I was sold a bunk vape,talked to the guy 2 days later and he wouldnt exchange or replace. Tried again a week later because the more I thought about it ,it made me really upset as I have been a repeat customer for quite awhile and have spent multiple hundreds of dollars there. I will no longer give them my business and also advise my friends to do the same. And definitely will not refer anyone any longer. Super disappointed in their willingness to fix the problem. Its 45 bucks lost but nothing I can do with a bad vape. 👎

This was my go to shop for all my vape and accessories needs and have always tipped them anywhere from 5-10 bucks every time I make a purchase. I recently bought a torch that was 50 dollars and brought it home to find out that it was broken. I have a busy schedule and I wasnt able to take the torch back right away. Today I finally had the time to take it back ( less than 2 weeks) and was told they couldnt do a refund or even a swap and I even had my receipt the box it came in and everything. If a business doesnt have a return policy, dont waste your time. I will take my business to one of their competitors instead and I strongly suggest do not buy anything of value here because they dont do returns, even if you have a receipt..

Nice verity of products definitely support your local vape shops people sometimes don’t realize what they have to do to bring you a rewards program. I was in line and a customer was complaining not liking a rewards program just remember some people love it and appreciate all the rewards they can get and it’s not easy and the cost ain’t cheap to offer this to their customers. I would recommend employees offering to sign them up at each purchase if they would like because I would have but I think the person in front of me deterred them from asking me . Sometimes it’s ok to slow down on a sale to get these customers information in to make the rewards system profitable.

It was amazing to say the least. Jacob had knowledge of all the products and Noah, the owner, introduced me to the bell ringer and it changed my life. Thank you and Ill recommend everyone go get one. Dont know what it is go ask midtowns friendly staff. Well now youll end up seeing Seth and Noah Jacob is no longer with them. But I think they did better cuz Seth very knowledgable funnier better looking and even got the register down quicker. Noah you did the best thing ever brought your little brother and made it a family affair youre going to go places big places

My husband and I come here when we are visiting his parents in Lake Havasu. Very helpful associates, we have even called in before, given them our order and had my husbands mother pick up our order for us when shes nearby.

This place by far has the best selection of Kratom for quality, price and selection, I was very impressed and the staff was so kind! Erica even told me hilarious jokes while I did my shopping. 10/10, highly recommend.

The sign read best prices and they werent blowin smoke up your vape! The atmosphere at 6ish pm was most welcoming and without naming names to protect the guilty, the guy at the counter was a 😊 cutie and he could take my money anytime! Its located on the end of a small strip mall, so dont miss it!

Definitely the place to go for any vape or smoke needs! Jacob is awesome! Definitely has his knowledge of every product and doesn’t get irritated with a single question and is always happy to inform you on any product. Highly recommend!!

I dont have a problem with any of the other head/vape shops here in Havasu... but Midtown Smoke & Vape treats me the absolute best. Great products, good prices, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and convenient location. Couldnt get any better!!!
