Wonderful, friendly people here. They are very helpful and recently went above and beyond my expectations when a mod I bought recently began having problems. True, they have a smaller selection than some other stores I have visited, but they cheerfully help you find a flavor.

Have been coming here for a while, and will continue to come here. They have been extremely helpful with mods and d8 suppliments. Recommended to anyone who either has BEEN vaping and people who are looking to start. 10/10 service with the outstanding staff and products.

Great little Vape Shop the staff is extremely knowledgeable and they always share their knowledge with you. They always make great recommendation on juices. When you buy equipment there they always set it up for you prime it and you walk out with your stuff ready to go. You dont need to ask they just do it.

I called today (9/1) to check if a particular product was in stock to avoid driving an hour round trip to be let down. The employee who answered the phone told me they had gotten a fresh shipment. However, when I arrived I was told they did not have what I called about and they offered no alternatives. I would love for the owners to tell me that they must have sold out in the 30 minutes from phone call to arrival but we all know this to be untrue. Your staff didn’t check to make sure they had the one product about which I was calling. This is just down right LAZY! Your establishment is a waste of time and overpriced. Please, for you own sake, shop anywhere else.Disclaimer: I am a former employee and even after leaving the job still continued to patronize the Vapin stores. Overpriced equipment caused me to leave. They had a particular mod for sale that I was going to buy, but it was $100 in the store and it sells online for $55-$65 brand new from reputable dealers. Salesman tried to sell me a $60 one since that was my price range, but the one he showed me can be had for $25-$30 online.I hope they get enough business in the future that allows them to lower their prices. Otherwise I wont be returning.

For this being my first time around ‘Vape’ anything, I was very impressed! I walked into the Hobart location today with hopes that I could actually learn something after a non-informational visit to the Valparaiso location yesterday. Fortunately, Max and his awesome staff and friends were very comforting and didn’t make me feel like an idiot. Granted, I am aware that I know absolutely nothing at the moment. They all treated me as a friend and did their best to help me out! I’m excited to visit again and learn more with each encounter! Thanks guys!

These guys are great, being a first time vaper they hooked me up with all that i needed with some great advice plus knew their products well. Friendly service that was second to none , will definitely be using them again. Cheers lads !

I went in yesterday bought new coils ,cotton and juice at a good price not over like others posted 13.99 for a 30ml bottle not bad. And the staff was very nice to talk to I Will be back if I need to restock my stuff

$34.99 for a 120 Ml is a CRIMINALLY HIGH price for juice. Youre getting these bottles for 15 dollars max at whole sale. 200% profit margin. Literally every shop around this town is charging less for juice. They never stock new product. I have had an Orion from Lost Vape since it came out and was just told at the shop today that theyd be getting them soon. Cotton and Coils and Vaporz Vault have had them since release and stock the coils. I will not be returning to this shop until they adjust their prices to the rest of the area. Word of advice for someone who has worked in a shop, stop staffing two people every day because you dont need it. If youre charging that much for vape juice and youre not making profits, youre spending too much on labor. Not to mention every time Ive been here, Ive been the only one in and both guys are sitting down, not doing anything. I worked at a shop 10 times busier and handled rush hours by myself.

Bought something that didn’t work with my cartridge. It was broke but wouldn’t refund me even tho I didn’t leave. Thanks for taking my hard earned money

I went in to purchase a JUUL and was going to buy them except that the price was too high. I told them that and was looking for something less expensive and when I couldnt find anything was told in a sarcastic tone, Why dont you try family express... I did purchase them from Speedway for HALF the price. Why dont you check your competition? Never will I go back.

I came in thinking about getting a vape since I like to smoke when Im having drinks. I didnt know anything about vapes, but Zach talked me through all the different products and helped me find the right one for me. He and his colleagues in the story were super friendly and not pressure sales people. I ended up getting the iStick and a few recommended juices, and I love it.Ill definitely be back , especially when I can get my brothers to give it a try instead of smoking!

These people had the worst attitudes when I went in. I will never go back there. From now on, I will be going to Vapor and More, where I can get friendly service and reasonable prices. This place is way overpriced on there juices and mods.

Sent my sister to pick me up 2 coils last night. They were the wrong ones and eventhough 1 was opened cody exchanged them for the right ones free of charge very friendly knowledgable guy! Thanx cody

Prices are way to high... Coils are the same price whether youre buying 1 or 100. Just doesnt make sense. Salespeople are like a high pressure car dealership, ready to pounce the minute you walk in the door. Never thought anything in indiana would be more expensive than chicago... But comparing to this place chicago is a bargain. Get your mods, coils and juices in the chi.

I have been a loyal customer until today july 4th the bosses told the employees not to answer the phone for what ever reason and to leave early not to mention something that is 65$ else where is 100+ here its way over priced and the juices have went down hill and im all about buying at brick n morter shops but from now on i will do my buying onlineCharged me 68$ for a clone that was 14$ online crazy money hungry and will talk bad about every other store

Sells expired, spoiled vape juice and refuses to exchange or refund. On repeat. Wish they would test it themselves, they would know how effing nasty it is. Lost two customers.

These people KNOW what they are talking about! Oils are made in the USA! & are mostly vegetable oil & juice! No popcorn lung here as far as I know.
