Best vape/tobacco shop I’ve EVER been to!!Sam, the owner, sets the bar for customer service! He helped me choose the best vape and juice for me and my needs. Everything is VERY fairly priced and the quality is awesome. I’ve been pretty rough on my vape, and it’s held up 100% - no leaking, no unexpected battery death, no problems. Doesn’t have ox bar vapes but did have loon which is my back up. And open on time

They always have products Im looking for but werent willing to do price match for items theyre charging way too much for. I come here every so often out of convenience however I wont be making it my main smoke shop.

Sam is awesome, I only go there when he’s there. He always remembers my preferences and calls me by my name. I truly feel welcomed there. Him and all the staff are knowledgeable and have a warm welcoming. They will tell you the truth about a product in the sense of it it’s popular or not. I definitely recommend them!

Mazen and Sam are no lie the nicest people you find. They care about you. If they don’t have something they will order it for you. If you buy something and it breaks or doesn’t work they will give you a new one. Can’t get any better then that. Thanks guys.

I went here for the first time last weekend. And I can officially say that I have never had a better experience anywhere else. Everyone treated me with respect and helped me find what fitted me the best. I definitely will keep making the trip out here from now on. This is my new favorite place and I cant wait to bring others to this store. 10/10 most definitely would recommend this tobacco shop.

This is by far the best tobacco or vape shop Ive ever been to! They have the best prices, the best customer service, and the most variety of products! Sam is the man, and he has never hesitated to help me find or order what I need.

The owner is so fun to talk with and has amazing customer service. The cashier, not so much 🤣. I called and asked what time they closed, he said 8:30pm. Which was incorrect, I was there at 8:30 and there where ten people in the store and more coming. I hope he doesnt do this often.🤔 My only smoke shop I go to in IGH.

I really enjoy this place but was rather surprised they were closed today, Sunday, when Google says they are open. 😔

I bought an electric cigarette roller from Inver Grove Tobacco. It works great and they seemed genuinely happy that I would be saving $6 - $7 a carton. I recommend them to everyone I know that smokes. I have a Cigar from time to time too. They have one of the largest selections I have seen. Keep up the great work!

I have been a loyal customer for two years. I bought an E cig and went to exchange it 3 days later because its defective. The sales girl was very rude and didnt want to listen to a thing i had to say. She immediately told me that they would not exchange it, Yes i did get an attitude and left \saying that i would never go to that Fin store again and she said that was my choice. Im quite sure they dont care but i will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

This is by far my favorite shop! Always has what I need in stock and is always high quality! The staff is always kind and friendly as well. Coming in to the shop always makes for a great day :)

Disposable vapes there overdue and burnt. Wont even let me exchange for a working one. Dont waste your money here. They are cheap!

I been going here for years and i know everybody who works in there, they’re all really cool people n can help you find jus about anything that will suit you right . I go there nearly everyday to the point that they remember what i get. I enjoy spending time jus talking to some of the people in there overall.

Yes the staff there is very nice. But not so nice when you buy the SAME KIND OF MOD 4 DIFFERENT TIMES. See I didnt figure they were knock off until a while ago. Ill never EVER GO THERE AGAIN FOR ECIG ACCESSORIES. It should be illegal for this company to sell crap Ecig that break within a month or 2. An thats without damaging them. If you want brand name mods for a cheap and great price with EXCELLENT customer service. GO TO SMOKEDALE. They have EVERYTHING YOULL EVER NEED AND MORE.

I come in here about twice a week and I have gotten nothing but wonderful service from Paige. She knows the products and is very informative and personable.

BEWARE !!! This place sells cheap clones of name brand products. I recently purchased what I thought be a Vision Spinner II battery.. after I got home something didnt seem right and after investigating a little further I discovered it was indeed a fake.. I took it back and they tried to deny it...however they did eventually refund the purchase amount.. Shame on them for selling cheap fake items as originals... this is illegal business practice... fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !!

This Tobacco shop has the best employees out of all the shops I’ve been too, hands down best place to pick up any vaping/tobacco product. Only Tobacco store I’ll ever need, has just about anything you’d need.
