I found them in Groupon and read the reviews. Thank goodness I did not listen to any of the negativity and went anyway. I would have missed out!I would rate my experience a 5 but the location is super sketchy. Lots of ill and unhoused persons walking all around here. However, you cant beat these prices for what you get! Ive paid way more for what I got here, even without the Groupons their pricing still rocks. If you zoom in on the photo I took of the table with the price book you can see their amazing rates.I purchased an hour head spa with the works and the Swedish/deep tissue 1 hour massage. Screenshot included so you know what to get next time! ;) Ive done a Japanese head spa with the camera and this was waaaaaay better! Chinese headspa is where its at honey! Heres how it went..I called to schedule my appt days prior. I checked in and confirmed my services. Showed my Groupons and done. I was not asked to tip in advance but I did see the sign of helpful recommendations for the level of service you receive. Tips are OBVIOUSLY required as a common courtesy. I was then escorted to a cute waiting room where theres a sauna located. I was then brought a robe/towel woth buttons to change into and told I could dress there. I recorded and observed the room, there were NO cameras. SMH. I was then walked over to the head spa room. There was another lady getting hers done and me. My tech was sweet and friendly. I laid down, she covered me with a soft blanket. The first thing they do is put a self heating paper mask on your eyes so if you dont like this, simply ask not to use it or take it off. I love these, I pack them for airplane trips. These are great for dry eyes and help you drift away nicely. I went in with no prior experience of their methods but with an open and willing mind. I just wanted to relax so I did. She started with some aromatherapy oils on her hands them started with some cranial massage and head scratching, it was firm just the way I like. Then came all the tools, I dont know how many there were but it just kept going and I was in heaven! There was neck and shoulder massaging as well. The water was mostly perfect but there was a time it was a but too hot so I gently told her and she fixed it right away. Then the bed/machine you are in does the rain shower with red light therapy for hair growth, so cool! There was a funny dome helmet thing put on my head and thats when the steam process started. Its a little loud but still lovely. She then brushes your scalp more with water running. It just went on and on and I loved every minute of it. Then she starts my arm AND leg massage! Good LorT it was wonderful. I mean she was on the table with me thats how old it was. I was so giddy thinking, Wow ai still have a full body massage to look forward to after this! After your all done you are walked over to the vanity for hair treatment and blow dry, THEY do it for you unlike the Japanese head spa where you have oltp do it or pay extra.Next was my full body massage. No cameras in here either lol. Luckily I got to keep my sweet little, strong tech. Tiny but mighty! Best massage Ive ever had! I was surprised when she removed the lower part of the table I was lying on and had me drop my feet into a warm foot bath! Whaaaat? Apparently a fabulous foot bath & massage is included. I was then stretched and pulled into beautiful submission where I was left feeling like putty and a bigol smile on my face. She offered me tea or water. The tea was delicious.I dont know why theres so many negative reviews but I think it might have alpt to do with the person going there. Go with an open mind, speak kindly, act politely, let go and just go with the flow. If you dont like something, kindly request a change. Thats literally all it takes. The ladies here are so accommodating. I know the other person who was doing their head spa with me was having a different experience, unfortunately.This place is not fancy but it will surprise you!

I got a Groupon for a head spa and I dont have anything negative to say. Friendly staff and great service, 100% recommend! Lina did great job from the head massage to my feet.

Mood - Me TimeRunning around, working, being in auto mode 24/7, and the normal habit of putting yourself last. This is my norm. At times, I lose sight of the fact that I cant function to be the best possible version of myself unless I take care of myself fully. Mind/ body/ spirit. Relax, unwind, and do something that benefits just me. In my world this is hard. But when those times arise I am learning to grab it and to be kind to myself.I called earlier and asked about packages. I was obliged with my request and a same day appointment was made. This was a 2 hour block of time just for me. Upon entering was quickly greeted and given the run down about the request. I was ushered into a room that was all set up.For the services I requested I had to separate people. 1- for an intense hydrating facial, 1- for the full body massage with scrub. Both of the employees made the experience worthwhile. I walked away feeling very relaxed and ready to tackle my world in a calm way.Interior appears is great in size. Everything in the room was very clean. There was zen like music playing. Which was nice. Very easy to be lulled when all senses are pointed in that direction.Would most def recommend. Pricing in my opinion for what I had done was very reasonable. I know alot of people complain about the tipping process. In this day and age with the amount of work that the massage therapists do, it is easy to not realize that this takes a toll on them physically as well. It is hard work that is highly under valued and under appreciated. Most of the people here in our city live off of the tips as the hourly rate is typically low in these industries.Location is Decatur/ Flamingo- ample parking

Easy to book appointment same day by calling. Decent pricing. Did the couples massage. Was a good massage overall just had talkative therapists. My therapist went too hard on my temples and its still sore a week later.

The guy at the front desk just wants to upsell everything. It’s not hard to make an appointment and come in, the staff that gives the service is nice. I paid for a 70 min facial (Groupon) and Was told by the front desk that if i don’t pay the additional 10.00 i won’t get the shoulder massage (not true) and if i wanted oil is an additional 5.00. I told him no and that’s i was there for the facial. This place is not a professional place! The lady giving the facial was very sweet but at no point did they asked if i had a preference on the chemicals/ lotions/ masks that were used on my face. She turned on the steamer and massage my face (all my face) 2 of the times i had to get a towel because the stuff she was using went in my eye and nose. Also very important! You have to tip 20-25 anything less they give you a hard time when you’re trying to leave. I’m glad i paid the Groupon price because i will NEVER be back.

At the front desk girl wants to upsell everything. I paid for a 60 min head spa and Was told by the front desk that if i don’t pay the additional $ 22.00 i won’t get the shoulder massage. and if i wanted oil is an additional 5.00. This place is not a professional place! No hand massage! Nothing! Just wash my hair like after hair cut in hair shop. Waste my time and money!

Had a hair/scalp massage service done today and it was the most amazing experience! Clean and super friendly and professional here. Lina was the best!!! Thank you so much! I’ll be back again for sure.

The best massage place Ive been in for a while. Great customer service, friendly staff, clean and relaxing environment. My massage was the best Mothers Day gift I give for myself... Shu did an amazing job! I highly recommend it! Super happy customer...I will come back often☺️

This place is absolutely terrible. Please for the love of god NEVER GO HERE. I had found a Groupon for a couples massage. The Top reviews were super good so I decided to buy it and schedule an appointment for July 14 at 3:30 PM. They called me about an hour before to confirm, and I had asked them if there’s any thing that I would have to pay there or if I can just use my Groupon they had told me that there was some type of fee and they would cover it and I just need to pay for oils for each person which was five dollars a person Which I was fine with on the way over there to start looking through all the other reviews and they just kept getting worse and worse We decided to give them the benefit of a doubt just because we’ve never been there before.. We arrive at about 315 which was a little bit earlier than our scheduled time so we were expecting to wait. Maybe about 15 minutes or so. When we walked in the lady had me pay for the oils, and there was a sign on the tables saying tips are required At the end of the day, I’m OK with as long as it’s good I don’t mind tipping. She has me redeem my Groupon and takes pictures of it with her phone showing that it’s redeemed and she tells us to come back with her. She leads us into a room and quickly closes the curtains and leaves us in there without telling us anything so we just decided to stay on the two beds that they had for us. We waited for about 20 minutes and before even scheduling the appointment, I had asked If we set it up for 330 what time would We be expected to be done with the services and she had told me we will be out at 4:30. I told her that was perfect because my boyfriend works at 5:30. After waiting 20 minutes and still, no one had came back to even check up on us. We went out to the front and asked what was taking so long if they were going to come back and help us soon and she told us that it would be another 10 to 20 minutes That the person that’s doing the massages they’re doing something right now and we will have to wait. I explained my frustration to her and told her that when we spoke on the phone, she said that we would be out at 4:30 and it was already 4 o’clock She brought out a guy from One of the rooms and she was speaking to him in a different language, which is fine, but he had a really bad attitude and you can tell that he didn’t want to help us. She had told us that he’s going to start our foot baths and to follow him. We were taken into a room with two seperate bed type chairs and The guy had pulled out the foot rests and under the foot rest was these little wooden stands, but under the foot rests there was tons of dead skin and dust and it was just disgusting. the last thing I wanted was to get some type of foot, fungus or something.The guy went to the back and he filled up a bucket with water that wasn’t even warm And he only brought it for me and not my boyfriend. I asked him if he would be able to go get my boyfriend’s footbath as well so we can enjoy it at the same time and got upset and said something in a different language and stormed out of the room. After he left I had told my boyfriend that I don’t feel comfortable staying there because of how we were being treated and we try to be really nice. We were calm. We weren’t yelling at anyone. Plus it was gross there. I had told him that we actually don’t feel comfortable continuing with any of the services and we were really unhappy and we wanted to cancel everything. told the lady at the front we wanted to cancel the service And that we weren’t being treated right since we walked in. the place is very dirty and we didn’t feel relaxed at all and no services were performed and it was already close to 430 by the time we were supposed to be leaving. She asked if we could wait about another 10- 20 minutes so we can get our massages and we explained we had already been there a long time and couldn’t wait any longer. We requested the refund and they had told us we have to contact Groupon and I asked for something showing no services were done but she refused. Please never ever go here.

After 2 hrs of massage and $120 later, I gave them $35 tip which they were not satisfied. I hate that they demand tips , even have a sign for tipping. The staff were definitely not experienced. This was my last time .😞

We found a groupon for a head spa and didn’t read the reviews before going (we should have). we were so excited because the head spas look so nice so we were really looking forward to it on our trip. we get there and everything was fine until they started the massage. they were SCRUBBING our scalp with their nails and overall being very rough. i’m a hairstylist so we were taught the correct way to go about things in order to pass our tests. Scrubbing the scalp with your nails is a liability because it causes abrasions in your scalp which can lead to infections if any bacteria gets into your skin. Also it’s just overall super uncomfortable. Then for the shoulder/neck massage, after they washed our hair they just dragged the shampoo down to our skin and used that for the massage. Then when they were finally drying our hair, they knotted my friend’s hair because they weren’t blowdrying it correctly. They were rushing because someone wlse was waiting so we left with damp hair. As we started to walk out they stopped us and demanded a tip. They have a sign saying that tipping is “mandatory” (no it’s not). I have no problem tipping when it’s well deserved but tips are never REQUIRED. After we gave our tips they weren’t pleased with the amount and said we had to give them more. It was all the cash I had on me anyway so I told them that’s all I had. Then they responded by telling me to use my card to tip them more which I was not comfortable with because forcing people to tip is just wrong. Another review said that her hair was matted so much after blowdrying that she had to cut some of it off, and a different review said that there was dead skin on the floor after taking out a foot stool. I also didn’t see barbicide anywhere which IS REQUIRED for sanitation reasons so licensed establishments can legally operate. I was not able to relax because I kept recognizing things that shouldn’t be done during a service. Coming from a cosmetologist who takes her license seriously, I absolutely would not go here.

My Son bought me a 120 min facial and message, it was wonderful. Kelly and Mza were the best I will be back. They used a vaporizer while doing the facial my face feels so refreshed and hot stones during the message. Awesome. Thanks

I went with a friend for foot massage first time for try. The entrance was by Nevso Dr, not by Decatur Blvd, the cross street. We were received by the owner a friendly man who show us what services they offer so we selected foot massage. You must pay ahead and the tip after massage. He showed us the different rooms they have for each kind of massage they offer, there are more than 30 rooms, I thought we could do a spa party with more friends ;)  After we selected where we wanted our massage and we prepared, two kind oriental women came who were our massagers. The place was so peaceful and relaxing so I was so comfortable there. The massage was well done so I think Im going to return for a full body massage.

Absolutely terrible, I felt like my scalp was bleeding …….idk if you saw the other review but I’m the friend that got my hair naughted/tangeled…..makes sense why they had no tik toks about them!

If I could give them, zero stars, I would. It was absolute worst massage of my life. It was worthless and I didn’t even get massaged on one leg or feet. It had absolutely no worth, and I wasted my money. Then they crowded around like vultures upfront, waiting for the tip, which I did not give them because I was so dissatisfied so they attempted to harass me further and followed me outside Hounding me for a tip. It is totally the worst place I’ve ever been to do not go there.

BEWARE TIPS ARE REQUIRED BUT THEY DONT INFORM YOU TILL THE END OF THE MASSAGE. ( I wouldn’t have mind giving them a tip even if required if they had informed me prior to receiving any services)I arrived excited to get a message since my shoulders were very tense and upon arrival they were very nice. Their business is very clean and well organized as far as their rooms go. However, they only have curtain doors that have a portion you can see through which was a bit uncomfortable. I didn’t think anything of it but prior to even walking in they didn’t say a word to make sure I was ready. Not to mention, I’m a consent type of person. And without informing me she slight pulled the back of my underwear down so she was able to reach my lower back, without warning me prior. The lady that gave me the massage was nice but strong and even after asking her to be softer she continued at the same pressure. The massage was not relaxing if anything it was painful and I won’t be returning to this place.I will add tho: the lady gave me a small cup of Chinese tea which tasted wonderful.Thank you for your services. This is my honest opinion and I do understand you have a business to attend to. Personally I wouldn’t recommend but for others they may enjoy your service. So I don’t discourage others to test it out.

The worse place to get a massage. I paid for an hour full body massage. Lady came and massaged for 5 mins and left for 15 mins and came back and did the same thing. Then a man came to massage and did the same thing. I only got maybe 20 min massage. They also demand a 25 dollar tip. Scamming people. avoid this place.

This spa is really amazing! Good service and fair price. I feel very comfortable every time I come here. The overall environment is clean and tidy, the supplies are high-end, and the experience is very good. Will come here next time Im in Vegas. Recommended to everyone!

Easy to set up an appointment and accommodating, booked same day! It is more of a traditional massage included with tapping, assisted stretching, and deep tissue. Felt relaxed at the end. Gentleman at the front desk did my massage and was very nice and efficient. You can tell they have perfected their technique and do it all the time. The place was clean and neat. There are a lot of reviews upset about a sign encouraging tips at the end of service with suggested prices, this is a very common thing in service industry so it seems quite harsh to base their rating on such a regular practice. Maybe they’ve changed some things since receiving other feedback. Either way. Recommend!

If I could give a 0 star, I would. After reading the mixed reviews (red flag) I decided to still give this place a try for the head spa treatment. I HAD long hair and felt like the employee kept brushing from my scalp vs the bottom of my hair. I knew it would probably cause a few knots, NEVER did I expect it would cause a huge mat of hair I ended having to get CUT OUT on vacation. Not a single apology, offer for help or even a refund. Save your money, but more importantly...YOUR HAIR!

Very big place. Therefore very quiet. At the time of my visit pricing was good. Can get busy, so there may be a wait. I have always had a good massage there. It all depends on who get. Different rooms give off different vibes, so dont be surprised if you feel comfortable in one room and not in another. I dont know if the same management is still there from when I went, but...the smaller man at the front desk would sometimes find a reason to come into the room while I am being massaged, to either look for something or to speak to the therapist. This is disrupting and disrespectful of my time, money, and relaxation. For that reason, I cannot recommend this place. If this place has new management, then these comments dont apply to them. And lastly; please dont respond to this review to make excuses or give reasons or to discredit me. I am a middle age man who has been around the block. I have been to different massage places. I am in the service industry. This review is based on my experience alone and is meant for informational purposes only.

The massage experience is better than the customer service but either way, both are very mediocre. I’m sorry but I can not recommend this place. The overbearing demand tip sign at the front desk is unprofessional at its finest. This is my second visit to CCUE Spa, I was sent a personal invite via text for the “diamond member” special discount on 1/hr massages. After scheduling 3 massages over the phone, I explained to the receptionist about the deal offered She stated “No problem bring the deal with you” After my arrival, the receptionist took a screenshot of the deal offered, called whom I supposed was her manager, they spoke for approximately 10 mins when the receptionist informed us “that the deal was for only 1 guest and the remaining party would pay the full 1/hr fee.” I requested the receptionist point out where in the deal the requirements state 1 guest upon searching she said “Oh it’s not listed the manager just told me” This is the second time I’ve gotten to this location and was hit with the BAIT and SWITCH SCAM. CCUE gets you in the door, and then will not honor any deals offered. We decided to visit another spa particularly because CCUEs empty lobby was so busy the reception team was able to deny the guest specials offered by their company

The worst massage I have ever had in my life . I’m convinced that the guy that gave me the massage wasn’t even a masseuse. First of all we had to lay on the bed for almost 20 min before someone came in the room . Cold oil was poured on me and I told the guy that I don’t like that then he only used his arms and elbows on my back mostly my spine had to ask him to stop as he was hurting me . Then he slaps cold Body scrub on my back after he has done the hot stone while I am freezing and miserable so I tell him to move to my feet he puts them in hot water ( after it took him 7 min to get the water) then he takes them out of the water and pours cold oil on me once again then goes to answer the phone and was gone for another 5-7 min . I lost it there. The first time ever I have not enjoyed myself at a massage place. I’m never going back there that’s for sure. I woke up the next morning all sore and my back hurting . Definitely don’t recommend this place it’s the worst one in town !

Yesterday I passed by this shop and decided to go in and have a foot massage. The environment here is very clean and the technicians are very patient. They will ask me if my strength is enough, definitely will come back again next time.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service I received, I had waited 45 min with my friend to receive our massage. The worker had let us in and then continued to allow customers to come in when he was the only worker, he then proceeded to call more employees to come because they were understaffed. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.

Massage was fantastic! The only thing that I dont like is they demand a tip and it be a certain amount. Also, the website shows a different price, but once you go in, prices go up by $20. But like I said, the massage is amazing and relaxing.

Five stars! I had the most wonderful massage experience in this place. Very clean spa friendly service and they give a great massage. My therapist is so professional and it seemed like she has a therapeutic touch! I felt like my entire body is rejuvenated. Definitely worth it and they are so relaxing, make you feel comfortable and right at home ! I will be back:)

I purchased their 45 minute hydro facial on Groupon but forgot my phone with TSA which I told them when I arrived. The clerk told me I could still get a refund and to just pay in person. HE MADE ME PAY FULL PRICE KNOWING I GOT THE SERVICE FOR A DISCOUNT. They have sign up that demands tips. Instead of paying behind what I already paid on Groupon I let him know he would have to tip her from what he made me pay since he made me pay full price. I’ve been in contact with Groupon to get the refund and they aren’t being of much help yet bc they’re asking for screenshots when it’s a fact that the service voucher hasn’t been redeemed. That being said I just called the business and the clerk kept ignoring what I said and kept offering me to come in a get a service. I ended up directly asking him if he wanted to help and he kept saying no. This business shouldn’t have customers since they feel comfortable saying they don’t want to help and because they lied about the refund to clearly just get money out of me.

It was a very nice experience with this spa I love the service and the all people there! highly recommended spa in Las Vegas! I will come back for sure!

Theyre amazing, the place smell fresh, look clean. I went here for a quick deep tissue 60minutes fullbody massage. Will return soon.

Came here as recommended by a friend. You have to pay before you even get serviced. The receptionist will not even discuss your options nor even ask what services you will avail. Will definitely not recommend. My 7 year old nephew can give a better massage than my attendant. Its as if shes in a hurry and youll feel no pressure on the massage at all. Even when you mentioned hard at thr beginning of the session. This was just the worst spa Ive ever been to.

Bought a couples massage on Groupon. It started a bit late but was worth the wait. At one point, they split the bed, put your feet in a warm bath while they massage your shoulders. The warm foot bath was a pleasant surprise!We’d definitely come back.

Not the best place for a massage. My Groupon included Swedish massage, aromatherapy, foot scrub and and back scrub. They charged me an extra $5 for aromatherapy oil! The lady who massaged was texting during the massage and would slap my muscles more than massage! No aromatherapy , back scrub, or foot scrub was done. I told the lady and the man who charged me they started arguing with each other! The lady screamed at me 1 hour massage!! The man told her to do the foot scrub in their language! And they force a $20 top policy!

Very accommodating to my group after we came back from a festival. Two of the 4 didn’t want to get a massage but they still let them use the beds to rest. Bring cash to tip!

Not good! It was one of the worst massages I have ever had. I thought maybe it was a massage school. When it was done my wife and I looked at each other and thought, was that for real?!? It was weird and not in a good way! At best it was a back and foot massage (not full body). There was zero communication. The foot massage was maybe a 2-star. Everything else was not even worth a 1-star. Pretty confident they were not licensed and not professionally trained. One of the worst… ever!

The massage was very nice. The massage has my backbruised. I stayed the entire 45 minutes for the massageand I also did the foot massage. They providing excellentcustomer services. I am going to recommend to myfriends and yes, I wound love to go this place again.

This place must be shut down! We had to wait 25 to be attended to. I paid an additional amount for essential oils which were never used. They took us into a room and left the door open and did not attend to us for another long while. Water was dripping from the ceiling and many stains. The carpet was disgusting and bunched up and the people were incredibly rude. The man used only one hand to massage. They harassed us for a tip and proceeded to follow us to the car and shout obscenities! Horrible experience : (

Best place to have a spa in LV!! The therapist is very professional and their hands are gentle. I feel really comfortable when I was there. I had my full body massage and hot stone experience. Will come back next time when I come to Las Vegas.

I would leave zero stars if I could, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go here for a massage! I received one of the worst massages I’ve ever had, and I don’t believe the lady was a licensed massage therapist. I waited nearly 25minutes for her to start, and when she began she was coughing the entire time. It made me feel uneasy. She also didn’t speak a word of English and didn’t communicate with me about her pressure. The worst part was when she put a back scrub on me and followed by scrubbing it in with hot rocks, and left be with scratches. Then they demand you to leave at least a $10 tip, which i didn’t feel they deserved. So even tho they have “good prices” it’s not worth the money or your time!

What a lovely little spot! Staff are always kind and friendly, and the place is clean and quiet. The staffs there were wonderful about checking in with me throughout about pressure, discomfort, and target areas.This is the first place Ive ever gotten a membership at, and Im looking forward to utilizing their services many more times in the future!

Went last night with a friend. Massage was like a massage school massage during first day of clinicals. Lotion wasn’t warmed up, just put on my body, very shocking and uncomfortable. Massage did not have a good flow.The room was absolutely freezing! As I was leaving, I gave my therapist a $10 tip for a $42 massage. Well over 20%! The man in the front harassed me after my massage to give $5 more because it was a 90 minute massage.I told him I tipped on service and amount of service, not length of service. Furthermore, a tip is not the law. He kept saying this over and over, $5 more please, $5 more please. Ridiculous. Never going back. Going back to my regular Thai Spa on Sahara & Buffalo where the massages are twice the price but everyone is amazing...

WOW PROFESSIONAL!!!if you live in Vegas you must try their facials. My skin has never felt this way and I only got the 30 min one!! The massage was truly remarkable. I went 2 days ago to another place and they hurt me.. CCUE SPA totally fixed my back and pressure points. Amazing highly recommend cant wait to return to Vegas and go again. Staff is professional nice and beautiful 😍 ty again

I normally do not leave one star views on business, however this was the worst. Its very unprofessional the workers talk throughout the whole massage and leave the room for several minutes before coming back. We paid for hands, feat, a foot scrub, and hot stones. But we did not get any of that. Then when we went to leave they pressed us about a tip followed us outside to our cars and started to yell at us. 100% do not recommend it’s not even a real massage!

Just called to reserve a massage for tomorrow. I have to say excellent customer service. They were very inviting. Extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to a great experience they have excellent reviews.

I like this place very much. I go once a week for my condition. However, the service quality is very different depending on the person who massage. I met the worst massager today. Her name is Amy. She pretended she was worried about her time and did not give any pressure. After the massage, I was so uncomfortable that I did not want to pay a tip, but eventually I paid $ 10 for a minimum tip. I told the manager that the service was too bad, but he did not take any action. I am really mad about my time and money being wasted.

I have hair to the middle of my back and had a perm done. Yes there’s a language barrier but he uses an app that translates what you say. And there’s people there who can translate. He did an awesome job on my hair. He was more careful wrapping my ends than anyone ever. I’m 60 so I’ve had a lot of perms. It’s been two weeks and I’m still happy. I will also say I have blonde color treated hair. I had good vibes throughout the process even with the communication Barrier. He’s good. Don’t let the language barrier stop you from getting services

My husband and I went for couples massages and I fell asleep during the massage. I tried hard not to, but it just relaxed me that much. My masseuse was very heavy handed so my back was actually sore a little bit when leaving and the next day. The thing I strongly dislike about this establishment though is that there is a sign in front that says tips are required and your masseuse will follow you to the exit awaiting with their hands out for their mandatory tip. I have no problem tipping but dont tell me that I have to. I tipped the bare minimum because I dont like the entitlement. I will probably continue going to Elements massage where a tip is appreciated and not forced.

I dont even know where to start but I feel bad when I have to give a business a straight up negative review.The overall service was horrible. I got a couples massage. While providing the service, the two masseuse were talking back and forth to one another, laughing and walking in and out the room (upruptly unprofessional). The massage was also very uncomfortable and all over the place. My body is currently aching me now due to the poor quality in their technique. The ambiance was flat out terrible. The masseuse also did not want to provide the FULL service as indicated in my purchase. I had to keep emphasizing that the service was to include a foot detox.Their definition of a foot detox was laying a hot rag over our feet and then wiping it.I am truly disappointed in the service. To make matters worst, the male masseuse started harassing us for a TIP to the point he followed me to my car, snatching the TIP out of my hand and then sped off in his car. I ended up tipping the female masseuse due to her trying to be bit more professional (but she also proceeded to follow me to my car). Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!I would not recommend this establishment to any one. They even tried to demand a specific TIP from me after providing such a poor, degradable service. They had the audacity to say both masseuse and the man at the front desk are to each be paid $10. So far, this has been the WORST massage service Ive experienced.

When I walked in I was so confused that they provided hair cut services. You need to pay before you go back to get your hair done. The guy who did my hair immediately told me he doesnt speak English - odd.. but I was desperate so I stayed. Then told me on Google translate to show him a picture of what I wanted. (Make sure the picture is EXACTLY what you would want because once you show him one picture you cant change it & you cant tell him for example that you want to bangs on the right because he sees the picture of the bangs going to the left.. Even if you tell him before he starts cutting your hair because he just doesnt understand. However this review isnt entirely negative I think he did a FANTASTIC job cutting my hair my hair looked just like the picture I showed him and it looked AMAZING! For only $35 I had to skip the deep condition treatment because I was pressed for time. Im giving 5 stars because I cant find anyone to cut my hair as well as him. Ill be coming to Vegas just to get my hair cut by him!

I doubt these people are therapists and it seemed like they were going for quantity over quality. There are points during the massage where they will put pressure on your bones. What made this particularly awful though was when they gave me my tip back and told me I had to leave at least $10 for a $35 massage I didnt even enjoy and tried to look into my boyfriends wallet while he was leaving a tip to his masseuse.

I am a true expert at getting massages, I have had them around the world. There is two things you need to think about, the first is quality of massage and the second is the price you pay for that massage. Most times the price is only because its in a fancy spa and they know that they can inflate the price. The massage is the same as anywhere else but the atmosphere doubles or triples the price. I dont care about atmosphere. I care about quality. If you care about the quality of the massage, CCUE is top notch. When you weigh the outstanding massage with the shockingly cheap price suddenly a fancy atmosphere suddenly doesnt mean anything. If you need fancy, this isnt the place for you, if you want quality at a great price this is the place to go in Las Vegas.

Me and my wife got the couples massage from Groupon and it was by far the best couples massage weve had!The two women went above and beyond to make it the best experience and we even went over the hour. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A GREAT MASSAGE!

Our massages were scheduled for 8pm. Along with 15 other people. We arrived at 745pm. Now it is 9pm and we still havent recieved our massages... one woman finished her service, then overhearing, the people pestered her for a tip. She stated that her massage was an hour and a half late. Will not becoming back.

I’ve been in this place last month with my aunties.We’re all satisfied with their service. It’s just the tipping that shocked me. I went in for a special advertised on their own website: Buy a 90 minute facial, get a 90 minute massage for free. They told me they wouldn’t honor it. That it was an old advertisement. I pulled it up on their current website. They still wouldn’t take it. I left. I had even called earlier in the week and booked a time for these services. They never said at that time they wouldn’t honor the special.

The receptionist was extremely disrespectful and intolerant and caused much confusion by the pricing- 30 minutes and a half hour are the same, by the way.As we were leaving, they demanded a tip- over $10, for a $20 service, and asked for more afterwards because “Christmas.” If we’re in the Christmas spirit, why not give a more luxurious experience in exchange for higher tipping? You don’t demand a tip- a tip is money freely given by the customer in regards to the service, not something you demand.For anybody looking for a stress-free day with a massage, don’t go here. You’ll be greeted with rude workers and poor service- you’ll get better results from other spa services.

The massage was GREAT hands down!!! The problem arose with the lady at the front. I came in said i would like the $30 massage for 30 mins she said no $30 only $40 for hour. But when i signed the receipt AFTER i paid. I saw they even had a $20 for 30 min massage the lady lied to my face. I HATE LAIRS but I didnt get mad because the massage was wonderful. Just had a Full Body massage with Hot Stones and Sea Salt Back Scrub. All I can say is beyond heavenly! ☺🙏 Thank you soo much Nancy & MangWith the stretches incorporated into the massage I no longer feel the need for a chiropractor. The ambiance was beautiful. It was very clean and employees were all very friendly. I Highly recommend this place and will be coming back!!

I went there they told me cancel the groupon voucher I can give u $2 off. So I did it and she asked me to pay before they can start the massage I did pay it. This used to be my favorite place before covid. Now, it may be owned by new people and all the good massage women and men are no longer there. Also, I was told they no longer offer foot massage for $20. Only body for $50. If they would bring back the other women, I would go back. Oh well.

I was on the hunt for a massage place that is $20/hr (and of course a $10 tip). My friend and I just finished eating around Chinatown and this popped up on google. I parked in the plaza and attempted to go in but the door was locked. A lady came and unlocked the door for us and set us up right away with the water soaking our feet.We waited about 15 minutes until they started on us. The place is really dingy. It doesn’t feel too clean and the lighting is really poor. The man that worked on my gf-I could smell is cigarette stench from where I was. My lady was pretty good. She made sure that the pressure was hard enough during 1 hour. I wish they would’ve worked on my neck/shoulders more.I also opted out of getting a face/hair massage because I didn’t want the oil all up in there.I wanted to pay with a card (because I get points) but the lady insisted we pay cash. Overall it was okay. Next time I will search for a cleaner place.

Horrible. The masseuse hurt me and my husband’s masseuse didn’t know what she was doing. They kept disappearing for 10-15 mins at a time and we could hear them arguing with other clients that their $10 tips per person was not enough. Left in pain and stressed out. We had to literally walk out after 20 mins of just waiting. Will never be back and I don’t recommend anyone to come here!

After reading all the reviews I was a little nervous about trying CCUE spa, but honestly I had nothing to worry about.The prices are all on a menu as soon as you walk in as is the suggested tips list, and remember the tips are the wages of the masseuse. For $28 (+$20 tip) I had a full hour of reflexology and body massage, the masseuse only left me 3 times for a few mins each, once to get a heat pack for my neck, once to throw away the foot water and once to retrieve the hot stones.The front staff were very friendly, the masseuse was excellent, the whole building is clean, well looked after and spacious, the rooms are warm and dimly lit for perfect relaxation. You will recieved a hot pack for your neck and a cool pack for your eyes. Once you are done you can have iced water or Chinese tea.I left with less pain in my shoulders, my three day headache had gone, and my posture was noticeably better all for $48! Thank you CCUE spa.

It was the worst facial ever. Please don’t waste your money. You will be extremely disappointed. The last I had, was on her cell phone, left the room several times, put lotion on my face then wiped it off 4x’s. It was a fake facial!!! I could put lotion on my own face, then they try to implement a mandatory tip of $10. Just horrible, she ruined my whole day knowing I paid for something so useless.

Facility was very clean and much bigger inside than it looks. Staff was courteous. Excellent massage especially for the cost. Why waste money for one on the strip. 20 percent tip is not acceptable. Keep in mind to tip at least 15-20bucks. Best money I spent in Vegas!!

Had an appointment with them through Groupon and they up charged it 10 dollars more with no clear explanation. Wow if you are doing the groupon here keep looking this place was holy cow terrible. The worst and I mean the worst massage experience ever. We bought a two massage pack and when my wife and I got in one room they had one therapist trying to do both massages then a lady came in with surgical gloves on which felt like sand paper. First came a guy and he was smelling cigarettes and I asked for the woman to do the service, then he left and there were nobody for 20 minutes of my paid time, then old Chinese woman came and had no idea what a massage is and she also do not understand any English at all! The other woman co es in and I said NO! I felt very not happy and disappointed and when I asked to do my feet , she said “finish”, it was so much disappointing . On my way out also the guy at the reception asked to tips, and I said I need a refund! You decide if you want such service experience!

Went in for a foot back combo massage, lady at the front ran my card and since I didnt have cash I decided to tip on my debit card and when she saw the tip she said the tip HAD to be more, keep in mind I asked for a 28$ massage and tiped $7 I thought that was fair she told me it had to be over $10 tip. I got very upaet because i usually tip and usually do it in cash so I make sure the person gets to keep it but at the end of the day tipping is optional. And I get some people at these places work for tips which irritates me a bit because if your going to demand a tip just for them to make any money just make the actual cost of the massage higher so you can pay your employees.All in all the massage was decent I think mostly ruined by front desk lady and someone came in halfway into my massage and started talking very loudly to my massager in another language which honestly threw out my relaxation

Ive been to this location on three occasions, thinking my experience was going to change each time I went back!The ladies and men are highly rude ongoing speaking during the massage, they wouldnt stop talking amongst each other. On three separate occasions that I had gone to the spa, I even asked them nicely if they can lower their voices. And the ignored me! And the last straw was on my last visit to the spa ! The men reflexologist came back into the room when we were putting back our tops on and turned on the lights and stood there waiting for their tip when were putting our tops on!!! I had an incredible experience at CCUE Spa. The spa itself was gorgeous, the team incredibly warm, friendly and professional, and it was one of the best experience I’ve ever had - excited to have an affordable option in Las Vegas for my Spa regimen!

This was my husband’s & I first time getting a deep tissue massage and it felt nice and at times kinda painful. She tried hard to get me to relax and loosen up my muscles. I and the Mr were pleased and will come back the next time we’re in Vegas

Then the man gave me the cash to give to the lady after my message. Well I guess it wasnt enough because she said it is double the amount I gave her. Well a tip is optional !!!! Went back to the man to explain why this wasnt said in the beginning of course his English got worse and all he knew sorry. It will be really hard to get return customers when you screw people out of there money. I know this is Vegas but cheez the Mofia is gone. Made an appointment for 2:30, got there 10 minutes late, drove 40 minutes, once I come in and choose my packet and pay for service, 2 other chinese ladies walk in 15 minutes prior to their appointment get seen first than me!!! Lady at front desk tells me then, I will have to wait extra 15-20 mins more, When I ask why, lady at the front desk responds with you were late and theyre here early so not unprofessional !! Really wanted to get up and leave but since i drove so far to this place, had no other option but to stay. Definitely not coming back again. This people need to learn how to respect their clients and value them. Would give 0 STARS if I could.

Worst massage ever a day later Im bruised in my lower back and upper shoulder. Therapist as I kept telling her to much pressure. Oh you so strong you so tight. You see I professional I know best. This place is top notch I really love my experience I got massaged oil from head to toe feet washed everything was wonderful its quiet private very relaxing they give you tea water all kinds of things to make you comfortable and theyre very proficient I would have given it five stars but the back massage was a bit hard and I was sore for a couple of days other than that it was a wonderful experience I will be returning.
