Aladdin Glass & Vape - Lodi

Used to purchase vapes and miscellaneous from here every now and then. Fair prices. Just recently I have been sold a vape with a defective battery (it has barely been used). When addressing the issue for a replacement, the store clerk denied this right away under the premise that they have the best prices. He explains that while they sell those Lavas for $10, everyone else does $12 or $15. Yeah, also everyone else replaces defective vapes, specially for a genuine usual customer. I would avoid this place from now on.EDIT: No, Im not sending my info to your email. This should have been checked with me at the store when I was there with this concern, like any responsible vendor, instead of playing smart with me. No Lava vape dies after (1) DAY of use.I went to different vape shop right away, where they guaranteed me a return in the event of faulty battery. I paid $12. This lava lasted me (2) weeks. Another store fixed your mistake.I buy cheap lavas at Aladdin just to lose $10 one day, absolutely worth it. Save $5 with them, lose $10. Be smarter out there when you buy, fellas.

Great shop just a little education tip, thca is what’s in real cannabis and when burned or decarbed, it turns into d9 thc. Hope this can help

Been coming here for a few years and service is on point every single time. They restock super quickly and always have legitimate products unlike many other smoke shops or gas stations in the area. Horrible service, the owners younger brother walks around like he owns the place. He insisted a disposable flavor was amazing and I said if it isn’t, he responded I’m right here no worries. So I purchased it and it wasn’t any good. Then all of a sudden he couldn’t do anything because he is an employee not owner. Meanwhile I’ve sent people here and I come here frequently and now I’ll spend my cash elsewhere…

I’ve been going to a few of the Aladdin locations for a long time and it’s because of their customer service. I got to meet Zach and he was just amazing. I had a lot of questions about CBD since I’m new to it and he took the time to explain every product, the differences and how to use them. He gave me his personal experience with what works best and I really appreciated it. Zach has such a good energy about him and he truly loves what he does (he literally said it multiple times). The whole staff is great and I will always go to them (I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name though).

The customer service is outstanding! I always get greeted by a very friendly staff the second I walk in the door. The location is great and the store is stocked with all sorts of goodies!

The new store in Rochelle Pk is normally good. A new staffer with dyed hair decided he needed unnecessary info and wouldnt sell me what I asked for. So, I went to Lodi and spent $92 at a competitors shop.

Called this place at 430 to have a vape delivered. Told me someone would be at my house 730-8pm after they close.. All I asked for was a call when they are on there way. It is now 9pm and I haven’t heard from anyone about my delivery after spending $50 on a vape. Will never use this place ever again or recommend to anyone

They were out of the gummy bears that I wanted. The guy recommended a different brand, so I bought it. He seemed to know what he was talking about, but when I got home I realized that he got mixed up with 2 of the items/products that I bought. Its all good, though. 😁😊

Very bad customer service &, unbelievable response! To customer. NEVER GO NG BACK AGAIN. Wanted cig tubes & asked which ones are $4 the cash register kid Chris advised all are $5 I told him few of his brands are sold for $4 at Cedar and Ipuff smoke shop asked why they selling more he replied I can go and buy them from there and he didnt care that was his straight answer told him seriously I will yelp and give this review everywhere his reply was again I DONT CARE ITS NOT GONNA KILL ME we have lots of good review one is not gonna matter I said wow u really something. So bottom line he was very unprofessional, uneducated pretty much an idiot about customer service and what it takes to keep customers just because they have lots of customers dont mean you can treat and answer your customer in a rude and without any care! ... He said I should and go and buy it from there and to go a head and post it he kept saying he didnt care nor it will make an impact Wow... Its a bad answer CHRIS and yes I will make a difference Chris I wont give you my dollar and I will make sure all social media will be aware of this place unethical attitude toward consumer. I will report it to BBB as almost refusing to sell and bing bios rude the problem he works there good luck to the owner... By the way Cedar and Ipuff prices for all their products are much cheaper. The shop is clean organized and fully stocked with all of your smoking needs from hookahs to Vapes and EVERYTHING in between. I went there for some vape juice and I havent been into vaping since it first started. But the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions I had. I was also looking for cbd oil for my girlfriend and was stocked to find out they carry a variety of cbd. Thanks again guys Ill be back especially after finding out they have a rewards program.

Staffs great but extremely high glass prices and juices are priced at the standard double or tripple online prices. Thats no different than any other vape store and hasnt affected the rating. But the extreme prices on glass certainly has.

Bought pods for my novo, a week in and two pods started leaking, called this joint and they didnt want to address my issue, their excuse was that they couldnt do anything about it... they should of said that they didnt want to do anything about it... they didnt even want to offer a discount on a purchase of new pods... smmfh def not buying from them anymore
