Very rude store! Do not recommend! There is a new shop up the street next to grease monkey that is 10x better. Drive past this location and turn into the other shop. You won’t regret it! Thank me later!

Been here a few times! Customer service is always on point! the energy from the ladies in the mornin always fun and I always tell ‘em I’m coming back just to vibe wit em!!! Got this torch bc it was that hardest sh!+ I seen!!!

Shop is well stocked, clean w/great atmosphere. You need to stop by here and see Ty! She helped us with recommendations from personal knowledge esp since what I was used to they didn’t carry. Again, awesome service with an even better attitude.

The employee in there was very rude & blunt, the employee that was working Monday Jan. 15 around 8:30-8:35. he told me i couldn’t be in the store because i was giggling too much. which i didn’t understand how that made any sense because how does my emotions & personality determine if i can be in the store or not. he blew my mood & ruined my night. talk should fire him immediately.

I went in to buy a cart from them they were rude to me and try to blame for their merchandise not working will not come back I do not recommend.

I wish 0 stars was an option. This was one of the most horrible experiences Ive ever encountered. Apparently, they hire anyone there. The store manager had an attitude from the moment I walked in he was very rude and nasty. I had never visited this store before and didnt know this guy from a can of paint. Mr. Evans argued me down about what a flat wrap was. Im not interested in doing business with companies whose employees lack professionalism and self-control. This company doesnt have a corporate department to report concerns to, so pretty much any employee can behave anyway they want. Beware of this location and business because if one of their employees is having a bad day, you will surely become the punching bag for their temper tantrum.

On November 14th 2023 I decided to go into the cloud 9 smoke vape shop for the first time to buy some products for my hookah that was my first and last time going there the guy name Q claimed to be the manager he was very rude wanted to purchase the tips for my hookah they was selling them 50 for I think 4.99 but when I looked at the bag I could tell the bag was way short he told me if I count them and there not 50 then I could have them I declined because I didnt want to cheat myself so I asked him could I count out 50 and get them for free because the bags was short he said no I offered you a offer you declined it the first time therefore the offer isnt still on the table I said but the bag is short with him being so rude I went to the cashier and asked her could I could the bag I counted 3 bags which one had 20 something tips in it the other had 30 something and the last bag was 20 something I told the manager so yall know the bags are short so yall are cheating the customers he said you dont have to buy them you can go somewhere else I stated if I wanted to go somewhere else I would have done so the cashier ask him can we get a bag and count out 50 he said no I said why not if its suppose to be 50 anyways then he walked over and said he wasnt counting anything but if I wanted to count them then I could I said thats rude of you to say I told him I didnt ask him to count anything for me the fact that he is a manager with a bad attitude makes no sense I will never ever come back to this location because of that and I give them NO STARS be careful and count your hookah sticks Q stated that he knows every bag is short and he doesnt count them out because they are shipped there like that Im glad my husband or my sons werent with me and heard Q talking to me like that because things could have gotten ugly and out of control real quick some men DONT allow other men to talk to their wives in a disrespectful manner

Signs of domestic abuse ... Im not blaming the staffs of anything . Only thing , is the product galaxy gas inside the store . Or others call them whippets . Says not to inhale , but people will inhale it anyway , therefore , killing their own brain cells and having other behaviors off of it . Of course , store policies , they cant turn a buying customer away or ban them . Even after Ive given them the reasons and how hostile that person is when on it . But hey , its only one persons life right?

Yesterday was the second time Ive been to this store. Each time Ive had a wonderful experience, they seem to get better and better. This time Gabe took the time to show me around, he was amazing. I was so impressed I gave him my number. Unfortunately I was toasted when I went and mixed up the 1st three numbers, I wrote 873 when it was suppose to be 837, talk about total space out lol. The owner of this store really values his customers he was quick to address the issue and reached out to the point that Im ok with the misunderstanding which had absolutely nothing to do with him in particular. A man of his word I didnt even get a chance to speak with him verbally but I could tell by his quick response and open line of communication that he truly cared about my issue and a random stranger shopping at his store. Ive been living off tara blvd for 3yrs, so i was there watching this store location develop. I was ready for it to open. my first visit was great. every employee welcomes you and makes you feel at home. I love this place so much for one theyre open to midnight when everybody else is closed I actually stopped smoking cigarettes two years ago so I only Vape right now but when I went in I was expecting just to get coils for my vape I called upon arriving in the young lady Jordan was so nice and so sweet but not that I knew when I was going to get there Jordan and Dalvin who is the employees at the store at the time take the time two ask what was I actually looking for and they actually went above and beyond way past the needs of what I was expecting they was so nice and so kind took the time to show me the correct items that I need it for my vape it just made me feel so welcome and I was so pleased with the customer service that I received from this place I will drive over 30 miles just to come here because the service is just that good I recommend if you looking for a good place that has a lot of products and just good people make this your number one to go NO CAP

This place has the greatest customer service ever. Theyre extremely knowledgeable, funny and chill. I was helped by Gabe and Dalvin. Gabe was extremely helpful and Dalvin hooked ya boy up once I got to the counter. If you have any smoke, vape or CBD needs definitely come to this location!

Definitely a crazy selection... but smoke shop novelty has laid down... prices are too expensive and once you get to the register there is suddenly a price increase that they just so happen to not be aware of... seems like a common practice for the chain... good luck on the south side
