This is literally the best massage Ive ever had, and I go here regularly now! Mariano is super talented and really works out all those tensions so well. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an excellent massage treatment!

Mariano has a gift. He gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. He used his 20+ years of experience to hone in on exactly what my body needed. Also important, I felt totally safe and comfortable with him. He used every method, aromatherapy, cupping, hot stones, heavy heated blanket, music …but his hands GOOD GOD. The price was $200 for 90 minutes which is a great price for Miami. Do yourself a favor and book with him! You might just make a new friend 🥰

I purchased the spa package with a facial, and it was wonderful. The massage therapist uses natural salts and treatments that are one of a kind. He was attentive to knots and is great at applying pressure. The facial was rejuvenating and resurfaced my combination skin. The space is eclectic and unassuming, but clean and quaint! The prices are reasonable and the therapist knows what he is doing!!!

Got a neck and back massage from Stewart Cirolo today and it was by far the best massage experience I have ever had. I’ve needed sports massages for years and this was by far the best one ever. Very clean, very relaxed, and the location is awesome. Not to mention you are getting a true professional at his craft. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend to any and all people in need of a massage. Thank you again!

I highly recommend Stewart for anyone looking for back / shoulder pain relief. I was in town for a conference and my right shoulder / traps area was crippling me with a constant dull pain. I was staying at a hotel nearby that had an in-house spa but was so excited to find Stewart at Bodies Kneaded. Although I was skeptical having to pay the full amount upfront, the reviews convinced me to check it out. I had a 60min physio massage and my back felt a lot looser right after. The pain went away on the second day and Im on day 4 still without any issues. Thanks so much Stewart!

Walked on here on a whim while in Miami for vacation and I received the most relaxing, soothing deep tissue massage. If I could, Id fly here from Michigan every week for a massage. Thank you for the best massage!

I never leave reviews but this deep tissue massage was wonderful. Stewart did an amazing job finding and focusing on my problem areas. Much better than any overpriced hotel spa massage I’ve ever had. I felt looser and more energized after my 60 mins. Amazing job. On my next visit to Miami, I will 100% be booking an appointment with Stewart :-)

Stewart is a top-notch masseur. As a local it took me way too long to find this place but I can never go back to an overpriced spa again. I did all the rounds of hotel spas, spa week, etc. but found nobody near as good at the work of relieving tense muscles as Stewart. This is a friendly, caring local business that does great work: highly recommend!

Stewart is the BEST! Hes so kind and so gracious and you can tell he really truly cares about his work. Ive only had one other deep tissue massage and I hated it! It felt like I was getting beat up the entire time LOL Stewart does the deep tissue and he really works to break up the knots, but he does just as much after care and soothing so its not just a painful experience the entire time. The aromatherapy is the cherry on top. Peppermint and lavender are my favorite scents and its wafting all throughout the room and in his oils and lotions he uses. I was literally floating the rest of the day ♡♡ $ well spent and will be back!

What a wonderful, warm and inviting studio with very kind, helpful, professional, empathetic management and staff. As important, the actual therapies and services offered are top-notch and meet a variety of kneads (haha!).My experience has been with Lenny, who has provided me with acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, and deep tissue massage... all to great effect. She is very knowledgable and skilled, empathetic and helpful. Im very grateful to her for her help.I consider myself to be reasonably experienced with therapeutic services -- over many years, across several continents, in many countries, in big hotels, chic big city brands etc, and Id put Bodies Kneaded at the top of that stack. Dont hesitate to book!

Wow what a great spa! My friend and I traveled here on vacation and last minute booked a 90 minute massage and facial. They aren’t kidding — great quality without the high resort spa prices. Excellent massage, worked out the kinks. Picos and Stewart did a fabulous job making us feel like a million bucks!

Has to be the #1 spot in South Beach for a true deep tissue massage. Stewart is a master at his craft and understands where knots occur and how to relieve them. You walk out feeling like you’re walking on air. This is a MUST GO massage destination for anyone who wants a real massage experience.

After a long history of chronic pain i finally found relief. The deep tissue massage for my cervical area was just what the doctor ordered!! I highly recommend Bodies Kneaded, as they are professional, well experienced in their field, and mostly i dont need surgery now!!!

Oh my god the therapist was so rude because I asked about his certification! And because I was having doubts if he know how to do deep tissue massage! Because it was obvious he didn’t know how and didn’t know how to do deep tissue massage he’s good in regular massage but no and he kept putting pressure on the bone of the lower back which is not healthy and non of the therapist that I did deep tissue massage did before it was annoying not in a good way !

Great massage! Called at 6pm on Saturday, and though he had closed early, he came back to give a massage!! This was a great deep tissue massage from a real practitioner; not the expensive, fingertip rub-down at the hotel spas!

Took my wife for a facial and i for a deep tissue massage. Great experience overall! My wife loved her result and so did I. This will be our go to every time we come to south beach 🏖.

Cannot say enough nice things about this little gem tucked away in South Beach. Very friendly, professional and they know how to deliver a deep tissue. I suffer from computer pain and stress. He knew exactly how to reach, release and relieve those sore muscles. Excellent services with outstanding staff and value.

Im on vacation in Miami and wanted to get a massage. I made an appointment for a 45 minute massage. Which cost $100. Totally worth the money. Im a male and was hoping for a woman therapist but was kind of let down when the same guy enetered the room. Within 15 minutes I totally forgot it was even a man, he was very professional about things and did a very great job, therefor I didnt care anymore. I felt great afterwards. Id give it a 5 star if they had an option for a female therapist. Maybe they do have them but werent working that day? Great place though, recommend it. Cool art work inside as well. Ms Piggy.

What a lovely, cool spa. Been coming here for years. Soothing, relaxing vibe, the best masseuses and colorful pop art that is sure to lift your spirits. Very professional and clean. I highly recommend!

Please avoid at all costs. Made an appointment with them, arrived 15 mins, informed them hat I would be late, they text back telling me its not an issue. Paid $20 in an Uber just to get there and find the door was locked, and then they text me that they won’t let me come, and my card is bogus, which it was not. Total waste of my day. Very rude staff, super overpriced anyway.
