Very happy with my massage from Renee Williams. Very professional, good strong hands that can work out the tightness in my shoulders and back. Very pleasant. Is very attentive to the areas you need worked on. The atmosphere is so nice. I loved everything about Body Indulgence and will definitely be going back.

I’ve gone here for numerous services but yesterday was one of the best specialists I booked. Jadyn was thorough, quick and absolutely hilarious which I loved! Waxing can be so awkward but she made the experience so fun and enjoyable.

Caitlin Blair is such a magican with hair. She just took her time, looked through my hairAnd my reference photos. She was able to Guage though a phenomenal consultation to know what I really wanted, she took that and showed me what would and wouldnt work. Shes an angel! She engaging and I felt so pampered. Will only go here from now on and I passed her business card to all my friends in a text. The boutique is stunning as well, such a vast array of what every girl wants! True gem of Jonesboro!

Andy was remarkable. His hands are not from this planet 😭😭 Andy has great. I was very comfortable with him and as tense as I was he made the time to work every crooked muscle relaxed. He is def the best hands down

I got my second massage with Body Indulgence and I’ll continue to go back. Tarah Henderson is who I requested both times and will forever do so! She is kind, professional and made me feel completely comfortable. Also, wonderful at her job. During the massage, I thought, she really is fulfilling her calling!!! I wanted to also mention that I love the set up to get changed into robe in the locker room and then wait in the relaxing spa room. It helps me to clear my mind and feel ready for the massage. 10/10 recommend Body Indulgence!

Sent me girlfriend here for a little relaxing spa treatment and she was very impressed. They set you up with a robe and slippers. She had a 60min Swedish massage and 20 min float.

I booked 30 minute Swedish massage. And felt like I got a lazy neck and shoulder massage. And a full blown 15-20 minute scalp massage. It felt like she was used the oil from my scalp to use on my neck and shoulders. I could feel her wiping off my oil on the massage bed that I laid on. She Never massaged my back like last time. I DIDNT BOOK A $30 HEAD AND SCALP MASSAGE. I never felt so violated like this in a million years. As a black woman with a fresh retwist. This is utterly disrespectful. And yes she started with their own oil. And this worked her way straight to my scalp!!! The front desk lady said I needed to pay for the service but but owner came out and said okay whatever you want. Paid for a head and scalp massage and walked out in tears. Worse birthday experience ever😞Liz decker was my masseuse.

Jadyn- Her facial process is so thorough! The way she utilizes steam and hot towels makes extractions a lot less painful. She ensured every pore on my face and neck were cleared as much as possible. My skin felt so smooth and hydrated afterwards.Hailey- Her facial process is so relaxing. It is easy to fall asleep during the entire session. She is gentle and attentive to every skin need.

My husband and I had a couples massage for our 4th wedding anniversary with therapists Sherri and Allison. Such a great relaxing, calming, and enjoyable time! We will definitely be returning!

I have always had wonderful experiences at BI getting facials with Brenda. This past week I took my pre teen son to get a facial as well. He had a breakout on his nose from sports. He was reluctant as most boys would be but he loved it. I don’t remember the girls name but his skin is completely cleared up and looks amazing!! Today I had my first hair appointment there and Abby did a phenomenal job. I took a picture and she matched the colors perfectly to what I wanted. She was so sweet and kind. I would recommend Body Indulgence to anyone. They have an awesome team.

Darinda Ricker gave me the most amazing massage! Nice staff. Very helpful for someone like me who had never been. They showed me where robes, slippers, showers and lockers were. Lovely environment.

Today was my first time ever going here and my second massage I’ve ever gotten. The experience was completely different. I love it here. So calm and clean. And Sherri was super amazing and sweet and I will definitely be back!

Editing since I can’t respond:I only needed two appointments for the same time and I was told all appointments at that time were booked. That was one option. And I did call, which is how I found out only one was booked and there were no other available appointments for that time.Usually love this place. The online booking was being weird when I tried to book massages for my bachelorette party but it only booked one, so ended up having to cancel the one appointment because they no longer had the appropriate amount of spots available at the time needed and left me with no way to book anywhere else due to hours of operation or staffing issues. Thanks for giving me something to remember.

Had a wonderful spa day! My friend and I were able to go a bit early and order from Unwind while we waited in the relaxation room. The massage from Allyson Whited was amazing. Who needs Hot Springs when we have Body Indulgence in J-town! Thank you Jamie King and staff for a much needed girls day!

We paid full price for no service they where extremely rude and called the police because my group of 3 where 15 mins late and only wanted to give us 30 mins worth of service which was fine and we let that be known 100x they band me afterwards but that’s fine cause I wasn’t coming back anyways and it was for my beat friends birthday

It was my 1st time ever getting a professional massage.I had got a 90min deep Tissue with Tearaka as my massage therapist she was very sweet, professional, & thorough. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It was amazing!!! I felt so relaxed, energized & light as a feather... Honestly I felt like a new woman. I highly recommend... And I will b returning in the future!!!!!

Sherri is my go to person! She is amazing. I am in the human service field like her and she gets it. She makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. I have had 3 massages from her and would recommend them hand down.

What a beautiful, relaxing space! The customer service was outstanding! I was greeted with smiles and escorted through a gorgeous and private changing area and relaxation area to wait. Olivia was precious and so patient with me! Jamie King is a legend in this industry in the area, and I will absolutely be back to expand on my beauty, fashion and self pampering by myself as well as with my gals!

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Andy & it was worth every bit of money and the good pain. Ill definitely be back! The room was lowly lit and very soothing, the heated bed helped relax me even more.

The people there were very welcoming and kind. It was my first time getting a professional massage and let me tell you I will definitely be going back! From beginning to end my experience was great! My masseuse made sure to communicate with me to make sure my massage was perfect. I can’t express enough how great this place is! 60 minute Swedish Message with Sheri & she was amazing! Everyone was very nice, everything was extremely clean, & a relaxing atmosphere. It’s been years since I’ve had a message & I was a little nervous. They answered all my questions & made everything very comfortable. Enjoyed it so much I scheduled my next one before I left. This was my first professional massage, and it definitely wont be my last! My masseuse was Tarah, she was the sweetest, and I swear she has magic hands! She made the whole experience so relaxing, and comfortable! I cant say enough great things about this place!

I’ve been to body indulgence a few times for massages. Any massage I have had has been wonderful, but today I got my first facial. I scheduled an appointment with Brenda for a dermaplane facial and got a call that she was out sick. I got Karen for the same day and time. Karen was nice and she did her job. However, I informed Karen that I was looking for a facial I could continue coming back for because I want to have clear skin for my wedding next year in June. I feel ,with that information, I should have been recommended facials for my skin since she was working on it. I thought I would get recommended products to try at home, but I didn’t. I really wish she would’ve communicated with me more about how to improve my skin.

Its always a great experience here! Corrie has done my lips a few times and they always look amazing afterwards!

I have been to Body Indulgence several times for both massages and various services and have always been very pleased. Today, after having had terrible back/neck pain for many days, I made a massage appointment with Amy. She was absolutely incredible! She took her time to listen to my concerns and to customize the necessary massage to help relieve my pain. She gave me stretching ideas and advice for what to do when I got home and for the coming days as well. I left feeling so much better and knowing that I will be back to see her very soon.

My experience was awesome. Terra is a great massage therapist very professional and good at what she does. The young lady at the front desk is very friendly and nice. All around great atmosphere.

I went in for a facial today for some much needed skin therapy. It’s not something I do regularly but I’ve had a positive experience before at Body Indulgence. Brenda was amazing. She explained everything as she went and she was very professional. My skin felt so good after I was done,I left relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely be making an appt again in January after the holidays

Had a 90 min massage with Narinda it was absolutely wonderful. So relaxing. The new location is easy and convenient to get to and the lounge area was so nice and peaceful. This was my first time to come to BIS and I hope it won’t be the last. The boutique side is nice as well.

The massage was excellent, my body feels a lot better than it did before the massage. It wasnt the deepest deep tissue Ive had, but it still felt great and helped my body a ton! I think they gave me a womans robe or childs but it was enough to cover me. They have nice lockers to put your belongings in which is nice so you dont have to worry about your wallet or phone, etc. and can relax and enjoy the massage.

Today my husband and i went to body indulgence spa & boutique for the first time. It was such and amazing experience for the both of us. When i tell you they took their time and rubbed every part of out bodies we were so relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere was great and the customer service was as well. We are definitely going back and i will recommend them to anyone. And the pricing isnt bad either.

I have had massages all over and this place is by far the best! They were very professional and I was able to let them know exactly what I wanted. I have always had areas that were totally off limits but Lee was able to completely relax me through pressure points. There was no pain or discomfort triggered as she massaged those areas.Since moving to the area 6 years ago, this is the first place I booked another massage before I left. Lee and Body Indulgence gained a repeat customer.

The atmosphere was professional and relaxed. The place was clean and well kept up. The stylist was AMAZING and kind. She matched my energy and when I was relaxed and began talking we had a wonderful conversation. She also allowed me peaceful silence when I needed it to without me having to ask. She simply read my nonverbal cues and allowed me a perfect experience. Will DEFINITELY be returning!!

I havent had a massage in some years. This was a Mothers day gift from my husband and I enjoyed every bit. Amy the massage therapist was wonderful. Im going to purchase a massage for my husband. Then we will start going for massages on a regular basis. The staff was very kind, friendly, professional, helpful, and fast!

Absolutely loved my experience. Sheri was awesome. She felt all the tension built up in my back. After telling her I’m a CNA she automatically understood and helped get those kinks out. Hailey did my facial, eye brow wax and eye brow tint and let me tell you, my face is so fresh feeling and i got a new glow 🥰 but these eye brows? Baby! I fell in love! I didn’t have to tell her to make leave them thick, to do a certain shape or anything. She for real hooked me up. Both ladies are my recommendation to anyone. I feel so much better after that. It is my first time for both so of course after the wonderful experience, I’m coming back. Thank you again ladies ❤️

Today, I went and saw Amy for my massage. I took the questionnaire prior to walking in so she would know what kind of massage I wanted. I asked for medium pressure and a relaxing massage. Which I got. I was so relaxed and wanted so bad to take a nap. We chit chatted here and there in the beginning, but she read me and knew when I was relaxed. So she massaged and I daydreamed the entire rest of the time. I loved it so much!

My massage was very relaxing and the perfect pressure was applied! However, I had sent my spouse here prior, and this was my first time, and when I left and was telling him about it, I learned it was supposed to be a full body massage and that’s not what I received so that was disappointing news.

My massage with Sheri was amazing. Many times I thought, “this is my favorite part - it can’t get better than this” and then... IT DID! I believe this was the best massage I’ve ever had. Sheri did an excellent job making me comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely return and recommend Sheri to others.

I dont get massages often but when i do, it is always from Body Indulgence. The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and relaxing. The massage therapists are kind and ask lots of questions to make sure you have a good experience. My most recent experience was with Lee and she was great!

Brenda is the best! Every time I come I instantly leave feeling well cared for and refreshed. She is so caring and personable! 10/10 would recommend! The spa is beautifully decorated and smells like heaven on Earth!

The lady ( believe name was Natalie : got name from cashier)didn’t Introduce herself when she entered room, she quickly gave instructions and left out, i almost didn’t understand what she said do. I didn’t feel as if she or her work was personable. Her massage wasn’t good to me at all, her strokes were extremely light to touch relieving no tension , I felt like it was a waste of my time. It was a birthday gift paid & gifted from someone else to me and money wasted. I’ve had waaaaay better. Like do you not like touching black skin or you are just not into what you’re doing? I felt like what she did , my kids could’ve did at home. Im not exaggerating one bit. She Never asked was I ok during massage. I heard that the massages are good here, but maybe it depends on the person doing it because she didn’t deliver good quality services in my opinion. I’m hoping it wasn’t because I was black but I hate to think that, but she was just that awful.

It was wonderful. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep during part of my facial. I have a special needs son and all the girls are great with him. They speak with him and ask him questions. They are all so thoughtful. He loves going for his facials and now his back skin care. His skin has improved so much! It’s hard to believe!!

Wonderful staff. We received a deep tissue couples massage and my boyfriend’s Masseuse was very knowledgeable of what he needed due to both of them being weightlifters. It was nice to see a connection between the client and the professional so that he could really give a good experience.

My husband and I got a couples massage. I had never been to that place for a massage but have had one before and this was my husbands first time. Both of our massage therapists were so good and applied the right amount of pressure. It was a treat but we will most likely come back here the next time we want to do this again.

Wasn’t happy with the wax service at all. First I was only in the room for minutes… 10. The exact words of the lady doing the wax “I like to do it fast”. This is for two areas. I have several bruises and the wax job was subpar at best. She also failed to specify the type of wax she was going to use or what oil she put on after. Front desk was friendly… so 1 star for that only. Don’t recommend for waxing.

The spa staff was polite and the place seem to be clean. When it came to my massage therapist I had ordered an hour and a half of deep tissue. It ended up being an hour and a half of Swedish. I had to pay $170 with tip and didn’t get what I had asked for. I told the woman at the front desk that I didn’t receive a deep tissue massage and she ignored my statement. Whether it’s the massage therapist or another staff member ignoring you and doing what they want instead it’s not good customer service!

Booked, got a call 30 minutes before appointment time to switch to a different therapist, I was ok with that. Got another call two minutes later that they are moving my appointment, they took my credit card info when I booked so they guarantee the money if I don’t show up, but I guess they can change the time if they want. Anyway, not impressed.Am Editing my review today, received a nice call from the manager, she was genuinely concerned and spent lots of effort to resolve the issue. I really respect this and appreciate the call! Changing my star rating for the prompt response!! Thanks!

Everything about my experience was great. This was my first time here and I will be definitely be back. I had bad neck pain before my massage and it is all gone. My massage therapist, Lee, was amazing! I’m seriously considering a monthly membership.

I do not have the wrong business, my original post was deleted so I am reposting. The event took place June 17th. I think I would remember a facility that burnt my face 5 days before my wedding.I’ve been to this establishment several times and have always had a good experience. However roughly two weeks ago I went for a facial wax like I’ve done before, this time it was in preparation for my wedding. Unfortunately after the wax my face was burned in multiple locations. I called the store obviously upset, but what was more upsetting was the lack of ownership from the assistant manager and manager. The solution they gave me in preparation for my wedding was to put aloe on my face, “banana boat.” The only individual who apologized or felt any remorse for the damage done to my face, a week from my wedding, was the individual who performed the wax. Management was a huge disappointment. To make matters worse during the debacle I was hung up on, not provided a full refund, and my text messages were not responded to.

I had a full body massage with emphasis on the fact that I suffer with fibromyalgia and since moving three months ago have only had one massage. Wow! Nikki really took care of me. She was really “in touch” with my needs. Wonderful. Will definitely return!!

I use Nikki for massages. She was recommended to me by a friend. I can’t tell you how much she has helped me with migraines. She knows the body so well. I have never felt as wonderful after a massage as I have after leaving a session with her.

Booked a all over colour with Katie needham, didn’t have anything in mind and walked in and told her just to make it pretty. She did a very good job on my hair and she’s great to talk to. I strongly recommend going to her to get your hair done and waxed too!

In an age where communication is readily available, I try to make a conscious effort to disconnect from my phone and when I take the time for self care, I certainly do not want someone I am paying for a service to be on their phone. At one point, both my massage therapist and my aesthetician were on their phones during my service. Not only was I insulted, but it changed my mood during my services that was supposed to be digitally disconnected and relaxing.I had a massage and a facial on 12/7/21, they know who they are. What matters is that you address this with your staff so that none of your other clients feel this way. There is a sign that says that the customers need to turn off/silence their phones for the courtesy of the other clientele and the staff on the door in the dressing room.

I had the ultimate facial done this morning by Allison Whited and she was nothing short of amazing! It was my first facial professional facial and she was so gentle and caring and explained everything well. I will def be going back for more! Thank you so much.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDI go to Brenda (for facials) & Lee (for massages) for a little over a year now. When I need to relax these are my go to ladies!!• I love Brenda because she is gentle and SO SWEET! I usually do the microdermabrasion facial, red light therapy & extractions, but Brenda always makes decisions based on the needs of my face. Which I appreciate SO MUCH!• Lee is an amazing masseuse! She always makes sure that I am comfortable and that she covers my “problem areas” for each individual visit, which I love because needs change.• The staff is always super sweet and helpful. I can also usually get in pretty quick! I love that B.I. has & uses Arbonne products because it’s literally the only thing that doesn’t break me out or make my skin itch/turn red/ etc.* I’ve also shopped in the boutique and there’s also super cute items there too for a reasonable price!

Brenda was absolutely wonderful with helping with everything. She definitely acknowledged any pain that I had and helped thoroughly explain everything to me. She made me feel incredibly comfortable. The rest of the staff is amazing as well.

Narinda gave me absolutely hands down the BEST massage I have ever had in my life!🙌🏼 I was so relaxed I fell asleep when it was over and I was supposed to be changing 😬🤦🏼‍♀️ She came and woke me up and I said oh, I’m so sorry! This is the best place for the true spa experience! And they have just moved into their new building, as of 5/2022 so EVERYTHING is new and beautiful. I highly recommend the Ultimate Facial if you want it all and a 60 minute Swedish massage. I also get the dermaplaning facial and the dermabrasion facial sometimes and would recommend them too. I love Allison Whited for facials and Ms. Pinkston for massages. They keep it calm and quiet, sooo relaxing.

My appointment today was the first time I’ve been to this salon. I was thrilled with my service and stylist and will most definitely return. They also had nice hair products and small boutique of cute clothes. Highly recommend this business!

Caitlin gives great haircuts, and is very personable and nice. The facility is well organized and everyone there is very nice. Im not big on going to salons, but for a great mens haircut, Caitlin and the staff will treat you right!!

My mom got lashes here and you could barely tell that anything was done. All of their other services are great. I buy my mom holiday packages from here all the time but she decided to get lashes for my brothers wedding and was very disheartened by the results.

I called up here and made an apt asking just to have my shoulders massaged. When I got there everyone was super nice I get into the massage and I mention to the lady who did my massage my shoulders she said she would get to them. The massage I got was amazing it was very relaxing but then when i was leaving i was wanting to see bout paying a little extra to have my shoulders worked on a little bit more but as soon as I started asking questions the lady in the front was getting defensive and telling me that a massage wouldnt fix my injury. I never said I was injured I just have stress knots in my shoulders and I have had them worked out with a massage before. I would never come back and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I dont feel like I got 69 dollars worth of a massage.

My massage at Body Indulgence was nothing short from perfect. Ive had massages before, but none that even compare to this one! I had Mahaley and my husband had Stacha. I must say, after our massages, we were completely relaxed and felt 100% better. We ended up signing up for the membership! We look forward to many more great massages!

I have a lot of back and muscle pain from long work hours and conditions. My facial was wonderous, I was in the verge of falling asleep many times. My Swedish tissue massage was INCREDIBLE. I was able to walk much better afterwards. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The boutique clothing area is amazing, I wanted to buy everything!

I received the full Brazilian wax and didn’t realize til I made it home that there’s still hair on part of my private part. There’s still a lot of pain and irritation also, the staff was very polite but the task was not satisfying.

For me, I have massage on a regular basis by Marianne Magauhy. There are several that are very good but my experience with Marianne is beyond relaxing. She is very thorough and pinpoints the areas that need extra attention. She always ask me before starting if I have any special needs or areas that need extra attention. I tend to have knots around neck and shoulders. She will work them lose and I always feel so much better and relaxed afterwards. Kudos to Marianne for being that massage therapist who listens, cares, and provides her “magic hands” to this gals bodyIf you need a massage therapist, give Body Indulgence a call and request Marianne. You won’t regret it

It was the most relaxing massage 2020 has to offer. Very clean atmosphere and honestly the technique was so much like calming waves in the ocean. Very consistent and deeply relaxing.

I would think twice before going to this place. Front desk employees including manager were very unprofessional. First, they changed my aesthetician who I had requested without informing me and then when I got there they made me wait for more than half hour. Obviously, the facial was sub par as well. Wish I could give them ZERO star! Waste of TIME and MONEY!
