Maybe the best vape shop in the area because its the only one in the area. The staff is really cool the atmosphere is really cool , but they never have anything always out of stuff . Their excuse is that there always waiting for a delivery. Thats cool but get another supplier and please your customers better. Other than that Id recommend that place to anyone.

This is BY FAR the best vape shop in NJ in my opinion. They cater to the novice and expert vapors. There gourmet brand juices are off the charts. Nick keeps up with the trends and what is the in stuff of the month. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Def recommend this place to anyone who wants to get the best customer experience possible and also get great products.

Great shop not a huge selection but great vibe and the juices they carry are all top shelf. I want to thank mike who helped me and me being from Miami Florida it was comforting to know that a good vape shop exists in New Jersey. See you Thursday for my milk by the pound.

Not only is this shop in a good location, but the employees there are very knowledgeable and friendly. i have been to the shop 3 times so far, each time i learn a bit more then the last time. I highly recommend anyone that is interested in vaping, to go to these guys to get the crash course real quick.

Horrible service.I purchased a pen from a heavy set bearded kid at the store. He told me that, when I screw my vape cartridge on, dont screw it all the way. So I said I have never had to half screw my cartridge on any pen that I have ever owned. So kinda felt something was off, but I purchased the pen anyway. When I got home I tried my vape cartridge on the new pen I bought from cloud chaser store, and it did not work. So I called the store immediately and told the kid the pen does not work with my cartridge and that I would like to come in for a refund.He told me to get a refund I would have to bring my personal cartridge into the store so he can troubleshoot it and then after then he MIGHT be able to give me a refund.So I said there is no refund policy on the reciept, or posted anywhere in your store, and anywhere on your website. I said thats unfair to the customer. He said thats the owners policy. I said Im unhappy with the product and I want a refund.I was in the store for 30min tryi g to get my refund. I finally got a refund after my legal advisor spoke to him over the phone..I am so exhausted from my visit to that store I will never go there again, and I would never recommend any of my clients to go there. Think twice about purchasing there. To much hassle to get your money back.I had a much better experience at the vape store on Elmora Avenue. cloud chasers should learn from them how to treat each and every customer.

We stopped in here to ask for directions to another place and the either was very polite in trying to help. We stayed for a bit because it was something different to us andI listened to him explain the different items to a few customers. I must say that for a product that in not into I learned a lot just listening to him.I noticed that he is not a salesman (at least not that hes a pushy one.) but that he was me of an educator in the field.Weve never been to another similar shop but I doubt you could find a better place to buy your items than this with such a helpful person working here.

This is the nicest, greatly assorted vapor shop in Linden NJ. One of the best ones ive beem to in the area. Nick is a top notch guy! Gos way over and beyond to help you and even takes his time to educate and explain everything about vaping especially if youre a novice beginner. Shop is beautiful stocked with a great assortment of E-juices, mods and more...Its nice to go to a vape shop and not feel like your five deep at a bar to get service..This shop is a must...Its worth the drive from where ever u are .....beleive ypu will not be disappointed. ...Love this place!!!! I found a definit home in this Vape Shop.... Well worth drive from any where you are...You will not be disappointed. ... highly recommend this shop.

I am new to vaping and with his extensive knowledge and honest opinion, I was able to find the perfect beginners vape and clean, strong juice to help me titrate down from cigarettes. You were right! It’s more of a hobby than a habit! Completely satisfied and I will never shop anywhere else! Thank you Alex!

Stopped by to get a new tank. they said they would have fixed my old one for free. liked these guys so much i bought a whole new drip kit. so knowledgeable so nice. i wish them the best.

They are so unprofessional. I bought a defective e juice which damaged my coil. I returned it with pictures as proof. They said all sales are final. They were very rude with how they handled it. I will never buy from them again. I would not recommend purchasing from this store

Ive never been to a vape shop b4 and I was a little taken aback at how cloudy it was in the shop. Ive been vaping for 2 years but Im a newbie to shops...Ha! That being said, this is an EXCELLENT shop run by at least 1 very cool Dude! Even the customers are cool! A person was going to buy the item I was looking to get (DripBox Black) and when he heard us talking he decided to do me a solid and get the White one! Even after I insulted anyone who would even consider the White one! (Teenage Girls...etc.) Freakin Sweet!! This shop is cool as hell...come here...buy a bunch of stuff!!PS The DripBox is killer!

Best vape shop in the area. Amazing, knowledgeable staff, awesome line up of ecigs from starter kits to high end mods. Fantastic stock of juices and awesome atmosphere.

Definitly reccomend this shop to anyone. Service is great. Streets are a little weird bc its on a one way but be careful with parking across the street. Beware the Meter lady.
