I’ve been coming to Boardwalk Vapes since I moved here not long ago, and honestly, its been such an awesome spot. The owner is super kind – like, every time I walk in, theres this warm vibe that just makes you feel welcome, you know? He is always enthusiastic, and not in that just-for-sales kind of way. It feels genuine, like hes really glad to see you. Plus, he really knows his stuff, so I always end up learning something new, which is a bonus. His employee, Ricky, is just the same. I see him every once in a while but when i do he brings that same positive attitude and willingness to help. I think it’s respectful how, even when the boss isn’t around, he meets you just the same as he would if he was standing over his shoulder. The shop itself has a great selection, and its clear they put a lot of thought into what they stock. Its not just about the sale; they want to make sure youre getting something youll enjoy. That care for customer satisfaction is super apparent. It really is the combo of top-notch service, the friendly atmosphere, and the their legit enthusiasm that makes Boardwalk Vapes stand out and definitely keeps me coming back!!

I stopped in this place one time and was asked to give my phone number for something with the promise I wont be spammed. Ive had 3 different phone numbers spam me from this place. Edit you need to allow me to get off the list, you changing numbers and continuing to send me stuff I dont want. Its spam.

Guy working was more worried about starting conversation with the guy that came in while I was there that was clearly a friend of the shop as he just walked in and behind the counter to grab what he wanted. It was almost as if as soon as the other guy walked in the person working forgot I was there. Not a great first impression of a store. Only 2 stars because the liquid I got is great.

I had an fantastic experience at this location and will definitely come back again when I’m in the area. My associate Ricky was by far very knowledgeable and calmly took his time to explain every product in great detail that I had an inquiry about and helped me and my bestie find the best vape for each of our needs. We went in just for coils for our vape. My girlfriend had been wanting a bong for a while. Steven there was amazing and went above and beyond. Very good asset to the team. The sale there was amazing and Steven did such a good job upselling. We ended up walking out with two bongs and coils!!!! The store is super clean and their customer service is always the best.

Boardwalk Vapes in Fort Walton Beach is the best place to go. Ive had the best experience at both their old location and at their new one. Both men who have helped me have gone above and beyond to answer all my questions, help me pick out the right products and have helped educate me on many of their CBD based inventory to help me with my pain issues due to my auto immune arthritis. I highly recommend giving your business to them whether youre a long time vaper, or just getting started. I wont go anywhere else.

Went in because I was going to run out of cbd gummies from the company i was ordering it from and they were super helpful. the loyalty program is also cool for regular buyers of vape/cbd products

When I walked into the store, immediately I was offered good customer service. They were very knowledgable, and confident in their products, which gave off a very good vibe. Their house juices smell great and I look forward to breaking into the bottle that I got. Excellent all around!

I have no real knowledge of vape systems, but Dillon really helped me out with selecting the right system for my needs. The store was in order and the staff is really helpful. Never was I treated like the dumb customer that I pretty much was. Ill be back for my vaping needs. There was also a pretty large section set aside of CBD products for those looking CBD products.2023: I guess this business moved, because its location marker moved from a location just behind Longhorns steakhouse, which is where my initial encounter took place.Update, I went to the location at the corner of ME cutoff and Hollywood. I dont remember the guys name there, but he was very professional and very helpful to help me out. I could not have gotten better CS from him. Hes an asset.

Great customer service, always polite, and knowledgeable when Im not 100% on something. This is my go-to store hands down. They also have a Military discount on Mondays. Good selection of ejuices, mods & disposables are priced well and they carry a lot of coils. Cant speak for the CBD sode of the house, but they appear very well stocked there too!

Raquel got me set up with a new tank less likely to result in user error. Very friendly when explaining how to avoid user error. She also had some great juice recommendations.

My family and I stopped into the store front in FWB today after being referred by a kind gentleman at the Harbor Walk in Destin. He mentioned Boardwalk Vapes would be well worth the drive and we must agree! Brandon was informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. We cannot thank him enough for being so helpful and good-spirited! Next time we make the trip from Louisiana to Florida, we will certainly stop by again. Hands down the best shop in a 50 mile radius. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff and always something new to browse through juice and gear wise. If youre shopping anywhere else you are wasting your time and not getting the best value for your hard earned money.

As a customer in the local area, Ive felt that the vapor movement rests oh so kindly at this business. The staff are very friendly, will listen, have plenty of knowledge about each and every product, and the choice of juices are AMAZING. I highly recommend the High Voltage juice for the hard working, must move fast energy cadets. It has a small trace of caffeine and vitamin B12 and the effects are certainly noticeable. This shop also is a CBD oil carrier and its safe to say, it works wonders for any kind of stress or bodily pain. Long story short, this store is the bees knees!

This is my favorite vapor store in the area ! I have been family friends with Christian DeArcos family since 2001 . (owner of store) its always a pleasant surprise to see his father there, they have such great energy ! They have a great selection of ejuices to suit everyone (I am very picky when it comes to taste and their in house juice is much better than any of tried from other stores around) I give 5 stars, the employees are as helpful and polite as can be !

Ive been in here a few times and each time the employees are helpful, friendly and willing to answer all my questions... And I have a lot. The employees no matter how new make sure I find everything I am looking for and introduce me to new items that I may like as well.The website is very informative as well.

When I went in there there was a women in her early20 just hanging out in there with her I would say 3year old son not cool.. you have cameras look over them and I asked why he was in here she said well there is no one in here I said wow... So yes there was a 3 year old in your store playing your bean bag game that you throw there the hole... Just saying you should check your employees the kid with black hair. I also told him if the feds walk in here with a minor here he could be charged... I have no reason to lie so Mr. Owner yes you did have a 3 year old hanging inside your store....

Raquel and Ricky and amazing. They are very knowledgeable of all the products and are genuinely nice people. The prices are reasonable and the product and selection are even better. This has become go to vape shop.

I have been buying from here for at least 4 years, they used to send care packages to deployed service members and ship to APO boxes for military members who live in different countries. They no longer do either, now I have to pay more money locally (£45=$60 here in England) ... It does NOT cost any more money to ship to APO than it does anywhere in the states because it is a military base! Very disappointing to not support troops who are still fighting for your freedom...

Though they have vape products, I was deceived into thinking it was a CBD store, though they sell CBD the place I was looking for was actually on the other end of the plaza..when I approached the young man there he ensured me this was the place and before I bought their CBD I went searching down the plaza and I found an all exclusive CBD store which matched the photos and description I was looking for, im only giving 1 star because I felt the gentleman was being dishonest in the representation of what their store was when he probably knew I was not in the right place, knowing its a vape store thats not CBD exclusive and that they knew theres a CBD store in the plaza that was, and that made me very dissapointed in a lack if honesty.

Staff is always friendly, the reward their regular shoppers eel and treat everyone with respect and great care. Literally the only vape shop I visit. Great selection of disposables and CBD products 💕

Generally not my favorite shop, customer service is pretty mediocre compared to other shops in the area, the selection is fairly shoddy, their not changing with the times so their somewhat outdated.However on occasion i find something I like, i stopped by yesterday, dealt with a guy with no customer service skills, i was going to make a purchase however his attitude just left me with the conclusion that i didnt wanna do business here.I was smelling ejuices, did not try vaping a single product however to my surprise upon walking out, the cashier actually followed me outside and yelled out that i must pay for sampling.I responded i didnt sample sh!# because obviously i did not, simply did a smell test on all of them, no sampling.Anyways to make it short i walked back in paying 53 cents for a sampling that never took place.Obviously not a professional way of customer service.If you find yourself in this shop and you see this incredibly over weight guy with tattoos on his legs, proceed with caution, hes a dousche bag, i dont like name calling however no other words can fit as well.I will avoid this shop for here on out.

I have got to say yes I did have a few problems at first but Christia DeArco the owner ofthe store got ahold of me in less then 24 hrs to see what all was going on and in a heart beat he fixed my problem in no time.. also the seals person that has helped me several times Tyler is one of the best seals rep you could ask for i walked in he put down what he was doing and came straight to my attention.. I will be going back and spending all my money with them just because how fast,nice and want all there costumes to be happy with there products.. I bought a vape been 3 months ago and after a few weeks it started to mess up so I went in and bought another one.. well now 2 weeks later this new one is leaking out all the juice and spitti g fire on my lips ... I have replaced the coil several times. So I go back to palm beach vapes and they dont wana at least get me a new tank they can look at the pen and see its never been dropped and it still is brand new .. dont ever go there they are a RIP off and over charge bad

Poor selection. The store seems like the vape is to cover the CBD so they are just considered a CBD store. Costumer service was pretty good needed a bit of work. Definitely better shops around town.
