I had a couples massage done recently, I was really excited about this. For the two of us 50 minutes each was nearly $400. As part of that we were supposed to get to use the spa. Well the men’s spas were out of service, so I didn’t get to use the spa. I had a male masseur, my spouse had a female masseur, nothing against genders BUT my spouse was asked about work, and hurting spots and their arms were massaged and they had a very comprehensive experience, I basically wasn’t asked any questions wham bam done. I was very disappointed for the price. I was really hoping for my first massage experience to be able to sit in a hot tub after the massage and take it in and really rest. I’ve had massages before at other places but never a place with a hot tub, we get out of the massage room and the hot tubs are all empty and closed off. Why wasn’t I told of this before we went. That price is outrageous for having amenities out of service.
It was OK for a $25 day pass. The dry sauna was closed. I think theyre probably not going to fix it since it was down when I was there last in April 2023. The wet sauna was nice. The hot tubs were great too, but one of the pumps was making so much noise that it was unbearable to relax. I had to go sit by the lockers. It was dead only 4 guys visited within the 5 hours I was there. They charge $40 for non-hotel guests but theyll drop it down to $25 if the dry sauna isnt working.
I got the best pedicure service anywhere I’ve been by Elizabeth. She was sweet, kind, helpful, and truly went above and beyond for my pedicure. I am extremely happy with her service and attention to detail. Thank you so much, you made my entire trip!!
This place is possibly the best kept secret as far as therapeutic massages go from Ontario, Canada to Nevada, USA. Agnes Bielen RMT is absolutely amazing. She pays attention to your requests/problem areas and provides the best massage that will leave you feeling like you are literally floating. The only downfall-I am only vacationing and will not have access to her on a regular basis. Thank you Agnes, for an amazing experience :)
This spa is so awesome! It’s One Treasure Island’s best kept secrets I am glad I didn’t pay any attention to the Google or Yelp ratings on this spa, it really doesn’t do this place justice. My wife and I were in dire need for a massage while on our Vegas vacation. So we scheduled an appointment for today, thankfully we caught the open appointments just in time. My massage therapist was saying today they got super busy after 12pm. We had book ours for 1pm around 9am this morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They told us all about the types of massages they offer. I highly recommend the therapeutic massage if your body is feeling tense or your body is in pain such as your back and leg areas. My massage therapist was very informative and explained to me about how my body was definitely in dire need of a massage. I explained to her my areas of my body that are usually bothering me. I also told her about all the walking we were doing. I couldn’t believe how tense my legs were. They have a men and women’s side of the spa. If you’re doing a couples massage they will either put you in a couples room or separate rooms. My wife and I were separated today for our couples massage. It wasn’t a big deal to us because we came for a massage. From the men’s side the facility has showers, with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. It also has an area so you can brush your breath or for a self clean shave. They have a couple of whirlpools or jacuzzis depending on what you want to call them so you can sit and relax after your massage. I highly recommend sitting in one after your massage, it will help your body relax even more. There is also a an area where you can sit and relax until your name is called for your appointment.I finally understand why they asked you come 30 minutes prior. It’s to prepare you and relax you all the way. After your massage is completed they give you some time so you can relax in the spa. They also stream and sauna rooms to help loosen your muscles up even more. Also Oleksandra’s provides the body, soap, and conditioner if you stay at Treasure Island. I just wish instead of the mini bottles they have the same pumps in the hotel room showers as they do in the spa shower rooms. For the record my massage therapist was one of the best! I never had a therapeutic massage where I wasn’t hurting afterwards. She definitely worked out all my tense spots. Amazingly I could feel the blood flowing again and rush to my head when she was working on my fire arms. I was amazed how I felt after my massage.I can definitely see us coming back again to this Spa and Treasure Island hotel on our next visit to Vegas!!I hope you Googlers enjoy this spa as much as we did!
Very clean with excellent customer service!! It makes you feel wztrem pampered and taken care of. I got a massage it was great and then used the showers after to rinse off the oil and it was well stocked with anything you could want!
I was in Vegas for Usher’s residency and wanted to get my makeup professionally done. I got the last appointment of the day, the receptionist was the sweetest!! I’m a visual person so I wanted to see the difference between full face vs face only once I got to the salon to see the difference instead of hearing it. That wasn’t possible and I felt like it was going to turn out bad. I didn’t have the verbiage or any true experience with professional makeup services. Liz took me back and it’s a nice space. Once in her chair I showed her a video of what I wanted and it was such a great experience! We had really good conversation and I was so pleased with her work. I felt so beautiful and natural 🤩 Great Job ladies and the concert was amazingly good!!! I cannot tell you how many times I was complimented that night!! 🫶🏾
Got a gel manicure from Barbara, and it was a great experience at first. Apparently the spa was just renovated and reopened recently (July 2022 ish), and it is really clean, and bright. My nails were done with clean tools, started on time, and look great. Prices are too expensive, gel removal is absurd at $35 - most I have seen anywhere is $10. They even have “color gel removal” on their price menu, yet insisted it was $35 in person.
I was burned on my lower back during the massage by the masseuse, and I did not receive my full 80 minutes, received 67 minutes. I told the front desk, and they still made me pay for the entire service plus gratuity.I was told the manager would call me on my cell phone the next day; I never received a call. Would not recommend.
The couples massage was heavenly. We got the O Special and my boyfriend fell asleep during it because of how wonderful the massage felt. The paraffin was quite hot to the point it felt like our hands and feet were burning, but its a fast sensation that passes quickly and cools down. I went with Orange and it made me feel very refreshed. Just a heads up, you will need to SCRUB your scalp and hair VERY well as the scalp massage included oil and its quite hard to get out. Wouldnt have changed anything!! 11/10.
I feel awful because I cant remember the names of the people who made me look fabulous on my wedding day. I came in on 11.11.2022, and an amazing man did my hair exactly how I wanted it and also carried on great conversation with me about 90 day fiance😂The lady who did my make up did an excellent job! I was so pleased with everyone at this salon. I felt so beautiful and stunning! Would definitely go back!
I only have good things to say about my experience here. Agnes is simply amazing for massages, I highly recommend booking with her! The ambiance is relaxing and luxurious, and you can easily spend a few hours lounging and using the hot-tub, sauna and steam room. The girls at the check-in desk are really nice and upon arrival an employee will walk you through the spa to show you the different areas and get you situated and comfortable. I can’t wait to go again!
At the last minute- hotel check-in was postponed by 1.5 hrs (per hotel changes). We were literally 11min late. They charged us full price (as a cx/no show) and attempted an additional reschedule (for full price). It was my fiancée birthday couple massage. Just be aware they are NOT affiliated with TI and will not be considerate of their changes that affect you.
Serene atmosphere, welcoming staff. I had my hair highlighted and it turned out exactly as I had requested, very skilled salon staff. I also had a couples massage, they listened to our unique needs and tailored the massage specifically for both of our requests. The experience was AMAZING, exactly what youd want when relaxing on vacation. I will be sure to return the next time we are in Vegas. I highly recommend the Spa and the Salon.
This place is definitely a high class. I came here not for the massage, but paid an extra $17.00 to use their spa facility. This place is top notch. Clean facility and everything in working order. Clean lockers with robes (disclaimer they have is theyll charge you $125 if you try to steal it). Separate men and women facility and once you enter , the attendee will get you a new pair of slippers to use and show you the way. The shower stalls are nice and clean with plenty of towels. Shower has powerful head and plenty of hot water.Their sauna is nice and can accommodate 10 or so. Good temperature but more on the medium hot side. A side door leads to a small cold shower area. Location has dual Jacuzzi and the temperature is medium hot. Good powerful jets. The steam room is a slow cooker; so youll need to spend some time to get sweat. Their relaxation facility is nice with TVs and comfortable psychologist type chairs. They provide unlimited juices, water, coffee, pretzel mixes and theres also a fruit basket. One downside is their operating hours are on the skinny side opening at 7AM hours and closes at 8PM ; for a city that never sleeps you would expect they open to at least 10 or midnight.
Despite the reveiws... I had a sweedish massage with William. It was THE BEST! the spa was clean and cheaper than all the other spas. I walked out completely relaxed. Amazing!!
I did a 50 min massage here last week and the massage itself was fine. Nothing to write home about, but nothing to voice a complaint about either...overall...just average. The spa itself was one of the worst I have ever been to at a hotel, and certainly the worst on the strip in Vegas. When I went into the mens side the attendant must have been on a break, but did come up after I waited 5-10 min. When he got there he showed me my locker, then told me I had plenty of time for the steam room to relax prior to my massage. When he showed me the steam room, he said it was broken so I couldnt do that today. There were two hot tubs that were from the 90s and a sauna. When I was in the sauna, there was a cockroach wandering on the floor. When I got to the room, okay small area divided by a curtain with three old pleather loungers to wait for my massage, there was no clock, the TV was standard definition and no water or fruit. Then I headed to my massage, which was average. I canceled my day two that was booked before I traveled.Overall, this place sucks! Go across the street if your needing a spa and massage.
I had my hair done here for my wedding last week. I let the stylist know that I was not looking for an up do, just a nice style that would look good throughout the night and was different from my thin/frizzy/dry look. It looked amazing when he finished, but lasted only about 45mins. By the time my wedding came around 2hrs later, all of my $70 style was completely gone. A big waste of money and I hate seeing my thin, stingy hair in my wedding pics. My hair is thin and does not hold a style well (this was communicated to the stylist), but when I have it cut and styled at my local hair salon, it looks AMAZING all day, so I know its possible. Not sure what went wrong here, but I would recommend looking elsewhere and paying significantly less for a hair style.
I was remarrying, not 30 yearsvows, a physical new wedding, to my husband of 30 years. He figured we drive to LV and get married wearing our everyday clothes with our everyday hair. Well, that is nice but no. I secretly planned a nicer memory. I bought a very inexpensive dress, shoes, all the trimmings. I spent less than 65 on my wedding outfit. I found a tiny white top hat fascinator that completed the outfit. I did not want him to know what I was doing so how would I possibly do my hair, makeup and nails without alerting him to something... I made an appointment with Oleksandra! It is in Ti so I did not have to leave and worry about missing my wedding.I am not, nor have I ever been, a noticeable nor memorable looking female, except to my husband. While I am not quite ugly I dont think, I am absolutely less than average. I do not look into mirrors,,,ever. For the first time in my life, I was pretty. Ok, I felt pretty. The gals who got me ready for my wedding were magicians. I was still me, but enhanced. I described the color I wanted for my nails, she made it perfect. My makeup, I am too old for dark colors and never use black. Robin, my artist, was relieved I understood this. Every color she suggested confirmed what I already use. It was, without a doubt, the most amazing makeup job I have ever had. I wish Robin would move into my town so she could do my makeup all the time. The artistry was stunning. It made my husband cry in a good way. Then, my hair. I have very long hair and I was just going to fluff the curls. The gal who did my hair made the most beautiful hair creation I have ever seen. My hair is the only thing I have ever really worried about. I am ugly picky about my hair stylists. I do not give second chances when it comes to my hair. This gal, I would have her as my hair artist if she was local. My hair was beautiful. It was kind of a rose type thing on the back of my head with the rolled hair, kind of like a Gibson Girl, on the sides. She anchored my tiny top hat and that thing never moved until I took it off. My husband thought it was beautiful.Thank you ladies. This was one of the best days of my life and you had a large part in helping. Andy had the reaction I was hoping for, happy to be marrying me..again. Boldly and egotistically, I did look very nice. Andy called me elegant and that was my goal. I wish I knew your salon when we lived in Vegas, I would have been a regular client.Robin S
A long planned trip to Vegas included a visit to this salon while staying at Treasure Island. Disappointing and overpriced would be an understatement. My daughter had a two process colour that took the stylist so long to do that her hair has been ruined underneath where the colour had been left on too long. Her hair is split and dry and pieces of her hair acutally broke off the next day. We were charged an exorbitant fee beyond what we had worked out according to the price list. The 20 percent gratuity charge was added to our bill without our consent. Upon querying the bill the manager looked at me as if I had arrived from another planet and was not prepared to discuss it. The price list is misleading and be preapred for the salon to kill the spending money for the rest of your trip.
Amazing spa experience. Great massage and excellent area to relax. Wish the time extended further for a full 24 hour experience past the time when you book the massage but still nice place to go to. Very rtizy
SAVE YOUR MONEY I got a pedicure and manicure she never use cream i had to pay extra for that my cuitals are dry any my nails are chiped just after 2 days. she sat me in a chair for drying and left me i had to take off the flip flop they use and the thing they put in my toes off very very disappointed
Absolutely excellent experience. Very calm and zen. Prices may be high but after my massage I wanted to pay for a longer session
Evelyn was superb! Very relaxing and looking forward to my next reach.
Had an amazing leg massage manicure & pedicure feet felt awesome after friendly staff recommend this for your poor feet
Not impressed, if you are a hotel guest you can go to the Spa for $17. At this price I guess is ok, but it is not worth $1 more
The spa were dirty. No effort on cleaning them.
The whole spa is separated Male and female, which defeted the whole purpose of my trip with my husband.
Best salon in LA. Thanks so much for relax.💓
I like the Oleksandra moisturizing lotion!
Great place, great staff, great services, just overall great. A treat at the price point, but well worth it.
I agree with Keva, I worked there for years and what Keva says is all true.
Lovely spa, ask for Lucia!
Totally overpriced and waste of money.
