I recently received Botox treatment at Fiori di Lino Medspa to target frown lines and to upturn my lip corners. I was hoping to achieve natural results and soft results. However, the results were far from what I expected. Instead, I was left with eye brow pytosis and a crooked smile with numbness to my right side of my mouth. Nothing about the botox was good. This has negatively affected my appearance, vision, ability to eat and confidence for the past 4 months. I had to go to another professional (highly trainer MD) to attempted raise my drooped eyebrows a little so my vision could stop being affected by my drooping eyelids which cost me additional $1,350. I went to Fiore de lino medspa to get beauty improvements that were conveniently close to my house, but they did not deliever even subpar results. Due to my experience, I would advise caution to anyone considering Botox treatment at this company. The mistake that were made on my botox were amateur. They over injected, injected too low and deep on the forehead and injected in the wrong muscle for my lip. After 4 months Fiore di Lino damage on me has finally dissolved, my confidence is back and it is all just bad memory. BEWARE AND DONT GET BOTOX HERE.In response to the owners comment:Your company was made aware via phone and text. On several occasions, I did actually request my chart and injection notes so my doctor could be aware of the amount and location of the botox injections to better revise your damage. I was refused. Your company did nothing to remedy the situation, nor was I given my records.

My experience with Baby Botox was amazing!!! The results came out beautiful as expected, the Dr was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns 🥰

DO NOT COME HERE!!!Save your hard-earned cash and seek out a reputable expert elsewhere. This establishment employs subpar Botox products and uses unnecessarily thick needles. My eyes swelled up after the procedure, and despite their reassurances, the puffiness persists three weeks later. Initially promised a touch-up as part of a special offer, I was later informed that I missed the window by their own contradictory instructions. Its evident they prioritize profit over client satisfaction. Dont compromise on quality or trust amateurs with your beauty needs.

I came to get a couples massage with my cousin & a session of cool sculpting. I was hesitant about cool sculpting because I’ve never received a service like this but the tech (Sury) made me feel very comfortable, as she was knowledgeable & answered all my questions. Upon entering, we were greeted with a variation of drinks like detox water, champagne and coffee. I thought this was a nice touch because most medspa’s don’t offer various choices of beverages. After we had our coffees, we were escorted to the massage room, which was really nicely decorated & we were asked to change into our robes (bonus points for being the softest robes I’ve ever felt!) The massage itself was incredible and very relaxing. Next, was my session of cool sculpting which went really well. I was really nervous but the tech comforted me & listened to my needs. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me a pillow, cozy blanket and an eye massage machine (it gives heat and plays music, so cool!) Overall I’m really happy with Fior Di Lino. They are very good at customer satisfaction from their friendly service down to the small details like a hand scrub and facial cleanser in the bathroom. I can’t wait for my next session!

I go to this spa botox and skin tightening and I am very happy with the results i’m seeing on my skin. The esthetician and doctor that does the botox are excellent and very knowledgeable, they are well trained as It’s the first time I came for a facial and other treatments and everything they suggested has done wonders on my skin. 🙌🏻! The worst experience of my life.... I have been getting botox for 13 years now. I have NEVER had an issue until I walked into this bucket shop that claims to be a Med Spa. I found this facility on Groupon. Something told me when I drove up to leave but I went forward and got the Botox from a women whos face was unrecognizable and she claimed it was due to a treatment they performed on her. Again, another sign that something was very wrong. The needle she placed on my face felt 2 inches thick and it felt like she was butchering my face. She verbally gave me a ton of disclaimers, followed by disclaimers on paper. Typical I thought. Immediately afterwards and the next month my face swelled up to a level that petrified me. They clearly injected a toxic liquid in my face that was NOT BOTOX. I contacted them and sent pictures & they ignored me with no response. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC.

I have been eyeing this place for a while but finally decided to give it a try today. The staff is very friendly and they all make you feel welcome. The spa itself is immaculate and smells very good! I went for a 30-minute massage but I look forward to coming back!

This place is great. I didn’t feel like I was in a shopping center spa. When you walk in it feels like you are at a big pricey hotel spa. The place is super clean and smells great. I had a massage and a facial with Suri. She was great, I would differently recommend her. I will be going back for more services and I am also planning on some gift cards for some of my family members for Christmas.

I had booked the massage and facial, it was a great experience, the staff is knowledgeable and understood the needs of my skin perfectly. I am now 2 weeks post facial and my skin looks keeps getting better. The massage was very relaxing. I enjoyed the perk of the eye massage so much I bought the machine. Going back next week.

Besides the aesthetics being beautiful, the place itself is clean and the front desk (I didn’t get her name :( )is hospitable and friendly. I was greeted right away and in my treatment room in less than 5min. Mildred did my juvederm, she was knowledgeable and extremely considerate with pain tolerance. She also showed me the sealed box and the empty syringe when she was done, much appreciated btw. I love the outcome, exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be back.

My first time I went in the month of February, a cousin took me and we were very bad with the Botox, my cousin with one eyebrow much higher than the other and my 2 eyelids fell out, one more than the other, very disappointing that it didnt I never want to go back there again nor do I recommend it with them, I do not risk any aesthetic treatment.
