It s my first time there and to my surprise. I love massage and have been searching for a good one. I found at least one in North miami but want to try other places.Facilities is clean, staffs are friendly massage was great. I had thousands of questions but they were patient and experienced. They have points system to redeem for services. I will-come back soon ! Valet park and they validated it.

Lisa is the best for all things nails!! Andy, Tina & Heidi have been my go to for healing sessions. I’m excited to try the new head spa pampering treatment ASMR soon!!! Best Service all around :) Happy Customer

I have lived in this building for years, and I am one of their first customers. I come here regularly for styling and acrylic manicures, but I have also tried other services. They are all excellent professionals, and at the reception they are courteous and helpful.The costs are adequate considering the area (Edgewater), and in addition they have a discount system that allows you to save significantly based on the number of your visits. l am definitely a satisfied customer.

I did the ASMR head spa treatment. EMILY IS AMAZING!!!! She had strong hands and I needed that. She massaged my head, shoulders, arms, she even brushed my hair at the end. It was so sweet. I felt so loved and taken care of. I’ll definitely be back.

I have to say i had an great experience!I came in and they arranged my appointment right away!Emily was amazing and very professional! I loved her work! She massaged me perfectly. She felt that i was stressed and asked me if i wanted to add an massage service of foot. And i went on and agreed with her.I enjoyed both the ASRM that Emily did was waww! I could feel that she was really caring. I could feel like my head was leaving my body and it took sum time for me to recover cuz it was that good!Only thing is:I wish i could understand the scalp analyze better. I visited for the 1st time and Kiki was very accommodating and immediately took care of me. I found Sakura Spa after searching for infrared sauna places via Google.I just have to say that this is a hidden gem located inside the Grand DoubleTree. Intimate environment, zen music, not crowded, clean, and provided water, robes + clean towels for your sauna.I ended up booking a combo: 1hr sauna + 1hr massage, so glad I did! Sauna was clean, spacious and they have 2 saunas with chromotherapy. The sauna room has a lot of space and gives you enough privacy to change, no one else will interfere with your session. The Temperature of the sauna raises gradually and can go to 150 F.Next to the sauna they have the massage room so you can just go straight to your session. Cindy gave me the most relaxing massage and was very caring about how I felt the entire time. After the sauna + massage my body felt so good.

I went for an ASMR Head Spa, and foot massage. Luna was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond to make sure I was relaxed, and enjoying every minute of it. It didn’t feel rushed. She took her time with care. I couldn’t believe their prices for such amazing services. Parking is simple. They have vallet and if your service was $200, then parking is free.

Went for a lovely 60 min deep tissue couples massage and 30 min foot reflexology appointment. The massage therapist was an absolute wizard. Great massage and the valet service was quick and easy!

I must say I was feeling a little skeptical, but the korean facial was fantastic and my skin is completely free of blackheads! My pores look smaller and barely noticeable in some areas. I don’t remember the name of the girl who did my facial - it was last Saturday at 10:00 am. I highly recommend it!

Peter gave the best reflexology foot massage that I ever had!! All of the staff is nice and accommodating. Its extremely clean and a wonderful location to shop and have a bite to eat.You will be pleased! If I could give it 11 stars, I would. While you are there have your hair and nails done as well. Had an amazing experience doing a couples massage with my boyfriend for his birthday. We were greeted and treated with such respect and customer service was excellent. The 60 minute massage left us feeling like new people! My boyfriend also enjoyed a mani pedi afterwards! Will definitely be back to try other services they offer!

Appointment Required. I got same day Appointment. Called an Scheduled over phone. I got a combo massage with a foot massage for an hour an it was worth the $80. Full body massage was an experience Ive never had as far as being massage around my butt area between legs which was done by a lady so it wasnt to weird. Was Forced to tip &it was so awkward. The Massage Felt Great Might I Add!

Best massage of my entire life, and I am an avid massage goer. I booked the 45 minute deep tissue massage and the ASMR head spa Massage. Fiona was my masseuse and did a beyond wonderful job with getting rid of all my knots and leaving me feeling relaxed in every way. I love the Bamboo Spa, they offer a great Korean Facial, which includes so many different steps of cleansing, rejuvenation and massage, estheticians are very professional, my face looks and feels great after Korean facial, I recommend it to all my friends and family.

Have been a client for years but the new owners have made this salon a superb place to relax and have the best hairdressers, manicurists/pedicurists and more than that the massages are simply the best. Must visit. I will continue to be their client fr years to come

Head spa was not organized or as thorough as I would have liked. No tools were used on my scalp just the woman washing my hair and tangling my hair while barely touching my scalp. The neck massage was two minutes long!! The waterfall kept falling and made for a very chaotic experience. The therapists were talking to each other through the curtains for the first 10mins. The steam was 15 mins long but would have liked the steam done with conditioner in my hair so I could actually reap the benefits. All in all this was a huge let down. Not relaxing. Not effective. Not black girl natural hair friendly! I wish I could’ve gotten a full refund for such a horrible service. Save your time and money! Go somewhere else!

I would give this spa 10 stars if I could! I got a Korean facial and had the most amazing experience. Ana was very kind and accommodating. My esthetician Cindy was so gentle but detailed with the facial I could 100% tell that she was doing quality work. It was my first ever Korean facial and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who has never gotten one before because it was like no other facial Ive gotten before! I will definitely be coming back! :)

Seriously: best massage I’ve ever had. I’m not kidding. I got a 1-hour couples massage, and it was amazing. My technician was named Eric, I believe, and let me tell you, he was a complete pro. Two hours later, and I still feel great. The tightness I’m used to feeling in my upper back is gone. My spine feels almost…wiggly. The technique my masseuse used was unlike others I’ve experienced; he targeted really tricky spots that you don’t really think to target, covered large areas in waves of really phenomenal pressure, and positioned me in ways that released tension I didn’t even know I had. My teenage son who plays a lot of sports also got a massage, and says the whole thing felt amazing beginning to end. One thing to note is that I would’ve liked more attention to my feet, but that’s not on them: I booked a full body massage so there’s a lot to cover in an hour. Therefore, I bring this up only to say that if you book a body massage and want more attention to your feet, then I suggest you also book a foot massage. Unfortunately, I am only visiting, but if I lived in the area, I promise I would be a regular. This place may not have the contemporary aesthetics of other spas, but for quality and price, Sakura wins. The receptionist was also very sweet and extremely accommodating, with a kind disposition and a really calm, soothing voice. 🙂 10/10

My massage with Jack was amazing! And the customer service from my nail technician was amazing, unfortunately, the nail technician does not follow hygiene ethicate. The tools were dirty, he used the same pumice stone on everyone to the point it was breaking apart. It hurt me to write this review because he was super nice to me but to be a paying customer and get a fungus its not fair.

This spa is not like normal spas! It was small and I have to say that made it Better! There wasn’t the typical nail salon smell of chemicals and loud talking of others! It was quite peaceful and relaxing! The employees were attentive and on time! Will definitely be coming back here next time I’m in Miami!

I came here the 2nd time today 1) first they were 25 mins late 2) the front desk person had bo idea what all the treatment included. She wanted to charge me for infra red sauna which is included in their cavitation service mentioned on their website. She flatly said- i haven’t read the whole service offering on their own website.3) most imp- the person Cindy who was my masseur in middle of massage opened the door and started talking to male Masseur with door open and without covering me. When I complained about it she refused to serve me.The manager did come and offer a free massage but after waiting for 40 mins and with this attitude of no offering a service and just excuses i was done!Very very terrible service, no respect for clients and apart from manager and new front person no one speaks English.If you have respect for yourself- don’t go here

I was looking for a massage spa nearby and found this one. I loved that they were open in the evening since that time frame worked best for me. I made an appointment and went in. The front desk staff was friendly and my masseuse did a good job. The price of the massage was fair. Overall I enjoyed the experience and I would definitely go back.

Okay so I will start by saying this was my first massage in my whole entire life my husband treated me to this so as my first experience it was awkward because I couldn’t stop overthinking.But I was left feeling amazing. I got the deep tissue and boy oh boy let’s just say that night I was left on cloud 9. Our appointment was at 9pm so when I got home it was the best sleep I had in a while.My body felt so relaxed. I highly recommend this place it has my stamp of approval and look forward on getting some other services like the lymphatic and cupping session.I was just overjoyed with the results and grateful.

I get a lot of massages and this was one of the best I’ve had. Angela was my masseuse and she applied the perfect firm pressure, yet also very relaxing. I did two hours and still didn’t want to get up when she was done. The parlor itself was very clean, had relaxing music and a great ambience. The receptionist was very friendly and they even have a shower and sauna to use. I will go back here weekly for my massage.

Incredible service, i did twice one with my wife but this time was only me. And for now on I will take sessions only with TINA, super pro. She know about week spots, and how to relax them. I this full massage and reflexology. The price worth it but you need to reserve. The attention is superb. Highly recommended.

Amy is the best masseuse. She gave me the best massage I ever had!! I’ve never been treated this well and can’t wait to come back. The lymph massage is life changing!This is really a great place to a deep tissue massage, foot massage, Thai massage, the works. Some places will say deep tissue, but then the masseuse can’t actually perform. Not this place. Their masseuses are strong but gentle. Very strong if you need them to be, and sometimes you do. Angela was great for deep tissue, and I hear others are tpo.

Great foot massage!! Was our first time there and we really like it.The only thing that I would recommend is to tell the therapist dont ask for more money when the customers go to register, thats uncomfortable, we give them 15% tip, I understand people wants more, but we are already paying for their services plus 15% tip I think thats good enough. They should get a better salary and then, theyll not need to ask customers for a higher tip.Anyway I will recommend the massage was very good.

With so many glowing reviews, I was surprised to get the worst massage Ive ever had here. It honestly felt like the masseuse who worked on me was doing it for the first time -- all of the pressure was dull and the rubbing (not massaging) just felt random. I was annoyed enough that I ended up asking him to stop part of the way through. He insisted on using hot stones and I was not wowed by that either. On a minor note, the bed was also uncomfortable because the space for your face is tiny, which also made me want it to end faster.

I came in with my boyfriend for a spa day and we loved loved it. Emma was very helpful and did an amazing gentleman’s facial for my boyfriend and I had a wonderful facial from Amy! She was able to use so many different techniques and made me feel extremely pampered and relaxed. We also had an amazing couples massage and enjoyed the infrared sauna. This place is the only place I go to for massages! Everything from deep tissue to regular their team is amazing. Soft spoken sets the tone as you walk in and always accommodate anything. They have a sauna room me and my bf always enjoy coming here to feel pampered and refreshed 💘

Took a friend here and we had a total of 4 hours of treatments. We both did the lymphatic drainage massage, which was absolutely amazing - only thing is that we were booked in the same room, which is fine/we are close friends, but we didn’t receive any discount for this as a couples massage normally would. Afterwards, she went on to have another massage service and I had the gua sha facial - absolutely loved this service. However, I had originally booked a 30 min scalp massage + 30 min facial, and even confirmed this upon arrival - I ended up receiving a 1-hr facial, without my knowledge (I was too relaxed to notice or keep track of time), and this wasn’t communicated to me until they led me to the register to pay, I was confused as to why I wasn’t getting the scalp massage and was only then informed that they no longer have that service. Overall, great experience and wonderful massage techniques, I just wish communication - about the double-room and cancelled service - would have been better.

The services we got were great but we were there for so much more and we felt they were disingenuous on the phone in hopes to get us to come. The instructions and communication was broken as well so we had to figure some things out on our own. Definitely worth the money for the actual services. Just the customer service didn’t hit the mark.

The location was a little confusing as its in the mall next to the hotel, not in the hotel itself. I had a great deep tissue style massage here from a very focused and friendly therapist. I like my massages strong and precise. My therapist did not hold back when he found knots and muscle adhesion. Sometimes intense, but he obviously knew the body well and it felt great to have that muscular tension worked out. I recommend it. The entire staff was friendly too.

Disappointing. These types of massages may be ideal for another guest, but I personally did not enjoy it. I think part of the experience is managing the consumer’s expectations.I selected a deep tissue massage. The therapist proceeded to massage me with a sheet over my body. I requested to be massaged with lotion, which they obliged. He did not massage my low back or my glutes. I also asked for an increase in pressure which he did temporarily and I had to ask a few times during the massage. At the end of the massage he would hit various body parts, which I could tolerate but It was painful being hit on the head several times. It was uncomfortable and was quite jarring when you are trying to relax.I would recommend the therapist checking in with the guest about what their massage entails (lotion or no lotion), areas they will be addressing, as well as informing clients of the “hitting” on the head and giving them the option to forgo this technique.

Top massage! As soon as the masseuse placed her hands i knew that I was in for a amazing experience. I scheduled an hour. During that time I was treated to a firm massage by a professional with a keen instinct. She intuitively focused on areas that needed extra attention with the perfect amount of pressure. Hot stones as well as various stretches were incorporated. The end result was total relaxation and now my go-to spot for massages.

I love every massage therapist there. They are all excellent and you cannot beat the prices. I can only recommend this place!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews on here before I went, because Im pretty sure the therapist I had was the one who had gotten one star on here before.His massage was not good. I did not feel relaxed.It felt like there was no massage - he would just make repetitive movements with his hands, without getting any knots out. It felt like it was his first time massaging. He was also very very aggressive at some points. He would do this thing where he would hit the arms, the legs, and even the head. I had to ask about 5 times to stop before he did- it left me very shaken.I left the place not relaxed and quite frazzled. I will not be coming back.

I’ll preface by saying Sakura Spa is a hidden GEM! Honestly, one of the best massages I’ve had in South Florida! AND the BEST VALUE! Their prices are extremely reasonable for the area. The salon is impeccable clean and the tables are extremely comfortable! I’ve been a few times -I’ve had both Anna and Kevin. Both are amazing. They specialize in deep tissue and reflexology -but their Swedish techniques are top as well. It’s location is in a busy mall at the Grand, however you’ll feel like you visited the Ritz or Four Seasons after a session. Amazing experience!!

The place is super disorganized. If you buy a gift card for someone and obviously you already include the tip in the price, when that person goes for the massage they say that the tip is not included, so you pay tip twice. Attention!!!

I went in for a 60 mnt deep tissue last week and received a very unprofessional massage.I have been getting massaged for years and have received massaged from an array of therapists and this one was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They did not have female therapists so I was assigned a male massage therapist. First thing there was no sheet on the bed for me to go under when I entered a room. This is not standard practice. I undressed to my underwear grabbed the folded sheet and placed it on myself. The therapist entered the room and REMOVED THE SHEET LEAVING ME EXPOSED to rearrange it without asking if this is okay. I asked him to only focus on my back and he repeatedly tried massaging my glutes with no sheet instead of my back. He got on me during the massage with his knees and stretched me leaving my chest exposed. It was SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. He did a terrible job with the draping and multiple times left me uncovered in pelvic and chest area. It felt very intentional when he was draping poorly???? I did not feel like I received a massage I feel like I got felt up.My back was not at all worked on. I was so stressed and nervous that I was sweating and he kept telling me to please relax. AFTER all of that he BURNED MY BACK with the hot stones. I have had hot stones placed on me so many times before and never has a therapist BURNED me. he did not wait the proper time to let them cool and placed on my skin right away. He followed this by placing a scorching towel on my now burned back which was extremely painful. This experience was terrifying and honestly - traumatizing. DO NOT GO HERE.

The best Asian Massage place in Miami! I visited for the 1st time and this place have good energy. Kiki was very accommodating and immediately took care of me. I found Sakura Spa after searching for infrared sauna places via Google.I just have to say that this is a hidden gem located inside the Grand DoubleTree. Intimate environment, zen music, not crowded, clean, and provided water, robes + clean towels for your sauna.I ended up booking a combo: 1hr sauna + 1hr massage, so glad I did! Sauna was clean, spacious and they have 2 saunas with chromotherapy. The sauna room has a lot of space and gives you enough privacy to change, no one else will interfere with your session. The Temperature of the sauna raises gradually and can go to 150 F.Next to the sauna they have the massage room so you can just go straight to your session. Cindy gave me the most relaxing massage and was very caring about how I felt the entire time. After the sauna + masage my body felt so good.Asians are the best at what they do, I dont think people give them enough credit! A lot of fancy places at the beach, very expensive and they dont even give you a good massage. Sakura has very decent prices and good combos. I will definitely come back and try their other services.*Update* I tried the foot reflexology + Detox Facial with Gua Sha, it was absolutely incredible. This people know what they are doing, you will keep coming back!My advice - Give this place a chance! They will not disappoint.

As a licensed massage therapist, they really know what they are doing. It’s therapeutic work. You have to communicate what you are looking for. Most of these type of spas don’t see a problem talking to each other during a session- but outside of that it’s really amazing!

This was awful. First of all, they attempted to get me to book a more expensive massage, when I’d already booked the one I wanted. He was very aggressive, tapping me and not communicating his words. During my massage I was scratched, and it HURT. Once I was done with the massage I told them I did not want to finish & wanted to just pay for the foot massage I received. I went to pay & the man asked for a tip! When I said no, he told me to get out.

I got my eyebrows waxed and the person had a very gentle touched abs shape my eyebrows naturally. I highly recommend this place. I have a massage coming up next and will review my experience afterwards

Had a couples massage here yesterday. It was AWESOME! The Spa is clean and comfortable and the masseuses definitely know what theyre doing. There was a little background noise from shops nearby but I turned on the noise cancelling headphones I brought with me and was transported to heaven.

They know what theyre doing, they provide great service, and the shop is clean. That being said, you do hear some of the strip mall noise during yourmassage making it difficult to fully relax. The availability, their willingness to help you, and the prices make up for the noise. The prices are on par with the location.

Nice and clean spa, good atmosphere, went there for a foot massage, they took us with no problems after 30 minute notice💪🏼 2 guys came after us and they had to wait about 15 minutes.The only negative thing I can define - 27 minutes instead of 30.
