What a Joke, very unprofessional! Came for appointment 5-7 minutes late because road construction and got there they were with 3-4 clients so we wait as the right manner! After that we had to fill out a lot of their forms, got to facial room became 25 minutes late and the dermatologist asked some questions with telling us to do a different kind of treatment but this is our first time so we would like to know their basic service first and go from there to see if we can continue to do business with them or not! Guess what, Nikki the dermatologist told us she will do short or cut our time to make it short if we want to do the regular because we were late 28 minutes by that time! Excuse me really did we??? You not even say “appreciate for our patience waiting?!!” But easier to point fingers and blame it on your clients. Sadly MassageLuXe doesn’t take their ownership at all because the District Manager Terry, agreed to cut our treatment time with the same cost, hello how do we able to see the results of the treatment of you cut corner?! How do you feel if you are on our side as customers?! Terry told me if she has appointment to get her hair done she will comes early, “you don’t know what other people life or days like so be careful with what you said!!! Let me ask Terry this, did your dentist cut corner if some of their patients came late or did your hair stylist cut corner to you?? Did you never stuck in traffic or sudden emergency you had to get to before your facial appointment, Terry??!” Think outside the box and trained your employees better, so we left and will never come back! We won’t pay the full price with shortcuts Mickey Mouse treatment, definitely lost our business! MassageLuXe can’t treat people like what is the business supposed to do, they just care about money and will do any shortcuts to get the $$$Hope they can think how to treat people better and stop bullying your clients with blames!
The experience was eye opening. It was a gift from my wife as a one time massage. Apparently I had the best of the best (Nina) and I continuously go back each month. Nina is the absolute best of the best and truly knows what she is doing. She’s a miracle worker. I am able to bend and move like I’m 20 years younger and all I originally went for was a one time massage.
Ive never used message services by one time while staying at a hotel that was over 10 years ago.My wife bought me a visit for my birthday and I liked it so much its become a monthly routine for me now.The deep tissue message really gets to those muscles that need to be broken loose. Not necessarily for everyone, but it works for me. Im a little out of it for the first few minutes afterward, most likely from being half asleep after lying there for an hour.I am very happy with my masseuse. She really digs in and does an awesome job.

(Ken-90 min massage) 5 Stars!I had a 90 minute, deep tissue massage with Ken today. He was so kind & very professional. He made sure I was comfortable and offered suggestions for back issues I’ve been having. I typically don’t do memberships, but because he gave such a good massage and was professional, I signed up. I can’t wait to visit him again!(Cami-Facial for Oily Skin) 4 Stars!Immediately after my massage with Ken, I had a facial with Cami. I was still in such a relaxed state. I’m glad my appointments were set up that way. Cami was nice and the facial was great! Prior to, I’ve only had one other facial somewhere else, and the esthetician let me know each product she was putting on beforehand and what it did for the skin. I would have liked that with this facial as well. However, Cami did a really good job. My skin felt amazing after!
Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for Monday the 10th. I drive an hour to get there. My wife calls them to tell them Ill be there 5 minutes late. They proceed to tell her that they had to close. The lady literally said we didnt call you? Zero record of a call. And our understanding is they just started canceling appointments yesterday and today FOR TODAY.
The massages are great. I signed up for a monthly massage. However due to shortage of staff at my company I havent been able to go monthly. I am still being charged (which i understand) but if you want to pause your account, you cannot use what you have banked without an additional charge. If you want to cancel you cannot use what you already paid for. (why would this be considered theft in any other business but this?) I had a facial scheduled and had to work late. I called 4.5 hrs in advance to cancel and was still told I would be charged as it wasnt 24 hrs in advance. I didnt know we were going to have to work over! As much as I want to use the massages, due to work scheduling and the company hours it has been a challenge. I find their unwillingness to make any adjustments very frustrating. Again the massages are great but I am considering just taking my 7 hours that I have banked and just calling it a loss, but almost $500 is a tough loss for nothing! Is this just me?
I went for a 90 minute massage Sunday with Nina. She is the best masseuse I have ever had. She takes her time to work out the tight muscles without hurting you. She spent extra time in the spots I really needed worked on. She listens to what your problem areas are and makes sure she addresses them. Massage Luxe in Lake St Louis is clean and new. Everyone is so professional and nice. Thanks Nina!! I’ll be back next month.
I had a massage scheduled this past Sunday, I unfortunately was called into work for an emergency (I am in healthcare) and the person on the phone informed me that do to this being a same day cancellation she would be charging me the full amount. When I called back on Monday to speak with a manager the individual who answered the phone played it off as if the manager would not be in for a “few hours” mind you as she was putting me on and off hold and that she would have them call me back. I was going to use a gift card given to me, and was not even given a chance to reschedule. When I asked if the $120 goes to the therapist I had to cancel with, the individual on the phone stated that in fact the $120 dollars charged to my account for emergently cancelling for an emergency at my job in the hospital all goes to the therapist and the company received none of the money. I have never seen such a poorly run company, I will never visit this massage luxe again, and honestly I wanted to reschedule but never received the chance. I never received a phone call which sadly did not surprise me at all
I discovered Ken through these google reviews and was desperate to find relief from my fibromyalgia. Its been 6 hours since the massage and Im still pain free!Ken was incredible! His knowledge and massage technique was perfect for me. Ive had many massages around the u.s. when I used to travel and Ken by far give the best massage ever! Im glad I found him and hope to return in the near future. Thank you Ken!
My massage therapist Ken was AMAZING! I had a deep tissue massage. He was able to work out all the tightness and knots in my back. I had a couple of add on’s using the heat and bio freeze that helped tremendously! Great staff at the front desk too!
Had a 4pm facial booked.. showed up early, checked in and after 25 minutes of waiting, asked if I’d be taken back soon. Was told yes. Another 15 minutes later they come back to tell me the person did not show up. Was offered an add on to a service another day.. after waiting a total of 45 minutes and taking the afternoon off from work for the service. I understand things happen but I won’t be back.
I love this place so much! They have the best massage therapists and estheticians. All locations are excellent in my opinion. I have even visited locations in other states with my membership. They really treat you so well here, can’t say enough good things.
My massage started late and ended early. I didnt get my full hour. I asked her to focus on my lumbar spine and she didnt even touch it. I got a better massage from the chair at my pedicure later that week.
I had a 2 hour deep tissue with Ken, he was able to loose my back and get the knots out. I have rebooked another 2 hour session.Massage Lux you better keep him around.
I’m so happy that LSL has opened a Massage Lux. I had my first massage there yesterday...and will definitely go back. Ken gave me one of the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever received.

This place is terrible. I made an appointment almost a month out. I get there and get in the room and the therapist didn’t even do the type of massage I booked! I rearranged my day for this service and it was just oh I’m sorry you can rebook! What a waist. Horrible
