First time I tried to return something the guy said he couldnt do it because I didnt have a receipt. The next time I had to return something he told me they just dont do returns at all.For weeks they told me they didnt have coils in for my particular vape (Caliburn) but that they would get them in soon.. two months passed without them having them in stock until I come in one day and they tell me they arent going to sell them anymore and they cant even get anymore from the manufacturer.Ive been charged different prices for the same vape liquid when noobs are working and dont know how much to discount for buying multiple bottles. Ive also been sold the wrong type of pods for my vape and told they wont exchange them.The one guy that works there was always apathetic and unhelpful, doesnt seem like he even likes his job or wants to be there.After they stopped carrying the device I used to use, I bought a new one that I was told could be used with freebase nicotine as well as salts. When I switched to free base nicotine, it started tearing up holes in my mouth and burning my mouth. I have since quit vaping and I dont trust a word these guys say.

A great place and friendly staff but they lost a few points for a) being above average on their prices and b) lack of variety. While at first it looks like they have a lot of juices its really not that many compared to a lot of the other shops that Ive been to.Their products seems limited as well, but it appeared that that did carry those that are the most popular, so while they might not have a large quantity they did have a great quality of products and juices.The sales clerk was extremely nice and helpful and welcoming. The ambiance was wonderful with a nice lounge area for skittle and relaxing. A build area with tools and elegant displays.Overall a good shop and a nice place to vape and chill.

I love this shop! Great product and great customer service. But i really feel as though the manager Bobby is being underutilized in the shop setting. He has so much more to offer the company! But all in all, 10/10 definitely coming back

Came into town for a chef convention and needed QUALITY juice and came here to Vapor Safari, BEST CHOICE I could pick in Orlando. Benji was cool as hell, helpful and knowledgeable. I suggest coming here if you want to vape quality juices and buy top of the line mods! You can order stuff on the online store if visiting and if you live here I would suggest making this you shop. I will be back when in town and will definitely be ordering a new mod from them. Ask for Benji.

I bought a vape and did not try it before I left and it did not work when i got home and tried it. I reached out and explained that to them and they said the best they can do for me is offer me 20% to buy another one! When I was purchasing they kept trying to give me a display item that everyone touched on especially during covid that’s extremely unsanitary! Overall Horrible experience with this store I’m never going back again and I hope nobody else trusts a gadget from here

Awesome business to visit. They have a lounge with a ps4 for the patrons. They have a great selection of flavors and a good assortment of products. Theres a very desirable atmosphere, with the feel of a cigar lounge. Overall, my experience was great and I will definitely go back and I recommend this shop to everyone in the area that vapes.

Great atmosphere... quality products at reasonable prices. Knowledgeable staff who are approachable and helpful. No Suh dudes here. New owners are financially capable of maintaining store inventory...its the home of Jam Monster after all!

These guys rock, they are super helpful and know their products. There is a nice pool table and lounge area with a TV if you like to hang out. And there is great Vietnamese food next door @iPho2, and ice cream at Mango7

Had a great experience shopping here. You guys helped me and talked me through the whole process. Harrison is awesome at figuring out what mod you need and will help you pick out the perfect juice.

Fast, friendly service, all the guys there are extremely knowledgeable and can help you with any setup i know of. They only carry high quality, high vg juices and authentic hardware. Everyone i know who vapes goes to vapor safari, and for good reason.

I walked in to get cartridges for my Phix but the gentleman was so courteous and knowledgeable I walked out with an entire vaporizer setup with some new strawberry Jam Monster juice!!
