Sometime you ask for two hours they said $50 dollars and its actually 3 hours for 50 and they never mention that. one other thing rooms never have shampoo or soap

This place is a scam, I called front desk and they say they take card and prices is $40 for 2 hours. You get there and it’s now $45 and no card and are forced to use the ATM.. it’s so sketchy! Also the room I stayed in has a bullet shot on the wall.Edit: replying to your message. It seems like rooms are $40 for 2 hrs. The people are charging $45 to keep the $5 unless you can clarify the difference. Or tell me the prices.

Love the place! Price is slightly higher than other motels but worth it because it’s so clean and styled inside ! Doesn’t have hair dryers. They have an inside bar in each room but you have to pay for everything you take

Terrible customer service Little Spanish kid with glasses is asking to get thrown around from room to room other than that everything was ok. He refused to give his name and acts crazy behind the little room 👀

They don’t answer their phone..I paid for an Uber and waisted time and money cuz they weren’t offering all night. Only 2-4 hours.

Bad service, i ask to rent for 4 hours and the women at the counter put only 2 i had to pay 60 dolars for 4 hours in a regular room when one with jacuzzi was 54 for 4 hours because of the women fault, room smelled like someone had smoke before, overall bad service, i would give it a 0 star if i could

One of the nicest new motels in Miami right now. Everything brand new! Discrete car exit in the back street. Recommended!

Very bad service there is never soap except shampoo it is never clean the floor is disgusting it has too much humidity and the worst thing was that I left a personalized glass and when I went to look for it no one knew and no one gave me an answer just come tomorrow come tomorrow

Horrible, I had 2 hours left to finish using the room and the security made a mistake and hit the door of my room very violently, we went out scared to see what was happening and he told me sorry, I was wrong, he came back in and I had to leave because obviously It is not something that happens from one moment to the next and instead of being considerate they come and charge me $4 more for a peanut that I had grabbed, they are a joke I do not recommend it at all

I have always visited the two units that have everything been good until I was served by a Cuban girl in a pleasant and very racist manner, in fact really bad service from that Cuban girl.

The place is very good, the only thing is that the employees are somewhat annoying every time I visited, they make you feel as if you are entering a military unit or something similar 🫢😂

I see many people talking about how beautiful the place is but I think they havent realized about the cleanliness. They have to improve that part. And make sure to always fumigate the place
