La Victoria

This was my first time visiting and I must say it was an uncomfortable experience. We went in a large group women and men, the men had watches and some chains. Of the entire group they pointed out two individuals in the group saying we could not get in because they had a watch and a chain, and one had earrings. The two they pointed out were the best dressed and the darkest in the group (we were all Latinos in the group) they had to literally remove it in order to get in. I understand having standards to allow people in a club to avoid attracting the wrong crowd, but this was the most racist and uncomfortable I’ve ever felt getting into a club we were buying bottles and reserving a table for. The club isn’t special, if you don’t get in you aren’t missing anything. The crowd is mainly light skinned population there were maybe 3 dark skinned people the entire night. To add to the night, it is extremely over priced, they enforce two bottles on groups of 8 or more, The music isn’t great if you are looking to dance to. Lastly the staff is rude for such an expensive table you would expect great service. Definitely a place that can be skipped.

Staff extremely rude. No reason to let us in. Claimed they had a dress code but let people in who were not following it, while we were. No explanations given. Girl looked up and down and felt racist, innapropriate. Had to call the cops.

Decided to not let us in and didn’t give us any reason. We made a reservation beforehand and they decided not to honor it. Even even if you make a reservation, you might not be let in. Wanted to buy bottles and they still didn’t let us in.

My friends invited me. They denied me and my friends (who purchased tickets) at the door. I was in a collared shirt, slacks and new sneakers. They said, they were at capacity but, let in a group right after us. I’m assuming if you don’t know anyone, it’s not possible to get in. I literally have never heard of this place and wasn’t let in. Will never even attempt to go again. Don’t bother with this place, way better and highly regarded places will let you in. Apparently they think they are above you.

The most racist place ever. There were over 20 of us going committed to pay $2,000 min. They would not let our nephew in because he was black (they said those words to my face) I called them a racist and they ended up pushing me and my cousin out with a taser pushed up against a fence…. Said they didn’t give a damn we were a big party or paying $2,0000.

I went to this “establishment” yesterday and was met with the RUDEST, NASTIEST, TERRIBLE lady at the front. Threatening to take away our tickets… Pure entitlement as if this is the only place to party in MIAMI… NEVER COMING BACK. The lady at the front was a short lady with a mole. Deserves to be fired. One of my friends were TRICKED into taking his wristband off. When the manager was asked about it he lied about why they “kicked” him out. Stay away from this terrible entitled place

Extremely racist. The staff at the entrance act as if theyre gods, deciding who can enter and who cant, all because theyre instructed by owners who encourage this discrimination. Ive been going for years, but havent returned since COVID started. Ive never encountered this kind of treatment anywhere else in Miami. Its no surprise they have a one-star rating. Dont go unless you want to be unfairly treated. There’s no diversity and inclusion in this place.

I arrived 11pm and did not let me in because it was not open, then I went to eat to I’m design district and came back 1:30 am and the ladies on entrance said that to go in, I needed a table… feel very mistreated, specially that I been there few times before. Not a way to treat a customer. Too bad to write a bad review about La Victoria.

Went there on a Saturday, barely anyone and paid $40 to get in. We left when we understood nothing was going to happen there, very disappointed

0/10 recommend. Very racist place. Let half our group in and charged them 3k for a table and when the other half arrived, they wouldn’t let us in. The music was horrible regardless. Trash place. It was after midnight and they had no line but were acting like it was the hottest spot in Miami. Please avoid this place if you want to have a good night.

I had a bad experience at this place. We paid for our tickets at 12:15am, but they said they dont take reservations after 12am, even though this wasn’t stated anywhere when making the reservation. They gave us a refund with cash at the door and apologizing for how that’s not stated on their policy ( “we need to fix that”).Afterward, they told us it was full, and only people who were already inside could go in. But when we asked others in line, some without reservations got in. This wasnt fair.Whats worse, it felt like they treated us differently because of our skin color. The entire line was filled with light colored people, and we felt discriminated against because were not. Discrimination is wrong, and it made our experience even worse.In short, our visit was messed up because of unclear rules, unfair treatment, and what seemed like racism. I hope they listen to this and do better so others dont go through the same thing.We arrived at 12:30am and they close at 5am. September is the slowest month in Miami, extremely hard to believe that my gut feeling of racism is wrong.

I was there yesterday from out of town, I do have to say they are a little strict with the dress code but come on you are going out in Miami just dress accordingly. We had couple of shots at the bar and then moved to a table, staff was very friendly and it looks like themselves where having a ton of fun lol, I recommend this place if you are looking for a the best vibes in Latin music in Miami! Thank you to Tommy also for the awesome energy!We will be back!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is by far the most racist and disgusting place in Miami. You will be treated terribly, physically and verbally abused by staff and everything is extremely overprice. They will steal your money. Be very careful with the worker “Leon” who works in the front line as well. You will be robbed, mistreated, and abused if you go to La Victoria.

Came from Chicago to visit. We got to the door and stated they did not have our reservation in their system. Worst experience ever, we felt judged by our skin color. We tried to find a solution and the staff was not helpful at all. They were very rude and told us they were sold out but had people in line with no reservation getting in. Definitely do not recommend, and don’t come here unless you are white to their standards. 😊

If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited in line at 11 pm with no one inside the establishment yet. The bouncers we’re extremely rude and told me I was too young to be allowed in. They miscalculated my age and had to look at my ID three other times. Seemed very reluctant at to let me in despite having no one inside. I was finally let in just to be given an insane cover, despite no one being in the place. The rude reputation is extremely valid and I would spend your money, time and sanity elsewhere.

We drove from Weston me and my boyfriend and the girl at the front did nit even care to ask us how much to pay. She literally did not even talk to us and just told us to make reservations and come back next week like we lives around the corner. They steal your money by making up different prices and you have to pay it. The people at the door are so rude. The girls who work there are ugly midgets with no class. Horrible people horrible place. Very tacky.. They are also very RACIST . No reason to go there unless you are tacky 😂

One of the biggest scams in town. The capacity was out of control. I’m still figuring in out how it’s possible police don’t do anything about it.

Please be aware of discriminatory door policies at La Victoria. On April 29, 2023, a door person at La Victoria refused entry for my friend of darker complexion from Nicaragua and me at opening hours unless we purchased a bottle despite being with a group of women who were already inside celebrating a birthday. The door person wouldnt tell us why he refused us entry despite us arriving well dressed, polite, sober, and willing to pay a $40 cover for men. We are left to conclude in absence of any reasonable explanation that this venues entrance policies are likely classist, racist, or both as we couldnt help but notice many light skinned men arriving often in exclusive cars before and after us being provided better treatment and entry without buying a bottle while wearing more casual clothes, including graphic t-shirts. The person denying us entry refused to tell us why he did so after we asked multiple times. He said that he reserved the right to refuse us entry without justification because it is a private establishment. I strongly recommend staying away. We only wanted to join our friends to celebrate a friends birthday and have a nice night out, but, instead were forced to relocate to another place because of unnecessary door policies which look to preserve a light skin elite Latin clientele. Being fair, the manager agreed to refund the cover charges for the members of our party already inside. We know that upscale nightclubs in Miami have strict entrance policies but were sadly surprised to be denied entry because of the way we looked, not dressed. This behavior is outdated and doesnt deserve a place in Miami.

Worst experience. Came to visit made a reservation too literally two weeks ago. At the entrance they told us they didnt have a reservation under my name. The place was empty at 11:00 ! Wouldnt let us in either because it was sold out. Worst treatment. There are better places with better service. No hate here haha just honesty first one star review but it deserves no stars to be honest.

The epitome of a Miami experience! Great drinks and BAD BUNNY. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Horrific service, terrible quality people, really overall rude and the ambiance was giving airport. If you want badly lit purple photos and to be the most pedestrian squad in town - this place is for you.

Don’t bother buying in advance. We waited 3 hours with reservations and tickets. We came here for a friends birthday and it turned out to be the biggest nightmare. The night ended with her crying and friends being left behind. My entire party had tickets. I don’t understand the logic of having an option to buy in the advance when they will let random people in even if they don’t have tickets or look the part if the bouncer knows them. The staffs uniform and location in itself does not embody design district. It’s really a dumpy looking place. Nothing different from wynwood. Once you are inside it’s a mediocre club full of people in sandals, fake designer and cheap shein clothing. Save your money and time. I told the club manager i would leave them a one star review. She proceeded to laugh and say that my review wouldn’t do anything to her business instead of trying to figure out why I’m upset. I’m a customer. At the very least have some sympathy and apologize. Seriously don’t support businesses like this who exploit customers and scam you out of money and time by overselling more than their capacity.

Went there without checking the reviews was my worst mistake. Racism comments are definitely valid in my perspective.They were watching us from the moment we stepped out of the car all the way until we got to the front. While in line, I could hear them talking about us (I guess they didn’t think I could understand them), but they were trying to find every reason not to let us in. Then when we got to the front they gave us the most b.s. excuse. I’m glad they did, because we went to Mango’s and had the best night ever.Needless to say, this place isn’t it. And I didn’t even need to go inside to see that.

I will be as concise and precise as possible. Firstly and foremost, I fail to understand how a place like this remains open in a city like Miami, the cradle of the hospitality industry. Words cannot describe the miserable treatment my friends and I endured at the hands of the staff. This establishment excluded anyone who did not conform to their narrow standards of acceptability. Referring to themselves as a social club is a complete farce, as they took pleasure in isolating and demeaning customers instead of fostering inclusivity.I sincerely recommend you to seek a venue that values, respects, and embraces diversity.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The bouncers are extremely rude and will let only half the group in without any reason. One of the bouncers gave me the middle finger, and the female brunette gave no explanation as to why she didnt let us in. Would not doubt that these people are racist at all. A third bouncer tries to gaslight you into why they wont let you in the place. This place has got to shut down.

Staff was incredibly rude. This is their “manager” who was ever more rude. Don’t even try to go to this place. They didn’t let us in and refused to give us an explanation. La Victoria social club should be completely shut down! The racism experienced at this place is beyond, truthfully don’t know how a scandal has not entered the local news stations about this place. It’s 2023 have a dress code that’s valid, but discrimination based on the color of someone’s skin tone is outrageous! BUENAVISTA INVESTMENT HOLDING LLC will receive a complaint on BBB site. I really hope Antonio Turbay the owner does something about the culture in this place.

The worst experience getting in. The people deciding who gets in or not were the most irrational, hard to talk with, unwelcoming, and straight up nasty humans I have ever dealt with in Miami (and Ive been here for 6 years). My friends couldnt get in cause apparently they had set aside a solo cup in the line while they were waiting and while Im an environment advocate, the girl at the door used that minimal thing to decide they couldn’t get in (no heads ups, no nothing) they obviously ended up picking it up and taking it with them but it didnt matter. She had made up her mind. It was simply imposible to even get a word out while she kept saying “do you want me to take you out of the club too?” And laughing in our faces at the fact we couldn’t do nothing about it (For real?!). Then the manager of the place came to me and asked what the problem was, it took two seconds for him to let my friends in. Because it just simply WASNT A BIG DEAL. We paid $200 in cover tickets, giving them business and behaving well, I just don’t understand how they feel so entitled to treat customers so poorly when they know we are there to give them our money. It personally took me an hour to shake off the unwelcoming customer service experience, making part of ny night so not enjoyable !!

This place was HORRENDOUS. Found a bug in my drink right when I received it, immediately told bartender and they refused to change my drink. I have never seen customer service like this before. This place was the worst place ever and the bouncers make the experience even worse. They charge everyone a different fee depending on how they feel. This is my absolute favorite place in Miamk. I always have the best night of my life every time I come here. Drinks are great, music is great, it’s impossible to have a bad time at La Victoria.

Worst place ever. Jessica Velez and the manager Leonardo, which are the people on the door, are so rude. My girlfriend and I went with another gay couple and they did not let us in because we were gay. They said they did not want us in because we had ‘an attitude’ and we did not understand anything. It was just unbelievable.

Beautiful, and safe establishment. Fantastic vibe at a LEGIT Miami Club. Place was crowded but orderly thanks to the many bouncers throughout the place. The bartenders were responsive and the drinks were not crazy overpriced. The DJ could have a bigger repertoire though. I suggested some tracks to him since he was starting to repeat songs but he was unfazed. If you want the real experience of a Miami club (outdoors, dancing till 5am) this is the place to check out! I had no issue gaining entrance, stood in line and got in when it was my turn. About the racist claims from people, Im confused cause Im latina and I had no problem getting in.

Gave us unwarranted attitude while we were in line, told us they were packed (it wasn’t) and asked us to pay $40 for girls and $50 for guys which couldn’t be used towards drinks (like other establishments do).There’s many other establishments where you can get more for the value. I recommend trying other places.

The most racist, xenophobic, genderphobic, fatphobic place you’ll find in Miami. The staff at the front is so rude, mean, and disgusting. They will not give you a solid reason for not letting you in. This is the utmost racist experience I’ve ever had in America. From the staff to the management here, you should be ashamed of yourselves.If you are a person of color and have any self-respect, I would encourage you not to support this place.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would! If you don’t anyone in management, don’t bother going. Waited in line for two hours only for them to allow people who cut the line go in first. We made them aware of the issue and a tall skinny lady said “well if you don’t like it, then you can leave” horrible horrible service. At one point they made their own rules that only people aged 23+ could go in.

I sit down after being rudely greeted and brought to my table. I order my food. I receive my food (rudely). Then before i Can even indulge in my food, a GINORMOUS Rat hops up onto my lap then onto the table and begins ferociously eating my food. I’m disgusted. I’m screaming. I’m Crying. I then turn around and look at the floor as i feel something crawling up my leg and there are hundreds of roaches running at me. They take me down and continue to jump me. The staff just sat back and watched as i was being mauled by an angry pack of roaches. Will never return to this place! Don’t even test your luck!

This place is racist! I came here with a group of friends and we had a table - my friend showed up who is black/African American - he was asked to leave due to capacity even tho they were still letting people in and he was at our table.He was the only black/African American in the entire place - and they made sure to ask him to leave after letting him.The host came up to our table after he had been there for 10 mins and asked him to leave due to capacity - she said she would call security if he didnt leave but could only give capacity as the reasonAgain they were still letting people in - do not support businesses who discriminate against people of color - this place is gross

Avoid coming here the most you can, because this place is absolutely terrible. After so many years of attending, the place has now officially lost another customer(s) for good! The wait line is so short yet they like to make the people wait outside for 30+ minutes with a ridiculous excuse that it’s a private event, and it is not true. The staff out front are so rude and unprofessional. After showing up with more than 15 people, offering to pay and receive service... the rude lady tells us that 2 gentlemen from the group cannot come in, discriminating by their looks or their dress code (which they had pants and dress jackets on) like everyone else. When we asked her why they couldn’t come inside she had no response and ignored us. Not to mention we were just there a week ago!... I have never experienced this in my entire life, specially in MIAMI. I really hope and wish them the best for the little time they have left running that place. The other reviews you see here are so accurate. Sad to say they’re a superficial place, to say the least.

This place is actually racist! I was part of a table and received a band. I stepped out for a second like everyone else does and I was denied reentry. I noticed others stepped out as well but they were granted access. What I realized, those that were let in were fair skin. I can’t believe I was discriminated against by my own people. I am half black and half Puerto Rican. Those at the door are definitely some sort of Spanish descent but are more fair in skin tone. I was completely sober and those lighter than me and drunk were granted access. It’s the last time I will actually attempt to attend this establishment. Stay away…… there are other places that will treat you with respect.

Ive traveled and had no issues in Europe, South America and the Caribbean (to name a few) and this place is by far one of the most biased against black ppl. Im speaking from experience. Ive reluctantly been here a couple times & if the party Im with dont have a table then its a strong NO. If its more than one blk person in the friend group, its also a NO. But theyll immediately let in the non black party waiting in line behind us. I would not spend my money here, even though we have the means to. We took our business elsewhere. I hate to pull the race card but this place needs to be put on blast and reported to the appropriate authorities. Its not even worth it once you get inside as there are better alternatives. Its Crazy that theyre still in business. Is zero stars an option?!

THE HOSTESS THINKS SHE IS THE OWNER OF THE CLUB!Before going to the club last Saturday I called to make a reservation, however there was only a table for 8 people, and we were in 3 ladies, then I asked if there was another way to join the club and the attendant said yes, general admission paying individual entry. I traveled from Orlando to Miami just to go to this club. I arrived in the roll exactly 11:15pm, the club opens 11h, there was only one couple in front of me in the general admission roll, they entered and my turn came and the weird hostess said that the entrance was only for those who had a reservation and that we could not enter , however ALL in the roll entered EXCEPT US! We were very well dressed and modesty aside we are beautiful and have money. A friend of ours arrived who had a reservation and invited us to join his table and even then the hostess didnt let us get in the club. I tried to talk to the manager and the security guys pretended not to hear us calling them. LA VICTORIA DONT RESPECT PEOPLE!!!! DON`T GO! THE CLUB DENY ENTRY, THE HOSTESS CHOOSE WHO CAN JOY OR NOT!!!

I am from Miami and have never been to a worse place.If you go here, there is a strong chance they will not let you or someone from your group in, FOR NO REASON. We had a table and they wouldn’t let one person form our group in, even though we were all dressed the same - jeans and shirts/v-necks.Additionally, the inside is LAME!! Ladies at the entrance are horrible human beings! They let us do the line for 30 minutes to tell us that they are close. But it was not that, because the people behind me were allowed to enter. NOT GOING BACK EVER! Super expensive, I know it because it was not my first time there. But today was my last! They lost a customer.Please note you have to go with a dress code, if you go in flats and not with a super short dress you will not be allowed to enter. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place discriminated my friends and I. They kept telling us it was full while they were letting other people in on the other side. We tried very hard with this guy at the door named Leo/Leon whatever his name was. He was very rude to us. We honestly tried to get in but no chance. Do not waste your time to go to this place. Disappointed and disgusted how we have to go through this in 2022.

I had reserved a table for 13 people for my 30th birthday. I arrived with 10 beautiful ladies and 3 guys. When I checked in they body shamed my friend for being overweight and told me they reserved the right not to serve me and then escorted me out with their bouncer rudely, pushing us out with no further explanation. The whole group was properly dressed with heels, nice dressed, and make up. Our friend later confirmed with a friend who works at La Victoria that we were kicked out for 1 persons looks. These people deserve a law suit.

Went there on a Thursday night. We had to wait for the place to open at midnight. We got there early and waited outside because we were told there usually is a line to get in. That part wasn’t fun because we were all wearing high heels. Once inside we paid a cover that entitled us to a glass of Prosecco. I don’t recall how much the cover was probably about $10-$20. The music was good and the decor was very nice. The crowd looked nice and preppy. I see comments about the staff being pretentious but being from NY I’m used to that but they weren’t the friendliest of inviduals.

These people work front desk at a club! Lol Your job it’s a joke and you guys discriminating. Also, you guys are Latinos! And more then likely your place was a dumb before coming here. Incoming court date

Came to visit from San Diego CA, one of my friends told me about La Victoria and that is a must place to go when coming to Miami. I checked the reviews and decided to call and ask a few questions, someone picked up and answered them right away. My husband and I showed up dressed really nice ate around 11pm and got in by 11:15pm the host were very nice. Once we got in, got a few drinks wich were delicious and the music was great. I loved the place and I am definitely coming back with a group of friends. The reviews does not reflect our experience. BTW loved the type of people that attend La Victoria, a much better crowd then most of the night clubs. Service was great!😉

Ok. So the staff is not nice. It is hard to get in. But. By far. My favorite couple in the world. The music is 10/10, the place is awesome, and let’s face it, there are sooo many beautiful people there. So highly recommended, but… beware of the staff

Like so many others reviewing La Victoria, I regret to advise you not to bother coming here.The door staff are rude. The club sits empty for the first hour to create a buzz outside. Then they pack it to the rafters.The music selection is limited to say the least. The drinks are expensive for very mediocre quality.This club has had its day. It’s now a cash cow for the owners who don’t give a damn about their patrons. There are much better options now elsewhere that care about the customer experience and promote having fun.

Sorry about the google name, it is my daughters. Me and two female friends arrived January 26 2018 to La Victoria around 12:30pm. We were asked to pay a mandatory valet parking fee of $20 since no public parking available, then $10 per person as admission fee ($30). We got in and bought drinks $45 and after 45 minutes of been there we were asked to leave the place because the owner said so...no explanations...no refunds...worst night ever. I have never been disrespected and discriminated so much in my life. Dont go there.

Save your time and money ! Very disappointing experience all of the 1star reviews are true. This place is extremely disgusting and only caters to a certain crew. Brown skin Hispanics DO NOT COME HERE, no matter how beautiful we are. And honestly it’s not worth it, they pay more attention to saying no to you than to actually serving you

When this place changed for bad? I used to go often paying cover and now they only accept reservations, even though the place is empty. So disappointing. Besides the staff is impolite.

We always have a blast in this place, the music is amazing and i love the fact that is an outdoor nightclub.

I’ve been to low end & high end clubs across the globe and I can say this is the bottom .1%. I had high expectations, but I was disappointed with the lady at the front door and the conditions of its interior. Bugs crawling by the bar, toilet paper on the floor outside the restroom and mix drinks made clearly by someone with zero taste. I would have preferred to attend a Chuckny Cheese party than step foot in La Victoria.

Terrible snobby staff outside the place. My bf and I took uber there. Looks like they are focusing on the table “catch” $1500, I overheard. That’s insane!!! You know how much people spend on drinks a night? You can easily make that on selling drinks and not focusing on “tables and bottles”. We waited in line but after waiting for more than I would wait at any other club we decided to go elsewhere. Bad business technique. The music was not all that great anyhow. Let’s see how long you keep this business :)

Don’t know what people are talking about. We had a great experience! Got in within 5 minutes. Everyone was nice and chill. Paid 20$ for the male and 10 for the female. Drinks were 12-13$. Music was awesome. True Latin vibe. Nice, good looking people also

The only word I can use to describe this place is trash. We waited in line for no reason. One of our friends was hosting his birthday at this dump. When we got to the front an Argentinian women told us that we couldnt get in. They closed general admission because the places was packed. Our friend inside told us it was empty. The problem was that the Argentinian women was upset because I addressed her in English which made her feel uncomfortable. Therefore she didnt want us to get in. This shouldnt happen in America. This is ridiculous.

Do not go! First of all the place was empty by the time we got there. But they said we had to wait 30 min. After waiting they said only tables and reservations were been let in. The girl outside was super rude and stuck up and the guy who was letting people in said that they were charging cover since 11pm. When they werent even letting in. Then they only let a few guys in who had tables and no one in the general entrance with on table. They swore they were LIV or some nice lounge/club in the beach. HORRIBLE PLACE hadnt been there in years so I wanted to go again. I regret it it! Dont go...

This is the MOST RACIST place in all míami. I called, followed their protocols, came well dressed and with 5 females. The hostess flat out told me I could not enter because I was of DARK COLOR. Never again will I come to this place ever. BOYCOTT THIS PLACE! Your loss!

Huge line without movement. Just came with my boyfriend expecting to spend a good time. The security man let 2 girls staying behind us came in. In general we spent an hour waiting.The stuff was really rude answering questions. We were willing to spend at least $300. But the waiting doesnt really worth it. Bad organization. Spent $20 for valet parking and left. Because looked like they didnt really care about customers.

Went there once, trying for the first time the place, we were a group of 5 people, 3 went in first, and the bouncers/extortionists started mumbling about some Sh$$&&@ like the event was for people 24 and over, I talked to them and told them that the 3 that went in were our friends and they were all younger they asked me if they were women and I replied with “what does that have to do with anything?” One of them told that it was because We didn’t have the same thing a woman has between our legs :/. All in all they end up saying we could come in if we paid for a bottle service of at least $250, I said no thank you and left to somewhere else. Worst experience ever and those guys at the door were extorsionists, completely messed up our groups night.

I didn’t want to believe the reviews because I thought people normally exagerates. But in this particular place it is true. I went here for my birthday, the place was empty and they only wanted to let us in if we paid a table, we did for 8 people, and then they didn’t want to let other friends in that arrived later, even though they had to paid cover. They keep people in the door waiting just to create an ilusion that the place is packed and that they are exclusive, but literally the place had empty tables all night and was never full. My recommendation is to go somewhere else, where they do value your business

I dont know where to begin. From the crappy service, the lack of efficiency, to the terrible music. It all was trash. When waiting to have bottle service they attended 5 different groups before coming back to us and telling us we had to spend a minimum of $300 with out even getting a table. Even then our friends had to pay cover which at the door was told $ 20 but then told to pay $30 when at the register. We were sequestered to the bar where we waited 30 min to receive what we purchased. Ended up spending $600+ to still be left at the bar while having bottle service. Then the night ended as terribly as it began. At the end for no apparent reason our friend was wrestled to the ground without warning and man handled and beat up to then be thrown out the club. Safe to say never again and I hope I raise awareness.

Ok, so here it goes,This is a delicate review since it involves “abusive behavior” from the bouncers of this club. I could have established a legal action but there were so many things to prove by the time that I decided to publicly make this post to prevent anyone from suffering what we suffered. This just happened 43 hours ago and I am already back home from my trip from Miami and I think this is the least I can do since I wont establish legal actions.While we were in the club, I was having a VERBAL discussion with my boyfriend and we decided to go outside and discuss our matters to not bother our group of friends and to clarify our miss-understandings. When finding the way out of the club, without knowing, we took the path to the kitchen, there was a girl who let us know we were on the wrong exit and immediately we tried to find the correct way while discussing. Suddenly, one of the bouncers appeared and asked me if there was something wrong or if my BF was bothering me, question that I did not respond to since I was too focused on what my BF was saying. Then I rolled my eyes because I was upset with my BF and suddenly the bouncer from nowhere “hit” him from the back to the ground, situation in which I IMMEDIATELY reacted with disagreement, shock and fear. I told him to stop because there was no such reason to attack him physically and I was very clear about that.Then 3 more bouncers approached the situation asking the first bouncer what was going on and I am not sure what he responded but none of them asked me the same question, which I wish they did. Then what happened was worse since they, without questioning, started to kick him on the floor and I was scared and begging them to stop. By this time, I am really mad but still thought I could fix and stop this situation since it was supposed to be a misunderstanding of my boyfriend bothering me.Of course that was not the case and one of the bouncers approached me and started to treat like a drunk women and he forcefully grabbed me by my arms (I even have photos of my bruises) and started to yell at me while taking us to a different room which appeared to be like a storage. On the way, my boyfriend was left behind with the 3 bouncers violently getting his phone and throwing it on the floor because he tried to get help. When I saw this I already knew this would not end well for us, so Im begging them to let us leave and stop beating us up, but the bouncers kept misstreating my boyfriend physically and I was having difficulty witnessing this. So I tried to make the bouncer let go of me and he started to grab me with more force while he kept taking me without my consent to a room that I did not recognized so I panicked! In that moment I hit the bouncer who was physically forcing me as my last resource for him to let go of me but he instead started to call me “profanities”while he grabbed me by my hair with anger. When my boyfriend saw this, he took his phone and tried to call 911 and again they took our things and threw them on the floor away from us. They finally threw us out the back door where there were a few people that were petrified about us being thrown like that and they offered us help but by that time I just wanted to leave that place and make sure my BF didnt have a concussion. A friend of us who was leaving by that time told us that the police got there but we were already gone. This is the reason why I did not established further action, because we had no police report of that moment therefore I have no proof besides the photos I can’t not attach here because “policies”

Stay away from this place. Its a complete scam. Went for a friends birthday. When I went to pay my bill and they had ran up twice the drinks with things we hadnt drank. I refused asked for a corrected bill. They took me into the back room to talk with the manager who said he would call the police if I didnt pay. I told him to call them. He then brought in two security guards dressed as police officers and had them try tell me to just pay the bill so I could go home and do yourself a favor and avoid problems. Felt really threatened especially because they took my ID into another room I guess to photo copy it. When I took out my phone, and said I would call 911, they had me leave. Next day I look at my bank statement and they charged the whole amount AND put a $45 tip on it that I didnt sign for. Needless to say I disputed the charge and credit card company said they had received several fraud complaints against company. Will be filing a complaint with the local police.

Ok cool, we decide to Google a place with Hispanic music and la victoria turned out on our search! We looked on Instagram and the place looked good! We got to the place and we met a beautiful hostess! When ask what was needed in order for us to have a table! With the most horrible attitude, she stated that we needed to consume a minimum of $800 dollars like giving us a restriction! I dont have an issue spending $800 bucks but damn instead of giving me attitude and putting a wall on the transaction just give me the menu sit us down and maybe maybe you have a satisfy customer! But her attitude kept going, I dont know what trigger her but for sure she got me writing a review on Google which I barely do! For the owners, this type of places are just a phase they come and go if you dont evolve! With terrible attitude or bad customer service and high prices is not going anywhere! Remember that this an open space! A patio with music! The empowerment and the ego that your employees have to do transactions are not the best! They need to convince me on why should I spent $800 bucks or maybe dont even mention it but lure me to spend it! Remember, they dont know who are they are turning down! With that type of attitude! Maybe some type of agent that knows I dont know some type of musician that can give you free marketing but w/e! I dont recommend the place to anyone! It wasnt even about the money but the service for someone to have a good time!

That place is an extremely rude one. My first experience was today, just 30 minutes ago, and I can assure you I am not coming back. I still have in my arms some signs of abusive treatment from the Security Guard. I was leaving the place, and he was yelling me, and literally saying extremelly rudeword, even some of them in Spanish. He was agressive, even with the manager in front of him. This time does not have any idea of how to treat clients, specially women. They express themselves racists toward Latin people. This place do not even deserve a star as a review. They are lucky enough that some people like me does not have time to waste trying to educate them. I can say that this place is the worst in Miami. They do not have the proper staff to function like a quality place for people that behave correctly and only want to have fun with friends. The whole staff does not count with a possitive attitude to deal with this kind of place. This was my first visit and the last one, for sure, and I hope people keep saying the same than me. I just put 1 star because is the lowest, otherwise 0 would have been my choice. The security at the door must be fired! Great Latin Nightclub, Open club, do not worry if its raining because they have most of the club covered and fans everywhere in case if the weather was hot.Staff were friendly and they made us skip the line even though we didnt have reservation or table ! So I dont know why people say they are rude! maybe it is just a matter of personal experience.They charged us on the weekend 10$ cover for women and 20$ for men

This place is horrible, the staff in the door is very rude and racist, I went with a group of friends and the people that were in front of me on the line weren’t Allowed to enter, they asked why and the staff mentioned that someone that was watching the camera said the couldn’t go in, something happen and the next thing was the staff yelling to the people that because they were Venezuelans and have bad fame couldn’t go in…… I was really impress, after that horrible moment we went in, the drinks were weird, the music was like boring and -always repeating songs … wouldn’t recommend st all visiting this place.

As many have said: the layout is awful. VIP tables in the middle of the msthroom line, bouncers in the middle of the dance floor, sofas that they just decide to rearrange mutiple times a night and youve just gotta deal with it...I usually have a good time here but today, I realized thats because of my group of friends, not the venue.DJ is barely OKAY, staff is predominantly rude...look elsewhere.

We come from out of town and we were not allowed to come in because this is an exclusive club and they have to keep certain standards... standards we didnt know otherwise we wouldnt have gone there. The bouncer said we could wait for the bar next door to open at midnight (an hour wait) since they had lower standards and we could maybe go in there. Perhaps you should post whatever standards it is that you hold somewhere here so people know what to expect when they get there and decide if they want to be part of La Victorias cast system. Went on Thursday last week had an amazing time consumed close to $1000 after buying a bottle of Dom Perignon Luminous courtesy of Yes you can and other drinks. Due to such an amazing time had, on Friday at 1pm I called in & spoke with an attendant whom I asked if OK to return that night with 10 other girlfriends some visiting from LA & Tampa, he said yes is open cover charge will be $10 dollars for ladies $20 for men. I got there Friday and different Ubers brought different groups of my friends once at the door a rude lady by the name of Aileen said at 11:30pm that we were not allowed in since it was closed due to a private birthday party.... Can management explain how that happened? Can management explain the training the hosts go through? And yes also why are people forced to wait outside if empty inside....

The outside ambiance was good for the first 30 minutes but my experience at Victoria was more than horrible and abusive from the bouncers. I was tackled to the floor and kicked by 3 more bouncers after clearing up a verbal argument with my partner. We (partner and I) mistakenly walked to the kitchen area (trying to go momentarily outside). Soon I was on the floor (tackled from behind) and being kicked multiple times. On top of that there was so much anger in getting me up and kicking my knees for me to fall back down. When I got my phone out and asked them to let me call for help, they threw my phone to the ground and shouted that I couldn’t call the police. Very frightening and incredibly dangerous as one person kept yelling “hope you &!€ in Spanish”.I cannot mention what happened to my partner nor all the details to comply with Google policies, but we are full of bruises.Note: NONE of the bouncers that were shouting at us (less that in inch away from our faces) and kicking me on the floor wore a single mask! None!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever got. I’m not talking about the bar or the inside cause I couldn’t even get in, I’m talking about the line outside. Our ids were checked and after 40min we didn’t get in, I saw a lot of people getting in while I was still waiting with my friends. There is not seriousness from staff at telling you if you can get in or not, they just let you wait, you could spend the whole night waiting and they won’t approach to you to tell you anything. I came to this nightclub 2 years ago and it was ok. I came back on saturday 21st I was so shocked about the cover. It was 21.70 dollars for girls and 43 dollars for guys. It is just a dancefloor with a couple of tables. And oh my god, the staff was so pretentious. They dont look at you in the eyes and I dont even know why if you look at the nightclub. So keep looking for another place to go in Miami (there is a lot). It is not worth your money.

My friend and I went to this club last Saturday and we were not allowed to get in because my friends shoes didnt met security policy not even dress code policy which we could have understood better. One of the girl outside checked my friend from top to bottom and commented to other guy in Charge before telling us why we couldnt get in. She said flat shoes were not allowed on Saturday nights because we couldnt imagine all the terrible things have happened there before!!!!??? We left but my boyfriends stayed and they sent me this picture of 2 girls with even more insecured shoes dancing inside like nothing...wondering if they were different to us? It was because of the brand of the shoes? Friends/family? I never thought of seeing this in Miami where people dress overall comfortable due to the weather and own citys vibes...anyway just to let you people know make sure you get the secured shoes on before wasting your time going there...not everything is Victoria here.

Worst service ever, staff is super rude. Even though you wait in line for a long, they will let other people come in, instead of moving forward the line. We were a group of 6 and they split us, let 2 pass and then say the other will pass later after 30 minutes waiting it didn’t happen. I am a 26 year old woman, who grew up in Miami and moved to Massachusetts after college. Came to La Victoria for a night out with friends during Thanksgiving break. My federally issued ID that I traveled with was declared fake and then bent/almost snapped in half by an incompetent bouncer named Angel. I called the police for help as I needed to be sure I would be able to travel back with my now broken ID. Police was clearly paid off by the establishment and although they acknowledged that my ID was real, they did not do anything about the situation. Incredibly disappointing, especially considering multiple underaged kids were being let in so long as they purchased a table/bottle service. Overall a lawless establishment focused solely on profit. Would not recommend visiting. Though I have been many times before and it is overall a fun club, managements behavior is unfortunately truly unacceptable.

I just went this weekend (09/30/18) and all the reviews were right... the issue with the place it is not the bartender or the employees inside, the problem it is at the door, and the worst part I spoke with one of the owner (that is what he told me) and he was an a******, with you and all the general ppl in line I will lose money, dont you see the line of the VIP coming to spend 5k or more? that is what he said (BTW his name it is THEODORE). Working on a club does not mean you have to be rude, I waited for 30 min outside, while you see other people skeeping the line because they are friend with the security or the other ladies at the door. I decided to leave. With so many places in Miami I give this club few chances to survive.

I showed up late and when I was at the front of the line, the hostess would not let my group and I in nor anyone in the line. She would only let people she knew in that came and werent even doing the line. I kept asking her when shed let us in, as she kept us waiting for an hour until we decided to leave that place. Full of old fat wanna be rich people as well, no hot girls.

I was in Miami on August 2018 visiting from Dallas Tx. We came to meet my friend. We got there the staff was extremely sniffy! We went to the Patio down the street and it’s way better! You get the Miami vibe in El Patio.

Terrible. The staff are extremely rude and this place has a horrible layout. There is no space whatsoever to move especially dance because its surrounded by tables. The music sucks except for like 5 songs. The DJ played like 1 or 2 merengue songs (old ones-not even good) NO BACHATA. Cant even be called a Latin Club. It is just reggeaton, again not even the good ones (the same five songs) with a mix of mana and some house music. Expensive for horrible service music and ambiance. Take the trip and go to cafe iguanas in pines if you want good Spanish music.

My first time to this place and The staff at the door there are super rude every single one of them. Men and women smh

Lovely place without a/c , small and expensive drinks, bad dj playing reggeton all night long kept me waiting in the entrance line more than enjoying the night inside this place after $30 cover. I would think twice before come back.

Ive been going out to party almost every weekend since I moved to miami 15 yeras ago this place hit the spot... DJ was fenomenal, quality of people amazing, I was worry because of the bad reviews on google about the staff but my experience it was nice all of them were very polite. A must go place

Love the place had a blast on Halloween I just thought why does this place has bad reviews? Probably because most of us are way too drunk when we get out to even bother lol btw great crowed and good music that if you like the South American atmosphere...

Horrible customer service. You stand in line for hours and their friends show up and of course they get in quickly....First time coming and of course last one.I cam definetely have a great time somewhere else. Please go somewhere else.

I arrived late with all my friends inside and was not allowed in. “We reserve the right of admission”. I had a polo and not a dress shirt. 🤣🤣

I have to say the worst customer service possible very disrespectful towards their plus size clients I felt very discriminated went on a Saturday night got there at 8:58 to eat dinner with a group of eight and they turned us away saying that it was full and a reservation was required when we stood there waiting for our Uber there was no line to get in and the restaurant looked empty I understand due to Covid certain restrictions need to be made but when you tell me I can’t even make a reservation online and then you allow the next person behind me to go in without a reservation needed I’m very Disgusted with this treatment.

Latin club it was a highlight in our Trip if you like Latin music you would really have fun you have to go well dressed to enter high heel mandatory

Worst place ever in Miami, we made a reservation for 5 people and paid 2000 dollars just to get there and won’t be able to get in, because they said it was full, and they did not gave us any more details!

Horrible customer service, the manager does not even know how to treat the customers. I was standing at the line 25 min and the security didnt help at all, when the manager came out told him in a nasty actitude that he COULD NOT TALK TO CUSTOMERS, first and last time..... I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Place is nice. If you dont know anyone who can get you in or you dont have vip dont bother waiting in line youll be standing there for hours lol besides that its a fun place staff isnt too friendly.

The music is really good I have to say, I kept dancing all night, they threw some oldies which were my favorites BUT the reason why Im giving 3 stars is because the DJ (Saturday nights) couldnt play a single song more than 30 seconds Im not kidding, my husband is a dj as well and I understand you have to mix tracks but you have to let songs play longer than that he kept switching songs way to quickly, I heard other people saying CUANDO YA IBA A COMENZAR A BAILAR LA CAMBIA.. other than that the place is cool

If you want to spend money this is not the place. There are better places that don’t only cater to a specific race or body type. Not worth it.

This place refused to let my sister in because she was too dark. Highly disturbing that people still think that way in 2017. We are here visiting and that was a horrible experience.

This was the worse place to visit in Miami we were in the guest list the hostess ignore us gave privilege to the people they know plus we were standing in line a the guys sold the table in our face even though we show him that we were in the VIP guest list.
