(Edit from 1 star because at least the manager called to fix but Im still done with there business.)I have purchased over 1500-2000$ of merchandise the past 3 years A limited edition Volcano hybrid, puffco peak pro, mighty+, Plenty all of these are there most expensive devices all 200-700$ each. All of which they are authorized resellers and they buy directly. And all have never had issues.Now I went to purchase a 3DXL chamber(150$) last year and it seemed used? Chips,scuffs, marks and I had called and asked to swap it out which the manager or owner did. Fast forward a year I wanted a fresh chamber and guess what? They gave me the SAME exact one I returned last time. I don’t know if it was accident or on purpose but I was paying there up charge on products for this exact thing to NOT happen. Can get it 30$ cheaper at THREE other shops within a mile.

This is a cool place. Im new to this recreation and Kyle was GREAT. He helped me get to what my imagination was trying to achieve, great selections, nice, quiet location, just a really neat experience. Found this place close to my house because the vape shop I normally would go to was still closed due to covid. Glad I found this place! Much better variety of juice, hardware and more! Staff was very upbeat and friendly both times Ive been in! Very knowledgeable and willing to help, I appreciate that! Ive been to a few duds where the staff was rude and unknowledgeable. Ill definitely be a regular from here on out! Also, the juice that was recommended to me is top notch, my new favorite!

These guys are A1. I vape. Okay, like legit Im probably the only guy I know that runs 24mg on sub ohm tanks. So when Im out of town, working and my kanger mod comes up missing at the gym and its 8:50pm and I go to one spot and they wanna over charge me for the same rig I had previously and paid less for and I call All Day and they tell me they can hook me up but theyre about to close you know I was hurt. On multiple levels. So I told Cell my situation and he says come on by man. I got there at 9:04pm. They didnt freak out they werent upset, they took their time they showed me the product I was interested in, but then showed me a sick ass smok mod thats even more powerful and tastes better. Just beautiful. Thank you guys. How long you vapin for... ALL DAY!

This place is amazing. Super helpful staff that actually know what the hell they are talking about. The staff is what draws me here as I have plenty of vape stores around but this one by far is worth the drive out. Never had any issues with stock or anything like that. Rich was super helpful and patient with me. I have been purchasing Halo juices and they did have them in stock; however, he took the time to show me some alternatives and suggest new hardware. He even followed up on FB to let me know there was a shipping issue with one of my hardware selections. He suggested a work around and I will pick it up tomorrow. We felt welcomed into the store immediately, the staff was very helpful in getting my husband started on a vape, getting him away from dip. Tyson made excellent effort to ensure we both got Mods beneficial to our needs as well as finding juice to our tastes. The overall store has excellent selections and return customer points. Nothing really stood out to me at this place of business. The customer service was okay enough. Products were priced just okay. I was a little shocked the display vape was only 10$ cheaper than one that wasnt a display. Once its out of the box its lost at least half its value. The cleanliness was okay enough. Policy is typical for a smoke and vape shop, however checking ID AFTER a decision had been made on a purchase, instead of before was a little weird to me. Overall I give a 4 star because like I said, nothing really stood out to me except for the price.

Just went to All Day Vape for the first time after having another bad experience at my previous vape shop. They have a great selection and their staff gives off good vibes. Kyle specifically was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gladly spent the time answering a bunch of my questions and even turned me on to a new product that Im loving. Matt was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. I needed replacement coils for my vape and a long with purchasing some juice I got home and noticed I had bought the “wrong” size coils. I brought them back to Matt who was super understanding and he actually showed me how the vape came apart and that I had a 2 piece coil. In the end Matt had given me the correct size coils to begin with and showed me how everything came together. 10/10 would recommend.

I just went there to buy one bottle juice price 14 and 3 coils priced 6 to 10 and the charged me 40 dollars.When I was leaving, the two guys were laughing and I was surprised what’s going on.And they told me that the receipt is in the bag but actually that was for a separate replacement glass that I bought less then 6 dollar after ward.They charged me 40$ dollars and I don’t know why, really loved this shop. However, cheating with customer has really a bad impression if they were asking me I was ready to pay that amount as a tip.I don’t like the fact that they cheated and will not be there next time.

Went to All Day Vape after a less than satisfying experience at another vape shop. We were helped by Pat and the Kyle and they gave us an exceptional welcome. They helped us select the correct mod and tanks for us and were very patient as we tried a bunch of juice flavors. Kyle knew which flavors complimented each other and was amazing with our never ending questions. I will totally recommend all of my friends to this shop and return frequently!

Me and my wife were new to THC vaping and wanted to try something new. My wife wants to have better sleep and I wanted to feel more relaxed on my weekends. So we’re looking for something that had an affect but not take you on a trip. we go into the shop and we meet Matt,Richard andTyler(the guy with the green lightsaber vape) and was super helpful! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the Products. He demonstrated great customer service and was very understanding of what me and my wife were looking for in a product. I thought going in that the experience would be sub par or mediocre but Tyler really changed our perspective on vape shops. We will definitely be back in the following weeks.

Ive been going to this store for a couple years now. At first I was impressed by their selection, prices, and knowledge.Over the last 4-6 months I have notice a steady decline. Now they never even seem to keep the basic accessories (coils/pods) in stock for the devices they sell now; and have sold in the past.Their prices have gone up, and they arent near as friendly and helpful as they used to be.Also, nearly every time I stop by, there can be as many as 7-8 employees...but only 1-2 actually helping customers.What happened guys?

They deserve more than 5 stars. I went there to get a new e-cig. Matthew hooked me up. The price was awesome. And the e-liquid prices, are dang good. I will be definitely going back there. They rock..

I’ve shopped with them for a year now. The employees are always super friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable no matter the time of day. Also, you’re able to pay $5 and sample as many flavors of vape juice as you would like to ensure the one you’re buying is good or not! There was one time that they didn’t have a juice in stock I really wanted, so they actually helped call other vape stores in the area to see if they had it in stock. I really appreciated that.

Kyle and Richard helped me out today and I can’t speak enough praise about the knowledge these guys and the extremely wide selection of inventory on hand at All Day Vape.Some other customers have said “if All Day Vape doesn’t carry it, you don’t need it” and I think this is pretty accurate, this store has it all.

Rafael has been especially helpful when my mod stopped working unexpectedly and made sure everything was up and running before I left the store so that I could use it again! Awesome Staff. Most times we go in buy what we need get a smile, a receipt and head on our way. Today I had a PROBLEM!! My vape wouldnt work!! 😰😭🤪 The crew jumped in found the issue (bad coil) and gave 5 STAR SERVICE !! Primed my new coil, cleaned up a few potential issues with my mod and made sure I was good to go before I left. I highly recommend All Day Vape.Thanks for the GREAT service 👍👍

My favorite of all the vape shops I’ve been to in Jax. They have a large selection of juices and hardware, and a nice customer rewards program, as well as weekly sales with coupons in their emails. The staff is always nice and helpful and has never ignored me. They also offer advice if asked for it, but they’ve never talked down to me like some other shops in town.

All Day Vape is by far the best vape shop Ive been to. Theres a huge juice and mod collection and the quality is fantastic. Very impressed with the owner, Sel, and employees, Brian, James, Ryan, & Pat to name a few. Theyre all very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive... Not to mention, hilarious. Was visiting for a few days during a course, and stopped by this place to grab some juice. Great store with awesome selection of products! One of the best Vape stores Ive been to. One guy there, named Tyler helped me pick out a juice I hadnt tried before. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Im no stranger to vaping, and he definitely knew his stuff. *Update*: All Day Vape agreed to exchange 1 of 2 devices for a preferred color. I would consider a 5 star review if they would exchange the other. I am appreciative they exchanged at least one.The only issue I have is the return/exchange policy. I purchased the geekvape L200 (for considerably more than purchasing online) and it broke about a month in. I went to return to find out the return policy is a measley two weeks. I was told I could contact geekvape for a warranty claim. I submitted a claim and received a replacement after about a two month wait, but they sent me the wrong color. All Day Vape did not want to exchange the product for a preferred color, so now Im stuck with something I dont want. If ADV would consider exchanging the product, I will recind my 1 star review.

He was honest in everything he told me and helped me pick out some juices to try. It was very easy to get what I wanted and introduce me to some new items that hit the market. Will come again!

After going to multiple Vape Store locations throughout the Jacksonville area, this is by far the absolute best. Not only does it have the most juice variety, largest array of tanks/mods, but it also has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. The store is incredibly clean and the menu of flavors is descriptive enough to cater to a vape novice.

This place assured me that they were the best vape shop in town. I bought a pen the other night and tried it in the store and it was working but then two hours later it started tasting burnt. I went back the next day with my receipt, literally threw the old pen away in front of them and they WOULD NOT give me a new one for free. Everyone knows that sometimes the puff bars are defective. I’ve been to tons of vape shops across Saint Augustine and Jacksonville with the same issue and have NEVER been treated this badly in my life. The Asian manager is so rude and uneducated about how to run a business . It’s sad they lost a valuable customer that just moved down the street over a silly $10. This is probably THE WORST vape shop in town.

Best Vape shop Ive seen in Jax and elsewhere! Very nice and helpful Staff and prices were also extremely competitive, even for online (I have checked). I dont know where a couple of the negative reviews came from about being overpriced or rude staff. But my experience was great. They got me setup with a nice mod and new setup after paying too much from another store, and helped unpackage it and set it up for me. Taste bar was nice to try the different flavors, and very clean and organized. Great job guys! A+ and I suggest anyone overlook any negative reviews. Probably owners of other shops in town..... Idk.

I honestly didnt know they were there. Stopped in while waiting to have my vehicle serviced (BTW Tires plus way better service and times than Tire Kingdom across the street). I feel bad I dont remember his name, but the guy behind the counter didnt have my coils for my Aspire Atlantis Evo. He took one look and gave me a pack of Triton coils. I looked it up later before I opened the pack, and he hit it dead on. Reasonably priced and he signed me up for rewards. Great service. Looking forward to stopping back.Edit.... His name was Tyler. My husband and I came into the shop, we have never vapid before and were looking for an alternative to quite smoking cigarettes. We had no clue into what to buy or how this vaping thing worked. The place was surprisingly busy but we were greeted right away by Skye! She was amazingly patient with us, showing us different options and helping us find something that worked for us! Been coming here regularly with my boyfriend for over a year. Best vape shop in town with the friendliest staff! I love to vape, but don’t know jack about mods or tanks or watts. The staff here always answers my billion questions and never makes me feel like a dummy. Kyra recently helped me troubleshoot a mod that kept burning my coils. I would have just bought a new tank thinking that’s the problem, but she fixed the issue for me! Amazing staff you can trust. Only shop I go to in Jax!

I wanted to quit smoking so I came here to check it out. The guy Brian at the front counter was super helpful. He didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. He asked a few questions and made a few recommendations that would suit my needs. There was also this juice bar where you could try a ton of flavored out before buying it, which I thought was cool. Very cool little store. The prices may be higher than online but theres something to be said about being able to go into a store and walk out with a product. The markup is reasonable for a brick and mortar business. I bounce between ordering stuff online and coming to this store. Sometimes you just need something now. They do have a great selection.

This is a great Vape Shop!If you are like me then it’s hard to pass up deals online when it comes to mods, RDA’s, coils, Cotton, or whatever. In all honesty this place is more expensive but not by much. Consider the fact that you can try out any flavor of juice you want, actually place your hands on and investigate any hardware in the shop, so at least for me the extra FEW dollars makes it worth the price.In a single day Kyle taught me more about what I was looking for than I learned by myself in 6 months of internet searches and tube videos.All the people here are professional, respectful, and won’t push you to make a purchase that you don’t want to make. These guys get that $10-20 a week for the rest of the year is better than a $200 gauging and never seeing you again. I dig it because it’s just good business and All Day Vape is indeed a good business!To make a long story short...Great shop, will be back, and thanks again Kyle for above and beyond professional help.✌️

Every time I go into All Day Vape not only are they very knowledgeable but they consistently give outstanding service. Ive been helped numerous times by Bryan, Ryan, as well as Cel and have never had a bad experience. If you havent been here before I highly suggest debating on what your current vape shop provides for you and stopping by.

The staff at All Day Vape are just great and really go out of their way to fix a problem, should one arise. We had bought a vape from there a couple of weeks ago and shortly afterwards the vape was giving an error message and would not work. We ended up bringing it up to them to look at it and they could not fix it, they were as stumped as we were. I was fine with getting another vape but the manager James and the rest of the staff were awesome with making sure we had a discount on the new one and making sure it was in working order before we left. Definitely recommend them if you are new to vaping or if you like to build your own. They know their products and have great customer service. James and Kyle are the best!

Customer service is not the best. The place lacks “cultural diversity” (this is the nicest way to put it)and it’s rather uncomfortable to go in there. Check out the people who give it great reviews, it’s pretty obvious. The staff isn’t the most educated on vaping.If you’re a newbie, I do not recommend this vape shop. When you ask questions they seemed annoyed And rushed. This is my personal opinion, Im very honest and I have been here multiple times. Honestly, not interested in going back. I would suggest hiring and attracting a more diverse group of people. It’s not the most comfortable environment for people of color or different ethnicities.

I have been waiting for my order from and online vape shop for almost a month. The shipping problems that have occurred with vapes now being classified as tobacco products (which is ABSURD) has made brick and mortar basically the only way to shop for vapes and accessories. While being on the hunt for a specific brand and device to help my best friend going thru chemo to kick the cancer sticks for good I contacted All Day Vape and was told they were out of stock. The manager/owner, tried to guilt me into paying with cash after very condescendingly explaining that credit cards cost the store a percentage. Im aware of how credit cards work and I was doing them a favor to begin with by trying to support local business since I can get anything they have in store much cheaper online. I really didnt appreciate the way he acted.

Just moved into town and was looking for a new vape spot. I got lucky and All Day Vape is the closest shop to my house. Definitely the largest selection in town for everything vape. Me and my wife recently purchased a purge and deathwish mod from your store spending over $1000 and within a week the screws are trying to pull through the top of our purge mod, is there any kind of warranty that your products come with? We have all receipts from purchase, it was bought a couple days before Christmas

I got a $30 juice for my coworker, and she didn’t like it, which was fine. She came back less than 48 hours later to return it, barely touched, or even exchange it and because there was no receipt, we could get no refund or even a exchange. Now I, a person who doesn’t even smoke, and my coworker are both short $30 because they couldn’t do a simple swap for us. They know I bought it. It’s not like they couldn’t understand or believe the situation. They just did not want to help.

I have been to this store 100 times. Not once was I ever asked for my id in the store until I made a purchase. Just today. I went in. I forgot my dL and they randomly kicked me out after spending 20 minutes in the store. Which I wasn’t upset about them telling me to leave because I forgot my id. I was upset that I was already in the store for 20 minutes. With my friends. Purchasing multiple things. And then being kicked out. Will never buy from this store again. Because of how rude they are. If they are going to kick someone out for not having their dl. They need to check everyone that walks in be door. Not just randomly deciding to ask for one then kicking someone out. When you just watched 10 other people walk in with no problems.

Not long ago Id reached the end of my rope with prebuilt atomizers. Id just replaced a 3-day-old atomizer because it was burnt out, and about an hour later the new one leaked the entire tank of juice through the chimney. I walked into All Day Vape and asked for help, saying I was tired of paying 5 bucks a pop for an atomizer that either lasted just a few days or leaked like a sieve. After a few questions about what I wanted to do, I was introduced to Tyler, who proceeded to spend the next 90 minutes or so talking and answering my questions. I shared that I was very interested in RDA, but I didnt know a THING about it, and thought that the constant dripping was a pain. Tyler quickly steered me to their RTA offerings, and explained the differences, advantages and disadvantages between RDA, RTA, and RDTA. After selecting an RDTA device, Tyler walked me through coils, cotton, and tool kits, and assisted me as I built out the deck right there in the store. I walked out of the store with a much better understanding of the vaping world Id just entered, everything I needed to get started, and extremely happy. I put a LOT of mileage on my rigs, going through at least two atomizers a week. After a week of using an RDTA Ive cleaned the coils and rewicked once. And gone through as much juice as I ever did using prebuilt atomizers. AND enjoyed the experience a helluva lot more. I felt the gear that Tyler set me up with would work very well for me as I got accustomed to building my own, and left me positioned to gradually upgrade the equipment as my comfort level increased. All-in-all, a truly great experience at All Day Vape. And not just because of this one experience. Ive found that walking into this store is like walking into your favorite local pub. Everyone greets you - employees and customers alike. You can sit in the comfortable sofas and shoot the breeze with other folks, trade recipes, work on gear...just about the best atmosphere Ive ever encountered for vaping enthusiasts. Ive been really impressed that anyone can walk in and ask for help with some problem theyre having with mods, juice, batteries, and these guys do their utmost to assist.If youre serious about vaping, this is a store you should check out - you WILL NOT be disappointed with your experience at All Day Vape.

This is by far the best vape shop in Jacksonville. And Ive been to most of them. They have a great and expanding selection of premium juices. They have the widest selection of mods, rdas, rdtas and vape supplies. Everything for the novice to advanced vaper. And most importantly the staff if great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. This is now the only vape shop I go to.

I was referred here by a good friend, who has had nothing but good things to say. Maybe I came in on a bad day because no one welcomed my husband and I. No one asked if we needed any help. Once I finally got someones attention I was trying to try to find a new vape juice and she was very unhelpful. She wasnt able to suggest anything and once I gave them the deposit to start trying juices about 5 out of the 7 I tried afterwards she informed me that they were out of stock. Made Zero sence. The Asian lady was cussing about something in front of us. Just a very unprofessional environment. I will not be returning, nor will I refer anyone.

They could care less if youre being helped.There are WAY too many Vape stores around town to be treated like that. Im taking my money elsewhere. And Id suggest you drive right past this one too.

I walked in to buy a vape locally because I try to support local businesses instead of shopping online even if the prices are higher.I walked in today to buy a vape for myself. I brought my girlfriend with me to browse. I found what I needed and started to check out with my personal debit card and I had my ID ready. The cashier verified my ID then asked for my girlfriends ID even though she wasn’t even shopping there or buying anything. She was just tagging along. For context, I’m 22 and my girlfriend is 20. We’ve gone to multiple vape shops with no issues.The cashier told me that I couldn’t buy anything because my girlfriend was literally in the store with me. My girlfriend doesn’t vape, but that’s beside the point.I was frustrated that I couldn’t buy a single thing even though I’m of age and had a legal and proper ID. But I decided to go ahead and leave to drop my girlfriend off, and come in myself. Keep in mind, nowhere on the storefront does it say anyone under the age of 21 may not enter!So I came back. This was 30-45 minutes later. I walk in and ask to go ahead and get the vape I was planning on buying earlier, only to be informed by the cashiers that I was not allowed to purchase anything for the next 24 hours because I walked in with a 20 year old earlier.I’m just confused, because they never told me that I couldn’t get anything within 24 hours. So I basically wasted all that time, trying to support a local “business”. Also, they kept referring to my girlfriend as a “minor” even though she’s 20.They claimed it is a federal law that I can’t buy anything within 24 hours because I tried to purchase something within 10 feet of someone who is two years younger than me. I tried seeing if that’s even true (legally speaking) and I couldn’t find anything.You can buy a vape online with no ID verification and have it shipped to your doorstep. But if I walk in with a valid ID near a 20 year old, I’m on probation from the entire store and product line.If it’s a law, I haven’t found it. If it’s store policy, then it should be clearly posted or they should ID people at the door instead. Because I’m honestly amazed that this happened.Please consider putting up your store policies so your customers don’t get screwed over. I work long overtime hours and was looking forward to this purchase and was basically turned away for something they never even advertised.Don’t shop here. Just order online or go to another store to preserve your own sanity.

The prices are comparable to other brick and mortars. Its a good opportunity to hold something in your hand before you purchase it. The juice selection is OK, more expensive than other stores.

The employee at all day vape harassed me the moment I came into the store, making fun of my birthday and accusing me of using illegal drugs. I was very offended by his actions, especially when he called my vape a piece of trash, suggested that I throw it on the ground and stomp on it, then called me a big tobacco supporter.I am very disappointed with all day vape, I was excited to try some new juices but I will never return. Im taking my business to smoke City, where the employees know what theyre talking about.
