Miguel massaged both, my mother and I. We both agreed that he was truly great with his hands! I became a member here and I am extremely happy I did! Cant wait for my hot stone massage!**all the staff have been great, very helpful and attentive!

First time ever getting a massage very nice relaxing place. You feel relaxation the moment you walk in. Very clean as all new places should be, hope it remains this way as I look forward to coming back. Patricia did a great job!

So! What a very interesting experience today at Masaage Envy in Linden (9/10/2018) I booked a 90 min massage with Beyra and she was beyond awful. For my entire message it truly felt as if she couldn’t wait for it to be over. I specifically asked for deep tissue and asked for her to go deeper in a few occasions and she failed. She just didn’t care! Her pace was as if she was giving me a 60 min massage which I though was odd,. Then I realized when she thought she as done after 60 min, she checked her iPad, realized it was 90 and started on my back again which was 25 min of a very light rub. I specifically mentioned my sciatica and lower back pain and over the 90 min it was never even touched or addressed. Not once. I felt like she discriminated against me or something right when see saw me or maybe she just didn’t like her job but it was blatantly zero effort. I was still very nice and tipped but she didn’t deserve a dime. I was very upset upon leaving but held my composure. The chances of me doing business with massage envy is very very unlikely.

I would never come back here again. The massage therapist was 5 minutes late and didnt speak English well enough to understand my instructions. I clearly said not to touch my head, not my face or hair and I came out of the massage with oil and muck all over my hair, I had to have a second hair wash that day and two showers to get all the oil off of me. The smell was like he emptied an entire bottle of cleaning supplies over me. Additionally, he didnt massage very well. He rubbed, but didnt massage. Didnt feel for one knot or pressure point, he just bruised me and thats saying a lot because Ive done martial arts most of my life and can take a beating, but this guy just bruised me, for no benefit and I came out stinking and totally not relaxed. I really regret coming here. Plus the music they play in the background was terrible, totally not relaxing.

The massage was great, but the hospitality of the front desk was even better! The desk girls know what theyre talking about and actually care about you. Specifically, Angelika is so nice and made my experience there like 10,000x better!

DONT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP!!!!!If you eventually want to cancel with them you need a doctors note letting them know you no longer benefit from their services. Or a letter saying that you’ve moved more than 25 miles away.Their services are okay, the last 3 visits was disappointing. One massaged therapist rushed through the massage and the other wasn’t applying the right amount of pressure to troubled areas such as my lower back.

Havent got an actual massage there yet but I did go inside to talk about the pricing the price is a little steep but I still want to try it one day just havent gotten time to myself

Horrible experience ! They don’t let you reschedule ... I called 4 ours ago to cancel my daughter appointment because of emergency.... theyMade me pay half of the price for nothing .... I didn’t want to cancel I just wanted move it to another day ... they were rude ...and I will never ever go there ..... those people are THIEFS ... I m giving them few months before they go out of bussines .... 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Massage therapists are awesome, however you end up paying like $90 after the recommended tip and your monthly subscription!!! Too expensive!

Extremely helpful from desk staff. She took her time to explain the Murad facual line and was very patient as I had many questions. Awesome customer service.
