I absolutely adore Roxanne and Ash, the two people that run the store. They are kind, caring always ask about my day, and since I go in daily, they always got what I need right there for me. I highly recommend the store to anyone and everyone. This is by far my favorite store in jackson, in all of California actually, LOL. So do yourself a favor, go check it out, theres something there for everyone! 🥰💖🥰

This is my 3rd time in the store. Each time has been a very good experience, attentive people, answering my questions and suggesting the best for my sleep needs. I want to say a big thank you to Muhammad for his kindness and compassion today, you went beyond what another might mot have. This store has a dedicated customer for sure.

Beautiful displays of glass. Very well placed and lighted. Ash, the owner, was so nice and very helpful. I will be back.

Wow what a hidden gem this place is. The selection is phenomenal!! Prices seem legit and the clerk went above and beyond to answer all my questions and show me all the items I requested to see. Absolutely love this place.And like the terminatorIll be back

Love this place and the aura! All the workers are really nice, especially the tall gentleman with shoulder length dirty blonde hair. Very sweet. Love the products too. Everything is always shiny and well stocked.

Very knowledgeable staff with a wide inventory of many specialty items. Prices are great and they even take manufacture coupons. Friendly and inviting. The only complaint is have is i wish they opened a bit earlier and closed a little later .

I don’t remember the guys name but he helped me when my vape pen was leaking BAD. He took the time to look at it and give some great advice. He was super sweet and very knowledgeable on what he was doing. He even suggested a different coil that worked SO much better with my mod. Will definitely keep my business with them.

Very rude and lazy. I called to ask if they had a certain vape in stock and the gentleman misunderstood me, so I spelled the name and the gentleman got hateful and said I would just have to come in and look. So, if they did not have what I wanted, I would have made a wasted trip during a pandemic. What ever happened to customer service? Lost a potential good customer. Oh well.

Very friendly clerk. They have cool stuff but its a little more pricey than I like.

Sam is really great but this is the third time the boss has messed up on my fiances coil even when he brings it in and shows him what he needs for it. Im tired of wasting gas just to get a new coil when he should have gotten it right the first time

Terrible prices. I paid 3x as much for what I was looking for as I would have paid elsewhere. It had been a long time since I had needed to buy vape coils and I accidentally bought the wrong ohmage. Came back 30 min later to exchange and was rudely told that they dont do that. So now Im stuck with overpriced, useless coils. Avoid this place, there are better options nearby.

Pakistani owner is a pos. Sold me the wrong product, then basically argued with me that I was wrong & that hed been in the business 20 years. Thats fine. I will bring my receipt in, get my money back & certainly take my business elsewhere. s-a-d

Doesnt carry very many cigarettes or tobacco products. Have advertising for different products that they dont have in the store.. Could use more people working with customers and which customers came first and have been waiting the longest for help.. too much paraphernalia...

Jackson Smoke Shop has recently Switched management including new workers! They are all very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and how to use them! The workers are also very kind and helpful!Additionally, all Smoke Shops in California do not, have not, and will not accept returns/refunds on any items because it is unsanitary. Once the item purchased leaves the shop, the customer is liable for any damage or defects in the purchased product.

Best smoke shop Ive ever been too. They have everything you need from bongs to vapes to literally anything!!!! Workers know what customers want and are very helpful and knowledgeable about product.

Ok selection, nothing spectacular for my needs however, the man behind the counter went the extra mile and did me a solid.

You could save money driving to another state buying glass and having a road trip, I used to like the place but the prices have become literally insane $40 pieces marked at $175. The workers are also very rude.

The Clerk is very kind. The store is clean and there is a lot to choose from 😉

I dont know how this place got more then one star I got a RDA from them and got home half the parts are missing so i go back and some stoned kid behind the counter tells me sorry nothing I can do. When i pay good money for something from a shop I would at least like to get what I paid for. Biggest waste of money ever.

Hi im steven hansen the new and only employee here at Jackson Smoke Shop.The old ownership was shut down for multiple reasons and now we have a new owner and all the best new inventory. Definatly come down if you want a wide selection and everyday low prices im here normally 7 days a week to help you out.

I think theyre really extremely pricey for things that they get from China I bought lighters there butane ones got them home they didnt work and believe me theres no refunds!

Great Little smoke shop, they had loads of glass where and plenty of other smoking tools. I will definitely go back!

Great experience as the counter girl was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable! It is pricier than any other smoke shop that i have been to, so be prepared to pay more.
