Went twice. First time they opened late, but had good service. Small store with limited selection. Second time they were late again, and I went down a block and bought a pack of cigarettes instead. I guess my time and money arent good enough. Must be great. Being able to have your own business, make your own hours, then not show up.

Great staff, great juice options! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Their selection is awesome and they get new stuff in too. Its also a fun place to go to just hang out and talk. If you vape you gotta check them out!

Great store. The guy that works here most days is very helpful and doesnt judge me because Im a lame-ass, 41 year-old white guy in a market of twentysomethings. Makes suggestions based on my needs/wants and doesnt push high-dollar items on me for the sake of making a buck. And when he sees me coming, he turns the reggae off and puts on screaming guitars. That, alone, is pretty awesome. I go out of my way to shop here for my vape needs and you should too.

I went in with a broken ecig and left with a working one. Customer service here is top notch. They took the time to let me find the right juice and answered all of my questions with true knowledge. On top of that they make you feel truly welcome

If you want it they got it. very very knowledgeable staff who can answer any and all of your questions you may have on if youre wanting to get started with vaping or are already an experienced vaper. they just open up a new location on Mexico road in OFallon by the QT. Ive been into that location as well and again same experiencing high quality. Products are top notch and if they dont have a specific item you dont want in stock they can get it or suggest something thats very similar and or better for you.

Nick was awesome! I gave birth to my second child down the street. I wrecked my car broke my vape and was having an all around stressful day. I came in in the worse mood but, Nick and the vapor store made my day a little better. Thank you for all the help and the ear to talk to. Sometimes it’s the small things like that which makes a company so great.

Very friendly and helpful staff . Love the atmosphere of the shop . I’ve been buying premium juices online until I tried their [KaliMist] , now I am hooked ! Overall a great location that I plan on going to for years to come .

Went there a couple days ago and had a great experience with the staff. I went in a bit late and one of the managers stayed past closing to help me get some juice and coils. Great atmosphere and great staff

The absolute best place my hubby bought a box from them that doesnt function like it should and they are going to make it right hands down the best customer service around and WAY cheaper than anyone in town dont over pay come here first. you will not be disappointed in your experience promise oh and buy one get one half off liquid through august on weekends stop in and tell them COWBOY sent you

Christian runs an excellent shop! He is courteous, knows his customers by name and has reasonable prices.
