Had a wonderful massage from Cassie. It was a blend of Swedish, deep and Thai. Literally every part of my body from scalp to toe was massaged. Spa was chic and clean.Found this place on yelp while on my girls trip. Scheduling with Cory was a breeze. Trying to find the parking lot was a little tricky but I managed. I definitely would comeback again!

Four of us came here to celebrate my sister-in-laws birthday and it was perfect. The spa itself was gorgeous and unique, not the standard cold, cookie cutter spa design I usually see. We were greeted and treated with warmth and taken care of expertly, 2 of us at a time had incredible massages and 2 of us did the amazing sauna and steam and then we switched, we all came away refreshed, renewed and absolutely pampered!! I highly recommend this wonderful spa.

An absolute amazing experience! We did the Sacred Couples experience, and it was divine. The massage was the best that either of us have ever had, the sauna was a perfect start to the experience and the steam shower with the salt scrub was so refreshing! It left our skin feeling so hydrated, exfoliated, and soft! We left feeling so relaxed, rejuvenated, and balanced. The establishment has a really great vibe! Its quaint and intimate. Dim lighting with candles makes for a great ambiance. And the owner, Corey has a wonderful energy about him. He was so kind and accommodating, and his attention to detail really shows. We would 100% recommend this beautiful establishment.

Corey is a true master of his craft. I have been in several times for relaxing massages with the ladies in the spa and they always do a fantastic job. But today I went in with knots and pain, and I walked out feel refreshed and painless. Salon is a lovely tranquil setting.

I got a couples massage as a surprise for my partner. Let me tell you, this was the best think I could’ve gifted. I’ve had massages all the time when I was younger but nothing like this. We both really enjoyed it and for a relaxing time of our day. The massage specialists took all the knots out of my back. This is perfect for someone who does a lot of sports. Will definitely come again! Also, to find them, you need to park behind the building, not on the main road.

Corey delivered the best 90 mins massage I’ve had thus far. I’ve been getting massages for about 15 years now globally. Some places include, South America, North America, Thailand, Europe, Japan, Dubai , etc. and yet Corey managed to take the number one spot, which is pretty impressive. He use the perfect pressure and the perfect strokes on my back and my entire body . I haven’t felt this relaxed leaving a massage place. You truly have to embark on the experience for yourself. My experience was the best experience Im my entire life. The owner Corey is so down to earth and kind. He wears a big smile and has a great heart. His staff Rose was the best message therapist I have ever seen. The place is elegant and serene. I am not a relaxing type of woman but I felt very relaxed. I got 3 treatments. We had “girls day” while the husbands golfed. We decided lunch and a massage would be perfect. We called Body and Soul to see if they could get us in. Corey was AMAZING ! So kind and friendly. We all got appointments close to each other and had the best day ever! Massages were fantastic, red light therapy was wonderful, and Corey did some magical healing mojo on us to end the session. The Sauna session at Body and Soul was so relaxing and was a great way to alleviate stress and tension. At one point during the sauna I felt so relaxed I got goosebumps. An experience I never knew I needed and now want to make a regular thing.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! The Lake Havasu community is so lucky to have someone like Corey who cares about our overall health like he does! First, his healthy food system is incredible. It is so many great foods and drinks and things, and you will glow and feel amazing after a week of these delights! Second, thank you Corey for creating a spa in Havasu that raised the bar for all spa care! When I moved back, I missed some of the spa amenities of bigger city day spas, and Corey built his amazing facility to cater to people looking for more than just a massage, but a whole wellness experience. I absolutely loved this place and the owner !!! Went in for the 45 min sauna with red light therapy and omg it did not disappoint . Everything is super clean and new . He even had a tablet in the sauna with the option of meditation playing the whole time . Just what i needed! After the 45 min you take a nice COLD shower !!! Then you feel amazing🤩 Thank you corey! Ok! This could take a minute! OMG AM I A FAN OF THIS GORGEOUS, serene, spotless, amazing spa. Body and Soul! As a self proclaimed spa snob and frequent flyer I am not easily impressed. The Gievenchy in Paris. The Spa inside a Spa Sisley Princess in Phoenix. Kenwood in Napa. The FootSpas in Chinatown San Fran. And a few memorable others are all worth raving about. Most often however, they just are not. Either the cost is insane. The amenities are underwhelming. The service providers are average at best. Or any combination there of. Body and Soul in Lake Havasu is a real gem. The decor is beautiful, seamless and tranquil. The energy is calm but not stuffy or devoid of personality. The owner, Corey, took care of me today and I was completely blown away. His energy and practice is on par with the best in the world. Honestly the best body scrub I’ve ever had in my life. An incredible amalgam of Thai, Shiatsu and Corey’s personal methods of body work make this a top notch massage experience. His ability to read energy and work your body where you need it is on point. The steam room and shower as well as the infrared sauna were a great amenity/service. I have booked the ultimate service for my hubby as well and my next few sessions with Corey are on the calendar! The only thing lacking was variety. When going to a spa I love getting it ALL done at once…body, face, nails, hair, brows, etc. However. Things aren’t set up that way here in Havasu. I’m discovering I will be going to a different establishment for each service I frequent. It’s ok! New way to try things out! If you live in Havasu or vacation here, check out Body and Soul. My experience with Body and Soul was way beyond my expectations. The masseuse used a wide variety of techniques including hot stones and “hard” pressure was a must. The tranquil setting allows you to reconnect with your inner self and unwind. The attention to detail in creating this private oasis is remarkable, from the soothing decor to the calming music. Its a place where you can truly nourish both your body and soul.

My husband & I had a couple’s massage during our vacation stay on 2 May. Corey gave my husband his massage & Rosie gave me my deep tissue massage & it was amazing. I tell you Rosie got All the kinks & stiffness out. My husband & I were in a car accident in February & my left side had remained stiff & sore…Rosie knew the target areas & for a whole hour we were treated great. Enjoyed our privacy, the care & love of these two…when we visit Lake Havasu again most definitely we will be making our reservations. Highly recommend this place!

I love using the sauna Body and Soul, Cory makes the experience very enjoyable and I love that I can listen to music in there. The shower afterwards is the best part to complete the experience.

Wow !!! I just finished the sauna and shower combo and I feel so rejuvenated, relaxed and at peace. The salt scrub was the highlight... my skin is now so soft and silky! The steam shower felt so refreshing especially after a full day of being out in the hot dry Arizona heat. I will definitely be visiting again next time Im in town!

I have had the most amazing massage at body and soul. I went in with knota and tension all over. Not only were my knots gone when I left but my whole self felt uplifted and relaxed. This is a very peaceful atmosphere with great energy for anyone.

Such a wonderful and unique spa experience. If you’ve never had the opportunity to sit in an infrared sauna and watch a concert/movie, or get an amazing personalized massage and steam shower, then please go here and treat yourself. This has been one of the best places my Fiancé and I have ever had the pleasure to go to. Corey was nothing but accommodating, and absolutely fantastic at really making us feel special. Highly recommend this place, as much as I want to Gate Keep this gem of a facility to myself, I would be doing everyone a true disservice.

I suffer from migraines. Day 3 of a migraine I decided I needed extra help. I booked an appointment online with Corey. I have never been to Body and Soul so I didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The entrance was very quiet and dim lit. That was a plus with my headache. He greeted me and let me know it would be a minute. He then led me to a separate area with a bathroom. That was nice and clean. We then went into another room. I am super picky about smells and cleanliness. I was happy to see the room was very clean and the towel I put my face into smelled clean and fresh. My appointment was for a Myo Fascial massage. This was by far the best massage I have ever had. It was deep pressure massage as well as stretching and pressure points. I melted into the table for 90 minutes. Corey was so friendly and genuinely cared if I had a good experience. I will definitely be back on a regular basis!

We come out to Parker frequently to enjoy the quiet and relax. This time we wanted to elevate that by getting a massage and I am so glad we found Body & Soul! We did the 90 minute massage option (WORTH IT) and it included the hot oil, hot towel and hot stones. The deep tissue massage was incredible and the general vibe of the place is so tranquil. We can’t wait to come back!

This review is written by a massage therapist of 11 years. Our work is very physically demanding. I live in Kingman and I have been getting two massages a week. No one has been able to help my body aches and pains. But I got one massage from Cory and my body feels 95% better with one session. He integrates many modalities and has amazing healing energy-which he incorporates in each massage. I will be replacing my 6 therapists I trade with in Kingman and driving to Havasu for Corey!

Absolutely the best massage Ive ever had and Ive had several from high end to less expensive. Rose was spectacular. She found all of my problem areas and handled them with care but also relieved so much stress and tension. She stretched my arms, legs, and back which I had no idea I needed so much. Definitely coming back to her.

Had a 60 minute massage at body and soul today. It was absolutely over the top amazing. I’ve had many massages, but I’ve never ever had one like this. We booked to have one more before we leave for Wisconsin.

Booked based on these reviews. Very “back room”vibe. Left after 30 minutes into a 90 minute massage. Very doubtful the employee was a licensed massage therapist. Kept doing the same thing over and over and over. Oh and neither employee present could understand English. Kept trying to record into a translator while I was trying to get up and get dressed. Very uncomfortable

Rose did amazing!!! Language barrier for sure but I didn’t mind. I have been a licensed massage therapist myself for over a decade. It takes a lot to impress me and make me want to go back. I will definitely be going back! She was able to find all of the areas that needed work without me saying a word. Highly recommend!

My massage was ok but when I went to pay I was leaving a tip of $10 per massage, there was 2 of us which was approximately 13 percent and the girl that worked on me indicated this wasn’t enough of a tip so I ended up giving them each $20 tip. If this establishment requires a certain amount they should indicate on their website. I left there not feeling relaxed at all and instead feeling like I was a criminal.This is an edit to the above review. The owner contacted me and was very apologetic about what happened to me and advised me that the employee was no longer employed with Body and Soul. He offered me a gift card for a massage by him personally but since I am from Canada I stated I wasn’t sure when I would return. He then offered to refund me the price of my massage, which I didn’t expect since I had gotten the service. Thank you to Body and Soul for looking after your customers. If I come back to Lake Havasu I would definetly stop in and get a massage since I know you care about your customers.

On my visit to Lake Havasu I had one must do item on my list and that was to get a massage. And man did I get a massage! So relaxing yet a little painful when it was needed….dang knots in my back muscles didn’t have a chance☺️. Well worth the time and cost! Just do it!

Intuitive, deep yet gentle, thorough, and most importantly, effective.The spa is clean, calm, dimly lit, well appointed and very welcoming.We especially loved having an option to add on the infrared spa and steam after our 90 minute massage.The owner Corey is charming and the consummate host. He graciously took the time to really connect and share recommendations for sites in the town.Highly recommend.The one drawback was trying to find the location and where to park. The parking lot is behind the building and not on the address listed. Not a big deal, and typical of the businesses in LHC.

Cory was a very thorough masseuse. This was my first time experiencing hot stones and it was delightful. I asked for medium-hard massage and I was sore after but I feel great! 90 minutes of deep tissue massage ecstasy. Luna is one of the best massage therapists I’ve experienced. I live in Scottsdale, and came into lake Havasu for the weekend. The special work she did on my left shoulder and neck was euphoric. This facility is clean, relaxing, and conveniently located. It is super easy to book your appointment online. This is a WOW! I just had a REAL 60 massage, including hot stones. This is what a professional massage must be like. It was amazing! Run to this place immediately, it is absolutely amazing! When you walk in your are instantly transported into a relaxation zone. The ambiance and vibration of the spa is extraordinary. I had two different treatments. One was a massage with with Sunni. She is the best masseuse I have ever had and I have experienced over 25 different therapists over my lifetime. She utilized aromatherapy, hot stones and walked on my body and had incredible technique. She provides a deep tissue rigorous and therapeutic experience but all the while communicates if her pressure is right for you. I also experienced a salt scrub therapy with Corey, the owner. He is a true healer and is passionate about his desire to share his wellness knowledge with his clientele. He incorporated the infared sauna, different coarseness of salts and the soaking tub as well. He really rejuvenated me from head to toe. From what I understand it has barely been open for 2 months but once word gets out, he will be booking months in advance. I also hear they will be offering light cuisine once he receives his permit. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. It is not a huge fancy place with all kinds of unnecessary bells and whistles but if you want true therapeutic healing this is the place!!!! It is quaint clean and lovely. His prices are very reasonable and this is now my regular go to place and once you experience it it will be yours as well. Happy healing!!!

1st let me say I was super stoked for this couples massage, only to feel like I went 10 rounds with Connor McGregor in an MMA match. The ladies were professional, however the only question asked was pressure. I said medium but maybe I should have said light. Usually massage is fluid slow movements this was rapid succession of deep tissue(didnt sign up for that and it didnt really say anything about type of massage techniques used on the booking site) I went in thinking we would get relaxing massage instead we both felt like we had just done a full body workout in 90 min or been beaten by McGregor himself. I did ask for lighter pressure but that didnt make any difference, she did apologize but didnt seem to change. Mostly elbows and forearms used which isnt my idea of a great massage. Unfortunately not a good experience for us. If youre looking for relaxing massage idk if this is the place. Or maybe Im a weeny.Staff friendly enough. Decorations superb, the massage, I wouldnt do it again, but thats me.

They are amazing. Very quick to respond. They really go out of their way for their customers. I have sciatic issues and they alway find a way to get me in with short notice. Out of the 10 others I’ve been to Luna is the only one that has been able to make a positive difference working on my sciatica!!!

Absolutely amazing experience! Four of us ladies did the sauna, steam, and massages for some relaxation on vacation! Definitely did not disappoint in the slightest - everything was PERFECT! Highly recommend! True spa experience which was just what we were looking for!!!
