The staff is knowledgeable and nice. The location is decent. The prices are a bit high, but I cant knock them for not being able to beat online prices. The atmosphere is cool, and usually the staff are telling jokes and being friendly. Great place to go if you need anything vapor related. Beginner or pro, they can help you out.

Great service, killer employees with unlimited knowledge of all things vape. They welcome every customer that walks in with open arms. Very wholesome shop. I walk in there some days just to catch up with the employees, and see what new mods and tanks are out. The employees are honest, kind and patient. Highly recommended if you are just passing through, or looking for a great place to be a regular.

Be Careful!! My experience has been horrible. I ordered an item and a different item showed up. I returned the wrong item and was told the item I initially ordered was on backup. Fine Ill wait. 10 days later they issued me a partial refund. HUH? Not only did they send me the wrong item, waste my time, but took my money also!!After numerous emails with Solan I finally was made whole. I think they scam people out of money by playing the bait and switch game then say its there policy for partial refunds.In the end I found what I was looking for, much cheaper btw, and all I lost was time and faith in a business thats supposed to be on top of their game. Never again will I order from POTV, and tell all wholl listen.

Great place to find juice! This is usually my first stop to resupply as I love their house blends. It is a bit difficult finding your way to exactly what you may need from the set up of the displays, but the employees are more than happy to help you find what you are looking for!

This was my first time visiting here and I will continue to go back. amazing atmosphere and amazing down to earth employees! they treat you like family and they know what they are talking about. also great selection. wont do business anywhere else from now on!

I can’t believe I haven’t left a google review on these folks yet . I’ve been visiting them for years now , and they treat me and my family like their own . My children love them , and their stuffed monkey . They’ve always been kind and helpful , and have made sure that we were taken care of . If they don’t have something you want , they will try their best to get it for you . I make the drive to them anytime I need something , they’re the only ones I trust . These guys are the best in Mississippi. The first time you walk in they treat you like family, if you have never vaped before, they not only set you up with the best rigs at great prices, they walk you through everything step by step. You will walk out of this store a better person knowing you made the first step to quitting tobacco or starting an addicting new hobby.

Superb staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. They have member rewards and always treat each customer with care. Theyre NOT salesmen, so you know youre getting the best gear for YOU, not just some product theyre trying to push.

Went in here for the first time and to say the least I was VERY impressed with not only the personnel, but the facility as well. I felt like I could just sit on their couch and vape away while making great conversation. Its rare to find a vape store where you feel comfortable enough to just stay and chat and vape. They carry and immense arsenal of vaping goodies and tanks and mods and e liquids, they had exactly what I was looking for. I even decided to buy a new mod and though they didnt have it anymore when I came in they were more than helpful in getting it ordered even in my color choice ! Very helpful personnel and polite and knowledgable.They will take care you right the first time and every time after that. Came here from Colorado to visit family and I will be here long term and this vape store Beats any vape store that Ive been to in the 4 corners area. Great shop, Everything you could possibly want under one roof. Real decent guys, quality testers, badass gear and all the juice brands that youre looking for. If your Vaper and youre in the area you should stop in and check it out. With the shop like this, Jackson only needs one shop in town.

Best Vape Shop in town, hands down!! Very friendly and VERY knowledgeable staff, and you cant beat the prices. They are cheaper or at the most the same price as anywhere else.If they dont have it or carry it they will order it or guide you where to get it.I dont buy my vaping stuff anywhere else. Planet of the Vapes is hands down the best Vape Shop. My bf and I have checked out all the Vape Shops in our area and Planet of the Vapes takes the cake the guys there are very helpful to newbies like me and my husband.They do not mind answering our several newbie questions even tho they are busy,very nice selection of mods,accessories,and juices.Their house blends are awesome and consistent and the atmosphere is like being among your friends and family.Other shops in our area did not make us feel that way. I stopped in to look for another specific brand they didnt carry it. I tried two of the house blends and walked out with a 30ml of each. Tastes good comparable to cuttwood. I live in Vicksburg and will stop in here anytime I am in Jackson. Great testers. Recommend this store to all that vape.

I probably spend about 250 or more a month in this store. Literally the only vape shop i ever go to. Staff is always very helpful anf willing to help me with any vape issue i have even if im not buying anything on that particular day. Thanks for the edcellent service guys.
