This little family owned shop is my favorite in Jax. They are very competitive with their pricing, clean, informative and always have made me feel welcome!

I have nothing to say but GREAT things about Rainbow and the staff there. Ive never had a bad experience at the shop. I have gone completely out of my way just to get what I needed at the time. Long live the 2 for 5s. Thank you guys for just being YOU. Keep up the great work attitudes and personalities. It will carry you a long way in life!!!!!

I love this smoke shop, and introduce as many of my friends to it as I can. The service is always outstanding, and Ive yet to be disappointed by anything Ive been recommended. The prices are better than youll find in most other shops here in Jacksonville. Bought this lovely piece yesterday and couldnt be happier with the quality

I was here a few weeks ago. I had been to 4 other smoke shops that day as I was walking home stopped in one more. Rainbow Smoke Shop. Great large selection and the owner of the shop was the friendliness I’ve met ever. He cared about what I was looking for and helped me find my piece. And even gave me a great deal. I will always go back to Rainbow when I’m in town. Maybe even today😉thanks Rainbow Smoke Shop.

We love this shop!! We drive from Riverside to shop at Rainbow Vape! The customer service is very friendly and it has that family owned vibe! I read a bad review and that lady was just having a bad day! No way does this store deserve only 1star-every visit has be more than pleasant!

Everyone that works here is nice and professional. And by far the best prices! I moved away but I really miss these folks and the prices. Great store.

My absolute favorite smoke shop ever!!! Best deals, very nice set up and they are so helpful and nice! If they are out of anything that I need they will take my number and call me when they have it in and I think thats just really awesome of them to keep me in mind😁😎🤩 nothing much changed, just the best people I could want to make a purchase from. So helpful, kind and polite. They moved things around a little and made it look perfectly aesthetic. They are my favorite stop always! Still the best smoke shop EVER!

Rainbow is definitely my go-to smoke shop. 99% of the time they have exactly what I want or need and if they dont, they always have something comparable and make sure they order what I want for my next visit. Not only that but everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable, especially the owner. Such amazing customer service. Im a lifetime customer and recommend them to everyone I know!!

Stopped by chance when I missed my turn to harbor freight. Recently opened but has an awesome inventory. Very casual and easy atmosphere. No awkward conversations and tip toeing around differing vocabulary. Very professional and good guy. Highly recommend. And by far best prices in town. Need it and its not in there? Speak to George, he will do you up. 🤙🏼 Definitely found my regular spot.If youre looking for quality glassware then get at him.

Definitely the only vape shop I go to now. I will not go to another. Prices are the best, selection is great, and customer service is amazing. I have actually stockpiled on juice and coils because the prices are so good. I know theres a girl on here giving them a bad review but shes trying to promote her business or somebody that she knows business. George is a good guy and I promise you that his store is not small and dingy. Its brand new and very nice and like I said, he has the best prices.

Rainbow smoke shop is hands down one of the best smoke shops I have ever visited, and I have been to several smoke shops throughout Jacksonville. They have plenty of inventory to choose from and outstanding customer service. I was able to meet George and he helped me with what I was looking for and also answered any questions I had.

This shop in my opinion has a super selection. The employees have been really helpful and friendly. I will definitely be shopping here for many many years to come.

George hooked it up with a very nice hookah. He made sure I had everything I need as I’m inexperienced. A+ experience I will be back. Also prices are very good. The hookah was the same as retail on the company website, and he threw in extras. Thank you!

These guys are awesome! I started going here when they first opened and now I have moved across town and will still only shop here. He has quality products great prices and the guys are always so sweet and kind and they do not mind spending time explaining things or answering questions. I won’t spend my money anywhere else. I visited rainbow smoke shop Saturday they have the best prices in Jacksonville and the best customer service you’ll find there. they have the biggest selection for hookah tobacco and puff bars, I can definitely see it’s my new spot to buy tobacco products from. definitely coming back!!!

Personally a weekly stop-n-shopper, theyve got good prices with a huge selection of items. Rainbow threw a grand opening and hosted a giveaway that brought us out. Everyone who participated won something. They won me as a consumer.

Kinda small and dingy, prices are average at best.edit: there is a new smoke shop at 10095 Beach Blvd that is very nice with competitive prices. Im not sure if these are related.
