Phenomenal place. The guy behind the counter is very knowledgeable helped me find what i wanted, apologized for the few minute wait.. hubby and I drive a truck OTR and we always stop at vaper maven and no matter what state were in they are all helpful and knowledgeable.

Great Place to stop for your smoking items, reasonable prices too.

Each Vapor Maven Ive managed to visit has been the same as the last and this one was no exception. Great selection of e-liquids, lots of accessories, and great service.

Asked if they had a product & was told “If you don’t see it, we don’t have it.”Unprofessional & not very helpful.I will add, I’ve been in here many times & the staff is usually very nice & helpful. Seems like some staff changes have taken place.

Always have what I need. Delta 8 products will be gone by August 1 2023. Due to change in the law. If you vape, youre missing out if you havent been there yet.

Not a bad place only thing I dont like about it is I bought a vape there and didnt work and they wouldnt take it back straight out of the box so I got to say if you cant stand by your products you shouldnt sell them

Dude at the register was kinda rude and i think he said 3 things even when I asked questions and I didnt get the right thing

Went in wantin to spend 100 on a rig an the girl spent 15 mins teaching some lady how to vape. If you gonna have a vape instructor you need a vape salesman too. Go to the Parthenon

I have been by this store 5 times and the card machine doesnt work, cash only. I never carry cash BUT when I do Im met at the door saying they arent open due to a remodel. Fine I came back the next day to find they have a new person working and 99% of the inventory is not put out and the lady didnt know what coil my devices used. She kept saying Im not sure what Im looking for. I was going to spend a lot of money in there today but that didnt happen. I will be finding a different place to shop. Im sad because when I first started coming here it was well stocked and very knowledgeable employees worked there.

I’m not sure of the gentleman that was working name but he’s just a little too aggressive with checking IDs to where it was affecting his customer service and just made the entire transaction awkward. Mind you he asked for my ID two or three times while I was just browsing juices and not at check out yet. Even after him verifying my age it was like he still didn’t believe me and didn’t want to check me out. Just a bit strange.

Tired of showing my ID when I go in there like its a head shop or something. They refused me the restroom even though I buy alot of products. So no I wont be making the trip to Jonesboro anymore..marion has better selections and poeple are more friendly..

Have never had a problem with the staff, except for today. Met a middle aged woman working there who immediately had an attitude with me, didnt know anything about vapes (suggested buying a new tank rather than just finding the replacement glass/acrylic I asked for), and threw my ID at the counter when I commented their app on the outdated android phone they had wouldnt focus to scan it. Then, after I tried to get a new coil, the guy behind the register also had no idea what tank I was talking about. Would NOT recommend this store to ANYONE. Vapor 627 will always be my go to.

I bought a ooze battery from the Vapor maven at 1841 E Highland drive in Jonesboro, AR. It wouldnt turn on, and so we tried to take it back in. The lady at the counter continued to tell me it worked, even though it wouldnt light up, and when i asked if i could exchange or refund it, she said she wouldnt because it works fine. However, it doesnt turn on at all. I asked why she couldnt give me a return or exchange for it if it DOESNT turn on. I asked for a company number to talk to someone else, and she hung up on me. Her name was Sierra. She should be fired, I work in customer service and this isnt it. Do NOT reccomend

I told the lady multiple times that I do not like menthol. She sold me the menthol version of the juice I wanted, and I didnt notice till I got home. So I called up there and told her she sold me the wrong one and that I havent opened it, it still has the seal on it can I come exchange it since she messed up. She said no and hung up on me!!!!! I called another maven and told them what happened and they said thats wrong and to go up there in person. She didnt have to be rude and hang up on me . After I get my problem fixed I will NOT be going back.

While wearing a cdc approved mask that I have to wear due to medical issues with breathing(face sheld) I was told by an employee, James Brooks, to leave. Ive had multiple issues with the chain and defective products but this in the last time. Terrible quality and a rude staff. I suggest you try across the street at razor vapes.

The man that helped me, I assume his name is Adam because of the receipt, his customer service is second to none. The vape flavors were diverse and hard to just pick one. I highly recommend stopping in to Vapor Maven and trying them out.

Horrible customer service. The clerk who was following around the store to answer my questions didnt have any actual answers, and then I was rushed out while browsing because the store had a time limit I was allowed to be inside.

The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable. He provided me with exactly the coils I needed and almost instantly.

I did not go here I went to the restaurant next to it lol

WE LOVE VAPOR MAVEN!! Customer service is always top notch our questions are always answered and they get us products that we are looking for or close to it. Definitely our ONE STOP SHOP ALWAYS.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This has been a problem store for the company for years and it seems the new manager cant get it right either. I will be heading to the Alexander Drive store from now on.

The lady there was weird and she seemed thrower off .I was just getting my juice for my boyfriend,I personally only use Emeralds and that’s only place I do my business.she was going on and on about salt nic.like we been vaping for a while now ,everything she said made no sense.I just turned around and left.like I won’t spend a penny here and the need to to not hire a fruit cake 😂

Depending on who is working on how much they know about the product. But I will say if you buy the legal CBd weed be carefull. I bought the two and product is good but I got pulled over by Cash Arkansas police and had it in the package and reciept in pocket and they swear it was marijuana and I went to jail in jonesboro ar and sat in a holding cell what they call detox because it was a drug charge for 6 hours before they ever booked me in no water no toilet then was there for 4 days and still had to post a thousand dollar bond before I was released. Not vaper mavens fault just idiot police.

The guy was very knowledgeable. I didnt have any clue about vaping. He helped me pick out a vape and a flavor and he explained everything I wanted to know.

They are ok, they will help you with all your needs but other vape shops near by has better selections
