In town for work. Keith was on the money he knew what I needed. Over delivered and under promised. Sat and talked it up with me at the bar. Anytime Im in the city Im coming back. The guy wears many hats amazing salesman and guy. Get your rose wraps!!!

I would like to say this place is not only attractive but it’s very welcoming and warm. My whole visit, I could not stop smiling. Today, Keith was a very big help to me as well. He was very informative and charming. I really enjoyed his warm welcome and the way he took his time with the two customers that were in front of me. This is my new official hemp store and I recommend you guys who are thinking about trying hemp, are accustom to it, or just want to simply visit a place we a cool vibe, this is the SPOT!

This is absolutely the best vape shop for all of your needs. Leah and Kieth are awesome! Leah took the time to find the specific part I needed. Their prices on juice are the best around….. Oh, did I mention that it’s a bar!? My new favorite spot when I come to town.

Keith was an amazing help, he not only helped me look for the pod kit I wanted, but when he saw he didn’t have it, he put an order in for me. He was very lively and positive, and made the entire experience very pleasant. The store has a welcoming feel to it, and the staff are the sprinkles on top! Highly recommend coming here for all your needs.

AWESOME VAPE SHOP! This place just gets better and better. Very helpful, friendly, long time staff who are knowledgeable about all things vape. Now offering bar service as well, for those who wish to enjoy a cold beer or glass of wine. Great selection of vapes, juices, mods- and conveniently located off Interstate 55 North Frontage Road in Jackson.

This is a lovely shop!! The owners are awesome people with great care for their customers :) they sell very interesting products at super fair costs. I enjoyed my first visit!

I can’t believe I’ve never been here before! But I am so glad I found it! Keith is super kind and helpful and just so positive that it lifted my vibe just entering the store. Tons of great products and everything I couldn’t find anywhere else. He even changed my favorite Vape juice to have 6 mg of nicotine instead of the three it already had. He will also order products for you if they don’t already carry them. Super exceptional service.

Trash. They had a total of about 15 juices for actual vape mods. Its a good store for disposals tho. They had a bunch of them

I went in Capital City Vapes looking for a vape battery on a whim just because it was close to where I live. I’d never been to this business before but I’d seen the reviews were good when I did a quick search for ‘vape shops near me”. I was not disappointed! Although they didn’t have the same brand I’d been using, Keith showed me one that I actually like even better! Keith took the time to demonstrate the battery, and he gave me a one-on-one, white glove customer service experience. I was very impressed with the selection and pricing as well. If you are looking for a business that takes pride in what they do, the products they sell, and how they value their customers, I highly recommend Capital City Vapes. They are now my go-to vape shop! Amazing atmosphere, convenient location, and Keith was very helpful. I do not know too much when it comes to the vape world but he answered every question I had and filled me up with knowledge. Definitely will be returning to do business.

Probably the best Vape Shop I’ve been to over the years.. Staff is awesome and super helpful! Had a conversation with Keith about all kinds of Vape stuff. Also, military gets a 10% discount so that’s a plus! 10/10 recommend to anyone!

UPDATE: I called as the reply to my original review asked and was met again with a limp answer that they do not carry a pod replacement for a pod system they sold me, and they might get more in a week or so. Same low effort answer for almost 1.5 months running.. I will also add that I was mostly sold on it by an owner who was using the same device when I bought it, he said he loved it. Super frustrating to see a business trip over their own sales pitch and decline future sales on juice, accessories etc.. I have another local store looking at carrying the same pod system, with replacements.So, to the owner that replied, please see if you can beat your competition quite literally by ordering some oxva xlim pods and lets see who has the better distribution channel.This place does not carry parts for items they recommend and sell. I inquired in store and was told they had some replacement parts coming and to check back in a week or two, and upon doing so I was told the exact same excuse. Very hard to do business with these folks and I wont be going back due to the unreliable stocking issues.

Keith made my experience different from every other vape shop right when I walked through the door. To say its a great environment would be an understatement!

I have to say that I have been to just about every vape shop in the tri-county area, and I have not found anyone who is as customer oriented as the great people at Capitol City Vapes. Went in a while back and spoke with Trey, he helped me find a mod and a juice flavor I absolutely love. Came back in after a few months, and he made it his priority to ask me how I liked everything. Considering how many people he must see every day, it shows real dedication to his craft.

Known these guys for a couple years now and I can confidently say these guys know their stuff about vaping. Theyre easy to get along with and are exceptional at getting you what you need as well a reccomending items tailored to your preferences. Push aside the fact that the shop is clean and the layout shopper friendly, what is most impressive is the knowledgeable and courteous staff. I dont know who operates Capital City Vapes, but they could teach a master class on customer service. I highly recommend this shop.

The gentleman and lady in this store are so sweet and helpful. Stopped in after being on the road for 4 hours with another 4 Togo and my vape was dead and didn’t have the charger they me what I needed quickly and could not have been nicer. Thanks y’all!
