This place has it all. Every kind of puff pen and batteries. They even have my most favorite thing in the world... Ping pong.. If youre looking for any sort of CBB vaporizer vape pen even have water tobacco pipes. The folks in here are amazing to work with come see Brandon or Page they will get all of your needs taken care of. And tell him face from face it promotions sent you. They will do absolutely nothing but laugh. Hahaha Easy sticks 2 for $8 currently on sale.

Love this place and the girls that work there. Was there today and a women helped me i forgot her name. I had bought two vapes and the flavor was awful and had been waiting for their shipment to arrive with the flavors I like. She was so kind to exchange them both for me. She didn’t have to do it I was ready to buy a new one but when telling her how horrible the other were and asking advice about the best flavors she offered to exchange them. That’s why I keep driving to this shop that’s farthest away from me because they are the best. Thanks ladies

I drive a truck for a living so I make sure I get plenty of what I need for the road and if I need any questions or need my tank clean theyll do it all. I have been a very good customer and most of the employees are pleasant and always helpful. Unfortunately, the management is handled very poorly. They need someone to come in and run the store that knows what they are doing and doesnt have a bad attitude, and that knows how to smile!

I was in Kingman and happened to buy the wrong coils for my vape so when I got home and noticed I went to the store in lake havasu. The associate was great and exchanged the coils to the right one. Within a week that vape burnt out so I had to return. This time there was a different associate but he ran through all the different vape options and helped pick out a great replacement for cheap. Honestly the best customer service!

I bought a vape mod from here as they have the best juice and vape selection in our town BUT after turning the vape on while in the store I learned the mod did not have a lock fire function wich means while I am working and pulling the vape in and out of my pocket I have to turn it on and off everytime and wait for it to load up to take a puff. I asked them if there was any way they could change the mod part out and was told no because it came as a kit with the tank so I offered to pay another $60 on top to replace the tank in the kit with a new one and was told no . I then asked if they could at least give me a discount on a different mod and again no. Moral of the story here is great employees and great juice selection but never buy a mod from them. Its up on the higher end of the price spectrum of what they sell in the store and they will not under any circumstances try to help you if one of their mods in stock happens to be an inferior product.

Love this place! There has not been an instance of them not having something I needed. All sorts of vapes, juices, disposables, and even kratom.Service is always 110%, and they have deals constantly.

Paula was a huge help to me! I have social anxiety and dont love going to smoke shops, but I was greeted instantly and they went above and beyond to explain the product to me and helped fill my butane without making me stress

This place was amazing. Customer service was perfect. They took the time to explain and make sure I was getting the correct device I needed for my goals I wanted to achieve. They took the time to answer any questions I had ( which were quite a few) and never got frustrated or anything like most other places I have been has done. She always keeps me informed if there is something new that I might like, for instance I couldnt decide what kind of juice to buy one day and she told me that she tried lemon tart and it was great tasting. Terrible experience with this place. I explained I wanted a simple battery pen - not one with buttons. She sold me one that was so complicated this old lady couldnt figure it out. Brought it back the next day unused and in the original box, but since policy said no returns, there was no way the condescending clerk (who kept calling this senior sweetheart) would budge. She snidely stated we have you on camera, so I politely pointed out that the camera would also show her taking the product back. Definitely wont return.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Theres a lot of different juices both salt and e juice. Theres everything you need to build your own coils or replace anything for your machine. You can even buy a new one because theres many options there. They also let me put in an order for something they didnt have. Everything is easy to see and its bright not dim. If theres a short wait you can sit on the couch or play ping pong!
