I’ve had this bar saved in one of my collections for a while after visiting the Gibson Room just a few blocks away. I consider this a hidden gem, much the Gibson room and a few other bars in the area. Came after dinner for the live music and walked into a jazz jam session with Russ Spiegel shredding his guitar and the rest of the trio doing their thing. I didn’t expect to enjoy some mean jazz tunes and a few Beatles classics but not bad for my first time. Sat down with a perfectly crafted Manhattan and had me a good ol’ time. The joint is nice and there’s a pool table outside with plenty of seating area, a few tables inside as well. I believe they do karaoke as well. After a few Manhattan ‘s in my system, I got the late night cravings and placed an order of wings and fries. The fries were good and the wings were also well seasoned with a side of BBQ sauce but nothing to really rave about, just decent drunk bar food that hits just right when you’re trying to sober up a little, ya know. Crowd wasn’t rowdy and the whole vibe was just chill so I like that. I’m glad more little hidden bars like these are popping up in town.

Ive been avoiding writing a review of my neighborhood watering hole, but I cant resist singing their praises. I typically only come as part of the Thursday-Saturday crowd (though my roommate is here far more often than that - theres a reason we all find ourselves here eventually), but recently went on Sunday for poker night during a three day weekend.The bartenders are literally all great, unpretentious people. Drinks range from $4 for an imperial to $9 for a Jamie ginger. No matter how many times we bring new friends here or drunkenly leave our phones behind until the next day, they always have our backs with a friendly smile. And quarters for the pool table. And a little puppy for certain nights.The redid their space inside, so seating is really only outside on the patio, or at the bar. But Jadas doesnt get so packed where you cant find a place to rest your laurels. Regulars are nice folks who dont laugh at you when you suck at pool (you have to play the previous winners, your treat), and some might even teach you to shuffle if youre that far gone that dancing to their alt-rock playlist is part of your night.I dont want to spoil too many of their secrets, but know that there are karaoke nights, burlesque nights, live music, the works. You just gotta get your way to Coral Way to find out for yourself. Pro tip: dont park across in any of the business lots - they will boot your car.

Small cozy bar tucked into a small strip along Coral Way. Hosting different events nightly ranging from Poker to Karaoke this bar attracts a lively crowd nightly.The staff and bartenders are knowledgeable, experienced and friendly; able to whip up all your cocktail favorites.In addition to having a great indoor space the outdoor patio offers great seating options as well as a large screen projector TV and pool table. Wonderful spot. Definitely will be back.

I definitely love this place. The place is nothing than a small dark space full of great people. You do not find the “trendy Miami” ones, this is more like a regular place where you can hang with your friends every day and you have a great time. I definitely recommend it to everyone who just want to go to chill and have a good time. All the staff are friendly and awesome!

This place is amazing! Karaoke is the BEST vibe all around. The crowd is amazing -- all genuinely chill, S-tier humans. If life allowed it, I would go every single Wednesday and Saturday for karaoke. The bartenders are amazing and the guy helping bus tables is always keeping the place clean, organized, offers to refill waters to keep everyone hydrated. Never got his name, but that guy is one of my favorite humans. Shout-out to the DJ, too -- shes super cool. I would recommend 1,000% to anyone looking to enjoy a good night out.

Staff is nice, but owner is a very indecently ugly inside and out. The owner was mocking customers, making fun of them. I think federal trade commission & consumer protection services must be advised. Filthy place full of low life individuals like the owner

The undisputed best bar in Miami. This place has great live music, amazing staff, great prices, and cocktails. The owner Gus is very sociable, friendly, and helpful to the customers. He always plays great music during happy hour and makes sure all customers get A+ service. Ill definitely be going back, especially for happy hour or for karaoke. The new food menu is also on point.

Karaoke on Wednesday!!!But, lots of pot smokers at the entrance! It hits you as soon as you get in... to each its own, not my idea of a good time. We have fun nonetheless. The personal is very friendly!

Always An amazing time in this place. I would write a longer review but had good beer, good convos and people are just overall awesome here. 5 star recommend.

I wasn’t sure if I should leave this review but after reading similar ones I realize what we experienced is justified. The bouncer from the get go was very intense, as soon as I handed him my ID (he had not even looked me in the face, just my ID) said “Are you sure this is you and not your sister???” Very obnoxious and unnecessary, I think he just wanted to appear cool in front of his friends by being a jerk to someone young-looking in their 20s. So we go in, the vibe is pretty weird inside from the customers, the people were very rude, staff was fine though. So we go back outside to smoke and the bouncer comes stomping towards us shouting that we have to smoke outside. Ok, so we go, 5-10 mins later walk back in and he YELLS at us “HEY STOP RIGHT THERE IDS” as if we weren’t in there two seconds ago??? Felt as though they just didn’t want us there because we aren’t regulars, or probably because we are all young looking college students, but we are all Miami natives. Felt treated like a foreigner going here, I’m an 8th generation south Floridian so being treated like that was absurd. On top of this, we realized plenty of people were smoking in the court yard and he made us leave and go smoke outside in the rain. Really awful bouncer and his friends were staring at us weirdly the whole time too. Very judgmental crowd towards young people and non-regulars.

The drinks were good and reasonable price. $8 for my Negroni is impressive. The food is the reason I took out two stars from my reviews. Overall I would come back to support a small local bar on Coral Way. Their kitchen is right at the front, and you can smell your food at the bar.

Plays the same 10 reggae songs all day and night. All employees refuse to change the music. Was great for a while but has changed and the music makes you want to sleep. All patrons have asked to change music and no action has been taken.

Very cozy place to just grab a pint and relax. Good staff, there’s a pool table with a TV that plays sports. Saturday nights is karaoke night and it’s a blast. I would recommend this place if you wanna have a good time.

I love this bar. Its a true dive bar and has an amazing staff that are always friendly and fun. They pour great drinks and theres always something going on. Trivia nights are surprisingly fun. There a pool table outside that jams all the time, its something I appreciate. The weekends it gets a bit busy but its great weeknight spot

Gus the manager made my experience horrible. Some random person knocked over my food and he would not comp it. I am always here and this is unacceptable. It costs the bar minimal money to get me another food order. I bought drinks for myself and my friends.Also, exit sign was off. Complete fire hazard.DEFINITELY WILL NOT GO BACK!!!

Not your average dive bar. Very cool vibe, always plenty of variety of craft beer and your standard selection of bottles. Crowd is always friendly and can easily find someone to talk to or take a turn at the pool table. Theres also something going on everyday too. I personally enjoy karaoke on Saturday night.

Even though this is a really cool bar and has a really awesome vibe, I wanted to go support a friends band with my best friend and my girlfriend. My girlfriend and I are 20, and not interested in drinking alcohol. We know the drill, so we checked online beforehand to make sure about their age policy or if they were strictly 21+, even of live music nights. Nothing on google, their own website, or yelp. We come and we genuinely were just there for the live music. The bartender checked our IDs and was like Oh, you both cant drink and my best friend is older than 21 so she was good, and we were like Its okay. 20 minutes later when the band is about to play, the security person comes up and checks our ID again...... and then asks us to leave since they serve alcohol. We explained we were just watching our friend, and he still was like pressed on making us leave. So, we left and did not watch. I definitely want to come back, but if youre gonna host live local bands, wouldnt it make sense to let minors to come with in a wristband? I mean that would make sense at least on live music nights. Or at least advertise it on your website, that you have a strict age policy, so people dont waste their time driving down there and parking in the area. But yeah cool place :/

Great little bar. It’s divey don’t expect frills or nice decor . They have food served late and drink specials nightly . Locals frequent this place and everyone is friendly . Would come back next time I’m in town.

Great place to hang out any night of the week! The live music on Wednesday and Friday is my favorite, and I love karaoke Saturdays too. I dont play poker on Sunday and Monday but those are good nights to play pool outside when its not too crowded. The bartenders are awesome! I just wish they had food.

Friendly local bar. I went on a Tuesday for happy hour and thought the music would start around the same time. For future reference the music starts at 10. I hung around and talked with someone of the bar folks. This is def a hidden gem and I’d recommend a trip if you have a date or a group of friends.

What a great local bar, love this place!! Outdoor pool table and plenty of fans to keep the heat down. They also have karaoke on a Saturday and $7 margaritas. What a cool bunch of guys 👍👍

The best spot for drinks in miami, service is great, price is perfect. Been going here for years and now they have food 😀😀. Karaoke nights(Wednesday and fridays) are why I started to go and never stopped.

Pretty small place. Not too bad. Atmosphere is pretty chill, One pool table, local band played when i went. All in all not a bad place to visit for a couple drinks with some friends, wouldnt bring a date here though..

Small but good bar with nice bartenders. It definitely gets busy but no real complaints except the one bathroom for women but its a small place so not much to be done about it.

I have gone twice, and I always have a los of fun, it is a nice bar with indoors área and outdoors, a pool table, good drinks and good snacks, the mozarella sticks are delicious, the two times I went was on Saturday, it is Karaoke night, so there is a crazy mix all of kind of music!!!

First visit here and will definitely be back! Super chill, laid back vibe with karaoke Wednesday and Saturday nights. Molly, our bartender was super nice! Had some good laughs and met some nice neighbors.

Whenever I want to feel at home. I pass by and Ale (bartender) will remember my name and drink. Very cool vibe and best of all, karaoke nights singing, Disney’s Frozen in unison with everyone. If I could give it more stars I would.

This is a fun little bar. They have a pool table, big screen TV and seating outside. The bartenders and little bar inside makes for a cozy time. The prices arent bad and they always have either live music or something interesting going on inside. Friendly service but no food. Fun locals spot where you come to drink and meet laid back locals.

Im almost afraid for the word to get out on how fun this place is. Its this unassuming small dive bar in the Gables with great karaoke! Youll pass right by it if you arent careful. On Saturday they had $5 drink specials. The bar tenders are great and there is a patio out front to chill as well. Its just a great place with no annoying people and good times. I dont live in Miami anymore but if I did this would be my spot.

Amazing neighborhood bar of which there are very few left in miami. The staff and owners are super friendly and the crowd is very cool. If you want a bar to unwind in after a long day at work this is the place, its very real and does not have that fake atmosphere of many bars.

Jada Coles is a small dive bar and doesnt pretend to be anything else. The atmosphere is inviting, drinks are great and daily events keep the nights fresh. Karaoke Plus hosts Karaoke here on Saturdays and you always find a great crowd! Definitely my favorite little hole in the wall bar!

I tried to stop by there the night of Sept. 9, 2023 and looked abandoned. The gate was locked and it was pitch dark inside. No one was around. I drove by the next week and saw that it was open. Weird.

Very unique place. There are open at night with local bands. A bit expensive for the area but created their own niche. They cater to locals and in the biz due to they are open a bit late. No food that I know of but they do have almost every drink you can think of. There is a pool table wich is also a smoking area. Super chill place.

This bar is really cool for what it is. I have been going to this bar for exactly a year. The location is great. The people are friendly and open minded and its different from the rest of the Coral Gables bars. However, yesterday I went there for my Friday night out with my boys just to find out...theres a new 15 dollar minimum? Lmao. Yeah ok. Ill pass on that. I understand you got merchant cc fees to pay but that it outrageous to me. Jada Coles, you are dope for being the gem you are, but not for this new policy. Peace.

This bar is everything I want in one: good music, karaoke, pool table, great drinks and great service. Its divey, just the way I like it and not in a tourist area. Definitely will be coming here more often.

Chilled place to come as you are, have a drink and listen to some good life music. Not pretentious like the beach. Everyone is welcomed. This was my first visit and I would definitely go back when Im in my home town again.

Definitely dont recommend. Gus was a complete tool and lost a few hundred dollars a week from the group. Weve been coming for years and no more. Best way to go out of business

Jada Coles I like you! Youre welcoming, cozy, and perfect for a chill night with drinks and friends whether small or large groups it just always seems to work out perfect! I remember the first time I stumbled across Jada Coles was back in 2013 and I was thrilled to find out that its still around and very much the same set up still! Drinks are fair for Miami prices, just make sure if youre ordering a beer they have it available! I came by recently and was informed the menu was a bit outdated but thats okay they still have a large selection of brews and cocktails to order from. The bartenders, the service, and the people who come out here are awesome and good company. If I lived closer this would be my spot for a nightcap!

I feel that this place deserves a good review for many reasons, but the first its the great job of the bartenders, last time i was there it was a blond lady, im a bartender myself and i was impressed of how she was in top of everything nd just giving good service to everyone. also the place its great, live music, good vibes.

Im not one to leave reviews but this bothered me.. I walked into Jada Coles with a friend who recommended the place and they said I couldnt wear a tank top so I offered to buy a shirt from them which the bartender said they had, then the bouncer came up and told me I couldnt have a tank top on or sandals even though multiple people had sandals on. And ironically a lot of women were wearing tank tops. Ha ha. The bartender we originally spoke to was awesome but manager and bouncer need some lessons on customer edicate. Well, on to the next place. Just sad people have werent open to a solution instead of turning away business and friendly polite customers.Jake Ribich

Great bar. Drinks are on point. Alexa was a great bartender from recommending good food and drinks. I will definitely check this place out again if I am ever in the area.

This place is sort of hard to spot, but its the best place to call home away from home. Fridays live music, Saturdays karaoke. Drinks are super cheap and if you want ez parking arrive by 11 latest.

As a connoisseur of dive bars I have only good things to say about this joint. It is one of the best local dives in Miami. It has poor lighting, wobbly chairs, and a makeshift stage for musical performances. It comes in high on the list of dives in the 305. I am partial to the patio in front where you can enjoy a beer around the pool table. Drink deals are plentiful, Jameson is a standard on special. The vibe is way chill, exactly what you want from a neighborhood haunt.

Bar was decent last year but this year it turned out to be ridiculous. You guys need a way to handle your pool table system because people keep erasing names just to go first and 15 dollar minimum? Might as well go to other bars that don’t have that. Hope y’all prosper in the future... i guess lol

The atmosphere is one of the best in Miami. You get all kinds of people, old, young, rich, poor, well dressed or in a t-shirt that are there just to have a good time.

This is home!!! Great drinks staff atmosphere and LIVE MUSIC!!!! Friday AND Saturday night.. Plus, theres a JAM.... BRING your instrument(voice, first bad sac for percussion..…etc)

I would give less stars if I could. Someone slapped a meal out of my hands out of my control and Gus would not help me out. He asked me to buy it again. My group spends over $200 a weekend here. Tragic loss but will not come again. 1/10

Honestly, it pains me to give this place one star, but after the terrible experience we had at karaoke night with the DJ named Walter from Karaoke Plus I cannot provide a better score until certain things are rectified.Suffice to say the bar manager was so in agreement with me that he gave me the personal number to the bar owner who now knows a story and is trying to rectify this situation on his end. Once me and my wife are apologized to and the bar discontinues their employment of this man I will gladly give the place the five stars that deserves.There is so much more to the story but this is not the place to vent. But if anybody involved in this situation reaches out to me I have the testimony of over 12 people and videos to share.UPDATE: One of the bar owners Scott unfortunately could not get Walter to apologize. The Ego on some people.

One of Miamis best kept secrets for live music. Wednesdays and Fridays youll get a nice fix for some bad ass jazz and funk. Theres no cover, and opened until about 4 or 5 a.m.

Awesome music, great staff, solid pool table, and away from the busy Brickell scene. Best neighborhood nightlife feel for live music, cool people, and nightcap spot.

I regularly visit Jada Coles and have always enjoyed my time there. The drinks are reasonably priced and the crowd is normal i.e. velvet rope types venture this far away from Brickell or Coral Gables.

Nice little relaxing bar on the corner, only one pool table tho but I had a good time and the bartenders make great old fashions.

Amazing crowd and the drinks are well for the price. It’s a die bar, expect it to be a place to pregame or just chill on the weekdays.

The should have appetizers at least. Happy hour is until 8 PM. Drinks are ok. Nice ambiance and music.
