My massage therapist was amazing. She definitely has gifted hands. She have made me tap out a couple times when I thought no one can make me tap out.lol🤪 I got more than I asked for. She is truly the one to go to when u want a deep tissue massage. She put me in some stretching position I myself didn’t know I got the flexibility to do. And I am pretty strong and flexible. Please go get a massage from her u will not regret it. These pics was me after. She put me to total relax mode.

Had a great overall therapeutic session at Massage Envy off Roosevelt Blvd. in Jacksonville. My therapist was Ebony and she did a thorough job explaining the process to me, as this was my initial visit at this establishment. The massage was great and exactly what I needed. I was so pleased with the experience that I ended up getting a monthly membership. I highly recommend Ebony and Massage Envy.

I had Ebony for the first time yesterday. It was one of the best massages of my life! She made me feel very comfortable, and her technique was amazing. I was so relaxed and all my muscles loose after my session with her. Ive already booked my next appointment with her for 2 weeks out. I dont know what technique she used on my neck, but I could have had a neck massage for the whole session... it felt so good!

Great massage. She was good. But prefer someone who stands vice sitting down. I have experienced a different and more favorable check in and waiting process. I prefer not to sit with a random male unless I was there for a couples massage. I am just use to more of a spa resort feel when I get massages/facials. The massage was good the overall feel of the location is just ok.

Kadisha has an amazing technique with her arms and hands! She made me feel relaxed and comfortable to the point I dosed off! She listened to every detail of what I wanted! I will be back for another session! Thank you! 😊

Debbie was great!!! I feel amazing today! I will be back to see her.The person behind the counter needs to learn some customer service skills though. There was a miscommunication on their side related to transferring credits and she couldn’t be bothered with calling another location to deal with the credit because “she didn’t book it” I had to insist she call them to get it handled.

Always a clean and nice environment at Ortega. Staff is friendly and Im always brought back in a timely manner. Ryan is great! Always a pleasure to see him and hes kind and knowledgeable. Hes always making sure he checks in and meets my needs. Gives as much or as little conversation as youd like and I always leave feeling much better than I came in.

Been a member for years and I typically see the same therapist, who is wonderful. I couldn’t get in with her, so I booked with an another therapist when I was having major neck pain( I literally couldn’t go to work.) This therapist was absolutely awful. Started the massage late and ended the massage early, making my massage time literally only 40 minutes. I had to open my eyes to see if she was falling asleep bc the massage was so bad. I called and asked to speak to a manager to see if I can get some kind of discount for the time lost. Receptionist took my number and I still have yet to hear from the manager 1 week later.

Ebony was very thorough before we started our session. She made sure to ask if the tension was fine and allowed me to relax the entire time. After the session she gave suggestions for things to do at home. This made me love her even more. I booked a membership solely based off my experience with Ebony. 10 out of 10!

I had a thoroughly great experience at Massage Envy. Easy sign in, little wait and then a great massage by Brian. It was more than a massage though, he really listed to why i was there and it was almost a physical therapy session with stretching and resistance movement along with deep massage.Excellent. I will continue to go there now.

Angela is fantastic 🤩🤩🤩 if you want a facial or back facial she is the only one to see! She is truly gifted and takes her job seriously and will make you feel so relaxed, you’ll fight not going to sleep! I drive past 2 manage envy’s just to go to hers! Recommend her x1000!

My massage with Jaree was amazing. She was very personable and friendly. She is very experienced and it shows in her work.There was a bit of a mixup with the scheduling but it was quickly resolved and ultimately I had a wonderful overall experience.

Sue M. Is terific. She takes the time to understand the clients needs and customizes the massage. The front desk staff gets you checked in and out quickly and they can answer any questions, talk about products and recommend services when needed.

Angie is absolutely incredible! My body has been a complete knot post 2 pregnancies and riddled with motherly anxiety. Angie has a true gift in massage - my mind, body and spirit have all been lifted since I’ve started seeing her.

2/2/2024. We were in town for the Gate River run. Was finally able to get an appointment at a massage location after the race. We went to the Ortega location. My massage started & ended on time. She did a wonderful job. I was there with my brother & his appointment was after mine with another therapist (5p). I waited for him up front. It was 5:45 when I saw him. I looked at my watch & told him he got shorted! This means his therapist had to have stopped around 5:41/5:42. I know all about the grace period because I get massages often in Georgia. The earliest she should have stopped was 5:50. She told him that they allow 15 minute grace period. Grace period for consultation is on the front end of the massage & is not 15 minutes. Even though I was satisfied with my massage, I will not support this location next time I’m in town

We love Angela! (Facials) She is very professional and also very caring in all the services she provides. She is also extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely be back to see her again!

Terrible experience. I usually go to the Oakleaf location.I was 10 minutes late for my 90 minute massage. I accidentally went to the wrong location. Totally my fault, but even being late my massage therapist still ended the massage 12 minutes early. Also, spent 10 minutes looking for a breast pillow as I had my first child 8 weeks ago.Also, she talked the entire time about herself.It was the opposite of relaxing. I am highly dissatisfied.

Bradley was amazing! He listened to Mt concerns and talked through entire process. Helped me decide on what type of massage and areas of concern. Made the most of the time and I felt SO much better once I was done and left! Would go to him again!!

My massage was ninety min and always amazing. The best place for a massage. I’ve had a different person each time for a massage and ALL of them are amazing. I know who ever I get to massage me I know it will be great. For the first time I had a facial and I am going back again. Five star plus plus plus for this place and the people at this location.

My 2 experiences with Jaree were phenominal... she listened to my concerns we had friendly chitchat and laughs and she made me feel better by the end of my session... my pain and discomfort were gone for weeks until my next visit. Very skilled and professional.

Me and my boyfriend planned for months for a trip to come down and get a massage while we vacationed. it was his first experience at a professional. The lady was absolutely unprofessional. Talked the entire time didnt do a good massage at all . Touched all the spots he specifically said he didnt want touched. she kept playing with the radio and trying to fix the Internet...all the way to her telling him she was giving all her money to someone in another country. She also told him he needed to work out. Which made him feel very uncomfortable. He couldnt wait until it was over. I have contacted them about this and they have never called him to talk to him about it after saying they would. Its been about a month now. It is really disappointing to know the customer isnt cared about.Edit to add: they did reach out and apologize and offered a free massage

First experience at ME was a very good experience. The young lady at the front desk was super polite and at the end of my session she explained the details of becoming a member. The place was very clean and my wait time was minimal. My actual massage session was SUPERB! Ryan made sure that he asked questions about areas that needed attention and the amount of pressure that would be ok for me. We even talked during the session (until I fell asleep) which is always a plus for me. So overall I was very pleased with ME and I’ll definitely be going back

It’s taking me a minute to get on here and say anything i’ve been waiting on Stephanie the (Manager) to get back with me concerning my visit… it’s been several weeks haven’t been able to reach her or she hasn’t called me back yet it’s…It’s not often you get a massage and lay there saying I can’t wait for it to be over …While returning to my car I noticed my arm and the swelling of it .. I don’t know if something bit me or what I took my phone out and took a picture and went back in and showed them…Here are some pictures

My experience with Stacy was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and hit all my concerned areas. However, Emily at the front desk could have been more friendlier as she is the first person you see as you check in and out. Especially since this was my first time at this location. I asked about a membership after my massage and she explained it so fast as if I was bothering her. Thanks to Stacy amazing job I will be back,but hope Emily will have a more inviting attitude as this is a place where people come to relax and feel welcomed.

I have been a client of Cora for three years . From the very beginning she is always polite, ask questions of what is needed, and an expert Massage therapist (Swedish, stone, deep tissue). I am fully relaxed after every session.

Best massage ever!! Ted listened during my initial consultation & gave me exactly what I needed. Muscle tightness is the worst but having a therapist that knows how to help is why i return!!

Paid for a 90 minute massage got a 70 minute massage. Firm massage was great, Stacy did an amazing job.

I went in today for an appointment that I made yesterday. My appointment was for noon I arrived on time. The young lady asked me what was my name I told her she said through the glass doors to the waiting area. I did that I saw other people come in and they were escorted to get their massage. I kept waiting and no one asked for my name .So then the person who was supposed to be doing my massage asked my name and went to the desk. He came back and said that I need to go to the desk. The young lady told me that she could reschedule me for another day. After sitting back there for 45min all. I got was I can reschedule for another day sorry. I will not be back!!!!!

Came in with strained back muscle and Riho did an excellent job worked all of my knots out. She is super sweet and always making sure you are ok. Did so well scheduled another appointment the following week!

First let me say my therapist was Jaree, and she was AMAZING, so no complaints there! Just dont care for places that push you to sign up for a monthly membership to be auto-drafted. DEFINITELY not paying $75 a month to pay an ADDITIONAL $75 for each massage.

I had a wonderful experience! Jaree was my massage therapist and was extremely skilled and attentive to my needs. They continued to check in to make sure I was fine with the pressure and comfortable throughout my experience. The atmosphere was serene, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

Riho did an excellent job! She communicated well, had a lot of knowledge about massage therapy, and made for a relaxing visit!

It was recommended by my sons primary care physician to get monthly massages as his legs often get very tight and the massages definitely have helped. Debbie was his therapist yesterday at the Saint Johns Avenue location and Kyle has an appt in another few weeks with her again. He said his legs felt better after his massage.Thank you Debbie!!!

Kelly gave one of the best facials Ive had in over 20 years! Ive been getting regular monthly facials since 1977 and I know what a great facial is. Finally found Kelly at Massage Envy.

Anastasia helped more than any masseuse in my life. She alleviated my pain and increased my flexibility, and improved posturing. Ill be incorporating deep tissue messages into my regiment.

I received an amazing massage and the receptionist helped me set up a monthly account as they are having a discount! I am now a member. But, I only got a massage for abour 40/60 minutes because they are required to give you 10 min before and after to change.... prepare yourself for that as you may feel like its going fast.

Stacey is fabulous but just be ready she is firm pressure. But the range of movement I have afterwards is amazing. Highly recommend!

Jaree is awesome. Its been over a year since my last massage but I knew I wanted to visit with Jaree after hearing she was still working with ME. Jaree takes her time, asks if youre comfortable, and lets you relax without the talking. At the time of my visit I was enduring pain due to my sciatic nerve and she focused on what I advised her. My visit was with Deandra about 5 days ago. I have never experienced a massage of this nature. She hit the right spots and it all seemed to coordinate if that makes sense. Though I haven’t experienced many she has to be top notch. I still feel good!

Massage started on time for the 60 minute massage. The massage only lasted 45 minutes. Was told by the masseuse that theres a 15 minutes dressing buffer time built into the massage. Hmmm??

I had a facial and massage done. Angela gave me one of the best facials Ive had and Ashley by far the best and when I say the best, I mean the best massage therapist Ive had at massage envy. I wished I wouldve found her at the beginning. I just wanted a relaxing massage with peace and quiet and she did exactly that and I was so relaxed once I left there. Five star rating for both Ashley and Angela.

One of my coworkers gave me a gift card to Massage Evnvy for my birthday.I had a massage YEARS ago but not here. The atmosphere was very inviting, relaxing music playing, and clean. Deborah really took care of me. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I think i feel asleep during parts of my session. I will be coming back.

A lovely front desk person, Haley, helped me set up both appointments and the navigation of my membership from NC to FL was seamless. I will definitely return here when I’m in town. My massage therapist, Deandrea, was very friendly, listened to my needs & worked out muscles and tissue areas that my body was sore or stiff from my tough workouts this past few weeks. I was also feeling rather stressed from work but this massage was so relaxing that I finally had a good nights sleep.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for over 15 years and just moved to this region recently. I travel one hour for my appointments, across the FL/GA state line, usually in pain, but I always leave with no pain. Angela listens well to her clients needs and adjusts her technique accordingly. I am so glad that I found her, as that was one of my biggest concerns with relocating.

Just left from getting a firm massage it was amazing my body was so sore from weight training and running often. All my points of concern were hit thoroughly. The massage therapist and receptionist were all very nice. Clean welcoming, would recommend this location.

Went for a couples massage and it was very nice and clean. The lady I had was very nice and did a good job but I wish I had a lil more pressure. My husband enjoyed his as well. This was his first massage, so Im glad it was a pleasant experience for him.

I was a long time member and watched customer service go down. Some of the people that run the front desk have no customer service skills and could care less. The manager is just as bad. She doesnt care if someone cancels or not. Heres the paper to sign. I wonder if the owner knows how they actually treat people? The massage therapists are great. Its the service staff that need to learn how to treat customers.

Eve was great to work with. She asked along the way how my chemical peel was feeling to make sure that I wasn’t uncomfortable while having it done.

First massage was great, even signed up for a package afterwards. Second massage, woman went WAY TOO HARD, even though i requested medium pressure and told her it hurts, she said take deep breaths. I should have known it was a bad idea, woke up sore and my back was red and swollen. It even swoll during the massage and she had to back off. Not relaxing at all, and the hard pressure did not help like she promised.Tried booking the hot stone massage with another therapist, twice. First time they cancelled. Second time they called me a few days before and said that therapist doesnt do hot stones (then why was it entered into the system at all as such?). They also couldnt accommodate the 90 minutes and had to bump it down to 60. I ended up not showing as I thought at this point I need to go to another location. The woman on the phone didnt seem to care probably thought I was a Karen, but like why is there such an issue with scheduling and why do therapists decide to talk the entire massage and go harder than you wanted. Wouldnt recommend.

Stephanie is the most unprofessional Manger Ive ever experienced. Ive been going here for over 2 years now. She is not willing to resolve issues or do what a manager is supposed to do.She likes to pass things on to the others working there and they dont have any authority to do anything in the systems.. Ive been overcharged and have left numerous messages for Stephanie and not getting any call backs. I have went up there 4x to try and talk with her and miraculously she has left for the day early every single time. I even went at the start of her shift so I know they are lying! Ive even gone as far as to sit there for hours because they said she stepped out then finally they said she was gone for the day. Everytime I go I have my bank statements and proof that I have been over charged but Stephanie is uncooperative and unresponsive.The worst part is Im trying to cancel my subscription and she wont sign the paper work which I have a dated copy of! Its obvious that there is lack of consideration for others time and money. In the 2 hours that I sat there mostly everyone that came to the front desk had complaints and wanted to talk with the invisible Stephanie. They were a great company now Its reduced to horrible experiences from a horrible Manager Stephanie!

The massage was okay, but the GPS and Waze directions were awful!!! Kept putting me in the middle of nowhere! I wound up getting there late and had to pay an hour price for a 40 minute massage. They also kept pushing a membership that I didnt need or want!

I’ve had more massages than I can count in my life, and have gone to this location several times before started a membership after my fourth visit or so. The front desk staff is always professional, and welcoming. They typically recognize me and make me feel valued. I will say that the massage you experience will vary greatly depending on the therapist treating you, but Cynthia truly goes above and beyond! Never have I ever had someone pay such attention to my pain or ask me questions throughout or help explain my causes and how to remedy my long term pain. She honestly helped me feel validated, and listened to. I cannot rave enough about her or the wonderful experience I had with her!

My massager took my physical needs in care. I have lymphedema and arthritis. She massage me, focusing, on pressure areas that relieved pain. I was very pleased as always. *Remember to always tip*

I made an appt today last minite because I have been very stressed with work and actually had a migraine at the time. I went in for my appt which started on time. I had Ted as my massage therapists who was very nice and took the time to listen to my requested focus areas. He kept confirming pressure was good and that I was comfortable. I walked out of there feeling relaxed and amazing! It was much needed. Thank you!

Pleasant enough, but they switched out my technician without telling me. then the person I got was late getting me in. She was good, but really needed to warm up her hands and the oils before her first touch. Kind of shocking when youre trying to relax.
