Lovely experience! Staff was friendly and great at communicating before and during the session. Prices are comparable with industry. Definitely plan to go back next time I need to recover and recharge. Alexandra was awesome!

I’m sending a quick note to express how disappointed I was with my massage.  I booked a 90 minute massage, and the sad part is I am writing this review in my car at 2:50 from my 1:30 appointment that also started a few minutes late.  Now to the massage itself, 5-7 minutes of the scheduled time was to discuss what brought me in and where I wanted to focus on.  I clearly said I had not been sleeping well because my neck and shoulders were tight and I also had some pain in my sciatic nerve area.  Next I also asked for one hand not to be touched as it was healing from and injury and that I don’t want my feet touched. It first became a concern when the massage therapist started on my legs and not the areas addressed. Next even after our 5-7 minute conversation which took away from the massage time, the massage therapist touched my feet and also touched the hand with the scar injury.  Next when they finally went to the neck and back area, the pressure was so soft and unproductive that it did no good at all.  And when they ran across a knot in my back they took no initiative to try to work it out.  This is the first time that I have left a massage with the same or worse feeling than what I started with.  I will be scheduling another massage tomorrow with a massage therapist who hopefully has more training and listens to their clients.    The location got back to me to justify their timing, and then said we are sorry your therapist was not a good fit.  We can give you a discount to our member rate on your next visit.  They also said, well if you were not satisfied why did you not say something while checking out.  Keeping in mind the therapist was in ear shot and they had another client in the waiting area.  If you are looking for a good professional massage, this is not one I would recommend.  As you have probably read they seem to be a training ground for Massage Therapists right out of school.  Not to mention the customer service seems to be non-existent.

Wouldnt recommend this place... I was not impressed with the staff or madsage therapist. They were not very friendly and the massage was was not worth what the charge. A 1 hour massage includes the intake paperwork and prep time plus the massage so really its was a 45min massage not 60minutes! Also,the massage therapist didnt really seem to know how to massage and I left feeling very disappointed.

I LOVED my experience at Elements. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and relaxed. I was taken back timely and my massage therapist Alexandra was excellent. She did wonders for the horrid knot in my shoulder and explained the process of cupping wonderfully since I had never done it before. I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends.

I bought a $600 gift certificate for my family to enjoy the relaxation. It was supposed to cover 5 one hour sessions, but they told me we only get 4 because they changed my reservation for one hour couples massage to an hour and half per couple on the day of the appointment and that is a lie. No matter how much I tried to talk to them that we did not get massage for an hour and and half, and who even authorized that? they tried to convinced me that it showes in their system. I was robbed one hour massage. I will never spend any money in this place or any of their locations anymore. It is aweful to feel the way I was treated by them. Shameful customer service.

Great first experience here! Mimi performed my massage today and it was wonderful. We added on the essential oils (lavender) and the entire experience was very relaxing. If you are interested in getting massages monthly, it would make a lot of sense to get on their membership program because it saves you money. Would definitely recommend!

Clear cases of bait and switch. In the beginning everything was great and the massages never were bad. Then came the we dont have availability but we will still charge you monthly. Call and cancel when you finally have an appointment. They love you at first but certainly dont want you to stick around.

Went here for a couple massage and wasn’t impressed at all. The tables were so far away it didn’t even seem like a couples massage. My massage therapist was literally looking at the clock every 2 minutes. Living my leg frequently… My husband’s massage therapist ONLY did his upper back same area and rarely moved.She mainly just used her elbow. Keep in mind he didn’t request her to only do that one area. Sorry won’t be back

I drive out of my way to visit this Elements, over nearer ones. Alex, Kit, and the rest of the team just rock. Very communicative, professional, and skilled site -- hard to beat.

First time at an Elements Massage location. Went in with crippling back pain, and had been told massages could help, by my doctor.The staff was super friendly, AND didn’t seem annoyed by the multitude of questions I was asking about services and other pieces of their business.My massage therapist was AMAZING; she to what I needed and actually provided that.It was clean, relaxing, good price for what I received, and it really did help. Absolutely planning to go back as soon as I’m able.

Ive been coming here for nearly a year now and what stands out most is their customer service, by far. Every time Ive come in, theyve greeted me by name and with a smile. When I call to set up or reschedule appointments, they make the process incredibly easy. My massage therapist, Gina, is fantastic and always checks to see what Im looking for that day to ensure I have an optimal experience. Ive had friends and family join me as well and they also had a good experience. Cant recommend this location enough 🙌

Worst massage of my life. I would not recommend Laura. Left with more tension than when I went in. Felt like I was being rolled like a log. Blanket was not covering private areas well; and multiple instances of accidental inappropriate touching.

Scam AND rude! I signed an agreement for monthly 90 minute massages in 2021 for $99/month. After I wasn’t able to go monthly I called and wanted to stop the “membership.” They said it would be best to put it on hold for 3 months to give me a chance to catch up. I did use one of the massages, but still wasn’t able to go monthly. At that time, I requested my monthly membership be cancelled as I still had four sessions to use. They agreed to do this NEVER telling me the sessions would expire June 30, 2022 and I would no longer be able to use them. If they would have told me that, I would have found a way to use them. My son went to get a massage July 18, 2022 and we were charged $109. When I called to dispute the charge, they said the sessions expired and that they can show me the contract. Of course they can! Not that when I scheduled any of my other massages they would share that I needed to use them by June 1st. If they would have canceled it when I asked to rather than saying we can put a hold on it, I wouldn’t be out $400!!!! I never expected any kind of refund, just the massages I had already paid for.This is why people should never sign up for memberships! I will never recommend Elements to anybody!

I had a massage in Lone Tree with Mindy! She was AMAZING! It is so hard to find a good therapist (I am a total pro at getting massages) and she was top-notch! The check-in receptionist was also amazing and so welcoming. I loved the ambiance as well. ♥️♥️♥️

I was scheduled for a 90 minute deep tissue, full body massage today. She had me start on my back. Initially, when she asked the pressure was great, however as the massage went on, it continued to get less and less with barely any pressure by the end of my massage. Also, the bolster was really tiny and so my lower back started hurting due to the strain while I was on my back. I let my massage therapist know I was actually in more pain leaving than I was upon arrival and she said it was likely because my tight muscles were holding something in place and as they relaxed I felt pain. She recommended I go home and work it out with a tennis ball... but wouldnt that have been the point of my 90 minute massage? I went in with no pain and left with lower back agony. Thats never happened before. Im a member at another location and have actually gone to several other locations for different reasons here and there, and never had an experience like this at any of them. She did not even touch my feet, which has always been a part of a full body massage when Ive gotten them in the past. I wasnt offered any water afterwards and when paying was not asked how my experience was or I wouldve told them. I do not recommend this location, although again, I have gone to several others and always have pleasurable experiences.

I was lucky enough to get a day-of appointment as my back pain was excruciating. My massage therapist, Alexandra, not only was extremely professional, I was able to walk out pain-free in 60 minutes. I have been doing massages on and off for years to help with my chronic pain, and Alexandra at the Lone Tree office is easily the best I have had in quite some time - courteous, professional and listened to what I needed.

Great service from everyone! Real quality establishment! Very instrumental in recovery process. Professional and kind!

Alexandra is terrific! Unlike other therapists I’ve seen at this location, she always remembers and is ready for the accommodations I need in order to have a relaxing massage. She is gentle, personable, and professional and always makes sure to ask periodically if the pressure is still good. I have SLE and fibromyalgia and she’s been a Godsend to me in helping my body cope with the inevitable aches and pains that I experience on a daily basis.The location and office staff are always great too. Very professional and kind.

I had a gift card for Elements Massage so I thought I would give it a try! It was a wonderful experience. The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful. The felicity was clean and nice. My masseuse listened very well on the painful areas I really wanted to focus on. Which made for a very relaxing and great massage. I would highly recommend this place! I’ll be back, for sure! :)

The massage therapist I had was very nice but she was not good at massage. She rolled over my spine numerous times, made my knee pain worse, didn’t release any tension, got a lot of oil in my hair, hit my throat multiple times, picked me up 5 mins late even though I was 15 mins early, ended the massage 5 mins early, and also touched quite a few areas unintentionally though very uncomfortable and private. I would not recommend Laura or this massage location if you’re looking for pain relief, relaxation, or stress relief. I feel worse than when I walked in this morning, I’m sorry for the negative review but it was overall a bad experience.

Today I went into Element Massage for a full body massage for my birthday!! My massage therapist Sherri was absolutely amazing! I felt so welcomed by the receptionist Ali. Thank you ladies for making this birthday gift such a great experience and I will be back! :)

Massage exceeded my expectations. Was really good and felt relaxed like never before. Most of the massages you get to feeling how it used to be earlier within a day but in this case, its been 2 days and Im still relaxed and feeling good. My massage therapist Melissa, heared me out and focused on my pain points more which helped me a lot. This was a very good experience overall.

Everything was wonderful! From the greeting to the massage, which was one of the best Ive ever had and Ive had a lot of massages! I felt very taken care of by Kristin and Mariah and cant wait to go back! If you like being pampered run dont walk to Elements Lone Tree, you will not be disappointed!

Ive tried to book two massages recently and each time they were canceled within an hour of my appointment. Once I completely get, but twice in a row? And when I mentioned it was the second time it had happened, nothing but a, wed be happy to reschedule you. Super disappointed.

Lovely decor in the office, free tea/coffee/water/mints, excellent customer service, clean and relaxing facility, wonderful massage therapists! Great experience overall. Ill be back next time I am in Colorado!

I came here after having had a really painful recover from a new workout. I have fibromyalgia and auto immune. I really felt super comfortable from start to finish with the ease of communication and service during Covid. My therapist was Lilli and I got a 2 hour massage of deep tissue. She was very soothing and had a strong hand with her deep tissue which is very soothing to some of us. She was thorough and was able to change direction very easily when I needed extra focus on certain areas.

Great place! Mariah gave me one of the best massages Ive had in a while and Ive had hundreds of massages. Popped in for the first timer deal since Im new to the area. Regular rates are a little pricey. Even the membership is $20 more a month vs my old place. Bomb massage though. This will be my spot when I want to treat myself a little more than the usual. Will definitely book with Mariah again.

Its a cool vibe. The environment is a spa-like invitation to relaxation. The staff and client interaction are incredibly professional and complimented with a positive under-tow. Its fantastic to be a patient of the woman who invented massage therapy, the Zen Master: Sherri.

My lower back pain was killing me and my whole body was in stress till I visited this place. Charlie was amazing she was professional and knowledgeable. For the first time in months I actually slept really good and I could breath better move better and walk without feeling pain. Thank you so much and I’ll be back.

I am currently 37 weeks pregnant! I came here for a little relaxation before baby arrives and I already want to go back! Mimi was so fantastic for a prenatal massage! I highly recommend!!

I am always in awe of how she manages to reset my physical and mental wellbeing with each session I schedule with her. Adding aroma therapy or hot stones or both to any massage just enhances the experience.

Chris did a great job. He listened to what I needed which hasnt always been my experience with other massage therapists.

In late January, after two years of dependable, professional service I was laid off without notice in retaliation for asking my clients to follow current COVID 19 laws during their treatment : Wearing a mask during the entire massage. This was not an ethical action, nor was it taken with the intention of keeping clients SAFE, it was taken to keep clients $$-and for no other reason. Letting go of an employee for following the laws doesnt say good things about this Elements Franchise owner or management staff, nor the clients who complained. For the record: Yes, you should cover your nose and mouth even face down (viruses dont act differently depending on which direction you are facing). Stay safe out there! (But probably not at Elements Lone Tree, dig?)

I’ve been going for several months now. I have had several massage therapists and they have all been good. The facilities are clean and inviting and the price is right.
