Ran out of juice mid quarantine, had no idea they were gonna close all the Vape shops. I ordered 10 bottles from Kalamazoo Vape and they came thru in the clutch! Took about 3days and now Im fully stocked. The selection was good and even better service, they respond to messages via FB very quickly. Although I was hesitant at first, I will never hesitate again tho. Theyve earned a new customer...

This is by far the best shop downriver area ! They are well equipped with an extremely clean and friendly environment. Their staff are accommodating & knowledgeable about all products sold. Very helpful to those customers who are new to Vaping as well as those who are not. Good Selection of quality merchandise to choose from also. I cant rave enough about Kalamazoo Vapor. Ive been doing business with them for some time now & They Rock !!

Amazing shop. Over 200 flavors (the staff is happy to point it out) and they run sales CONSTANTLY. Theres always juices on clearance, which is good if you like juice for a bargain. Theyre always happy to help you get your device working properly, rather than trying to sell you something new. Salt Nic juices galore, and even away to make your OWN salt nic juice out of ANY juice! Been shopping here for 5 years and I dont think I could ever go anywhere else.

Great customer service and 25 cents to try any flavors you want before buying it. Chris is one of the best in the vaping industry. He deserves a raise for his knowledge and he takes his time to get you all set up with what you want. Thanks Chris and thanks Kalamazoo vapors!

Went here because I wanted to purchase my first vape pen. I dont know anything about them but a friend let me try his and I loved it. This was the highest rated place within 5 miles to me so I decided to go here. The guy that helped me was very helpful and patient in assisting me find a vape pen that fit my needs and budget. He also let me try some juices so I could see which ones I liked. So I picked out 3 juices to buy. I also signed up for their membership program that gives me points when I shop there. As he was ringing me up I noticed a TV on the wall displaying promotions that they have and one said buy 4 juices and get one free. So I said hey can I buy one more juice so I can get one free. The guy said it was already rung up and there was nothing he could do. I told him cant you just re-ring me up so I could get that promo and he said no. I mean come on guys, it is not 1984 where our computers and registers cant do a refund and then redo the transaction. That is why I gave them a 3 out of 5 star rating. They really could have made a little more effort to make me a happy customer.

The staff is absolutely stupendous! They can tell you anything you need to know about vaping. They always make friendly conversation and never get annoyed with you no matter how many questions you have. They are the most patient people I have ever had the opportunity to converse with. Keep it up! Vape on!

Do you want a vapor store where you can feel welcomed, no matter how new you are to vaping? These guys are the best, hands down. They took me from brand new vaper to an enthusiast. Great juices, great devices, and their points system is simple and rewarding. They NEVER try to upsell and try to save you money whenever possible. They dont just make sales, they make relationships with people, and are the pinnacle of customer service. Theres over 160 flavors. 44 of them being from their house line, which has everything from tobacco flavors, to menthol, to chocolate cake, to raspberry lemonade. Everything is well organized and theres plenty of room to sit and ponder what you need, or get recommendations from the staff. Flavor testers for everything let you try before you commit to a full bottle of any juice, and the tablet menus let you sort them so you can only look at the types of flavors you like.

Anything you need for vaping, this place has it, or will get it for you.They have a huge selection of liquids that you can try before you buy. It is a chill atmosphere with couches and TVs, free water and coffee, plus the latest vaping magazines that you can browse while the staff are preparing your purchase.As for the staff, these guys are excellent! Not only do they know their stuff but all vape themselves and are more than willing to help a newcomer or a veteran alike. Most of the time I come in here, I end up staying waaaay to long. Ill pick up what I came for then hang around talking video games, music or movies for 20 minutes.TL;DRVery friendly atmosphere, great selection of vaping products, and awesome staff! Visited this location for the first time. The store is impressive in aesthetic, with a large floor space featuring a vape bar and seating. Their selection is impressive and they even have a tablet set up featuring all the brands and liquids they sell. If form, factor, and selection are what matters most to you, by all means, consider this is a 5-star review.While I would like to note that it was indeed my first time, first impressions are important and the customer service I received was disappointing.I was not greeted right away upon entering and I browsed the selection as the employee watched me watch the products. I, the first time customer being slightly intimated at the selection broke the ice by asking So whats your best fruit flavor? fruit being my favorite seeming like a safe choice, he eloquently replied None of them. and then silence. Literally just dead silence after that.I didnt know what to say to that and the silence went on until he finally added: I hate fruit flavors. Which then lead me to say Okay, what is your best-selling fruit flavors to which he names of a few names of flavors from thier house blend. I ended up going with Blue Razz by Aqua because I get that all the time and left feeling pretty bad about the place in general.I wish he would have introduced me to new flavors, I wish I knew more about his house blends, but the only useful thing I learned is the grumpy guy with long hair hates fruit flavors.When expressing your opinion is more important than qualifying your customer youre going to be ineffective in sales period.I can, off the top of my head, think of 100 better responses (and not akward) to a new customer: While Im partial to dessert flavors I have heard that X is pretty good and we seem to sell alot of X is an honest acceptable response but the way he handled it made me feel like I walked into Tiger Stadium and asked for a Yankees Jersey.I left with zero knowledge of any of their products, I wasent offered any incentive to return he did not engage me with anything that you would expect from an establishment selling things.It is clear that whoever owns this store put alot of hard work and passion into the design and concept of his store and I can honestly say that the employee that assisted me today showed zero respect towards his efforts and no effort towards its sucsess.Will update in the future if I visit again.

I highly recommend this place. Staff is knowledgeable, prices are fair, and they dont try to sell you anything you dont need. I recently switched from cigs to vaping, and they recommend a starter kit for me and showed me how to use it. When I went back, the juice I bought was on sale for half off!

Great atmosphere, Clean building, great staff. Endless devices and flavors to choose from. But, the reason I keep returning here is because of Chris behind the counter. He is the most honest and helpful employee ive ever experienced in ANY store, period. His knowledge and experience in the electronic cigarette field is unbelieveable and he is glad to share his knowledge with anybody, which is a hard trait to come by in retail stores nowdays. All of the staff is great, just wanted to point out that Chris goes above and beyond for every customer, every time. I have been coming here for a couple of years now, and when everyoneasks me where I go to find my good tasting juices, I tell them Kalamazoo Vapor.

I absolutely adore Josh. hes great at his job, friendly, always has suggestions. I think everyone @kalamazzo vape is really in tune with their jobs as well. I like all the different offers they have ie: flavor of the week for $5, the ugly Christmas sweater was fun because I made my own!I was determined to take advantage of the prices. The staff is great & very friendly. Huge selection of e-liquid, house blends & other brands to choose from, tons of mods, tanks, drippers, just everything you would want. I highly recommend this vapeshop.

I went here yesterday afternoon and I went in and asked a question. Simple question was do you have liquidizer they asked me what it was and I pulled it up online and showed them. Nothing but rudeness and talking down to me I think the only thing they didnt call me was stupid. Its not my fault youre 40 years old live at your mothers basement and play World of Warcraft on your time off of work. Thumbs down completely to this place you want something good go to Wild Bills there vape shop and a smoke shop this place is just a vape shop this place told me like. I know its a vape shop thats why I went there to buy Vape liquidizer you idiots.

Horribly overpriced in some cases up to 50% there’s a smoke shop just down the street that has better prices on just about everything. They are also rude to returning customers. An example of price difference. The lemon twist liquid 60ml x2 box is $30 at Kalamazoo vapor and $16.99 just down the street.

Finally found my spot for anything vape. Helpful staff and best in-store prices around. Massive selection. They are under a new name, Mr. Vape. Highly recommend!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff with a great selection and variety of e-juices. Prices are good, especially with their loyalty program that can be used at any KV location.

The employees are amazing. Their selection of vape juice is immense. I highly recommend Kalamazoo brand, Berry Punch, and Raspberry Lemonade.

Worst vape shop!! All they want is your money, they know nothing about vaping, theyre rude. Ive been there 3 times and everytime theyve been rude and talk down to you. Puff factory on dix is the best!!

I drive from Redford to frequent this place. I purchased from the Kalamazoo location when I visit my mom. I get the same good service from both locations. I like the product they manufacture, Good quality too!

Went there to learn about vapor was thinking of vaping as solution to cut down on smoking they taught me about vaping and a week later i ended up quitting smoking altogether. Was a be ginner now becoming season vetran of vaping a month later still dont smoke just vaper these days . Quiting smoking was easy.

They used to be better, prices are to high, employees are rude, service is poor employees dont make recommendations. The staff used to be better but with employee turnover they have lost all their good employees now its a place for staff to lounge on the couches while playing video games the long haired kid was laying on the couch

I miss KFCs double down. Like, is it technically a sandwich? Theres no bread. Unless the breading on the chicken counts in your world. But lets be honest, if youre doing those type of mental gymnastics to equate breading with a bun, then we shouldnt even be having this conversation right now. Anyway, 10/10. Will vape again.

They manager there was not very helpful, the cashier was cool but I wont go here again. Wild Bills is much better anyway.

Been going to these guys for a little over 2 years. I dont get my liquid or mods anywhere else. You can count on them to make sure you get the right stuff everytime.
