Went here late one night looking for a vape for my cart and the second I asked for help I was met at the counter by Steve-o. He wouldn’t let me buy anything until he knew it worked 100%. Let me try different products and was upfront with me about cost and the life expectancy of the item. Great guy, and great smoke shop, cant recommend it enough.

I love this place, customer service is always top tier and the prices they have are always a hit. 10/10 recommend!! Steve and Tony really make you feel comfortable regardless of the questions you have.

Great products but I wouldn’t trust anything besides the smoking accessories. Dude literally gave me a “joint” with diamonds and live resin….i knew it was sus so I didn’t smoke it but examined it. Diamonds were actually sugar and the herbs inside were pretty much oregano. You can smell the sugar when I decided to burn it and see what it smelled like. I smoke, I grow, and I work in the industry. This was not a real joint. Don’t get scammed by his “Cali” products

Yesterday I went to purchase an evolve plus XL. It did not work or charge. I went back to the store and the person working at the store tried a different charger. The unit did not work. He then gave me an evolve D and told me that it works for Herb and wax, that is not true so I had to go back a third time and he gave me an evolve plus/ argued that you can put wax on that coil when you CANNOT and didn’t even refund me the difference so I paid $60 almost for A $30 pen. He then put the broken chrome elvolve plus XL back on the shelf. Very disappointed I’ve shopped here for years and this is the worst customer service ever.

Total rip off, almost $80 for two posh vapes when it costs less at the other vape store. Never coming back to this overpriced store. They dont even tell you your total until youve paid.

I bought two vapes for $30 and one of them ended up defective. It has no flavor, tastes bitter, and I spent a lot of money to continuously have a defective vape. Was not my first experience like this here.

This is seriously an awesome shop. When I moved here, I was not looking forward to finding a new usual shop as I was so attached to the one back home. Now, I go here for everything! When my mod broke, the man working behind the counter really did hook it up with a great new one and even threw in some free batteries because of my situation. I came back because the mod was burning through coils super fast (which I understand is a common problem with Smok). Because they are so knowledgeable of their product, they recommended an alternative coil that they said not only provides better flavor but also lasts longer and man they were right!! I am so satisfied with T-Town that I dont think Ill go to any other shop!

Terrible selection and overpricedI was looking for a downstem for my bong and there was maybe 3-4 ones total, not types, but total, and none fit of course. I was in before for a bowl piece for another bong and the selection was meager. Also, $15 for the Raw hemp wick? I understand its rather long but you can go to the Southside and get double the wick for half the price. I came here because it was close and sort of convenient. But with that selection and those prices? Id rather wait until Im by a quality smoke/glass shop. Nothing wrong with the customer service by the way, but that just isnt enough to keep my business.

I’ve been going here for over a year and I’ve never once had a bad encounter with any of the employees, Tony and Austin always know what they are talking about, not only do they help you out with everything you need but They are very friendly people. This is one solid vape shop. Wish they had a larger selection of wire for building and drippers. But as far as juice and devices, they have just about everything you will need. Deal with confidence. Came here to buy a mod starter kit today for my fiances birthday coming up in a week saw many reviews on yelp about this place decided to check it out for myself I met the manager Tony who I heard is a friendly guy who knows his products and is very informative on what is asked with what your looking for customer service was excellent, first time coming here got a discount from Tony definitely will be coming back here for sure i recommend this vape shop for first time vape users or experienced ones its right off the Roy Ave 318 bus stop a just a 3 minute walk from there to Roberta Ave love the vibes i got from stepping inside everything is well organized lit up😍😍😍👌

Prices are ok, but employees are not knowledgeable about products they sell. Ive received bad advice on more than one occasion. Store does not stand behind any product they sell. They actually gave me the wrong coils on one occasion & would not exchange them!

This is why its important to give things a second chance. My issue was fixed a lot quicker than i anticipated and went above and beyond for it. Will definitely be going back for vape juice refills whenever needed

Great management, they have a good selection of bowls, bongs, Rigs, adapters, vapes, juices, etc. all for great prices. They also will hold raffles and have dope special deals that you really don’t see other vape shops doing.

Left my vape at home which is an hour away from work here in Melrose Park. Luckily T Town is open nice and early, so I didnt have to go without nicotine for too long. I typically research and buy online but since this was last a last minute decision, Austin was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Helped me choose a new kit and they had batteries available that were charged and ready to go. If youre thinking about quitting smoking and transitioning to vape instead, stop in and talk to Austin. Hell get you set up and answer any questions you may have.

I called yesterday asking if they had pods for a lostvape orion DNA go pro. I was told that they had orion q coils that might fit. Little did I know until I did my research that the coils have a resistance of 1 ohm and that it isnt a compatible resistance for my mod. Now Im stuck with pods that I cant use.
