Gary is the best. Always coming through with great recommendations and great prices. This is one of those places where you start going here and you become a regular customer and establish a relationship with the business. Been going here for 4 years. The new location is awesome!

I was visiting from out of town from Oklahoma and my vape ran out so I just found the closest one to me and it happened to be the absolute best vape place I have EVER been to. The guy was amazing and hilarious and the 2 people who were in there were very clear they dont go anywhere else either. Every vape is $20 flat if you use cash, no matter what brand or how many puffs it says on the box. Made it easy! I didnt have cash on me but I had money on my cash app card and the employee saved me $3 of credit card fees and let me just send his boss $20 through his cash app. If youre in the area and theres one closer dont waste your time drive a little bit farther for the better service and the great deals. The employee and the 2 customers helped me pick a flavor and Im not complaining what so ever. Thank you so much for an amazing experience! Im sorry I cant always get my vapes from them or I would. Next time Im in Destin, though. I will be back! ☁️ 💙 🤍

The owner, Gary, was working tonight when I stopped by his shop for the first time. He was very helpful and let me try a vape before I bought it. He gave me recommendations on products I’ve never tried before. It’s obvious that he loves his job and helping people. I didn’t know the store was about to close because he took his time and was very kind, didnt rush me and just locked up behind me. One of the best vape shops in town because of the workers there. Stephen is helpful and considerate, he always helps me find exactly what I want. Gary is also really cool and is nice and helps as well. They both are really chill and are cool to just hang and talk to. 5/5 would recommend

They also have a big selection of disposables and a bunch of flavors. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good vape shop that will answer all your questions. Courteous and professional staff. Fantastic selection to choose from. Probably the best prices in the area as well. But when dealing with this sort of item customer service is very important. They are extremely helpful with novice vapors. I met the owner at anchor pontoon boat rentals in Fort Walton.Super nice guy, And has a great staff. 2 thumbs up for this place.

Stephen has to be one of the most professional and productive people I have ever met in my life, I came into the shop a few months ago not knowing anything about vaping whatsoever. He helped me firsthand to pick out what he thinks best suits me and my needs, Ive been trying to stop smoking for a very long time and every other vape shop I have been to prior has been entirely unhelpful with helping me get setup. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs juice or hardware, with thier fair prices and exceptional staff you just cant beat it.

Ive never stepped foot in a better vape shop, they run great deals from time to time so make sure to watch out for them and sign up for thier reward system. All in all its a great experience, they have an upstairs to hang out as well as friendly staff that will have no problem to answer any questions you have. One of the best vapor shops on the area, definitely a must if you are just as into it as I am.

Go in all the time and they have disposables that other stores no longer carry. Always great atmosphere and can have conversations with the staff and not feel rushed. Stephen and his staff are always helpful.

Really enjoy going to water cloud. The customer service is on top of their game. They always answer all my questions and is welling to help with what ever problem I have. Not to mention it a great chill spot for when the friends and I just want to just chill and play pool in the upstairs lounge.. Its like a hookah bar but for vapors..

Ive been with this company since they were a kiosk at the mall. These guys are the best and from what ive seen most knowledgeable shop in the area. Everytime ive been and from multiple people ive seen the needs were always meet. Lastly they have a great juice selection with awesome prices.

My favorite shop, super helpful even if you’re new to vaping! They always have the most popular vapes for sale, house juices and big brand juice. Stop by if you want to try some new flavors or just need a coil. I recommend to all my friends!

Right inside the mall next to the old Navy entrance, great staff and great prices never gonna shop anywhere else for vaping needs. Stephen and a young bearded guy helped me out alot and they were super friendly, I believe his name was Harry.

Watercloud is the best place to go for any vaping needs. The people are so nice and the atmosphere is always relaxing. I love how they will mix any flavors of juices you want to create the flavor you crave. Great place for sure.

Absolutely enormous selection of Mods,E-Juice, RDAs, RTAs and coils. My favoriteE-juice there is Lucky Roller. The staff are friendly and very helpful at getting you what youre looking for. The upstairs lounge is an awesome place to hangout and vape with your friends. They have a pool table, a couch and some really cool lighting. Definitely one of the coolest shops in Fort Walton.

Every time I go into this shop, these guys do something that is disgusting to me. First visit in, one of the employees removed a cap from a large bottle of e juice with his mouth! Last visit(ever again) on 8/8/16 @ 12 noon an employee bit his gum started touching his wound with his bare hands, then started assembling a 30ml dripper that was going to hold my juice!!!! He literally touched the glass piece that goes into the juice with spit/blood on his freaking fingers!!!! These guys are all disgusting!!!!! He wasted my freaking money because I through that bottle away the moment I left. Will never go back again. Will never recommend this place to anybody.

Facebook page says they open at 10am. Google reviews says they open at 11am. Regardless its 11:15 and no one is here and the phone is turned off. No signage indicating why theyre not open during normal business hours and we called yesterday asking if theyd be open today. Waste of an hour out of our vacation

Theres really nothing in there and when I was asking about the fake thc carts he didnt even know what to tell me. Didnt even know the products he was selling.

Not a great experience coming from another state and expecting a quality lineup of juice and then be charged $1 just to try a juice in a tank thats been sitting on a shelf for who knows how long, not a great experience at all.
