Im greeted with a friendly hello and they have always acknowledged when a customer comes through the door. I love the deal I get on my cigarettes no matter what day of the week is and even if I forget to give them my phone number its not a big deal because they always ask if you are a rewards member.I have been known to ask about the different products and what they are for if Im not in a hurry and they have yet to ignore me or get frustrated when I do this. Anyone that says that they have had a bad experience should attempt giving them another try. Ive only been to the Lincoln Park location but why should I go anywhere else? I live in Allen Park so its close, they treat me right and they are friendly, helpful, cheerful, and most importantly; the store is clean.

Candice and Kiefer are my absolute favorite! I pass a ton of Wild Bills everyday but I actively choose to only come to this one. Best Wild Bills around!

Im a long time customer every since this Lincoln Park location opened. I buy 2-4 Mr. Vapor Curves at a time. Ive never had a defective vape until now. I went into the store to show them what the vape is doing and explained how I buy 2-4 at a time. The assistant manager Angel stated there is nothing she can do if its been over 2 days. I guess people should only buy 1 at a time with a poor policy like this.

Employees don’t respect the heroes, when I asked for my hero account they make me feel like I should not ask. I don’t know why they do that I guess trying to keep their sales up. I am in there for five times a week. Guess I won’t be going back.

They have a good staff and have ordered my products o purchase for me if they were out and had fresh supply in days. Even called me to tell me stuff came in....cool of them!!!

Was in there a couple days ago with my mom and sister cashier was great knew his stuff about the glass and luckily I walked in during a half off sale which he let me know about soon as I checked the glass out could use a better stock of swisher products tho
