I’ve recently hurt my back. I’ve been to the doctor and the chiropractor both were helping but still could need sleep well at night. So thought why not a massage and it was by far the best decision I made. Gloria knew exactly what I need and was gentle and firm in the areas I needed work on. Needles to say that night was the first night I slept comfortably and have since. I suggest to anyone if u have pain or just need to relax. Go to the zen den!!!

Darcie is amazing. Very knowledgeable and a compassionate person. I had the Sole Soother and highly recommend it for anyone needing foot pain relief.The atmosphere is very tranquil, clean and quiet.

Gloria is just a fabulous massage therapist. I’ve had many massages over my lifetime, but until finding her, I never got true relief from my most persistent aches. I feel like a new person every time I leave. The space is well-appointed and serene, and the massage “rooms” are cool—they are these giant tents strung with fairy lights. Everything is very comfortable. I recommend her to everyone I know!

I’ve had 2 massages in 2 months by Darcy and I can’t wait to go back. It takes her seconds to find my problem spots just by feel. She’s an expert in the anatomy which sets her apart from other therapists I’ve been with. There’s constant communication to make sure you’re comfortable and pressure is okay. The facility is clean and relaxing and prices are fair. I will be scheduling with Darcy every 4-6 weeks just for maintenance. Thanks Darcy!

Darcy is a very good massage therapist who knows how to work muscle attachments! She hit all my problem areas, I wasnt sore the next day, and the pain relief has been phenomenal. Will definitely book with her again.

The Zen Den is awesome. These woman put a lot of thought into the details of this establishment. It has a very calming atmosphere. My 90 minute Swedish massage by Gloria was amazing! I came in with a migraine from my neck and shoulders being so knotted up and left feeling like I had been on a 2 week vacation. 100% better! I can move my neck and my headache disappeared! If you’re in pain, discomfort or just need a recharge, the Zen Den is the place to go! Quite and relaxing! Gloria has healing powers in her hands!! ❤️❤️

The Zen Den is such a calming and peaceful “den”. I lose myself in the environment and come out feeling much less stressed and refreshed then when I went in. Not only that but Gloria has magic hands. She is able to relieve my neck and back pain that I get from past neck surgery and sitting at a desk all day. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Darcy. Her full body massage is amazing.The atmosphere in this studio is peaceful and calm. Its on a very cute side street right off the main road. I found it really easy to book appointments using the Vagaro app.

I went to Zen Den yesterday. Darcy worked on my neck, shoulders and back where all my tension was. I have more range of motion, I’m able to adjust my neck and the care and time she spent on me was awesome. I’ll be back.
