I had an amazing experience. I had lost a lot of weight and ended up with lipo, skin tightening, and a tummy tuck. My recovery was amazing. Everyone is amazing especially Dr Vega and Dr Diana.

I love coming to Biotech! The girls that work there are attentive, professional and very sweet. They explain everything in detail and the entire office is exceptionally clean. Dr. Trini Vega is such a wonderful doctor. He is patient and kind. And his work is amazing. He has helped me with various issues and always with a great outcome. I absolutely love the office right when you walk in. It smells so good. The receptionist David was super sweet and polite. The doctor did such a great job on my Botox. Dr Trini is very professional and honest. I went for a consultation for lipo and he recommended exercise and diet before even thinking about surgery. Best Doctor there is! Today I got my lips filled by Dr. Vega, he was so nice and explained everything he was going to do as well as answer any questions i had. Dr. Vega and everybody that works for him is very nice and professional. The spa is very clean and the prices are also very reasonable. I never considered getting full body laser hair removal because I just assumed it was too expensive, but a friend told me to just check and see how much it was and I was pleasantly surprised. The location is also right in aventura at the promenade shops, so it’s super convenient for me because I live in aventura and there is also lots of parking always. It was my first treatment so far for the laser hair removal. I can’t wait to see the results. (Also it didn’t hurt as much as I though it would) I highly recommend this spa.

I purchased a 6 month laser hair removal treatment. I paid in full and each visit would get asked for payment and then would have to wait until they found my profile to verify. They can never find my profile right away. 3 months into treatment, my upper lip still has hair and has barely made a difference. I call to reschedule my 4th appointment to find out that they are NO LONGER OFFERING LASER HAIR REMOVAL TREATMENTS!!! I am highly upset as Ive already started the treatment process and NO ONE CALLED ME TO NOTIFY! I was told I would get a refund in January, 2-3 weeks from today (12/23/19). THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and spoke to an office manager who assured me I would get a call back today with my refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS wellness center. This place is completely unprofessional! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY with this place. How dare they start treatments to then cancel mid to halfway through treatment!!

I did 12 full body sessions of Laser hair removal at Biotech Wellness center. After a year of this painful and expensive treatment, not only do i still have hair everywhere, but i have these red little bumps all over my thighs that i have never had before. I called Biotech 4 different times and each time they told me to leave my name and phone number and someone would get back to me. It has been weeks and i have not received a call back.
