I am a novice regarding the different options and types of product available in modern smoke shops to help me achieve the desired result.....which is restful sleep. I visited many shops to learn more and was not impressed. I then visited Jag Vape on San Pablo to learn more. Mohammad is very personable and also knowledgeable in the vast field of new products. He patiently taught me about the best available products to help me sleep. This store also has some of the latest available products available that other smoke shops do not carry. I highly recommending checking this location out. You will not be disappointed. His prices also are very reasonable and competitive. I learned more and spent less to help me rest.

I just first and foremost, would like to Thank Maryanne for being so knowledgeable and helpful and very respectful. I got to say this is the first and only smoke shop that I’ve been to that has been so friendly. I will definitely be revisiting them many more times.

This is my favorite local shop. Mary Anne always has a big smile and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions and is always willing to answer any and all questions.You should go there and Mary Anne is deserving of a big raise, shes the best!

Selection is huge compared to most shops. Customer service is amazing. Muhammad (sorry if I spelled your name wrong bro!) actually stayed late just to help me out instead of rushing me out of the store. On top of all that he gave me a great price on coils and juice for my vape and I couldn’t possibly be happier. I’ll continue to do business here as I felt very welcomed and valued as a customer

This is the best shop i’ve ever been to. Not only do they have great deals and products but the staff alone always keeps me coming, Mohamed and ESPECIALLY Maryland always help me find what i need, offer to carry items they don’t have and introduce me to new items i’d find interesting while not trying to sell me on everything. I make sure to tell everyone about this shop and their workers because it’s absolutely always a joy to come in and have a convo even if i’m only buying some papers. I also find it fun to have maryland pick my blunts when i bulk buy or have Mohamed talk about the flavors he’s had and what sells bc i’m so indecisive

I’m not sure if her name is Anna Mary or Anna Marie, however Anna has amazing customer service. She took her time to give me answers to the questions and concerns I had regarding the off stamp vapes + every time I come in there her energy is amazing towards me and other customers & the points system they have set up is amazinggggg for returning customers

My partner bought the wuukah nano for $79.99 . Got home, read the directions attempted to use it and it would not heat up properly. Went to take it back and the owner wouldn’t refund OR exchange the product out … best he could do was “a big discount IF he bought something else “ . This is a TERRIBLE way to do business. The product WAS DEFECTIVE And they were not willing to make it right. Will be going to another smoke shop from now on

I cannot emphasize enough just how wonderful everyone who works there is! So kind, patient, and helpful. I came in to purchase a Fume vape, but all of the Fumes in the flavor I wanted were duds- I learned they actually sell them at a loss, which is crazy to me!.So the owner (I believe) recommended his personal favorite- the hookah brand Al Fakher Crown Bar. He let me try it before buying it, and sold it at a discount. It is 1000x better than the Fumes!
