gave me a killer discount! When you go in, ask for Gabby or Austin. They took great care of me.

What a great place!! I’m new to vaping and had a lot of questions about juices. Sasha was a great help!! She recommended the Hannah banana and I highly recommended that flavor!! All around great customer service and atmosphere will definitely be coming back!!!

Ive never been to a madvapes because I had always heard different things and usually try to support smaller stores but I gave it a shot because I needed something and they are the only ones that had it. Gabby was super helpful and very friendly with what I needed and I even picked up an awesome lemon meringue juice that she recommended but compared to some prices elsewhere,theyre high. Two thumbs up though

Friendly staff, good selection of e-cigs, nice selection of juice. If you are a casual vaper and not in it for the big smoke, this is the shop for you. The staff has always been extremely helpful as I dont actually vape but very often buy supplies for my wife. Prices are on par as well. They have a nice point system as well that earns you discounts. Would recommend.

Top quality service from friendly employees who are knowledgeable in both product and customer service. The products are excellent quality with excellent prices. Coming from a regular, this is not only a great place to shop, but a great place to hang out and socialize with the staff.

This is the best and cheapest shop in the area. Tuesday’s they have a great deal on keep it 100. I come in Tuesday and I’m set for the month. Other shops I won’t call out in the Ballantyne area are SO overpriced it should be criminal. The people who work here are nice, just have your ID. I’m 39 and I get carded.

Great customer service and nice store. Was looking for a certain juice but they were out of stock and Im trying to switch from the juul to a smok nova and I love the mango and the girl working was very helpful and even made me an in-house juice mango for free to sample and its a decent size bottle. Will definitely be back.

Went to Madvapes in Indian Trail today to learn more about electronic cigarettes to help me quit smoking regular cigarettes. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Megan was most helpful and educated me in all I needed to know and was very patient with me in showing me the options and then helping me with my e-fluid flavors. I highly recommend this location and also this concept if interested in quitting smoking and interested in vaping. Im sure all the other employees there are just as educated and helpful but Megan is the bomb!!! Really hope this is going to work for me---so far, I am loving it!!!

Going to Kure i was a little hesitant about everything because I am very new to vaping. Being helped by Angie was PHENOMENAL! Learning everything that we learned and being helped to such an extent I felt so confident in what I wanted. Thank you so much ANGIE for an amazing experience ❤

This is always my go to vape shop. The staff are lovely and very helpful. This location used to be MadVapes and despite the name change, the shop is almost exactly the same. I would give 6 stars if I could!

I bought a vape on Black Friday and I loved it. However, it kept messing up so I took it back and they swapped it out with no hassle. Then the new had the same problem so I took that one back and they gave me a different one all together and I love it. Definitely recommend.

I travel for work and sometimes its hard to find a good vape shop when Im on the road. This isnt the first vape shop that I have visited in the area but it is the best. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they carry a great juice selection. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!!!

Prices on juice for 30ml are way to high. Can get 60ml. at the smoke shop for 16 to 17$
