I love this place so much. I always come here and have been for years, even when they were at the other location. They have the best deals on e juice and great prices on pieces. Very helpful staff this store is so well organized they have everything you could want or need. They even have a hookah lounge coming soon with comfortable couches. We will definitely be back again. The store is also very clean and fairly priced. They also have an adorable mascot Yorkie

Pipe Dreams has an awesome selection of glass! The biggest collection I have seen in my area since moving to the Orlando/Seminole area. However, their glass is EXPENSIVE!They have beautiful, local artists and sell their custom made water pipes, bubblers, slides, and pipes. They also carry a lot of high end, brand name designer glass (none of the brands that I have heard of in my career working in smoke shops, but you can tell it is high quality nevertheless,). Just prepared to have your wallet out if you visit to purchase glass.They do have a pretty decent selection of scales, pushers, grinders, torches, trays, cases, vapes, tanks, coils, and juices. The prices for their vape supplies are not terrible, although I have seen better. They are, however, good quality mods/tanks/kits. The juices are a good price and they often have good brands and flavors on sale.I do like that they are open later than the majority of smoke shops in the area, and the customer service I have always been treated with is top notch. The employees know their stuff and can answer any questions you have.As I said, if you have the dough and are willing to do some spending, then this is definitely a shop to check out for quality products and good service.Its just a little to rich for my blood considering I do not know any of the brands of glass that they sell, so I wouldnt trust dropping over $300 on a piece if I dont know that it is for sure a quality item.

Ive been there many times and the staff is always eager to help or they let you browse on your own if you prefer. I was there today and a nice young lady named Genesis helped me find what I was looking for. She gave me a discount. People like her are why I keep coming back. True customer service. They can be flexible on price. They have a good selection of items. They want to make sure you leave with what you came there for and have the right tool for the job.

Super dope spot to get a variety of needs met, anything you can think of probably in relation to smoke/vape products with pretty great deals. The new management and facility took me by surprise, in the best regards possible, everyone was so attentive and willing to help even close to their closing time. I go there every couple of weeks to grab a pack of cloves and they are always super friendly. They offer to assist you immediately and allow personal space so you can also enjoy browsing. Very clean shop, knowledgeable and they even price matched an item for me. Definitely my preferred smoke shop!!

Very friendly staff! So accomodating, and patient as we browsed and got lost from case to case. Made great recommendations based on our style and what we were looking for. Especially since it was the first time my girl ever went into a smoke shop. Could have been overwhelmed, but very great experience!

I needed a late night smoke shop, saw this was close and closed at 12am. I called asking about CBD then the associate mentioned Delta 8. I said “Delta who”? she said it was a legal THC. I went in, i didn’t get her name but she was very helpful and lovely. The store is MASSIVE i haven’t seen a smoke shop with that much variety here in Florida. Super cool vibe and well kept. Long story short she sold me on a disposable “Cake” Gorilla Glue Hybrid Delta 8 cartridge and. i. am. in. love. This stuff is amazing at a great price. Highly recommend this place and i will for sure be back.

Great selection but really hate being made to feel like a teenager the past few times I’ve been by… feels less like customer service being helpful and more like they’re following me to check I don’t steal. Honestly makes me less willing to drop a couple hundred on glass here but definitely worth a stop to check out.

Its been awhile since I went to Pipe Dreams due to the old management wasnt so polite. I went there recently to get a detox kit and the staff were much more polite and seems happier to be there. They have a good selection of detox kits and also all types of pipes. Once Im able to start up again I will be definitely going back. Thank you for a better experience.

I pass this place a lot and today I stopped in and I am sure glad I did! Amazing selection of juul pods and other vape products glass pieces as far as the eye can see, every type of RAW product just a jaw dropping experience! I see some hate on here, so I felt I had to weigh in. I obviously cannot speak for others experiences, but I am a long time customer and have purchased multiple pieces over the years.Each time I have been, the staff has been nothing but extremely helpful and courteous. I went in for small purchases, and after some discussion and multiple visits of good service, they convinced me to upgrade. I understand the value of the cost of keeping some of the higher end stuff on inventory, and appreciate that to keep knowledgeable staff on hand there is some markup.Ive spent close to $1000 over the years with Pipe Dreams and have been extremely pleased with the purchases they have recommended. If you spend decent money on a piece, you can expect to enjoy it for years.I will admit I was also displeased with having to verify my licenses at the door, when they know me personally as a customer. However, I attribute this to the location and scrutiny on the business, where they could very easily be shut down for the most minor of offenses. What they do to protect themselves is just a cost of doing business.

Awesome stop for all your smoking needs and beyond! I live locally and I finally stopped by after living here for six years as I have recently became a hookah enthusiast. They have a HUGE selection of pipes, e cigarettes, some other goodies. The store is way bigger than I expected. Prices are fair, market value, and they have a rewards program we have used a couple times for % off. They also recently changed ownership and new staff is very friendly - no crazy forced carding if you look 40+ so no worries.

Have been going to pipe dream for years and the new management is a breath of fresh air. Only advice is to keep the incense I love the new design of the shop it really looks alot less cluttered. Friendly staff and yes to finally making it more organized to see the products.

The new ownership and management has given this shop a total turn around. Huge store with a great selection! The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. This is really the only smoke shop I buy from. Yes, some of these negative reviews are true - a lot of the cheap glass is like gas station quality, but there are quality pieces throughout the store. You get what you pay for. The employees do smoke cigarettes on duty, but as a smoker this doesnt bother me as it would a non-smoker. I have personally encountered the owner only twice - who is somewhat creepy and out there, but I just didnt pay much attention to him either time. And yes, if you say the wrong word they will not sell to you. Use youre brain. Its for legal reasons. This is still Florida, not Colorado. Ive never had a bad experience shopping here and been a customer at this location for quite a while.

I purchased a vape battery and after a couple days, it Stopp working. They were kind enough to exchange it. However, the replacement doesn’t work and never has! Bad batch of batteries I hope, but I’m not wasting another trip in the hopes that the next one will work lol

Cool shop. Nice selection. Shady customer service. Currently price gouging on flavored JUUL pods though since they arent being sold in gas stations anymore. The boxes even have a $14.99 price tag on them yet the man behind the counter insisted they were $19.99. I pointed out the price tags to him and instead of honoring it he said he would fix it (which he didnt) and that I would be paying 19.99 for them. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Not even worth a star... I called the store today (Sunday) at 7. Yes, I know you close early today. I kept calling and calling no one answered. This is usually my number one spot. I arrived at 730 and the store was locked up early when I know yall close at 8.Now lets talk about outside. The last time I was here it was 5 months ago. Pipe dreams looks like totally trash. This hasnt been the first time Ive delt with inconveniency from your store. Definitely when it comes down to store hours.You lost a customer, but thats okay because I found a great place down the street that was opened. Plus they had nice employees.Boo.

I have been going to Pipe Dream for years. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had gone in the day before all flavored JUUL pods were banned. They lowered the price to $3 a box (usually about $17+ a box) plus gave at least 5 free ones. Must go to for your smoking needs with a huge selection.

I come to this place a least once a month, it’s a candy shop for me. I enjoy the different types of glass pieces they have, especially their Rick & Morty products. The staff is very helpful and always welcoming.

I think its pretty ridiculous they dont have a return or exchange policy. I also think its ridiculous to have an employee follow you around like a watch dog. Definitely will not return. There are shops in town with better customer service and products.

Been coming to this location for years, live on the other side of town and pass atleast 6 or more smoke shops on the way... Now it’s under new management and honestly it’s awesome! The new remodel is a major upgrade. The store looks more upscale while still giving you low prices. This is the only place in town I trust to get kratom from. Amazing prices with strains that actually get rid of my back pain. New mgmt & employees are always super friendly & helpful!

I walk in there with my friend and go up to the nearest woman. i think her name is SARAH and ask her if they sell dime bags. you know, the bad ass carrying cases with all the different colors and extra padding to protect your glass? first of all, she cuts me off mid sentence and says okay we sell tobacco based products only and because of the way you asked for that, im gonna have to ask you to leave...she thought i meant little weed baggies... 🙄you really need to get someone with better expertise and less attitude to work at your store. my friend and i didnt even wanna look around anymore after we were threatened to be kicked out. we drove all the way there just to be insulted. who hasnt heard of dime bags but works in a smoke shop? never heard of such a thing. oh and put the cigarette out while youre at work honey, its unprofessional. we will not be returning. ✌🏼

Love this shop! The shop girls are very helpful, helped me pick out my first vape pen and CBD oil. We come in usually once a week, they have a great selection of glass pieces, papers, edible cbd items, oils, incense, hookah, and so much more!

Worst experience ever walked in to but a vape mod paid at the register with my debit card, left my wallet on the counter as i got distracted with so manny things in my hand and left . Came back not even 5 min later for my wallet and i asked the young lady if she seen it i left it on the counter, she said she didnt see it but no one has been in the store she said, i walk out and my wallet there on the floor right in front of the store! And just so happens my money was missing 🤔 so i ask to speak to a manager so that he can review the cameras at the end im not worried about the money its about principals and morals, coincidently the cameras are not working wow! And the manager claims i made it all up. Very unsafe place to shop they have NO CAMERAS for their customers safety . Never going back !If you decide to shop here make sure you dont leave anything behind because it will be Gone! And plus their prices are jacked up compared to other smoke shops in the area. I hope you enjoy my money you little thief.

Very friendly staff. Not the biggest selection to choose from, but they have a pretty cool antique/vintage room/lounge where they have hookah and poker. You can have up to 3 guests for $20 unlimited hookah and I believe he said beer was included.They also had a big selection of RAW papers

I’m prolly not going to shop here again unless I’m desperate. They have massive markups on everything in store, out of the things that I have purchased, most have been $5-$6 more than other local smoke shops. Something that cost me $42 at another shop with tax is $56 at PD. They do have a pretty huge selection though. I guess that’s a plus. 2 stars.

Place lies about the products the sell. Girlfriend bought a piece for me as a Christmas gift. Was told that it was only 1 of 2 in existence. Low and behold a quick Google search brings up Celebration pipes. $110 all day long for the one I have. Thats significantly less than what was charged at the store. Do not shop here. Liars and scam artists.

I leave my review for the hookah lounge and not necessarily for the shop.The first time we went it was pretty decent. Prices are okay I guess but I can find better, more professional environments for a lot cheaper.Cons:-The staff sucks. They fight with each other constantly and blame you, the customer, for their mistakes. Making for a pretty awkward buzz kill night.- They monitor your language and insult you if you do something they consider wrong instead of warning you what not to do in the first place. Surprise!- The rules are very vague until youve done something they do not approve of. its very easy to get a scolding by a worker. I watched three different groups of people including myself get ordered around like an idiot by the hookah boy.- Prices suck. meridian is a much better deal when you have more than three people. Oh, which, by the way, you have to rent another 16 dollar hookah ( 5.99 refills) if you have more than 3 people.-Not a lot of flavorsPros:- They have a cool looking place.bottom line is:just go to meridian or something else where you wont be harassed or degraded as human being for not remembering theres no photography... which they expect you to remember even when they dont tell you... plus its cheaper at other places.

This shop has an incredible amount of blown glass pipes, water-pipes, Apple bags, scales, and lots of oil burners. Literally everything you could need. Pretty much the best headshop I know of. Please tell me if you find a better store

Absolutely awful now. They are under new management. I used to go to pipedreams alot because of the affordability but everything in the store basically doubled in price. They no longer have a discount area. The employees were extremely helpful but it is fairly obvious walking through the door that they do not like the new changes to what has been a staple in this area. I would not recommend anyone to go here anymore and I will never return. Spread the word.

This is one of the worst hole in the wall shops ive ever seen. They have a horrible mark up, its a waste of time and money to even step in their door. I bought a Vape for $70 and checked online and it was only worth $40 and they said they could do nothing for me not even when I mentioned the expired juice they sold me. For the sake of not wasting your money take your business elsewhere there are many real shops in the area the dont treat their customers this poorly.

I went to Pipe Dreams this afternoon and I couldnt be more happy with the staff and my purchase. I previously visited this shop when the former owners were still there and it was a mess. Just dont shop here. Gas station glass! Not professional glass! its dirty, everything is Dusty and the guy who owns it is a big fat nasty vulgar slob who smokes the whole time youre in there and its just a gross unprofessional Place, go somewhere professional, clean with good service and Quality Glass, this glass is just knock off glass its cheap, they dont come from a glass artist its just cheap gas station glass thats been sitting there for years and honestly I dont know how theyve been in business this whole time. Smokology is right around the corner, so is mystic, so is many other high-quality shops go there instead

Awesome store! They have a huge collection of smoking accessories but what sold me was the atmosphere. The shelves & walls are lined with collectibles and old toys, movie props, handmade art, etc. really cool place. Pipe Dreams 5th Dimension is a hidden gem of Orlando that everyone should visit at least once. Stop by Hookah Dreams next door too.

Genesis is one of the best employees they have here at pipe dreams. She always points me in the right direction and answers any questions me and my boyfriend have about any of the product. She is so sweet and very helpful.

I bought some jerky there and over night I look at it and it has mold already growing. Of course theres no refunds. All the stuff there is stuff I saw years ago. They didnt have any updated scales or grinders. Its like they are trying to get rid of everything before they get new stuff. Ill never go to any pipe dreams named stores. I wouldnt even recommend that any of my friends attempt. I drove there thinking it would be a great experience and left with a belly ache and disappointment.

Johnathan was awesome! Hookah flavor was amazing. Atmosphere is stellar. Drinks are tasty. Overall relaxing good vibes all around. Definitely a go to stop.

Very nasty mean racist store tall caucasian guy , myself being caucasian/black experienced racism. The place stinks. And the cx service is horrible, I’ve heard them talking about black people, and GAY PEOPLE, as I was walking around there shelf. Also they kicked me out because I saw the insect “roach” on a glass and I was talking to my husband and said “babe look it’s a roach lol”, which we are a gay black couple, the lady and him told me to get out, and I asked her was she joking she said no I asked why she said there are certain words I cannot use I said okay and kindly walked out and she told me I could come back, so next week I came back for coal for my hookah and the guy yelled get out and I asked why he said because you said words we don’t use here five different occasions and different days so your band here, which honest god isn’t true what so ever. He lied to keep me out and then told me That he would “call the cops on me”. Please don’t support this company there very rude and mean and nasty I went home and cried because I couldn’t believe I experienced racism against my own kind there are several different smoke shops in altamonte please do your self a favor and google map them, however the guy that owns the hookah smoke shop on the back end of the building is very kind very nice. Still go to him faithfully but they make me feel very uncomfortable I may have to take my business else where.

Cant sale to me today, I cant buy from you tomorrow.You should teach consistency to your employees about terms to use and not to use. The tall guy, who I presume is the owner, asked me to leave because of a term I used that I have used in the shop many of times with his employees with no warning or anything otherwise. Then wouldnt sale to me. Guy should either train his employees better or issue a sort of warning before wasting peoples time and gas, especially when they call ahead to check you have the product.What a waste of flesh.

Bought the mystifire Feb 22. Asked the clerk to verify everything was in the box and it worked since there is a no return policy. The heat knob was broken (had to use a dowel rod) 2 herb holders missing and the fan works intermittently. When I called for help they told me that was the risk I was taking but since they didnt give me a receipt the manufacturer wont fix it. Buyer beware. They will sell you broken incomplete stock and then blame you.

The owner is so annoying. Dont let you see anything, doesnt know anything about the products he is selling l, and also has an attitude like i am going to still something. Before it was amazing place. Now suck, the customer service is horrible and the owner is so bas as a customer service. NOT buy nothing here anymore

Did IT work for them. Bounced check. Owes me over $400. Cant even pay their employees and probably wont be able to pay me at all... Bad business. Aside of that, everything there is overpriced and even though they know me, they consistently badger me to see my I.D. when I walk in...

Came in for a detox drink and left with a few things we had to have! He even have is a free gift for spending so much. Great place now that there is me ownership!

They wouldnt let me in the store becuase i wouldnt let them hold on to my four hundred dollar motorcycle helmet. Im sorry but you dont ask for a persons personal belongings becuase your scared i might bump into something and brake it. Guess ill just continue to go to mystic where if they break it they cry but if you break it you buy it.

This place is terrible. Go to FAIRVILLA or FANTASY CACHE or PREMIER ADULT FACTORY in Orlando instead.The employees are rude and obnoxious. The prices are too high. The quality of the products is poor. This place is dingy and seems dirty.DO NOT go to this store.

What happened? Last time i came, it was a warehouse wonderland of hedonism. Now its just another cookie cutter pipe shop with fetishwear. Endless aisles and rooms of every indulgence imaginable, like a flea market of sin, all gutted and blocked off by black pegboard. Such a shame

They got a new ownership and the new owner is great, customer service was great, Ive gone multiple times and its always a great experience.

This place has completely changed how people look at this establishment and how we look at the culture, everything is now pushy pushy pushy , almost the second you walk in they are trying to push some kind of product on you before you leave.I dont think Ill ever buy anything there again.

I go in and describe something as bulbed and im asked to leave. And told nothing can be sold to me. They were friendly until i said the word bulbed. Im just very confused on why that adjective is a reason to ask someone to leave.
