MedLife Massage

I was late for my appointment and they did accommodate me for which I am appreciative. However the location is cumbersome. They are located in an office building on the 7th floor. There is construction happening so parking and access is not straightforward. Upon my arrival, there was an event happening with food so lots of talking and laughing right outside of my door during my massage. Due to this and the smell of food and overall party chatter, I was unable to really relax and focus which was unfortunate. My advise to whoever is running this establishment- maybe block out appotinment times for staff events so that paying customers can receive the relaxing, comforting atmosphere we expect when entering a space for something as intimate as a massage. I really didnt get a good feeling from this place- It wasnt relaxing or warm..it felt sterile and more like a busy office that they just happened to have a massage room in the back. I would not recommend them honestly if youre looking for a true massage/spa experience.

Had a postpartum massage at Medlife massage and it was a true blessing for me. It provided much-needed relief from the aches and pains of childbirth, easing tension in my muscles and promoting relaxation. Shamy, the therapist’s gentle touch and soothing techniques helped me feel rejuvenated and supported during this sensitive time. Highly recommend for any new mom in need of some self-care.

I want yo share my experience with this place to warn others. I scheduled a visit but couldnt get the massage because massagist didnt show up at work. Rescheduled for next time , same story. No one called ti cancel. The waiting room was packed with people waiting for their appointments.Very unprofessional and irresponsible .organizationI

This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I booked this through Groupon and scheduled an appointment for 2PM over the phone. When I arrived to my appointment I noticed the building said free parking and called the office to locate the free parking lot. The person I spoke with took my name and informed me that my appointment was at 1PM and I told them that I scheduled it over the phone for 2PM. Immediately the woman started arguing with me saying this was incorrect and I received a text message with the appointment time. I told her that I never received the message and if she could just direct me to the free parking I could come upstairs and sort things out. She yelled at me told me there was no parking and hung up the phone. When I found parking and went upstairs three people sat at the front desk and as I explained the situation from my perspective they kept laughing and saying it was impossible I was scheduled at 2PM. The lady I spoke to on the phone was the most rude out of the three. She said she could give me a massage for half the time because I “missed” my appointment. I initially agreed but after found out she was the therapist decided not to for safety reasons. As she was very aggressive I was afraid she would cause injury to me. After leaving, the man that was at the front desk followed me down the elevator because he saw I was visibly upset. He told me to come back to see a different therapist and that they had apologized to me so there’s nothing more they could do. I never received any apology from those people and after his statement I decided not to be seen here by anyone. These people lack professionalism and customer service. I wouldn’t run the risk of getting injured here. Probably not even real massage therapist.This is an update in response to the owner. The service your front desk/massage therapist provided was poor and you refuse to acknowledge that, how pathetic. First, theres no recording of me. If I was recorded youre again proving my point that your establishment lacks professionalism, as it is illegal to record someone without their consent. Secondly, I was not late as I schedule a 2PM appointment. Clearly there was miscommunication somewhere and instead of acknowledging that your staff decided to argue and yell at me. They were not paying me for the massage, I was the paying customer so remember this the next time you encounter a similar situation. Lastly, how dare you tell me what I was feeling? I was frustrated because I was verbally attacked, and yes I didnt want to be serviced by a woman who spoke to me like an animal. Why would I want to proceed with an intimate service like a massage by someone who was so aggressive towards me? Is my safety not important? Anyways, your establishment is nothing but a poor example of a black owned business. Do better next time. If not yourself, for the community.

We were staying in Miami Beach and decided we wanted a massage last minute. They were able to get us in that day and did a great job! Professional and quality massage.Our only hangup was that the address in Googlemaps didn’t match where we needed up going, so it was further than we originally intended to travel by Uber. Maybe this can be remedied.

Great place to have massage or facial. I went there once a month until I left Miami. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of booking a facial with Melissa. I found her through Groupon. Easy to book an appointment. Her space is clean and comfortable. Melissa is super nice and professional. My facial was really good. My only complaint would be that it was quite cold. Though it has been extremely hot in Miami, I would have been more comfortable with a light blanket. Great service and reasonable pricing. Ample parking, keep in mind there is construction on the parking structure. So, you do have the option to valet or park down the street.

I took my mom to get a massage and she loved it. She said it was a great experience. They are very thorough! The office is super clean and just lovely! Highly recommend. The hour long massage was a full hour. The 30 minute detox was a full 30 minutes.

Great place for massage, Ionic foot detox, and other services to improve well-being. Shannon did an awesome deep tissue massage! The Ionic foot detox uses newer technology and produces good resuts. Good vibe and positive environment overall. Excellent attention to their customers, and reasonable prices for services provided. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for experienced massage therapists and other such services to improve and / or maintain health.

I received a colon hydrotherapy treatment at MedLife Spa and I believe it was worth it. Immediately noticed that I lost some weight and I was way more energetic. Definitely important to change your diet after this procedure and maintain a healthy diet for maximum results. Definitely recommend this spot!

Shannon is great! The lymphatic massage was soothing but firm. I felt a lot better afterwards and the ambiance is much better than other lymphatic massages. They usually feel like you’re in a doctors office but this felt like a real massage studio. Ofcourse I had to buy a massage package, so I will be back!

Very clean, serene setting - and the Angel of Water is a nice upgrade from the traditional colon hydrotherapy experience. Highly recommended. I look forward to booking my next appointment. My experience with Medlife was amazing from the moment I called to make an appointment. Hans is very attentive and everyone is polite and professional. Shannon who did my post op massages was essential in my recovery, she is a great professional.

Walking into the office building and then the waiting area of the medspa I was not sure what to expect as they were not what I was expecting for a medspa. But once in the massage room it was a completely different and comfortable experience. I had a hot stone massage with Shannon. She was delightful and professional and genuinely wanted to make sure a was satisfied with the massage. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. I will go again.

Recently had surgery done, and find this MedSpa online. I had all my Lymphatic Drainage done by Shannon. I came looking like Spongebob and walked out like Jessica Rabbit. She knows her stuffs and help me with my surgery soreness. She is amazing. I will recommend this place. 5 starts service.

Entering the building is a big negative. It is not friendly in appearance or staff. Does not make you feel welcome or like you’re in a place that is supposed to be relaxing. The office was just okay. The massage therapist was okay- not great. Will not be going back.

Shrees was amazing! This was my first time here I got a wax with a mini vajacial. One of the best Brazilian waxes I’ve ever head. The place is well kept!
