I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Savannah, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and welcoming demeanor. The massage itself was incredible—Savannah has a true gift for finding just the right pressure and addressing all the areas that needed attention. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and completely refreshed. If you’re looking for a top-notch massage, I highly recommend booking with Savannah. She’s truly exceptional at what she does!

My experience with Margie was a 5. The only reason why I dropped my rating to a 4 is because they’ve downsized and took away the tranquility room. I used to get there early for my massages and use the neck warmers that were offered and relax before my massage or facial. Now you’re sitting in the crowded entryway while people are checking in/out. I know not all massage envy’s offered that experience but that was something that made the experience even better. They are offering water again, which is nice. Margie and the ladies at the desk are always so sweet and make it a calm atmosphere to enjoy.

Dyarius gave me a great massage with special attention to modifying his pressure. My neck, shoulder and low back pain were relieved. I was very relaxed and felt comfortable and safe with his details in draping and polite manners. There was no wait to be seen either. The front desk associate, Felicia, was most helpful too. I will definitely return for another great service experience.

Chris is absolutely the best! I went in with severe pain in my hip and back area and after a 90 minute massage was able to move so much better! I have been going to Bartram Massage Envy since they opened many years ago and Chris is by far the best massage therapist they have!!

I love going to Massage Envy in Bartram Park. Everyone there is so nice and pleasant at the front desk. The massages and facials I have received have all been amazing. Everyone there is truly talented and make you feel so much more relaxed and better than how you walked in. I had my last facial with Olga after having a reaction to products that were put on my face and she really helped to calm it down. Thank you so much!

Jamie was great and listened to all of my needs! She set a relaxing atmosphere and massaged the areas I requested and made sure I was satisfied the entire time. 10/10 would recommend!

My message therapist was 10 min behind the time I made an appoint. He did not apology for his late and I have asked for deep tissue. He asked about the pressure and I asked for deepest pressure he can offer. Needless to say, this session was a joke and he did not compensate the time he was late for. After the session he fleet out the room without offering water or wait as most of the message therapist. I’m guessing he had to leave in hurry but this could been very well communicated. After all I have asked for 90 min. The front end service was not any better. She asked how was the service, I said I will not ask for that specific therapist again because the service wasn’t what I expected. Only thing she said was I’m sorry. I won’t post the therapist name this time but I will not be returning to this location again. This was at the Bartram location off the Old St. Augustin Rd.

Olga always asks what areas I need work on and she works extra on those areas. Her massages are comfortable but penetrating enough to loosen up knots and tight muscles.

I had a great massage last night. I was super stressed out and tense and my shoulders were rigid. After the massage I can relax my shoulders again. Harry was extremely thorough and professional. I highly recommend this location and I intend to return soon.

Overall, my experience was GREAT! The front desk service was wonderful, very welcoming staff. My massage was wonderful as well as my facial. I left feeling AMAZING!!!

Dyrias gave me a great massage, it was so great I booked a second session with him! I would highly recommend him if you would like a deep tissue massage! It was so great I signed up for a membership!

Jamie is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and she makes me feel confident in her ability to address any problems I may have during my session. I have monthly standing appointments. Jamie’s massages allow me to be pain free and overall more healthy in my lifestyle.Update: 7/17/24 I had a cupping session with Jamie. This was my 3rd session, I committed to cupping through the summer to see if it actually made a difference in the overall feel of my back and shoulders. These are my problem areas, the neck is also but it is very difficult to cup on the neck because it’s such a tiny area. Anyway, I can honestly say that my back and shoulder’s feel noticeably different, less overall tension/tightness. I will continue to cup as needed after the summer because I feel it is worth it and Jamie is always amazing and just very knowledgeable.

Dyriaus is incredible! I have a lot of muscle knots and tension and he used the perfect amount of firm and deep pressure to relieve the pain and discomfort I was having. I would recommend him to anyone and I will be going back to see him! Thank you Dyriaus.

Olga was professional and knowledgeable providing me with next steps in my skin care. It was hands down the best facial I have had in recent years.

Been a member of this organization for 14 years; mostly the New Hyde Park NY location based store. Moved here 2 years ago and transferred my membership. I honestly don’t know how this location is still in business!!!! I had to freeze my membership due to injury and ultimately cancelled, with much difficulty; I might add this past March. If they even answer the phone, they tell you they will have the appropriate individual call you back; but no one ever does. When I did finally get my membership cancelled, I was inappropriately billed for the month. It took almost 2 weeks, 5 phone calls(because again they state they will have someone call and that never happened) and 2 visits to the location to get my refund issued. While at the store for the 2nd time to get my refund issued; I asked for a manager, and the person at the counter, said “How can I help You” without stating her name and the fact that she was a manager. (Ashley she finally said) She informed me they had issues with their system and my refund was issued 2 days prior. I asked for a receipt and that specifically showed she put my refund in the system 2 HOURS prior, which was shortly after I had made my first visit that morning. I’m not bashing the corporation based on my great experience at the New Hyde Park Location in NY; however I would never recommend this location. The management is terrible and the staff aren’t much better. Do not use!!

Had a facial with Ashley, and it was wonderful. Really appreciated her listening to what I wanted for a facial. I will be coming back.

I really liked how she talked to me during the massage, it definitely alleviated my tension and some uncomfortable , because it was one of my first times getting a massage and I was a little scared. Definitely recommend! ❤️

I had a wonderful experience at Massage Envy. Ashley is always very calming. Having a facial done by her is not just a facial. It is a relaxing 60 minute session with neck and arm massage, along with having your skin feel and look wonderful when you leave. I highly recommend this experience!

So I don’t really understand what all of the negative reviews are about. I feel like it’s either people who have nothing better to do than try to ruin a business, or just had a bad day so they take it out on ME by writing a bad review. Over the phone the lady was very kind, and professional! Upon entering (20 min early I might add) I was asked if I had to use the restroom by the lady at the front desk (also not rude or pushy like most reviews say) and I did not so she said I could wait in the tranquility room ( which was very relaxing)! My massage therapist name was Jennifer and she was incredible! She got rid of knots I’ve have for a long time and ones I didn’t even know about! She was in no rush and did not tell me to “leave and go home” as one person stated which I cannot imagine anyone at a ME would say! Nevertheless my experience was amazing as it always is when I come to a massage envy! I WILL be returning to this location at bartram park and I DO recommend this location !

Dyriaus gave me a massage. I had previously gone to a different location so wasnt sure I would like a new masseuse. No worries. Dyriaus techniques were good. Good pressure, which he confirmed a couple times. Left there feeling relaxed, and as I told him, I can put my shoulders down now. LOL Desk staff was friendly. Will visit thus location again.

I highly recommend Hector. On my first appointment with him, he quickly understood my needs and explained the treatments he applied. I am very satisfied with my massage and look forward to booking with him again.However, Jaime is my preferred masseuse for her outstanding personal attention to me and my bodies needs. Her care and expertise have greatly improved my health.

Chris is one of the best massage therapists I’ve been to. His calming demeanor relaxes me. Always takes care of my issues and gives me recommendations on products I can use at home to go hand in hand with his care .Definitely an asset to the company.

Everyone I’ve gotten massaged by at this location has done a great job. In particular the deep tissue massage specialists. Candice and Melo have complimentary styles and I recommend both if you have tension from disability or other health issues.Dyriaus is great for a very deep tissue massage and good at doing the most pressure without hurting you.

A 90 minute massage is the highlight of my week! Love my therapist, Jamie. She works away my tension and stress. The facility is clean and well maintained. Love the 30 minute rapid tension session before my massage. Heaven!

First time at the Bartram location and really enjoyed it! So much more like a spa compared to St. John’s. Everyone was very nice and professional.St Johns puts a big plastic jug of water and cups on the counter in the waiting room, really? Could you at least put it in a nice pitcher? Two locations and two totally opposite atmospheres.I highly recommend the Bartram location!

It’s hard for me to relax. But after the first 10 minutes into the massage; I’m able to relax completely. I highly recommend Gerard.I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for many years. Having a massage on a regular basis is beneficial to me. I no longer have the need to go to a chiropractor anymore.

The masseuses here are great, but getting a massage appointment at this or any of the other nearby franchises has been next to impossible since around January 2023, yet they tried to hold me to the 1-year contract I allegedly signed. Go ahead and send it to collections, see if I pay it. Fortunately, credit card companies are very familiar with Massage Envy showing up on charge disputes, and yall shouldnt have too much trouble getting your money back one way or the other.If I commit to paying for massages for an entire year, I expect to actually be able to get those massages.

MELO is honestly the best massage therapist I’ve ever had.

My boyfriend scheduled me a one hour massage with a foot scrub essential. I did not get called out of the waiting room until 1:15, my appointment was at 1:00. So I figured she was just late and would make up for the hour. When I was done I looked at the time and it was a little before 2. I was dressed and out in the lobby by 2:03. I told the lady at the front desk who by the way has no customer service skills. She told me while I’m waiting that counts as my time. I understand that hen you get in the room but not the 15 minutes I waited before. The owner even came out and seemed not to care. They told me they refunded the foot scrub which shouldn’t even have been charged in the first place because she literally put a scrub on my foot and wiped it off which was about one minute . No massage of my feet or anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Okay I specially because the staff doesn’t seem to care to resolve anything.

I highly recommend Olga as an esthetician. Her knowledge, ability to cater to individual needs, and her genuine personality make her an exceptional professional. If youre looking for an amazing facial and a wonderful experience, Olga is the person to go to. Trust me, you wont be disappointed!

David deserves more than 5 stars! Ive had many massages done in the past but he really dug to nitty-gritty of my stiff muscles. I work 2 jobs (60+ hours a week). He got to know me and knew what to do. Ill definitely be going back to David because he was super nice, caring, and got the job done with my massage!! I would say hes definitely a professional In the industry. He knows his work! Thank you David!!

Yan is excellent. Her pressure is perfect, she’ll check to make sure it’s good and adjust based on your feedback. She finds knots I didn’t know I had and by the time she’s done, they’re gone. She’s also very kind and just an overall great masseuse. Highly recommend Yan!!

Been a customer of the Bartram Park Massage Envy for almost 10 years now. The therapist are great! The employees at the front desk are always helpful. The management and business practices how ever have been sketch for the last 4 to 5 years. After trying to obtain a copy of my signed contractual agreement, which should have been honored and supported by the class action settlement on March 2nd, 2020, I am still being charged fees that I never agreed to. After trying several times to obtain my contract and being flat out ignored by the manager of the Bartram Park Massage Envy I have given up. I dont feel I should have to remind them of the class action suit in order to my contractual fee schedule so today I went in - in person - to cancel my membership and account and they were out of cancelation forms. I was told one would bee-mailed to me from the same office that failed to provide me with an e-mailed copy of my signed contract to begin with. If I received the cancelation form I am supposed to have a printer to print it out, fill it out and return yet again to the store to cancel? It is madness and I am done. The manager was in her office within ear shot and open door and could not be bothered to come out and see how to help. This has been an overall terrible experience. Poor quality of management and Business practice.

I’ve been going to Ms Jamie for 12-15 years on and off depending on monthly schedule. I finally found my backup as equal as Ms Jamie. His name is Melo. I was a like a new person after the back therapy. Jamie and Melo are true healers

Can be tough to schedule massages but the people they have here are mostly pretty good. I actually recently cancelled my membership and they didn’t give me any hassle about it so that was pretty amazing. Not a bad place but if you’re busy like me it can be tough to get a massage in every month.

After being a member for about 15 years, I had them place my account on hold until they have appointments for a massage. They simply dont have enough therapists.

Had been going there for years, but something changed post-Covid. Never had any issues with therapists, just the way they run their business now. Just hassle after hassle. Got a text over the weekend saying a therapist couldnt make the appt and we rescheduled via text. Show up for appt and then...sorry we are booked. Showed them the text and they said we dont know who did that. Being a business owner myself, I am just embarrassed for them. They need to fire all management and start over. What a joke of a staff there. If you are going to use Massage Envy, dont use Bartram Park. Stay away at all costs. This will save your time and your money, so you are welcome to whoever is reading this.

Do not get scammed by this place! Ive been a member of Massage Envy for 8+ years. This is the WORST location. I called in July of 2021 and asked that my account be paused because I had 12+ massages banked in my account - especially with COVID - and has told no problem. 6 months later, I realize the account was never paused, I called and the manager - who needs major customer service training- is SUPER snotty and says I didnt fill out a form. When I say, the person who I spoke with never mentioned a form, she called me a liar and said she was certain that the employee I spoke with told me about the form? Really? If I cancel my membership, I will have 60 days to use 19 massages. They only let you transfer 1 massage a month... I am stuck as a member who will never be able to use 19 massage + one more each month - I cant pause the account so I can catch up (now they dont off the same pause they did when I called last year) so basically I am stuck.. I currently have $1,045 worth of massages in my bank with no way out! Dont let this happen to you! They do not care about their customers

Please Dont waste your hard earned money at this location. Everyone is checked out at this location permanently and the turnover is very rampant. Please choose elsewhere to get a massage or any services for that matter. They are never on time with the services anyways. So you will get short changed time before you ever get started with your massage being 19 mins late. Then your therapist will be injured when they should have stayed home. They charge upwards of 12% to utilized your credit card to tip as well. Massage envy you should be ashamed of how bad you have been ripping off your customers.

Visiting from out of town and decided to get a facial and massage. Veronica gave my facial and did an excellent job. She was attentive to my skin care needs and was very friendly. Rebecca gave my massage, which was also great! She was able to relieve my tension while not using too much pressure. I would recommend both of these ladies!The front office staff was also very welcoming and pleasant. I will definitely go back to this location when Im back in the area!

I had a membership with Massage Envy for about 18 months. The service was good. Well, when we were able to get an appointment. I recently moved to Austin, Texas and I canceled my membership before we left in January 2020. 6 months later, I found that the Bartram Location started charging my Credit Card monthly again. I’ve called the location, my bank, disputed the charges, etc. My bank has denied payment to Massage Envy, and they continue to try and charge my Credit Card. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. The incompetence of this franchise is mind boggling. I will tell everyone I know that the massages I received at Massage Envy are good, but for God sake, pay with cash and never give them a Credit Card or enroll in a membership.

Candace did a great job on my massage. Felt so relaxed as I left.

Where do I begin. First I scheduled my appointment a month ago for this Sunday at 5pm, then 1 week prior to my appointment I get a call from someone saying that the massage therapist I made a appointment with is on vacation at that time. So we reschedule the appointment for Sunday at 4pm with another therapist. Then 30 minutes before my appointment I get a text message stating that my massage therapist is sick and my appointment had been canceled. After that I get an email asking me if I want to reschedule the appointment at 5pm. Which is the original time I scheduled the appointment at in the first place. Called to tell them what happen and they didnt even care. No apologies what So ever. I guess I should have read the reviews before scheduling massage here. Straight garbage!

I have been a member for several years. It seems that this particular location has a problem staffing for therapists. The last 4 times that I have called (many days in advance) I cant get in at a convenient time for me. With a location that size one would think that they could have enough staff to accommodate their clients. I am beyond frustrated with this as I am 10 minutes from this location versus driving all over Jacksonville to the other locations. I have said something to the receptionist each time this has happened and I get a sorry but no manager has ever reached out to me. They have no problem debiting my account every month, yet I cant get the services that I am paying for, and no they wont give me my money back for my banked up services that I cant seem to book. Horrible customer service.

I have been a member with Massage Envy for more than 5 years. When Hurricane Matthews hit, I experienced some damage on my house and I was worried about my family as well. In the meantime, I missed my appointment because I forgot about it having more important things on my mind. The manager I spoke with had no sympathy and did not give me a reprieve for my missed appointment. I lost money from that appointment. I canceled my membership and have not been back since. That manager needs more training on customer relations and keeping customers happy who have been a customer for many years. Allowing one missed appointment to slide wont hurt the business.

Jamie did an awesome job. Felt much better afterwards.

This Massage Envy just like Palm Coast cancels appointment and never calls I drove 1 hours to either location only to find out the appointment is cancelled. I used to have a membership, cancelled it because of never calling and informing of the cancellation. If you join Massage Envy in Jacksonville or Palm Coast FL just be prepared for a cancellation. AndIf you’re not a member and pay full price because of not needing massage every month again just be prepared for your appointment to be canceled, because ofMember

Worst experience and massage I have ever had. Manager called me back after my poor review via the corporate survey and expressed concern over my opinion. Stated he will get back to me with a credit. 3 weeks have gone by and it never happened. Dont waste the money go elsewhere.

My advice is to avoid this ME at all costs. Our experiences have gone from mediocre to terrible. The front desk personnel treat their customers with distain and the young lady at the front desk is absolutely the worst. Apparently, the owner could care less given the number of one star reviews.

I have a $75 gift card from my husband. When I called to make an appointment, they said they needed a credit card in addition to the gift card to secure the appointment. Nowhere on my gift card does it say they have to use a credit card to secure an appointment. I went up to the Bartram branch to make the appointment. The girl at the desk said that all three of the women behind the counter were managers and they wouldn’t book an appointment without a credit card due to corporate policy’s no show fee. I called Oakleaf Massage Envy and they were happy to book an appointment with my gift card only. They called Bartram after I mentioned my experience and Bartram then said its their store policy. I dont know how its legal to refuse to book an appointment when weve already given them $75.

I have been a Massage Envy customer for years and recently moved, so I tried this location now twice at Bartram. First, the staff at the Front Desk is terrible, they are always frazzled, second my most recent massage experience was horrible. My massage therapist was coughing the whole time and when done she said now get off my table and go home, I was appalled. Needless to say, I am cancelling my membership, ME has not consistency with therapists and the unprofessional manner is unacceptable.

Ashley is very sweet and provides an excellent service. I would highly recommend her for your facial needs.

I stopped into this location to ask if there was a way for me to be able to use existing credits on my stepsons account. The woman at the front desk did not smile once during our conversation, was short with me, corrected my question (THATS not what you asked. THATS something totally different.) and even my 11-year-old commented that she was rude and sounded like she was tired of customers when we left. If she had been nicer, I would have asked about scheduling a massage regardless, but I have no interest in going there now.

The front desk staff was pleasant enough when checking in for my first appointment. I had received a gift for M.E. as a valentines gift and was very much looking forward to using it. I requested a deep tissue massage and have had them before so I knew what to expect. The massage was horrible. The guy told me that he couldnt wait to be out of this place ummm---fyi that isnt comforting to know as a customer. He set the timer as soon as we went into the room, and not only was watching the count down but ended it 10mins early. The massage was so painful, I had to keep asking for lighter pressure- my back and neck hurt for a few days afterwards and I had bruising around my neck. Towards the end of the massage the guy mentioned he forgot the aromatherapy and will make sure not to charge me for it- I would hope so! He disappeared right after the massage, I had to figure out where to go and walked myself up to the front reception area to be stuck arguing about not being charged for the aromatherapy. This whole experience was a major let down, and I dont even know why I paid for such horrible service, but I do not plan on returning back. OH! and I posted a detailed review on the Massage Envy Listens site but have yet to hear back from a single representative, so please do not waste my time and yours by asking me to post ANOTHER review.

Ive been a Massage Envy client for 15 years or more but I canceled my membership because the service at this location is so subpar. After many, many poor experiences, its just too much when H&S down the road is great.

Massage Envy St Augustine RD --- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE --- My wife hired a babysitter ($20), took time off from work ($30), and went to Massage Envy for her prescheduled appointment with Sirene. When she got there the therapist didn’t come in to work that day no one else could massage her and the receptionist was like tuff luck you have to reschedule. Without complaint of the inconvenience my wife rescheduled her appointment. The next day she couldn’t make her appointment guess what. Alex the receptionist was not as nice and understanding as my wife. She explained for my wives inconvenience they were going to charge her credit card. I explained we just a bought an expensive plane ticket for an emergency and if she charged us it would result in an insufficient funds fee on top of their fee. I told her we would re schedule and tip the therapist Donny later. No sympathy, she said Donny the therapist who was not even there, he had to get paid. Well Sirene, Alex, and Donny thanks to you putting yourselves first and not the customer you lost our business, my friends will not be your customers and all of their friends, and hopefully everyone that reads this post.

I have had great massages from several of the therapists here. Some are average though. I always request the ones that do good deep tissue work. Otherwise it is similar to other massage envy locations.

Horrible first experience, unauthorized charge on my card for the wrong service and had to refund me , everyone had an issue with refunding me until I called my bank that was the first red flag , the manager never called me to clear up the situation or apologize for the unauthorized purchase , poor communication across the board the day shift and night shift don’t communicate which is why I was charged when I wasn’t supposed to be, the manager did not show any remorse , the employees I spoke with said they couldn’t help me and everyone always seems confused after wrong information is given, they are so money hungry they will schedule you for things you didn’t ask for and when you ask them about it they get uncomfortable I had to cancel my card because I no longer felt safe with them having my information, I’m also having issues canceling my membership was told no one can do it until Monday and that’s a maybe as a hard working citizen this was unacceptable would not recommend this location , also there is always different mangers and workers no stable staff in the one month I’ve been with them there has been 2 different managers which is another red flag save yourself the stress what was suppose to relax me has become a night mare

First massage ever. Lets just say it was a great experience... for the location and it being in a popular area I was thinking I would hear a lot of outside noise but that was not the case... very quite and relaxing... cant wait to book my next massage...Also the front desk staff where wonderful and helpful.

Scheduled a massage online, showed up, checked in, waited and waited. Back to counter to learn massage therapist is not in today. Complete waste of my time. They did offer me a free hour to be redeemed later. Not very professional.

The membership is a crock! I would never ever get another membership here. The staff hounds you to renew and get a membership, and when you do they don’t inform you that if you don’t renew your membership credits expire. I recall that they called me to ask If I wanted to renew and I said no. And during that call they did not tell me that I had to use my last credit or it will expire!!! I had to go out of the country and wasn’t able to use my credit within 60 days. DONT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!!

Not very friendly staff and the massage was painful. Im less relaxed than going in.

My complaint is not necessarily about this location, though this is where I have a membership. The corporate policies of Massage Envy are questionable at best. If you want to give your money to a corporation who cares nothing about its customers, then by all means, do so. I, however, will be utilizing a local spa for my future massages.

I bought my wife a gift card here. She called to make an appointment today and was told she had to use a credit card to make the appointment. They would not make an appointment otherwise and said this was the store policy. There was nothing mentioned about this before and nothing that came with the gift card stating this. She called another location and they had no problem making an appointment without a credit card. This store is a train wreck and I would avoid it.

Do NOT get a membership. I was signed up for a 6 month membership, that was prepaid and now I am being told I was signed up for 12 months. I purchased coupons for extra services, that were to be used monthly. These services while monetarily they are FREE are actually deducted from your TIME. So, be very careful when trying to use any coupons and make sure you double check all charges because they are unable to reverse any charges they put through.

Provider (Jelena) is super proficient and friendly. Consistently delivers quality service.

After reading all of these recent negative rebrand not seeing a manager or owner come on here to even see what the customers are saying really alarms me. I was going to schedule a appointment for the love of my life but this is not the way I would want to show anyone I love or care for. Management don’t only recognize the opportunity but address it affectively.

Whoever is setting the policies for this location really needs a wake up call. The mask harassment and Covid forms every time you go are beyond ridiculous. Take your money elsewhere because until they loose money, this insanity will continue.
