Pretty good. small selection but was treated with respect. i saw the bad reviews and honestly didnt experience anything like the poor reviews. 19.95 for a 30 ml is pretty standard and the mod prices are standard as well. you are paying for convenience of the item being there, so of course it will be more than online. vape shops arent really made for budget vaping.

I was taught everything I needed to know about e-cigs here by two very patient employees! I stopped in here about a year ago curious about e-cigs. I had heard people say they quit smoking cigarettes using them and I wanted to learn more. The guys working that day patiently walked me through all the different products they had available. Not only did they answer all my questions but they also let me try each one. Until I had finally found the one I liked the best. Next, they helped me try the different flavors of e-juice until I found a flavor that tastes very similar to mycigarette.Then after all that I still left that day empty handed.w But they didnt mind at all, they were very understanding. Quitting cigarettes is a big step.Of course I went back, but was still unsure. After all, just to get started, it cost as much as a carton of cigarettes! The young man working on this day was very polite and well versed on all their products just like the guys that helped me before. He explained how in the long run I will save so much money.I have! Not only saved money, but I honestly believe my life! A whole year now without even one cigarette! I owe it all to e-puff!I love this store!

Unfriendly staff. Treated me like I was an idiot. Prices are staggeringly high for water thin juices when theyre half as much 1 mile in 2 different places for higher quality and flavor.Also small selection of devices.Poor quality cloned drippers they dont say are cloned to customers when selling only if asked.

Everything that I buy at this store is garbage. The only good is the Baker white premium jucie line I dont recommend buying anything other then jucie here. I bought a pen for my wife and was told if it didnt work due to the other problems I was having with their merchandise I could return it. Go figure it didnt work and went to return it and was told I couldnt even tho the owner himself said I would be able to just to find out he lied. This store has no customer service at all. Take the extra minutes and go somewhere else.

I have never heard of a No CASH purchase before. I walked in and was asked what I can help you with today on 11/11/17. The person put the items on the counter and I placed a twenty dollar bill on the counter. then I was told we are not excepting any CASH purchasess today. So then I thought do I really want to trust this place with my credit card number with them? I picked up my twenty dollar bill and said I will go down the street.

Ive called E-Puff twice and been in the store once and had positive experiences with all three encounters. Loved the friendly, clean atmosphere and the staff was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. I will definitely be going back. 5/5
