Asian Reflexology & Massage

I suffer from lower back and bilateral knees pain. I have no words that can say how much I appreciate what they do for their clients. My therapist is very professional, she knows how to improve motion of the spinal joints and relaxed the cramped back muscles. She understands pressure points and skeletal mobilization.My back feels like new after therapy, the swelling in the lower leg and the pain improves a lot. The place is very clean, the tables very comfortable and they have easy scheduling. I recommend it without hesitation.

They can have my money every time! Flexible scheduling, attentive services and a great massage!

Overall a fantastic experience. Left feeling great. My only complaint is my massage kept getting interrupted because no one was manning the front and customers were coming in. Perhaps this was an unusual day.I would like to see a scented body oil or a diffuser in room next time for a more relaxing experience.Will be back!

By far my favorite place to get a massage. Not modern or fancy so dont expect that. But expect to be clean and the massage is always consistently amazing. I love the ladies and they may be small but they are mighty 👍🙌🏽

Fellow women - ditch the spas where you pay $100+ for a rub down and start getting an amazing massage for the old school price of $1/min. We trust these ladies to do our nails, yet stay away from strip mall massage parlors, when these ladies do just as good of a job, if not better, than the over-priced, fancy spas. Booking a massage days, or even WEEKS out? Get out of here with that nonsense. When Im hurting and need a massage, I cant wait weeks. Call up an hour ahead to see if they have room for you. The contrast between this place and standard Westerner spas is stark.The waiting room and massage rooms are no-frills, but for truly a great massage (you can tell they actually care to give you their best), plus hot stone at no additional cost??Its a no-brainer. The bad reviews are men who were salty that these are respectable women who arent giving some fantasy they have always dreamed about.Thank you Asian Reflexology & Massage!

My husband and I didnt have a long wait without an appointment. They speak English, which is amazing! I told them that I needed to press my shoulders and waist hard. They did it and gave me a free hot stone. The price was very reasonable, and we left a tip of $50. It was great! Will come back again!

My wife and I went in for a couples massage and had a great experience! After the massage, we have no complaints. It would have been nice if there was some sort of essential oil diffuser in the room and essential oils put on the facial cloths, but overall it was a wonderful value for the money experience!

This was my first experience with reflexology. It was wonderful and very relaxing. I will be doing it again soon.

Purchased a Groupon and tried to make an appointment, the lady on the phone told me weekdays and mornings only, it did not say that in the Groupon fine prints. They think they can make me go weekdays and mornings only because I already paid and there is nothing I can do about it. I requested for a refund on Groupon Apps and use the money for something else.

90 min. full body therapeutic massage was fabulous. Hot stones on back was a great addition. Foot rub very good.

Just a massage…nothing more. She claimed she knew very few words in English, so conversation was wonderful let me tell ya. Lol! Didn’t leave “happy”. On a up note however, the massage itself was pretty good. But if your looking to leave “happy”, go elsewhere

Went today for a late bday present to myself. I never treat myself cuz Im poor but today I did. The massage was great minus the straddling of my head and the crunchy terry cloth thats used during a portion of the massage. They have u pay before hand and then when I was leaving she asked if I wanted to leave a tip I added a $5 tip to it and she scoffed and hassled me about it. Only five dollars!!! And made additional badgering noises as I left. Very unprofessional and disgusting. She has no clue about peoples income. Super rude trying not to let it ruin my experience.

Sketchy place. Understaffed. Not sanitary. Not professionals.Required payment upfront (1st red flag).Massage table (looked like a bed) had a thin mesh protective cover, Im sure they just change that after each client, but definitely not a barrier between the blanket/fabric they had on table.The therapist kept leaving to check folks in during the massage. Made phone calls.Ive had plenty massages, this one was awful and painful.I went because they had many great reviews, what I didnt notice until afterwards was that most of the reviews were from men. Every patron that entered while I was there was male. The conversations I heard and noises seemed to indicate that this was a happy endings spa.While exiting some of the doors were open, men on tables naked, no coverings. Usually, there is a sheet or towel covering the body parts that arent being touched.I do not believe I was provided service by a trained massage therapist. Left feeling filthy. I would not recommend.

Went for a couples massage and lost some time because we got there a little late. The foot massage was awesome! The back massage was a little too rough. My friend loved it. Some suggestions: maybe have some music on or ask if people would like music (it could heighten the experience) and you should probably wash your hands after the feet rub because going from my feet to touching my neck and back creeped me out a little bit.

My normal massage therapist has been closed due to covid and I was in need of a good massage. I chose this place after reading reviews and I was not disappointed. There were certain areas of my body that were so tight and Anna did such an amazing job. This was honestly one of the best massages Ive had in a long time..I will definitely be back AND recommending it to my friends.

Didnt seem sanitary and was harassed to leave a bigger tip embarrassing (for them). Tips are not mandatory and asking a customer to leave a tip or bigger tip is pathetic and not good business practice. Do not recommend this place!

I’ve been to several different Asian massage places and had a good experience here. There was only one employee and she had to step out a couple times to help other customers but made sure I still got the full hour. She was careful with the elbows, at another place the therapist used the pointy part of the elbow and it ended up being painful. I felt very relaxed when it was over.

The service was GREAT and the massage therapist was so friendly and kind. I actually fell asleep it was very relaxing!!!! I recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a therapeutic massage.

It smells like wet, musty, mildew in the facility. The massage beds look old, depressed, and worn.I could not get past the atrocious smell both outside and inside the strip mall,so did not have a massage.

Don’t go!!!! They use to be good, professional and kind. Now they have gotten WORSE than ever!! Americanize….. they are “hustling “, for TIPS(Money). You pay for service, massage, then they do NOTHING EXTRA and change your appointment after you get there, because they take “Walk-ins”(more money) then tell you another hour!!! Always have scheduled appointment for weeks, but changes on the same day!! No customer service.. then they ASK for TIP!!! When you ask for explanation.,,, now can’t speak English, don’t understand!!!Nasty…..

Unclean and unsanitary conditions, and far below our expectations. A 30 minute massage is only 17-18 minutes long. We both checked the clocked the moment the therapist started. But they will tell you that the the clock is slow or incorrect. We tried this place, given the high reviews and it being a small business. Highly disappointed and feel very dirty.In response to owner: I recommend you look at the video. We walked in after 8:30pm. You started at 8:40pm and finished at 8:58pm. Walking inside and out of a room speaking and taking phone calls with other customers in the middle of a massage is unprofessional. The cheese cloth fibers we laid on was thin. The table itself is of a porous cloth material. There was no way you wiped it down. Very disgusting. Do you really think we will return. So your reccomendations for finding an actual licensed MT isnt neccessary. You are running a happy endings spa. We only realized that after you had already started working on us and heard the clientele conversations coming for an appointment. It was at that moment, we felt more filthy. We went straight home and showered. These are factual comments and observations and not malicious. I reccomend you put a woman in a bikini in your Google business images so the public is aware of what you really offer. $40/30 minute massage in the north east is actually more than what I normally pay on canal street in New York. So we assumed it was a legitimate business.

When I arrived a heavy stinch permeated the air...like a garage and old mothball smell. The decor & ambiance was as if I walked into a 90s time machine.I had a 30min foot reflexology & 15min back massage. My foot massage was nothing of the sorts...she ONLY massaged my legs. She literally touched the top of each foot ONCE. Ive done reflexology numerous times & this was simply a basic massage that you can get in the middle of a mall.The back massage was okay...just okay. I believe I received this lack of service because I used a GROUPON, as they make it a point to let them know in advance that your using a gift certificate OR groupon.Then had the audacity to aggressively ask for a tip...which I did give.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I have been to this massage over a year. The location is convenient and they have plenty of parking spaces in this plaza. I always make a reservation before I visit. Once I get there, I seldom have to wait. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My personal favorite style of massage is 60 minutes total body. The massage therapist normally massages my back and smoothes my tender muscles. My favorite therapist, Fei-Fei is really good at targeting my sore muscle areas.Then, she applies massage oil on my back, and thats how I start to enjoy the Swedish massage. Sometimes she uses hot stones to release my tight muscles before the hot towel stage.I just love their service!!

Trying to use a Groupon that I purchased for this business. Turns out they only book Groupon patrons on the weekdays, and will only book out a week. Not much availability for those of us who work all day. These restrictions were not shared with me when I purchased this Groupon. Want my money back!

This is our second time to visit, the technique was different and didnt feel like they were hitting pressure points, just rubbing the whole time? Still enjoyed having my feet rubbed.

Horrendous experience, walked out 5 minutes into the massage. She clearly had never been trained. There was another therapist there who was unavailable. But there was nothing only one certicate posted for a massage therapist. Never go there! It’s cheap for a reason!

I think it was nice but I feel like the ladies should ask you before they start their routine, Where is your pain and focus on those areas first. I also think they should add and use more pressure like with the thumbs or knuckles, ask if their pressure good!

I had a pain on my neck for two days I guess my pillow isn’t too good I couldn’t turn my head around . I explained to them my problem and after getting massage it felt a lot better it’s a good place with low rate give it a try
