I had a great prenatal massage at the Falls location by the therapist Angelo Thomas. I’ve had many prenatal massages in the past and none compare to Angelo’s technique. He honestly caters the clients needs and I felt relief and relaxation after my session. Great customer service, very professional and respectful. Thank you Angelo!

I had a Great experience at this location Tammi and Blanche did an amazing Job! My Face and Back have never felt so good. Best facial and Massage I’ve had so far in any location honestly. Make sure to ask for those lovely ladies.

My massage therapist was Angelo and he was amazing! Every section he worked was with a purpose. I have been looking for a continuous therapist and definitely found him. Coming back just for him. The location needs some glamour work done but everything was very clean and reception was very attentive.

I had my first massage with Juan at Massage Envy The Falls and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. He applied firm pressure, understood my problem areas, was very respectful when manipulating the sheets so I can turn over or when massaging my extremities. Even the temperature of the towel was perfection! I was so happy I scheduled my next two appointments with Juan during checkout.

My experience with the FALLS ME location and my therapy Thomas exceeded my expectations. Very welcoming, organized and friendly location. Thomas took his time to listen and focus on my preferred areas. He also responds to your own body’s reactions to the amount of pressure. Professional, personable and respectful. Mayte was amazing. She made me feel so relaxed and welcome. She was sure to ask me what was bothering me the most and paid extra attention to those areas. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the front desk team made it awkward for me when I was trying to leave. I was gifted this massage, and they wanted me to sign up for a membership. While I understand that it’s part of their job, it quickly turned into what felt like a time share pitch. They all took turns trying to sell me, when I had already said I was not interested several times. My relaxation pretty much went out the window because I had to explain several times why I do not have the time (mom of 3) to join a massage membership. The approach just wasn’t a good one, and they should just take no for an answer especially when someone just had a nice relaxing experience. Way to ruin the whole mood.

Angelo excellent massage therapist very professional and kind. Aware of my vertigo issue and always makes sure that I do not lay flat? I drive an extra 7 milesTo go to him even though there is a massage envy one mile away?

Kaitlyn was lovely and did a wonderful job with my facial. She is gentle and the treatment was relaxing. I was excited to try dermaplanning and she explained the process to make sure I was comfortable. I look forward to my next visit and facial with her!

Marta and the front desk staff were most accommodating (sp), clinic was very clean, as always. I felt very welcome, again, as always.

I have been a member of Massage Envy since 2013. I almost canceled my membership until I was assigned with Edna “Blanche”. I am so grateful that I remain a member of Massage Envy and a regular with Blanche. She knows how to fix every ache and pain that I am experiencing at the moment. I received a gift card of $75. I booked for my gift card amount. Once my massage was over i had a balance of $50. I was lost to why? They told me im not a member so i couldn’t get the massage that was $75. No one told me until it was time to pay. Sad. No apology or anything. Thank God i had extra money on me.

I have to ask for a call back for the manager “Ari” for WEEKS and no calls. All the front desk staff does is babble. Every time I call whether it’s 10a or 3p she never seems to be working.

Ive gotten facials with Carla for a year. Im an 18 year old guy so Ive never been enthusiastic about getting facials, but Carla made them a pleasant experience and really helped clear up my skin! I would highly recommend her!

I came to massage envy to get a facial because somebody who didn’t know me very well gave me a gift card. Carla, who did my facial, was great. However the hard sell at the end from the desk staff (NOT Carla) to get a monthly membership including the phrase, “What is keeping you from committing now?” (After I had already said, I would think about it, and politely lied that I was traveling a lot this summer, to which they told me I could put my membership on hold) took me from thinking “ maybe I’ll come back again sometime” to thinking “Thank God I got out. I’ll never come back.” What’s keeping me from committing right now is that I’ve gone 20 years without getting a facial so I don’t feel the need to have one once a month. Take no for an answer. It really soured the whole experience.

Izumi at Massage Envy - Falls Location was the BEST. 😍 I asked for a deep tissue massage and she delivered. She knows her stuff. Definitely will be planning the rest of my massages with her. 🙌🏼

Every time I come to this massage envy I get amazing service every single location needs to learn from this one because every massage I’ve gotten has been 5 star got my last one with Hilda and did 90 mins my lord did she make me feel extremely relaxed and I had terrible lower back pain and she relieved it in one session can’t go wrong with the staff at this place even the front desk reps are nice and thoughtful! Just had one of the best facials ever with Carla. The treatments she suggested for my extremely dry skin left my face and décolleté so soft and supple. It was so relaxing as well. She advised step by step what she was doing. I can’t wait to go back next month. Thanks so much. And the staff are very friendly, courteous and don’t pressure you into anything.

At this moment, I need more therapeutic massage, to address my physical conditions to alleviate pain. Massage envy has like a pattern to perform the massage. When I asked the Massage Tech to focus on certain areas, the massage therapist was like why are You asking?! Then I just gave up and let her do it her way. It was well done, but I wish she could have focus on the areas requested.

This was the first time that I had a mediocre experience. I believe the therapist wore gloves. This was noisy and did not feel good. Also, when I asked for change at the desk, they did not have change, so I ended up, tipping her more than I really wanted to.

Salin was great! Made me feel comfortable, asked me questions and addressed all my needs. Very well job done!

Lazara is one the best therapist in the entire Massage Envy in Miami. I have met her in Coral Gables location many years ago and I’m glad that she’s still around. She meets all of my requests and takes care of the pains and tensions I have.

The Falls location of massage envy is great! Clean, the receptionists are professional and welcoming. I’ve had services done by several massage therapists, I appreciate Yipsy because she is gentle and helps to create a relaxing ambiance during my massage.

Overall my masseuse Tania was wonderful. My biggest complaint is their false advertisement. When I called to make my appt I specifically asked how long my massage would be and they verified 1 hr. I then received a confirmation text stating “Massage 60 min Prenatal Session.” All this to then come to find the “session” is 60 min but the massage is really 50 min. It’s all just misleading and leaves a sour taste in the mouth.

Laisy was very thorough describing what the products used during my facial were supposed to do for my skin health. She had a pleasant disposition; humming to herself while servicing me.

Cleanliness and professionalism at all levels. Salin is an extraordinary therapist. I have improved my muscle issues in just three treatments. Excellent experience overall.

I highly recommend getting a massage with Lissy , she was able to use medium and deep pressure for my back and Cranio sacral for my neck and head . I had some knots and she was able to identify what treatment would help. Also had aromatherapy and left feeling so relaxed ! The Falls Massage Envy is a great location. All the staff members I have encountered are professional and friendly. I book Laisy B. for all my facials and Salin for my massages. Laisy is very detailed in explaining what she is doing to address my skin care needs. She has such a vibrant and loving personality. Salin is very attentive and makes sure to reassess what I might need before each session. He is always so pleasant, respectful, and makes me feel very comfortable. I always leave feeling refreshed.

Oslaydis is a fantastic therapist. I have been going to her for 2 years now and she is very good with deep tissue massages. I highly recommend her!

It’s a good price for the services, the front desk is great. I highly recommend Brenda and Diana. I’ve received excellent massages from both of them. Diana will really focus in on your needs. Brenda applies cranio-sacrum techniques that is also great!

Hilda was amazing.she started gentle then went in for the kill which is what i needed. She was courteous, efficient and addressed my concerns before and during the massage. Will def come back for her again. On the other note... Felt a little pressure when exiting establishment with front desk ladies about tip. I said not today and she still pushed the issue. When i did come back to give a tip the young lady took the whole thing without asking how much i would want to give. They should have better service in that area

My visit was great from top to bottom. Great staff starting with the two ladies at the front desk who were very nice and helpful throughout. Carla and Yudith provider me the stretch and facial service and they were both amazing. Definitely plan on coming back.

Took my 90y/o grandma to get a massage with Marjorie. She loved it. She said she was really relaxed and all her issues were addressed with care. Marjorie was very sweet.

I love Lissy and how she gives the massage. I followed her here to this location from her last one. I have a few family members who go to her and we are all very happy. This location is clean, spacious and peaceful. The staff here was also kind and helpful. Martha is the absolute best! She treats you with such kindness and explains each product that goes on to your skin. Martha is so knowledgeable and I’m able to finally trust someone with my skin, she is a true master at her craft. Martha always has her clients skin best interest in mind, and is always recommending the best and effective add-ons to my facial. Even the products I use when I’m at home are all her recommendations, I am officially an obagi fan and can never go back to any other product. I was there two days ago(after my skin got destroyed at the beach a few days prior) Martha did her magic and my skin is now beautiful, I am STILL glowing! Never done a review but I must share.Kenya is NOT deep tissue. I have been getting massages for over 20 years and it was more of a Swedish massage. (And not a great one at that)

For those who haven’t tried a massage by Lazara, I highly recommend you do. Lazara is professional, and knows exactly what areas need attention. She always manages to apply the right amount of pressure to alleviate your problem areas. I always leave feeling physically and mentally better.

I had such a pleasant experience here. We did the couples masage and it was lovely. The full body massage was so relaxing and my maseus Tania was so good. She made me feel comfortable, good communication, and very kind. I plan to return and specifically request Tania because she was very good and went above and beyond with her service. Highly recommend!

Lissy is a godsend. Incredibly professional, clean, caring, and pays attention to what you need from your massage. She knows her craft and is passionate about making sure people leave better than they came in. Thank you Lissy for always being the best!

Skin care extraordinaire!!! Martha has been taking care of my skin for 7 years and I couldn’t be happier. Her care routine adjusts as I am aging and any “stressors” in my life. The staff is always accommodating with my schedule. A big plus is the relaxing atmosphere.

Marjorie was very gentle, professional, and talented in her massage work. She did something incredible for my sinuses by massaging my face in circles. My only negative comment is that the girls in the front were not very welcoming when I first came in and didnt take time to reconfirm my details nor emotionally prepare me for my spa experience.

Had a massage with Rosa - highly recommend her! She could tell my shoulders and neck were bothering me and suggested I check my computer monitor height. After the massage I felt so relaxed and my neck pain was gone.

Martha was phenomenal when dealing with my acne-prone skin. After one facial I can already see a big difference. I hope to return soon to get rid of my acne scars.

Diana is awesome and able to provide firm or medium pressure! She is excellent, especially if you prefer a tension-relieving session. She focuses on my problem areas and you can tell she is passionate about her work.Update: I dont think Diana works at massage envy anymore, I have been seeing other therapists and Izumi is absolutely excellent for anyone who does sports or high intensity workouts and needs some deep work. Kenya is also great for medium pressure work—my mom prefers her style and always sees her.

I had an excellent experience. Ive been to several Massage Envy locations, and this is one of the best! The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Maggie was my therapist and she was incredible. Shes knowledgeable and intuitive, recognizing where I needed extra attention. I highly recommend her!

Another great massage at Massage Envy The Falls by HILDA. She is very professional, caring, she knows whats shes doing, she was able to work exactly where I needed it in just 50 minutes, but definitely from now on I will only schedule 80 minutes with her, so I can enjoy more of her amazing massage.

Had the best massage ever! Oslaydis is AMAZING! I live with chronic neck pain and I left my massage pain free and feeling great. I woke up the next day and still no pain. I haven’t woken up without neck pain in over 15 years! She is truly phenomenal!! ❤️

Soft massages are good, but have booked many firm and never received a firm massage. Pricing is overkill and don’t forget it doesn’t include a tip. You have 30 days to use credits from a membership once it is cancelled so be careful unless you’re thinking long term.

Been to the falls location twice and Kerry never disappoints! After my first massage with him, I automatically signed up for the membership. Most relaxing and tension relieving massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

I am pregnant and work very Long hours on my feet. I walked in to massage envy to get some work done Tania was my massage therapist. She was extremely kind and professional she asked me what areas she could help me out with. I have been having pain in my upper back. She was fantastic I left feeling relaxed and no more pain. I definitely recommend her and this location at the falls. The girls in the front were very kind and helpful as well.

Terrible customer service. Tried to gift a friend a facial and paid my home location the transfer fee of $10. This location said she could not book unless I paid the mandatory $18 tip first. I told her to use the card on file and she said she couldn’t. I’m on a lake, no wallet, trying to be giving to a friend in need of some r&r. Massage envy is seriously lacking in customer service. Going back to hand and stone.

Juan’s deep tissue massage was great for my sore muscles. Just the right amount of pressure and he uses the unscented oil. One of the best massages I’ve had at ME.

See Raisa!I was in the area and hadn’t been to this location before so I took a chance with a new therapist, Raisa. I’m a body worker myself, so I tend to be critical. Raisa was amazing! She definitely is a seasoned therapist, strong, intuitive and I can feel she cares for her clients. I actually thought she went over on time bc the session felt so much longer but it was only an hour as scheduled.. and time definitely stood still. She has a very nurturing way of ending her sessions and i truly felt cared for which you don’t always get with therapists.Even though this location is almost an hour from me, it will be worth the drive to see her. 90 min next time! I have always had great experiences at this location but this particular time I felt my therapist was not trained properly. Her massaging technique was messy and anything but smooth. I will never book her again.

The therapists are amazing all offering different styles and modes of massage - no different than the expensive Spas- and you can try and switch. I tried different ones and now like two the most .Maite is one of them and she is amazing with her deep tissue massages.The the staff is also friendly and accommodating

I’ve had about 5 massage therapists at this location and Lissy is my new favorite. She adjusts her pressure according to how you like it and just has great energy overall. I highly recommend having a session with her. Not to take away from the others because they are all great, but there is a different experience with Lissy.

My therapist Enid is exceptional! She listens to exactly what my problem areas are and always concentrates on those specific areas. I have a Massage Envy down the street from my apartment, but am willing to drive the 30-40 minutes (each way!) to get to the Falls location because Stephanie is so amazing!The staff has always been great to me and its always a joy when Im checking in, checking out, making appointments, or asking general questions.Stephanies attention to detail is bar none. Im pretty sure she remembers every major or minor injury Ive ever had and gives me a full report out at the end of each massage so I know where my body is at and where I can focus my self care.Worth every penny and minute of that drive!

Jay, wow! She is an amazing therapist. I booked my massage through the app. And though my app identified my preferences with deep tissue, Jay wasn’t a “match” for me. But the importance of taking risks and getting to know someone let me to finding one of my new favorite therapists in Massage Envy! She worked on the areas I told her the most, focusing on each knot without stopping and moving on which is what I find with a lot of therapists…she focused, and she checked in to make sure the pressure wasn’t too much on my sore muscles. I cannot wait to go back and see her again!

I had deep tissue massage with Juan at the Falls which was excellent. I usually like a lot of pressure to relieve pain in my high tension areas. The pressure provided was perfect. He did a lot of pressure-point work which really helped alleviate my tension. He was very professional and clearly very experienced. He needed very little direction and seemed to “read” the muscles well and provided the perfect amount of pressure in a given area without causing pain. Will definitely return l and would highly recommend for anyone with pain/ tension in need of relief.

Marie is hands down THE BEST therapist at the falls location. She can provide a firm pressure while still being relaxing and provide tension relief. I first started seeing her in 2018 and then when I became pregnant I was so pleased to know that she also performed prenatal massages! She’s incredibly professional, and really focuses on the areas that you describe as areas of tension. She provides a quality massage every time. To be fully fair I have tried other therapists at this location, mainly because Marie is booked or it’s her day off, and no matter what I’m never as pleased as I am when I have my session with Marie. Therefore now I only schedule with her, in advance, for all my messages. Thank you Marie for your commitment to a great service and relaxing experience.

Rosa at The Falls location is beyond amazing. I have a bruising condition and Ive tried other massage therapists and no matter how much I emphasized the massage had to be superficial and not deep tissue because I bruise easily, I always ended my session in pain and spent the next few days with purple bruises on my back, arms and legs. When I switched to Rosa, I have never had an issue again. I now end my sessions relaxed and relieved. I sleep better than ever after my session and I wake up with energy, better flexibility and less stressed. Rosa is the best and Sunday evenings with her are my little slice of heaven. Thank you, Rosa!

I haven’t been to a Massage Envy in a while, just because of life and my last location’s repeated bad experiences. But wow I have definitely found my go-to Massage Envy now. Marjorie was incredible. Funny enough, I usually ask for a deeper massage but Marjorie hit the points that I needed so perfectly that I was borderline falling asleep on the table. 10/10 would recommend!
