I went there this morning and used one of my marlbro coupons on my app and their system crashed and they already scanned my coupon so they tell me theres nothing they can do about it. So i lost my 8 dollar coupon. Ill never return to that wild bills again.

I love all the employees that work here all very kind and extremely helpful but apparently they dont get holiday pay as they are working today and alot of other holidays. This specific location the employees are fantastic and deserve holiday pay. Do better for your employees

Very good store. The crew is great. They are very knowledgeable on products and always willing to help. Always running specials or blow out sales. I really hope the new vamping laws dont hurt them too bad. A lot of good people would probably be out of work.

Always a good experience here. Friendly staff thats always eager to help and point out sale items. No matter how busy they may be, the first thing you hear when entering is at least one person behind the counter giving a welcome greeting. Excellent Customer Service!

Went in to buy a slide for my bong. Guy INSISTED I needed a certain type even though I told him multiple times it was t the right type. I finally bought it anyway, thinking maybe for some reason I was the one confused. No, I was right. He was wrong. I took it back (thankfully quickly, as their return policy is EXTREMELY short), and was told to just bring my piece in so they could match it. 2 weeks later I make it back in, with my piece, just to find out they dont even have a standard size slide. The ONLY type of slider they carried was a very cheap, small one. Im not looking for anything out of the ordinary, its just a standard size. This place is REALLY far for me, so I definitely wont ever return and will probably shy away from all wild bills in the future.

Good selection of tobacco products. Fast service and friendly workers who are more than happy to help with any questions you may have. Also has good prices on tobacco and tubes and a decent rewards program that offers coupons.

By far the best tobacco shop in town. Not just tobacco sold here, you can find a large assortment of pipes, bowls, bongs, nectar collectors, CBD products, grinders, vaporizers, papers, blunts, and much more. The selection of scales is fenominal also. I prefer Blades that go to .01 and they always have them in n stock. If not the one by the mall, the other one will. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and can help if you have any questions. There is always a special sale happening so you pay 1/2 price on glass and silicone almost every time. They have had Black Friday deals where prices were incredibly low. I recommend these guys for the vast selection, quality products, and low prices. You cant beat these guys. They are simply the best. Hands down. Period.

Always a pleasant experience here. Quick service and the employees are nice enough. For anyone wondering they DO sell kratom. As an experiences kratom user, its decent stuff at a good price.

Was not happy tobacco is over priced when I can go to a party store and get a pack of show full flavor for 99 cents +tax or 1.05 out the door yet its 1.59 + tax there seems like they would try to at least match pricing but do not and I will not be returning to any wild bills in the future

If someone does not wear a mask, your employees need to assume they have a medical condition, which is Doctor patient privileged information. HIPAA laws supposed to be protecting the identity of our disabled. Yet, first thing you get is harrassed if not wearing a mask upon entering the store. You are told to leave. Guy yelled across building wear is your mask, is how customer is greeted. Embarrassing customers. They wont be harrassed again.How many have been turned away with underlying medical condition which prevents them from wearing the mask?Employees need customer care training!Been a customer 6 years, now I have to go back to The Tobacco Shop down the street.

Ive never had a bad experience at this location. There are many stores and app Ive been to were excellent. Their employees are all top notch.

Yeah dont buy your batteries from here. They SUGGESTED batteries that even say on them to not use outside of a battery pack. They were taken from a pack and rewrapped....especially the VTC5 AND VTC6. Read the battery for yourself if you want when youre in. Its in plain view on the physical battery itself. Ive bought plenty of LG and Sony 18650s and not a single battery has ever had that printed on the wrap or the vattery itself. Only time ive seen that printed on batteries was on those battery cells eith multiple batteries wrapped together...intended to be used as a pack. Seriously sketchy.

I purchased the Widowmaker Rda by Vandy vape, along with a package of Claption premade coils. The Rda i received did not look like the one on many reviews i have seen. The Drip tip is plastic not valerion which is standard for more Drip tips. The bag that contains the extra peices did not match what the manufacture promotes. It also did not come with premade coils and cotton that is standard for most RDAs on the market. When i tested the Rda and the Clapton coils it burnt the cotton i use. After a couple of uses the coil popped and was unusable. The store i use which is located in Jackson by the mall sells nock off versions of RDAs. I went to use the authentication code on the box and it was a fake. When trying to scratch it off so i could scan it, it ripped apart instead of revealing the manufacturers code provided. I can say i will not be returning to the store along with spreading the word they sell nock off products.

These folks are friendly as can be! Ask about their deals before you outright purchase, they always have something going on! LOVE THIS PLACE!
