The employees here are really friendly and very helpful. They have a wide variety of products that work well. The shop is very organized and their prices are great. I prefer to buy my vapes here over the other vape shops in the area.

Great store, super friendly and helpful employees. I tried this store one day trying to find something closer to home and this one has definitely become my new favorite.They always have a great selection of different styles and flavors and offer deals when purchasing a certain amount. The punchcard is a huge incentive. My newest go-to is the Lost Mary. I’d love to say one flavor is my favorite but right now I cannot narrow it down. The blue trio is amazing, but the grape jelly is fantastic as well as is the cherry watermelon. All so yummy - you’ll have to just try for yourself.

Im new to vaping, all I needed was to simply refill my tank, but i was doing it wrong and made a big mess. I called hoping i wouldnt have to come in, im all the way in n. topsail. Isiah answered and was able to help me. Im reviewing this because he went out of his way to help me and i appreciate that. He was willing to Zoom with me, but in the end i just sent him pictures (i dont know what the parts are called yet & thingy didnt cut it, lol, so zoom/pics helped), & he sent me a video. He was able to get me where i wanted -to fill the tank, thingy haha, using the correct opening so i didnt make another mess.Im glad he was available to take the time to help, im glad the store allows him to take that time, and he was Really patient and nice. For me it was five * customer service and thats what brings me back as a customer. Too many vape stores arent customer service oriented, imho. TGI Vapes & Isiah are great!

I don’t normally do this but I feel it necessary. So the store and selection is fantastic! But the part I didn’t like was that the girl named Kat honestly was too worried about flirting with another customer to help me. And when she did come to help me she found every reason to go back to talk to other people or her phone. And when I asked her a question she acted as if I was interrupting her. She was absolutely rude!Luckily though the other girl who was there that told me she was in training did actually help me so I felt like I walked out of the store with better knowledge of vaping.Overall, the store is great, that one worker is terrible so stay away from the blond redhead, but if you talk to the other girl, she’ll take care of you.

Professional service, tons of inventory

Im bought a $20 Kangvape 5000. Battery didnt last 12 hours. Tried to return and was told NO. I have been going here little over a year every other day and thought they would back their product but they will not. I would not recommend throwing away your money. Find one that will back their products.

I went in to purchase vapes and the customer service was outstanding. They guys were amazing and I will definitely go back for supplies needed when I’m back in NC next time I’m here. Decent prices and a great selection. Can find juices and devices here that are sometimes not available anywhere else in town. Staff is great most of the time, been a few times where we had a bit of a longer wait than should have been necessary give traffic in store but overall a good place to go for your vaping needs.

I was in on or around the 5th of January. Store was neat clean and appealing. Ivan was way more than helpful. He went above and beyond. You are lucky to have him. Keep it up.

First off, the employee Kate is the best. She help me save a lot of money at a time when every other vape shop was closed. She took the time to diagnose my problem which turned out to be just a bad coil instead of the 🔋. The selection and prices are a plus too. Thanks Kate, you rock!

This store was clean and stuff was organized well. I went in the day time I was greeted by a women she was nice and friendly I had a issue where I wanted to return a tank I purchased she advised me she couldnt she tried to call her manager and she couldnt reach him I left my number and told her to call me when they come in. I came back later on and the manager was there and he seemed out of it like he was high on something. I dont know what. I was treated with respect but cannot get over how high he looked and he couldnt focus at all and barely spoke. Which I find to be a issue how do I know your happy to help me if you dont speak to me. I will give this shop another chance alot of my friends tell me this is the place to go. So I will give it another chance but I do not want to see this so called manager that is high out of his mind! So this review will be continued. As so far there prices and juices was the best and most affordable that I have come by in Jacksonville

Staff didnt really care at all. One seemed more interested in hanging out at the sample table than helping me. One was impatient and judgemental. One gave me the wrong coils and told me I could come back and get the right ones. Came back and was told they dont even carry them. So I was ripped off then told I couldnt even get the right coils anyways.Never coming back, ever.

We have had many great experiences in this store before with a very helpful employee who had a great personality and was very accommodating. He recognized us whenever we came in and was happy to answer any questions we had. The past few times we have been in here weve dealt with a guy who has acts like we are bothering him, is not helpful and has the personality of a rock. Before when a product was out of stock the employee offered to order it for us and call when it came in. This other guy just says they dont carry the product because it doesnt sell. Maybe thats because I bought all of the inventory last time I was in there and it didnt get reordered. ... So I told him I guess Ill just order it online. No response. He does not care to have our business. Does not know the products hes selling to us. Tried to give us the wrong coils for the vape we were buying. Today when we were in he was cleaning his own vape and carried it around with him working on it and stopping to help us only when we asked for something. Just not a great experience the past couple of times. Either we arent his vape buddies coming in to buy something or he just doesnt care about his job if you arent buying something hes interested in. Too bad because I really liked this store. They seemed to have more selection than any other vape stores around.

They have a huge selection of stuff and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I just purchased a priv g2 baby and upon inspecting, the paint was bubbling on it and it looked like trash. I brought it in and explained the situation and they swapped mine out despite their warranty partner refusing to do so because the mod worked.....doesnt matter if it works. I paid for a new mod and it should have been in new condition. Therefore, I blame Smoks QC and Mad Vapes trash warranty for not helping me out. This place is fantastic and I highly recommend it because they actually care and listen to their customers.

Big selection and decent prices, but when I went there I was given a different product than I asked for, and when I brought it up I was told rudely that I was wrong and they dont label it that way. Needless to say they sold me the wrong product and lost me as a customer. Youd think they would be mindful of such bad customer service considering there is a vape shop on almost every corner.

Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff. They have the best deals on e-juice in Jacksonville. This is where I will go from now on. Ive been there at least 6 times now and every time Ive gotten such great deals. The staff is very helpful and the store is kept neat and clean . Another plus side is this vape shop stays open much later than any other vape shop in Jacksonville and they are even open later on Sundays. Nothing worse than having a burnt coil and all the vape shops are closed and you are stuck without your Vape until the next day. Thank you for the great hours and service.

Their prices and selection are unparalleled to any other shop, and they have a full range of vapes from starter all the way up to seasoned expert.If you get a chance definitely check this place out.

The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly, the selection and pricing is good. Sometimes, however the customers who hang out can be very unfriendly and on two occasions tried to pick a fight with me inside the store.

Chas and Kat were awesome! They were able to fix my problem and were willing to give me a discount if they couldn’t find a solution. Only shop I trust.

I’m a CBD user and I came in wondering if y’all sold CBD products. I was about to leave but their associate Chastity Mumper shared her knowledge about using CBD and vape products. She was very helpful and genuinely wanting to make sure I got the right product. I’m glad she was there to help or I probably would have left.

Kat helped me today and she was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Wonderful conversations and atmosphere. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I absolutely love TGI Vape when I first visited North Carolina. There is a girl named Chas that works at TGI and she’s an amazing worker, extremely creative, and she has a lot of dedication in everything that she does. However, there is a female that works there and her name is Kat and she is not very knowledgeable about mods and she makes the other staff look bad. Being in TGI is a welcoming environment; you don’t just work there to vape the people who are there and help customers are there because they have a passion to be there. However, I did not get that type of energy from Kat and her behavior is very unprofessional. But besides that overall I love this vape shop honestly my favorite vape shop. And Mike is a super cool guy that hooked me up with some new mods and juice. Chas may still be new to TGI but she has a lot of knowledge about different types of products and mods. She also knows how to do tricks as well.

Dont waste your money here place is a scam. I use disposable vapes and they tried charging me $3 more for the same vape. Go to yopp rd by mi cabanas. That tobacco store gives great prices. And the lady working there kept saying mine was a fake vape and not to buy any other vapes unless they were from there. She was super rude thinking shes all cool working at a vape store. This place is awesome, makes me want to bust a nut everytime I come through the door. There’s some kind of aphrodisiac in the juice in this place because I honestly do get hard everytime. To add to that, their juice selection is incredible along with mods, tanks, and RDA’s, honestly the best vape shop you can find in the United States. I’ve been to all of them. Even went to most of the vape shops in Canada but nothing compares. Believe me when I say that this is the best vape shop of all time.

Fed me some nonsense about a rechargeable mod not being rechargeable, and wouldnt take the battery charger back. I should never have shopped here. You should never shop here. Their prices are inflated anyway. I paid 70 bucks for a $50 mod.

I go here alot and they are always very nice to me. The younger guy gives more information about vape coils and etc, but they are both great!
