2nd stop for Help ~ left my E-cig battery charger, plugged in, at the Auburn Inn Motel, Auburn, IN. 1st shop was sold out, sent me to Elite! Pretty shops, both! Got single charger for $10. Great!

I have been going to this shop since the day it opened!! I usually receive awesome customer service and have an amazing experience!! I was also thrilled to find that I could get my favorite juices from f&f vapors in jackson instead of having to make the trip to Milan!!! Now, having said that....My customer service experience varies greatly depending upon who is working. Tanner, the longer haired gentleman is AWESOME, And always ready to help with any problem or question I have. He always honors specials, and gives service with a smile!! On the other hand.... Daniel, the short haired man working has always been rude and short with me unless I was making a large purchase. I have even been refused service by being told the store was out of a requested item, only to come the next day and find that the item requested was available, in abundance, and had been in store for months. I have had Daniel tell me that the store no longer honors customer rewards, and refused to honor thirsty Thursday or any other rewards given to regular customers. I have even had to wait 20 minutes one day while Daniel finished his conversation with his friend (I had wrongly assumed it was a customer) before being waited on. I no longer go to this store when Daniel is working. But I will shop to my hearts contentment while Tanner is! I will also recommend the same to my friends.

Love elite! Tanner is awesome. I always feel comfortable when I come in. Hes helpful, courteous and hes our favorite. He knowledgeable about the questions I may have also. Honestly if hes not there I go to a different shop. To me the people make the place and tanner is the only one that my husband and I like to deal with.

Tanner is awesome!! And always willing to take the time to help you, and really goes the extra mile in my opinion there is only one vape shop and thats Elite vapors. #peace

Tanner is always so helpful. He takes the time to make every customer feel welcome and not rushed. I have been shopping at Elite for years and plan on continuing to visit Tanner for my vapor needs.

This used to be the only shop my husband would go to. He has bought multiple large bottles of juices there, coils etc. He recently needed a new tank. He was talked into buying a falcon tank (the more expensive of the 2 tanks he was looking at) & hes had nothing but issues with it for the 2 weeks he has had it. It has leaked constantly. He changed the coil & still had issues with it, even though it was less than 2 weeks old. I told him he should take it in to Elite Vapor to see if there was something they could do to help him with it. The guy that was working was very condescending & acted like it was my husbands fault the tank was leaking & then said they dont refund or exchange tanks. So basically we are out $40+ & now have to buy another tank 2 weeks later. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Definitely coming back. Tanner was awesome and really knows his stuff. I had minimal knowledge on vapes and he broke it down for me to understand. Got my business.

They have moved to north highland. The address here is correct but the picture is of the old place. I like the flavors much better than roar vapor . They might be a few cents more but i am not waiting all day either. My time is valuable. At roar I may wait 20 minutes before it is my turn. At elite the most I have waited is maybe 2 minutes.

Nice atmosphere, nice people, very informative. They work with you and are knowledgeable about the mods, tanks, etc... that they have. They have some very tasty juice at a reasonable price! ☀️

Staff here is awesome and very helpful. You dont feel rushed when making a decision. They treat you like a human being and not another sale.

Friendly, great services and prices. They are presently closed due to fire caused by a lightning strike. Keep in check with them for reopening date!

Didnt really care for this place Ive found cheaper juices and more flavors and more product elsewhere

Elite is the most expensive vapor shop in jackson.house juice is ok,not great.hardware is expensive compared to others.

Prices are twice as high as competitors and dont always give the right juice wont spend another dime
