Massive ripoff with mystery bags. Staff didn’t seem very interested in helping customers, seemed like they were just waiting on us to leave. I asked if they were running specials for Valentines day and wasn’t able to get any information. The curated mystery bag had 4 items: a candle, rose petals, lube samples, paper coupons, and a single use vibrating ring for $40. Appalling. I hope yall saw how upset I looked opening it cause I probably would’ve laughed at my face too. I’m just gonna shop on Adam and Eve like I’ve been doing, cause they haven’t scammed me.

Came into the store and was greeted with a warm hello which made me feel welcomed. The staff was on point with all my questions and even suggested some stuff. I had a great time there and it was well worth my money I spent there. Will be back in there in two weeks because our wedding anniversary is October 22 and got to get that honey or blue rhino that stuff make you buck like a bull and put you im the game and keep her humming your name. I spoke with someone today a gentleman who said his name was Jerome and some other lady who were rude as ever I called because I purchased a vibrator a few days ago and when I opened it i noticed and charger is missing I called them back to see if I could get the charger and they were so rude and acted like they couldn’t help me! So I’ll make a claim with my bank and get a full refund. This is not the way to do BUISNESS I’m very dissatisfied. Ill never be back

Went to the bank today and got a 50 dollar bill, tried to spend it here last night and they claimed it was fake, personally, I dont think the bank would give me fake money but I also check all my money anyway, I held it to a light and could see a face through it, I could feel texture on the shirt of the bill. It was not fake. They refused to give the bill back and I am truly shocked they can do that. I will not be going back to these scammers again

Bought some stuff and noticed the window advertised in big print wrote on the window 10% off Wednesdays for women I noticed when I got home and viewed my receipt I didn’t receive the discount when I called in they said I was supposed to mention it at the counter so yea that’s a complete scam because clearly they don’t want to give what they are advertising she offered me a punch card to get punched the next five times I come in just for 20% off which I’m sure they give to everyone and I’m not that frequent of a visitor to do all of that which essentially is me just spending more and more money smh ridiculous

Staff is incredibly rude.. We are aware we must show id to enter and my sister mistakenly had forgotton hers. The lady at the desk was very nasty and rude to her about it. Ive revisited and things went ok.. But it defiantly struck me as rude of her to get irate with customers.
