Extremely disappointed with how bad I got scammed here. Came in looking for a delta 8 disposable, asked for assistance the guy rang it up and once I realized it was 89.00 he refused to reverse the transaction. Looked up how much these urb disposables were online and they are only $30. Complete rip job and terrible they will do that to customers.I was there traveling and I never plan on coming back. I want a refund

I will most definitely not be coming back. You made me feel so humiliated, and angry. I never once thought vapor plus was trying to cheat me. It would have been great if you just listened to me and not immediately label me a dishonest person. You would not let me explain that sometimes the manufacturers make mistakes with packaging and send empty packages or missing pods and more. I called the company juul to see if that can happen. Yes accidents happen I never thought you would purposefully sell me an empty box. The other boxes might have been filled but for some reason mine wasn’t due to probably a packaging issue from the supplier or whatever.

Bought a 4 pack box of menthol Juul packages and placed it in my bag. When I got back to my hotel I opened up the box and to my disbelief it was empty and filled with just air. It was so weird this had never happened to me. I was a bit annoyed but I thought well it’s not the store’s fault it’s probably a juul manufacturing issue. I decided to head back and assumed that I would be able to tell the store staff the issue and would receive a replacement for free because I already paid for the empty box. I went to the store with like no money as I left it at the hotel because I thought I for sure I would not need it. The worker immediately accused me of a being a thief. There is like not many other vape places so I scrapped up like 12 bucks that was in my bag to get a 2 pack. It’s just so annoying because imagine paying like 26 bucks for juul cartilages then heading back like 10 blocks to your hotel just to open an empty box, going back to the vape store just to be insulted and then having to pay for another box of juul. Listen there is no way I would ever try to scam or do something weird to get something for free. The fact of the matter is that the box was empty I have no clue how that happened but it was. Also I wish I took a picture of the box because I didn’t even open it up all the way enough for me to take a juul package out and leave an empty juul box like they thought happened. Oh well I guess we live in a world where we don’t trust anyone.
