From the moment I walked in the office I felt like they went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They helped us find a parking space. Veronica took my husband back first then me. It was the best massage we had ever had. Clean , comfortable, Veronica was kind, professional, and her technique was incredible. Me and my husband talked about it all the way home. We will be returning again. Thank y’all Elements! Awesome experience. 🙂

I just went to the Mandarin location to get some information about weight loss, and the receptionist was locking the door at 7:23pm, even though it clearly states on the door that they close at 8pm. And when I looked bewildered, she said we are closing early tonight...37 minutes early, for no apparent reason. Thats certainly a good way to lose customers...before they even give you their money. I hope others read this before they go here. That isnt how you should run a business.

Had a wonderful experience on 4/6. Had an amazing massage with Unique and facial with Mandy. I was well taken care of the whole time. I went home very relaxed. Thank you Element of Therapy for a very calming time.

Really wanted this to work for my laser hair removal, but I’ve been there twice and they turned me away from getting laser hair removal on my face because I had a slight tan. I’ve had so much laser hair removal and have never been turned away. I am not that dark at all. It’s like putting a child in a bubble wrap suit to go on a car ride because of the risk of a car accident. (Just way overkill). BUT IF it was just that, I wouldn’t mind so much, however I’ve had at least three appointments canceled on me last minute, or moved around for various reasons on their end. Sorry, but time is really tight for me nowadays and I won’t be going back for the rest of my package. There’s so many options.

So glad I found Elements of Therapy. I have struggled with my weight and various failed diets for decades. I heard thru a friend about Elements of Therapy and their semaglutide program combined with a long term health program which is designed to keep the weight off after you stop taking semaglutide. Dr Cindy is simply the best! She walked me thru the entire program to show me how I will not only get to my goal weight, but keep it off long after the semaglutide treatments are done. I’m starting my second week and I’m already down eight pounds. The massage we nice and staff great,, the room looked messy and unkept with an old couch and stuff. I had a massage here before in another room and it was fine but this wasn’t nice at all!

Nicole was awesome; friendly, excellent communication, knowledgeable and she provided tips and tricks to help prevent discomfort and stress.

My massage therapist did an amazing job got a lot of relief from my back where I had a lot of tension I would definitely recommend going here

Laser did not work . After i finished treatments the hair grew back like it was before. I did go there and complained and got 2 free sessions but they did nothing. To my opinion laser does not work save your time and money.

BUYER BE AWARE DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. They charge you for a membership then turn around and charge you more for deep tissue and then trust to want a $20 tip on top of the $90 you have already paid. They will book you for an appointment then 15 mins before its time for your appointment they cancel you. You never can get in contact with anybody at the front desk. The owner is running a sloppy massage establishment and he doesnt even realize it.

My first visit I had dermaplaning with a mini facial I feel like she did a very good job very easy to talk to and my face was glowing after the procedure.

I heard about a process that is provided by The element spa while I was in Vegas at a conference. I called about it and was created and informed about the process by an amazing staff. They processed everything quickly, efficiently and without issue and even went WAY above and beyond to get me in within 48 hours at the exact time I needed. They worked for a full day to find the right location and are bringing in a Nurse to help guide me through the process I will do at home.As a Buisness owner I am so impressed with this staff. They are amazing.While I was doing the questionnaire at home 7:55 last night I was having an issue and called the number for help. I was greeted by the owner Rick who walked me through the process step by step and even enjoyed a 35 minute conversation with him afterward. I seriously am so impressed.EDIT: I can not say enough great things about the ELEMENTS. Cindy Osteen who is providing my services is absolutely the best provider Inhabe ever received. I have texted her private number at 3 am with questions when I wake up and know I will not remember and need to send it. I’ve texted at 8 pm and she is always responding same day quickly and professionally. I feel like I have a personal and the best medical provider. Thank you all for everything you do.Even going into the offices are a joy. The staff are always extremely accommodating. Dee at the mandarin office just helped me tremendously so big shout out to you DEE !!

I have the best massage therapist... Alexis. She is by far the most talented and knowledgeable therapist I have ever had. I have seen her for several years. I have a lot of problems with my L hip after a total hip replacement. My body had developed a lot of scar tissue and Adhesions. I had to walk with a cane. After two months with Alexis, I have not used a cane sense. I also have a lot of issues with my neck shoulders and back. If it was not for her I would be in a wheelchair or bedbound!**********. 11 stars in my book👍🤩

Nicole is AMAZING!!! I always feel refreshed and rejuvenated and zen after a session with her. I’ve been seeing her for awhile and she has helped me with stress, ankle and knee issues and overall well being. I enjoy every chance I get to see her and support my bodies well being. Investing in your health in natural ways is one of the best things you can do for your body. The facility is clean, well maintained and welcoming.

Had a great experience with the people who work here. They were very helpful on getting my wife in on short notice for a massage before her surgery. My wife said that it was the best massage she has had to date. Its a very welcoming atmosphere and the people at the front desk were beyond great! Dont hesitate to use this place and their services. If I had the option Id give more stars.

I have been a client at this place for over 2 years. I signed an agreement to have monthly payments automatically sent to them. This has allowed me to schedule my appointm when needed. However, I don’t sgo ok monthly and they will accumulate. It’s been nice to have them and I s wgive my friends one with an additional charge . I called to make an appointment and the receptionist said I would need to pay her 3 months before they wld schedule it. I was confused and she stated that my automatic payment didn’t occur and I needed to catch up. She states they sent youTexts messages. The reason my payment did not go through was because I had my purse stolen and I had to cancel all the cards. I also asked about the massages that I already accumulated. I was told unless I pay the 3 months I would forfeit all of them.The idea that sending a text message is an acceptable way to communicate an outstanding bill is absurd. I do not read every text message that I receive. Most of the time business texts are because they want to sell you something.I asked the receptionist to have the manager call me. I never received a call back. I guess I want you all to understand that this is how they conduct business. They would rather lose a long time client then call them back. So BEWARE… if you sign any contract with them and you have a slip for any reason don’t expect them to help you. They definitely are only in it for the money. Typical.

Very unsatisfied, my husband booked a couples massage for us today,we arrived a few mins late due to traffic, which we called and made them aware. Front desk check in was very polite and professional. We were called to the back and the one young lady assist my husband and Ms.Pat assist me,which the first thing came out her mouth was we dont have much time and limited.I thought that was very unprofessional and I have been in health care 18yrs as a nurse and would never tell a patient or client that,I would have chosen a better approach, or just rescheduled us.I felt I was rushed, I even ask her to change the motion of the area I ask to pin point, she made a aggravated noise gesture as if I had said something wrong. I felt very rushed and this was the worse massage I have every had,feels and felt like I have had nothing done. On the other hand my husband enjoyed hes.

Best place to get a massage and by far! I have had several therapists and all have been awesome, but Nicole is the best! Very personable and makes you feel at ease. Always feel great walking out there! Ive been a client for probably 4 years at this point! Love it!

I left Elements feeling invigorated! My skin felt soooo soft & smooth. The massage was wonderful! The atmosphere is excellent! Mariah’s service was superb! 5star experience 👌🏽

You always leave feeling so much better, its a regular part of my well being. They helped me with a pulled tendon and my healing process time was half.

Visiting from out of town, this place was recommended by someone at the restaurant i was eating. Made a call and was fortunate enough to get an massage appointment within a couple hours. My massage therapist Betty was GREAT! I had the 60 minute deep tissue massage, should have gotten the 90 minutes. I do recommend The Element and Betty as your masseuse. Will definitely return when back in the area.

I paid for a full session that was not done only minor touch ups thinking I was going to pay $75 because the lady on the phone told me that when I asked her. But because I was honest when she asked me what I normally pay for a touch up and said I did not know so I was charged for a full session. I will be reaching out to the owner to see if I can get the whole thing done that I paid for. I think the nurse was ready to just leave. I told her to hit whatever needs to be done and she did maybe 10 hairs on my neck and 2 on my chin. I can actually feel my mustache right now .

Elements of Therapy might sound like a traditional spa but their services and customer service set them apart from all. The staff is always welcoming, kind and professional during check in and check out. I purchased a laser package and received exceptional care by the nurse practitioner. She was so friendly and helped ease all my worries and my results have been amazing so far! I’ve already recommended this spa to many of my friends and family members. Thank you Elements for the wonderful service!

The staff is great - really friendly. Ive seen about 5 different massage therapist there - over the course of 4 years. Ive only had one I was not overly fond of - and he is no longer working there. Ive always been more then happy with my massage, the front desk is always super nice and helpful. The therapist are all very professional and listen to your needs and bring you water to rehydrate at the end. Very nice, relaxing atmosphere.

Tried for weeks to get a consult and appointment for laser hair removal. Was canceled twice and rescheduled to the next week and given the same excuse which was obviously not true. They also could have cared less about the situation, so I will go elsewhere.Unfortunate because this location is close to work and home and I loved that their pricing was posted online and therefore decided to go with them despite the reviews online and the older technology/fairly slower gun (compared to other well known places).The cost difference was enough for me to go to Elements instead but I cant even get in the door 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️.

Lauren was amazing! She provided the most therapeutic massage I’ve EVER experienced. Her massage therapy was 100X better than my physical therapy and she made me feel so comfortable. My pain level the next day had gone from 8/10 to 2/10 just from one session. But! Don’t be hogging her all up!!! She’s mine! :)

My therapist Nicole was fantastic. It was a massage & therapy session all in one. She was so great to talk to! I left there feeling 10x better than when I went in. The ladies at the front desk were just as wonderful :)

So I booked through Groupon on what seemed like a great deal for 6 laser hair removal sessions. My first encounter was just ok as the women at the reception desk just sat and loudly gossiped about their co-workers. It didn’t bother me much until the other unprofessional events occurred. Literally every session I book is either rescheduled last minute or cancelled due to their nurse practitioners schedule which is “out of their control” as they expressed. The practitioners only are there twice a week which is already difficult to work with. 2 minutes from my appointment time they called and said once again I was cancelled because the nurse was on the other side of town and it was out of their control. I drive 45 minutes away for these appointments and take off work. After expressing how much of an inconvenience they were causing they still did it again. I wouldn’t waste my time or money as far as the laser hair removal is concerned! Extremely unprofessional environment and service. I only was able to get one out of 6 sessions. At this point I just want a refund because I can’t keep gambling my time for these people.

Alexis was my massage therapist and does a great job. Everything is very clean and offers a warm and relaxing environment. My only complaint is that the massage was not a full 90 minutes and was more like 75 minutes. A bit disappointing and misleading. I think this is just policy to allow for changing time but I feel this should be communicated with clients or offer the full time and build in the additional time and schedule appointments accordingly. I also don’t care for the fact that you have to pay additional money if you want aromatherapy incorporated. Most places I have been include this without an upcharge. I would still go back but these are a couple things I just don’t care for.

Don’t go anywhere else for laser hair removal! The machine they use is virtually painless. Elements of Therapy (Beach&Hodges) was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Friendly, professional, informative and made me feel very comfortable. The prices are reasonable - not the lowest in town but not the highest - but I didn’t want the lowest bidder/high volume salon lasering my skin.

I have been looking for a massage therapist for my Sciatica and bulging discs in my lower back. Azia did a wonderful massage for me and we have a plan to strengthen my hips, legs and lower back. So happy! Thank you Azia!

I was traveling and scheduled a massage because they had great availability. The front desk encouraged me to get a 90 minute massage and treat myself over a 60 minute because when you are traveling you need it. They were right.My therapist was incredible. I have been getting massages for 15+ years and I learned a great deal about my own body and habits from this therapist who was new to me. He took nothing for granted in the process because I was new.The location is convenience, the front desk knows their people and their shop and their therapists are top notch. I envy those who live in the area and can get this service all the time. They even give a first massage price break; no risk opportunity.

I had my first laser-hair-removal treatment session, performed by Jessica, ARNP. Im very satisfied with the level of care she provided. She patiently answered all of my questions. And I had so many, because mine go beyond the average persons problems with unwanted hair growth.. For the first time, in almost a year, I can relax knowing that my skin will get better and better as she continues to implement the treatment plan we created.Oh, and I have tried a few of the available, modern-style options for relief, at other medical spas. My condition only worsened or stayed the same.So, my self-confidence has just been renewed.And Megan, the receptionist, went above and beyond her call of duty to make me feel comfortable and welcome.Thank you, Elements. I like this place. They are really helping me with what I need done, but they could work on listening to the customers needs better. I understand they know what they are doing when it comes to laser hair removal, but I also know my own body and how it works. My first 3 treatments I dont feel like the lady that was taking care of me was listening to what I needed. She didnt want to burn me or hurt me, but I know I can handle it and I need the hair gone. My 4th treatment I got a new lady and she adjusted the machine to my liking and now I am seeing real results. The difference in results from the first 3 and my 4th treatment is so big. I feel like I wasted 3 treatments. They could have been better. Overall, they are helping me to get this hair gone and I am excited.

I would highly recommend The Elements! Ive been going to their new location on Beach/ Hodges. All the staff Ive encountered are super friendly and professional. I am doing the laser hair removal treatments and they always are able to get my appointments scheduled right away.. I love that I am never pressured to purchase anything additional. I plan on trying out a yoga class soon!

The Elements offers a great environment to relax in. I have only been to massage envy salons in the past and I am so much more impressed with The Elements. The prices are similar but they offer so much more and are very professional. I have the monthly membership which is definitely worth it... I never thought I would have a membership for massages but they have made a huge difference in my health. Definitely would recommend this spa.

The laser hair removal does not work. I had two areas done. I should have just tried one first, but I was told I was a great candidate for the removal. What could go wrong? I paid for six sessions each for both areas. After my fourth session I expressed my concerns to the technician that the removal did not appear to be working. She seemed surprised as well that my results by the forth session were the same as after the first and asked if I had seen any hair reduction. I had not. To be fair, I would be hairless for 2-4 days after a session before it would start growing back. We cranked the laser as high as it would go without burning me for the last two sessions, and it still did not work. After my last session, the hair all grew back in less than a week. I feel like this was a big waste of my money and time. I was also told they do not offer the warranty anymore for laser hair removal. I am giving this two stars because the staff and technicians are nice and the place is clean. I hope my review helps others understand that they may end up with disappointing results, so dont expect too much.

I paid for laser hair removal on my chin and lip. I literally have 2 hairs about 1 inch from my chin and they said, thats on your neck, you have to pay $500 more for those 2 hairs and she wouldnt do it. I have other areas that need work but I went to hello Smooth. The rooms are nicer, machines are stronger and the people are more friendly. Sorry EOT, you lost more than one very hairy customer.

I had a facial today, first time at Elements, and absolutely loved it! Ellen was the esthetician and did an amazing job!! She was extremely informative and recommended a few things I should try to help hydrate my skin better. I highly recommend her, it was a wonderful experience. I am not currently a member, but because of my positive experience today I am considering joining!

I moved to area 5 years ago and have been to several different spas/massage Therapists and had never quite found one that provided the service and needs my former therapist did from home. I’m a dental hygienist and it’s important that I stay loose and take care of myself to continue doing what I do in my job. Walter was excellent, he knew exactly what needed to release the tension I hold in my neck, back and shoulders! You will not disappointed!

I started laser treatments many years ago when it was a new technology. It was strong and kinda painful.I was nervous going into Elements for laser (I hadn’t had laser hair removal done in over 12 years). The technology is updated. The treatments don’t hurt. I didn’t have to protect my teeth (fillings) from the laser. The treatment on my upper lip didn’t hurt as I had expected it too.I’m glad I went. Since I have PCOS, I will always need laser hair removal treatments for my face.With the pandemic subsiding and the masks coming off- I couldn’t procrastinate any longer.

All of my many experiences have been wonderful at The Elements. They have a variety of massage styles available. Ive always preferred deep tissue, but have had trouble finding someone experiences and skillful at the technique. Travis turned out to be extremely competent and gave me a terrific massage consistently, as did the others Ive tried there. I would highly recommend this tranquil, soothing facility for your spa needs.

Ms. OSteen, one of the NP at Elements has been extremely helpful in assisting me. Her and the staff at Elements has made this entire process from the initial phone call I made looking for help, to appointments, to answering any questions I’ve had. I’m very thankful and I greatly appreciate the staff for their patience and sense of urgency to help.

I had my first laser hair treatment last weekend. The office staff were very helpful prior to my appointment as well as when I checked in for my first visit. My laser technician was great! She explained the process in depth and let me know what to expect so I was not surprised once the treatment started. I would recommend The Elements to anyone looking to eliminate unwanted hair.

Fantastic massage!!!!! At an amazing price!!! I am SO pleased with my experience at the Elements. And I must give a huge shoutout to my therapist, Lauren, who was phenomenal. Her massage was among the best I’ve ever had - and I get a lot of massages.Previously I would get my massages at the Ritz Carlton or Ponte Vedra Spa because I wanted to ensure I had a high quality massage, but this massage with Lauren at the elements was equal to, if not better! I have never felt more relaxed and stress free than I did after this massage. Thank you to the elements and Lauren for helping me with my back and shoulder pain. I can’t wait to come back next month!

Ive been with this company for over a year now. The past month I have been unable to keep my appointment scheduled. They have both been canceled at the last minute with no availability within a week. I am a former NFL Linebacker and Military Veteran. My massage is my mental stability. I am looking for another service provider.

Last weekend me and my wife visited Jacksonville. along with all the other fun, what made our trip the best was getting couples therapy at The Elements. We had made reservations in advance and we were treated like a valued guest. All the staff including the therapists were very nice. I was amazed to learn number of services they offer. I would definitely come here again on our next trip. I think it was total package including atmosphere, customer service and the therapy sessions. Pricing was also reasonable.

My first experience was excellent. I got a trigger point massage on an injured shoulder.The masseuse recognized that massage alone would not correct it. She recommended I make an appointment with the in house physical therapist.So I called back a week a later, and did just that. I showed up for the appointment and the receptionist asks meWhere is your referral, not even could I see your referral?No one mentioned to me that I needed a doctors referral to see the the therapist. So she says take a seat. After 20 minutes of waiting, I know that the hour I booked to be there has been compromised and I have other things to deal with on my schedule. So I get up and tell the receptionist that this will not work. I got no reply period. I think the place is amateurish and I would never go back. Just my opinion.

I love going to Elements of Therapy. The staff is incredible. Extremely welcoming and friendly. Their massage therapists are excellent and the environment is very relaxing. I highly recommend Elements of Therapy for deep tissue massage. I have personally been to the Hodges and San Jose locations and they are both impeccable.

I have so far had 3 laser hair removal procedures & have had a really good experience each time. It is fairly painless & very quick. The atmosphere is very nice & relaxing, plus everyone has been very friendly. I have 3 more procedures to go & look forward to my trips down to The Elements!

I love this spa!!! I was a member but canceled my membership recently. Canceling had NOTHING to do with them, its just not convenient to my location anymore. However, I am still completing laser hair removal for my underarms. If you are not doing this for yourself you should be, and you should be doing it at Elements, They are the best!!!! Thanks Elements for being so amazing. :)

My husband gave me a 60 min. massage from Elements for my birthday and it did not disappoint. This was my first time and i had a deep tissue massage with Juan, he was so knowledgeable about muscles and knew how to help with my upper back and neck pain. I plan to join the monthly club membership this month! Would recommend to anyone looking for a GREAT massage!!

I was attracted to your pricing, I think I know why its reasonable. I have been a Massage Therapist, have had massages at various places, including Massage Envy. I have never been on such an uncomfortable massage table, ever! I am 5 and need a step stool to get on and off the table, no such thing. No breast pads, instead I was offered two pillows that were very awkward to place, the only thing he could offer me.My Massage Therapist, Troy, on the other hand(no pun), was amazing, he gave me one of the best massages Ive had!I intended to sign up for membership ahead of time, Im glad I didnt. Unless you inform me that your tables have been replaced by a professional type, I wont be returning. Sorry Troy!

A very clean, relaxing environment. The front desk girls are always friendly and helpful when making a appointment and upon check out to make sure your happy with your service. I personally love Walter for massages😊 He is wonderful!

I received a gift card for 3 massages. I was really pleased with the therapist who did a deep tissue massage. It was the perfect relief that I needed. I scheduled the next one at the end of the session. I very much enjoyed the treatment session, therapist and the kind staff who greeted me with a warm welcome.

This was my first time using the Elements center all was good from checking in offerings Fugi water or hot-tea to the nice mellow zen music to the massage therapist himself. He was very personal and really concentrated on the problem areas and even gave me a consultation at the end on exercise and posture I can do to help better those areas. My mom has been coming here for years for massages & she offered to get me one so I decided why not. Man, when I say that Alexis took out ALL the tension in my body, I mean she made me into a noodle because I was so relaxed & loose by the end of my session. Alexis was very kind, pleasant to converse with, & took out all the tension from my shoulder & lower back (where most tension is held for me). Would 100% go back again.

As soon as I came in, I was greeted with a smile and was provided with the clipboard I needed to sign my papers. The massager I was assigned, I believe her name was Channel, was very good at her job. She made sure I was comfortable and ensured that she had permission to do exactly what she needed without going against my wishes.

Literally paid a lot of money for Brazilian laser hair removal. It clearly wasn’t done right because I still have to shave AT LEAST once a week or more, brought it up to the woman who did my laser hair removal and was told to get more sessions!!!!???? I’ve talked to many other people who have had laser hair removal, and they all tell me it should have been painful, well it wasn’t, bc it clearly wasn’t done right. Counted that $$$ as a loss, NEVER going back not even for touch up, going somewhere else that does a better job. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY, AND DON’T GO HERE!

My husband bought me a gift card for a massage after i had my daughter. As soon as i walked in the atmosphere was so nice and calming the people who work there are so sweet. I got in right away and the massage was spectacular. I thoroughly enjoyed it an will definantly be coming back soon!

I had a fabulous therapist named Unique. Ive been having back problems and she found every tight muscle and knew just how to massage them so they can begin to heal. She is an awesome therapist!

Walter is really great with providing deep tissue therapeutic massages. The stretching techniques he uses during his massages work wonders to relieve one of pain. He is very kind and very professional, as is the staff . The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. I like that I have a choice in what lotion is used during a massage, and that the music can be has a lock a more quieter atmosphere. Thank you Elements of Therapy, and a huge thank you to Walter!

I have a laser hair removing treatment and its working really great 👍 and no pain at all. Good result. Technicians are super good and well known about what they doing also today is my last treatment and after they gave me a warranty, also its not even too pricey. I will definitely recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed the services I received at the Elements - Mandarin. The deep tissue massage was FANTASTIC! I also used my monthly benefits for underarm hair laser removal and highly recommend that service.I liked the convenient location too!

Is it possible to give this place zero stars. If so, that is my rating. I went to them in late 2013 for back pain because my insurance paid for it. I never really got the benefits I thought I would get because it was like the therapist was more concerned with her own agenda instead of working the areas where I needed help. But the worse part of it all is that it is 5 months later and I am getting billed for my co-pays that they would not see me if I hadnt paid at the time of my visit. The company that does their billing sends me statements each month for the total amount of my co-pays and I cannot get the Elements of Therapy to clear this matter up. The receptionist has told the doctors and they WILL NOT return my calls or clear this matter up and Ive been calling for 3 months!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am giving them until Monday to get back to me or I will be turning this over to my attorney and it will cost them a lot more than what they are billing me. Do NOT waste your time or money at this place!

I have been going to Elements for over a year now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. They are professional and clean. They more than made up for one small scheduling mistake. I see two of their therapists depending on what day and time I can go in. Unique does amazing work for TMJ. For the first time in forever my jaw is not clenched and painful.

My massage was Awesome! Truly some blessed hads this young lady had on her and soothing voice. I forgot her name but she has pink hair at the Beach Boulevard location in Jacksonville Florida! Love her she did great!

My husband did a couples massage for our anniversary. This was the first time my husband has EVER fallen asleep during a massage. That speaks volumes. Both therapists were pleasant and we really enjoyed the massage. The room was large so we didnt feel cramped.

Very friendly staff, no complaints about that. This is just my experience at this place...I tried the STRAWBERRY LASER LIPO, my last session was over a month ago. I spent a little over 2,000 dollars hoping it would work, I did everything on my part to make it happen, like running after each treatment, eating healthy and just work out regularly, and if I lost an inch or two it was probably because of my routine workouts and healthy eating habits. To this date I have not received the before and after pictures even though I have asked for them many times. Not worth hoping and spending so much for so little or no results.

Overall, the Elements visit was just fine. There was a nice introductory rate that I took advantage of which offered a get to see experience. There was the usual If you sign up today pressure point - but it was not over the top. I thought the therapist was adequate and met general expectations. The one complaint I would raise is that the overall construction of the facility (once past the entrance area) was extremely thin. I couldnt help but hear not only the chatter in the adjoining therapy rooms but the general racket in the hallways as people conversed and laughed and moved inventory, etc just beyond the closed door which did little to mask the un-spa like commotion. I did not select the Elements as my final choice for a membership primarily because of that.

I made an appointment for me and my fiancé for a massage for both of us and facial for her one week before we drove to Jacksonville FL, 6 hrs awayI constantly confirmed the appointments all weekWe show up on time and fill out all the paperworkWe waited for 15-20 minutesThe receptionist then comes to us and saysThe person scheduled to perform the services didn’t show up for work so they can’t accommodate us because they have no room in their schedule, keep in mind we’re only here for the day and I was trying to give her something special for her birthday.If you are planning to visit Jacksonville, I would strongly suggest you find someone else to provide these services

I got a facial and it was okay, but nothing to write home about. The cost was not worth it. I have to go back because my husband gave me a huge gift certificate from here, but the services they are offer are not those I would utilize in spa. Unfortunately it is a membership spa, so the fees are quite high even if you become a member.

Went for a laser treatment, and had never had one done before, but I read online to expect pain similar to snapping a rubber band to your skin however that was not the case. this office uses a different laser which is extremely fast, and virtually painless, at most causing a mild discomfort. They did an entire large area in about 4 minutes. I was blown away

Went for a consultation at their Hodges location and was not treated in a professional manner. The laser professional only told me what I should expect for treatment but never examined my skin once to see what treatment would work specifically for me. She actually stayed on the other side of the room and spat out generic laser instructions. She was uneducated about different lasers and also gave me multiple examples of how some people have been burned. The consultation was a waste of time and left me feeling very uneasy about the treatment. I won’t be back here for laser treatment and will seek more professional office for service.

Alex was my massage therapist and she is excellent and I suggest all people to come and ask for Alex. Great personality and really knows how to massage you and take away your aches and pains I was so relaxed and pain-free when I left elements after Alex gave me a massage that Im sticking with elements and Alex forever!

I got a 60min massage from Erica at the Beach/Hodges Elements location and she was amazing. She asked exactly what needed to be worked on and was very personable and worked out all the kinks in my body. I would definitely return and it made me thinking more of signing up for a membership.

Unique and Hannah are my go-to when I visit the Elements of Therapy, I always do 90 minutes 60 Minutes is never enough. Feeling relaxed and a burden lift off me every time I leave, getting a massage is a very healthy thing to do at least once or twice a month very satisfied every time I leave.

Immensely enjoyed my 1 1/2 hr massage with my sister, whom was in town visiting for the week, back on Monday Nov. 2nd. My massage therapist Elsie was superb at her job and we talked the entire time about various things. Really needed this as I was developing a cold and it helped tremendously with my symptoms and was able to continue on with sight seeing and shopping with my sister.We had went to inquire about another place and they couldnt get us in until that Wednesday but decided to check with Elements and got in ASAP. Great experience and would recommend this place to anyone. We went to the one located on San Jose Blvd. in the Mandarin/Julinton Creek area. Prices were great. :)TOTALLY ENJOYED!!!!

Drove 30 minutes for an appointment that was scheduled on line. Show up only to find out appointment was canceled because the card they had on file was expired. They said they tried to reach out.... they did not. So they canceled my appointment. They willl charge 50 bucks if theyre time is not respected as they should but if its the other way around just deal with it? I guess I will.. by not ever going there again and telling everyone I know not to go there.

I bought a package to get my leg hair lasered for 8 sessions. Buy the lower leg get the upper leg free. It was a great deal and I love it. I will never have to shave again. Now I am getting my under arms done.

The staff is really friendly. Had 6 sessions of laser hair removal and the hair has not changed at all. At first it seemed like it was working but now the growth of the hair is back to normal which is very disappointing.

I’ve been a member at the elements ever since I moved to jacksonville in 2014. The thing I love most about the spa is they can always get me in the same day. The staff is professional and the therapist are skilled.

Dont waste your money getting a facial!! The steam machine wasnt working which is an important key during a facial because it helps with the extraction. I told them and they just said I will get a first time guest price next time ... of course I wont be back for another facial! It last 45 min instead of an hour like they said it was going to last. Beach Bum, you are exactly right!I am a former employee and I can tell you that his business practices are horrible.The reason so many people leave The Elements because he is a nightmare to work with.Ian was rude to me even during my job interview which should have been a red flag, but I was desperate for a job so I accepted the position any way.He constantly berated me for every little thing he thought I did wrong, and all the employees braced themselves for his arrival to work, because they knew that any little slip up would mean having to deal with his harsh reprimanding.Let me tell you first hand, this man has no real concern for his customers.Money is his only real concern and he is as shrewd and callous as it gets.Its hard to get a good massage/yoga class when the employees are always on their toes because their boss is breathing down their necks ready to fire them at the drop of a hat.

After being a customer for nearly a year, I will not be renewing my membership due to the rude behavior of receptionist Katie. She was unhelpful, she would rather avoid answering, hang up, and continue to place me on repeated long holds and make up excuses while I was attempting to make appointments for services I already had credit for. She will continue to chase away customers.

My son was in town for a soccer tournament and after 2 games he experienced what felt like a pulled hamstring, he couldnt finish the game. I found Elements of Therapy and they fit us in for an appointment. Walter knew exactly what to work on and absolutely fixed the problem. Son was able to play the 3rd game. Would not have happened without Elements of Therapy-the availability and know-how of the staff.

Asia was AMAZING. I got cupping and a massage done. I won’t go elsewhere now. It’s a long drive from oakleaf but absolutely worth it.

The IPL laser treatment here works very well on the face. Takes away dark spots and freckles. Some spots more stubborn than others and need more than one treatment but even with one treatment I noticed a big difference. Helps with sun damage. I believe a big must in skin care!

I had a 10 am appointment for a teeth whitening service that had to be rescheduled 3 hours later due to front desk staff being late, and my esthetician never coming to get me for my service after 27 minutes of being there.... Delaina, my esthetician, was very nice and I was satisfied with my results but the full experience wasn’t worth the money, time, or gas.

Had my first microdermabrasion and chemical peel and Irene was absolutely amazing and put me right at ease. I would highly recommend her and Elements!!
